Tanjung Tengang Village is one of the villages in Nanga Pinoh sub-district, Melawi Regency, which has a fairly extensive forest resource of around 1,257 Ha. The development in the Tembawang area of Tanjung Tengang Village can certainly affect the social and economic conditions of the community so that there is a perception that exists in the community. This study aims to determine people's perceptions of development in tembawang areas and the factors that influence them, age, knowledge and community education. This study uses a direct interview technique with a questionnaire tool, the determination of respondents was done by purposive sampling based on the Slovin formula of 85 respondents who live in the village of Tanjung Tengang. Characteristics of respondents are people who live in the village of Tanjung Tengang at least 5 years, physically and mentally healthy and at least 20 years old as head of the family. Data analysis consists of community perceptions of the development of tembawang areas and the relationship between age, knowledge and community education and community perceptions of the development of tembawang areas in Tanjung Tengang Village. Based on the calculation results of the three variables there is no relationship to public perception. The type of data consists of primary and secondary data and the research is conducted for one month in the field. The results showed the community's perception of the development of tembawang areas tended to be neutral, namely 64 respondents (75.29%), positive 13 respondents (15.29%) and negative as many as 8 respondents (9.41%). Characteristics of respondents in the village of Tanjung Tengang based on the age level are dominated by the adult age level, as many as 40 respondents (47.05%). Characteristics of respondents based on the level of knowledge are dominated by people with a medium level of knowledge as many as 65 respondents (76.47%) and for the characteristics of respondents based on the level of education are dominated by respondents with a high education level of 43 respondents (50.58%). This research is aimed at describing people’s perceptions of utilization sugar palm plants in the village of Sekabuk Sadaniang sub-district, as well as analyzing the relationship of each of the factor of age, knowledge, and income with people’s perceptions of the utilization of palm plants in the village of Sekabuk Saadaniang sub-district. This research uses direct interview technique method with questionnaire tool, determination of respondents carried out by purposive sampling based on slovin formula amounting to 83 respondents, the criteria of respondents in the research are people who live in the village of Sekabuk, people who know about the use of palm trees, at least 15 years old (already married), physically and mentally healthy. Data analysis consisted of community perceptions of the use of palm trees and the relationship between age, knowledge, and income with community perceptions of the use of palm trees in Sekabuk village. Based on the results of data and calculations of the three variables, forage and knowledge categories there is no relationship with community perceptions, while the income category is related to people’s perceptions. The results of the study showed that community perceptions of the utilization of sugar palm plants tended to be positive namely 77 respondents (92,77%), neutral 6 respondents (7,23%), and negative 0 respondents (0,00%). Characteristics of Sekabuk village respondents based on age levels dominated by young and adult levels each of 30 respondents (36,14%). Characteristics of respondents based on the level of knowledge dominated by people with a high level of knowledge of 81 respondents (97,60%), and for the characteristics of respondents based on the level of income dominated with a moderate income level of 65 respondents (79,52%).Keywords: Community perception, Utilization Of Palm Sugar Plants

The purpose of this research to find out about community perceptions toward health quality services provided by the Malaysia government. The type of research was used descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The type of data in the form of primary and secondary data obtained from interviews with the public about the perception of health quality services provided by the Malaysia government. The results of the research obtained the data that community perceptions of health quality services provided by the Malaysia government to indigenous people with the migrant population were the same, the difference was that the financing of treatment for migrants was slightly more expensive than the indigenous population. Both in the royal hospital and in private hospitals. The Malaysian government sets Universal Coverage, that was, all citizens were guaranteed health services received by paying only 1 RM (Malaysian Ringgit) for treatment with a general practitioner and 5 RM for treatment with a specialist. However, severe illnesses were not included in this health financing system because it was expensive. In medicine must be ensured complete self-document so that treatment can run well.

Leprosy (Morbus Hansen) is a chronic infectious disease of the skin caused by Mycobacterium leprae, leprosy is also known as "the great imitator disease" because of the similar manifestations to other skin diseases such as fungal infections so that a person rarely realizes that he has had leprosy. This qualitative study was conducted to explore community perceptions about leprosy with 6 male and 4 female participants. The method used is a phenomenological approach with consecutive sampling as a sampling technique. There are 5 themes obtained in this study, namely factors that influence perception, the form of public perception of leprosy patients, community behavior in preventing leprosy transmission, hope for leprosy patients, and hope for health workers. Health education about leprosy is needed by the community to deepen their knowledge about leprosy and the attitude of the community towards people with leprosy.

