This study aimed at improving the performance of SDN 004 Toapaya teachers in classroom learning through academic supervision at the second semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The research subjects were teachers of SDN 004 Toapaya. The research was conducted in two cycles; each cycle consisting of four stages, namely: Planning, Implementing, Observing and Reflecting. The performance indicator set was if the score was at least 12 (sufficiently active). In classroom learning, it can be said that the actions taken are successful.Aspects measured in the observation are class teacher enthusiasm, teacher interaction with school supervisors, teacher interaction in KKG, group cooperation, and activities in group discussions. In the analysis, it was found that there was an increase in the activity and competence of teachers who compiled lesson plans from cycle I to cycle II. The achievement of performance indicators was achieved in the second action. Thus, it can be assumed that thePrincipal's Academic Supervision is an Effort to Improve the Performance of SDN 004 Toapaya Teachers in Classroom Learning. It is recommended to other supervisors or researchers that this teacher’s improvement model is continued to be implemented on an ongoing basis.

ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the motor skills of children who have not developed optimally, the lack of development and the fine motor exercises of children become the cause. The child's fine motor skills do not just flourish, but should be given stimulus and should always be trained. This study aims to improve the fine motor skills of B1 TKIP Assalam group through collage activity from vehicle tires. This study is a collaborative classroom action research. Subjects in this study were children of B1 TKIP Assalam group of 15 children consisting of five boys and 10 girls, another subject in this study was B1 TKIP Assalam class teacher. Data analysis techniques used are the techniques of observation and documentation. While the technique of data analysis using qualitative quantitative descriptive. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, execution, observation, and reflection. The results showed that the fine motor skills of children have increased. The increase can be seen from the initial condition of the fine motor ability of the child that is equal to 46.66% including the criteria start to develop, then in the first cycle increased by 55.55% including the criteria evolved as expected, the second cycle increased by 68.33% as per expectation and on the third cycle increased by 81.11% including the criteria developed very well. The results showed that collage activity of vehicle tires can improve the fine motor ability of B1 TKIP Assalam Tasikmalaya academic year 2017/2018. The development of the audit method has included the identification of possible performance indicators at each level of the sociotechnical pyramid for a range of areas of work in which accidents have been shown to occur most frequently. The measurementof performance indicators is part of a feedback loop which causes safety improvements. Integration of performance indicators into the audit system has been tested at three operating chemical industries in Terengganu and Selangor in Malaysia. A summary of the weaknesses of the similar elements identified in the three audited plants is presented. Analysis on the approach used enables the identification of deficiencies in safety management aspects. Keywords: Accidents, audit, deficiencies, performance indicators, safety management, and sociotechnical pyramid.

The design also focuses on several good friends of the leading character, with season changes and corresponding outdoor activities. Moreover, the researcher asked a class teacher from a technology university to guide her students from the design department to make their creative artworks for picture books through group discussions. The results of their designs not only solved the companies’ designing problem but also met the expected goal. And students were able to get to know the industry earlier. The purpose of combining practices with theories for curriculum learning was achieved. And the teacher had learned more about the practical aspect, which helped to improve her professional knowledge.

PT Jakarta International Container Terminal (JICT) is the largest container port in Indonesia. Currently, JICT capacity is 2.5 million TEUs (Twenty-foot Equivalent Units) per year, it continues to strive to improve international services and is supported by adequate container loading and unloading equipment. The requirement to establish common standards in different types of container port equipment and identify performance indicators to assess the performance of container handling equipment has increased. Although the Quay Container Crane (QCC) operating system may be different at each container terminal, there are similarities in its main movements, namely: Main Hoist, Trolley, Gantry, and Boom. By knowing the clock metric for each movement, it is possible to determine the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that has been adopted and assess the performance of the Quay Container Crane (QCC). The results of the study identified that the value of MMBF (Mean Move Between Failures) decreased due to the accumulation of long-lasting heavy load operations, while the number of maintenance activities for machine parts and working hours continued to increase. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) as a management tool can guide QCC inspections and the results can provide useful insights for improving the performance of equipment and container loading and unloading operations in the future.