Socio-economic profile of farmers based on content and frequency of messages being disseminated through ICT tools was studied. ICT plays an important role among the farmers in the village of Pusa block as a source of keeping them updated and connected. The data has been collected from 120 farmers using ICT tools through face to face interview. Descriptive research design was followed for the study. The selection of block and villages was done purposively and randomly as per the ICT users. The study concludes that role of ICTs in agriculture development was influenced by content of information and the respondents age, caste, education, size of family, family type, social participation, family annual income, sources of information and size of land holding, high and medium level of knowledge about agricultural activities among farmers through ICT tools.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran penyuluh pertanian terhadap produksi petani padi di Desa Tellu Limpoe Kecamatan Marioriawa Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Desa Tellu Limpoe Kecamatan Marioriawa Kabupaten Soppeng. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi dan wawancara sedangkan jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Analisa data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini statistik deskriptif dan Skala linker. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi masyarakat terhadap peran penyuluh pertanian terhadap peningkatan wawasan/pengetahuan dalam meningkatkan produksi petani padi adalah indikator 1) Peran penyuluh sebagai pembimbing petani, 2) Peran penyuluh sebagai teknisi lapangan, 3) Peran penyuluh sebagai penghubung antara lembaga dengan petani, dan 4) Peran penyuluh pertanian dalam meningkatkan hasil petani padi, semuanya sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan wawasan/pengetahuan dalam meningkatkan produsi petani padi dan juga peran penyuluh sangat penting bagi petani di Desa Tellulimpoe untuk dapat meningkatka produksi padi. The research aims to examine the role of agricultural extension workers in the production of rice farmers in Tellu Limpoe Village, Marioriawa District, Soppeng Regency. This research is located in Tellu Limpoe Village, Marioriawa District, Soppeng Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and interviews while the types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive statistics and linker scale. The results showed that the public perception of the role of agricultural extension workers to increase insight / knowledge in increasing the production of rice farmers is an indicator 1) The role of extension workers as farmers’ supervisors, 2) The role of extension workers as field technicians, 3) The role of extension workers as a liaison between institutions and farmers, and 4) The role of agricultural instructors in increasing the yield of rice farmers, all of which play an important role in increasing insight / knowledge in increasing the production of rice farmers and also the role of extension workers is very important for farmers in the village of Tellulimpoe to be able to increase rice production.

This study aims to determine community participation in the planning and implementation stages in the construction of agricultural road infrastructure funded by the Village Fund in Buhias Village, Mantehage Island, Wori Sub-district, North Minahasa Regency. The 3-month study was conducted from August to October 2018. Primary data were obtained through interviews, based on a list of questions, to 20 respondents who were chosen based on pusposive sampling method. Secondary data were obtained from the Buhias Village Office, from local bookstores, as well as from the internet through Google searching to obtain journal articles and theses relating to research topics, especially concerning community participation in road infrastructure development. Data analysis using descriptive analysis presented in tabular form. The results showed that community participation in the construction of agricultural road infrastructure in the village of Buhias was in the medium category at the planning stage and in the high category at the stage of implementing agricultural road construction. *eprm*

The study aims to identify the potential of natural resources as an object and attraction of ecotourism in Liliboy Village, West Leihitu District and to know community perceptions about the potential of ecotourism. The research method used is a survey method by direct observation to the location of attractions and interviews using questionnaires to the community. Data were analyzed using an analysis of the assessment of ecotourism potential carried out by the assessment of natural tourist objects and attractions (ADO), 2000. The five main components of the assessment are attractiveness, accessibility, socio-economic environmental conditions, accommodation and infrastructure and supporting facilities. The results of the study showed that the ecotourism potential in the village of Liliboy was very diverse including the ship's rock beach, waisamal beach and Hatuasa “rafting” river tourism. This tourism potential attracts a number of tourists with various tourist attractions. Community perception shows that 90.0% of respondents agreed to develop ecotourism activities. The community is willing to participate in the development of the tourism object, they argue that if the State of Liliboy becomes a tourist country then they will get job opportunities and business opportunities through various activities such as selling at tourist sites and also becoming a tour guide. The results of the analysis using object assessment and tourist attraction analysis using the ADO guidelines show that the potential attraction of ecotourism objects in Liliboy village is categorized as "Good", with a score of 2320. This shows that the potential of ecotourism in Liliboy village is good for tourism development.

The problem that exists in Bumi Agung Wates Village, Way Kanan Regency, is the unequal development of village infrastructure. This condition can be seen from the connecting road between Way Kanan Regency and East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, precisely Bumi Agung Wates Village (BAW), Bahuga District, Way Kanan Regency, Lampung Province, with badly damaged conditions. The problem of this research is How is the implementation of the principle of orderly public interest in village infrastructure development based on Article 83 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages (Study of Bumi Agung Wates Village Way Kanan District)? and What are the factors inhibiting the implementation of the principle of orderly public interest in the development of village infrastructure based on Article 83 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages (Study of Bumi Agung Wates Village Way Kanan District)? The research method uses a normative and empirical juridical approach. The type of data used is secondary data and primary data. Collecting data through library research and field research. Analysis of the data used is qualitative juridical. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the implementation of the principle of orderly public interest in the development of village infrastructure based on Article 83 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, had not been implemented to the fullest because development in the village of Bumi Agung Wates Way Kanan Regency was only a road in an alley or small road; while the main road has not been developed at all, while the main road is widely used by the community or farmers to transport crops to be brought to the city. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of the principle of order of public interest in the development of village infrastructure based on Article 83 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages are among others the relatively low level of community education and facilities and infrastructure in the form of community work equipment that does not support until the end of physical implementation. As a suggestion from the author, the Way Kanan Regency Government should be able to resolve the problem or the inhibiting factor of the implementation of the principle of public order in the development of village infrastructure based on Article 83 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages in Bumi Agung Wates Village, Bahuga District, Way Kanan Regency. Rubber farming has been in demand by the people of Laja Village since 1990's as a livelihood by utilizing shifting fields within the forest. Some people's income from the results of rubber farming is very large, especially during the dry season, where people tap into rubber sap every day. Rubber prices experienced a decline that was felt by rubber farmers and in the rainy season the people could not tap rubber sap, the people were forced to find alternative jobs, such as gold mining and other jobs. This situation certainly raises different perceptions of society. This study aims to determine the public perception of rubber farming and analyze the relationship between knowledge, income and cosmopolitan factors. This study uses descriptive and associative surveys with interview techniques and the questionnaire contains a number of questions posed to respondents, collecting data using random purposive sampling. Data analysis using descriptive analysis of the chi square test and inferential analysis using the non-parametric statistical test of the Kendall Tau correlation. The number of respondents in the study were 72 people. The results of this study indicate that public perceptions tend to be positive, moderate level of knowledge, low income level, high cosmopolitan level. There is a positive and significant relationship between the level of knowledge and perception, and there is no significant and no relationship between income levels and cosmopolitan with community perceptions.Keywords: Local community Perception, Rubber Farmers

This study aims to analyze people's perceptions of the urgency of a marriage certificate in Linggo Sari Baganti District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research method is Qualitative Descriptive, with several informants as data sources that are determined based on appropriate criteria through direct observation on the object of research and interviews. Secondary data that supports this research are obtained from the documents available at the object of research. To test the validity of the data used Triangulation Technique. Based on the information from the informants of this study, it can be explained that the public perception of the marriage certificate still considers the marriage certificate as not urgent and not important so that the administrative management is not completed because it considers it not urgent so the community neglects the marriage certificate. The community still perceives the management to be long and complicated, even though after the author compares the data in the field regarding the management procedures, it is not difficult to take care of it. Obstacles in the management of marriage certificates faced by the community are related to customary arrangements and the lack of file requirements submitted to KUA. Efforts made by KUA to deal with these obstacles are like conducting counseling to each village about the importance of marriage certificates. Based on the research above the recommendations that the writer can suggest to the community are expected to be willing to take part in socialization and counseling about marriage registration. So that people can know and understand the importance of marriage certificates. Responsible parties such as KUA, P3N and the government are expected to be able to increase socialization regularly.Keywords: Community Perception, Urgency, Marriage Deed.
