This study used 3 modified variables are Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU) as independent variable while Acceptance of IT as dependent variable. This study used simple random sampling as a sampling technique, with the number of respondents as many as 66 people operators. For data analysis techniques, this study used multiple regression techniques with descriptive quantitative research types, as well as data processing tools using SPSS 16.00 for windows software. The results showed that the benefit factor (Perceived Ease of Use) of 43.5%, factor amenity (Perceived Usefulness) of 36.8%. This proves that the more dominant benefit factor influences receipt of Dapodik application usage as PIP data updating application.   Key Words: Aplication of Dapodik, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Usefulness, Acceptance of IT, Technology Accaptance Mod

Who benefits from introducing competition in the setting of an ultimatum game? We introduce a multiplayer version of the ultimatum game to subjects in Accra, Ghana, framed in a labour market setting. In this version three Proposers (employers) can make offers to three Responders (workers) at the same time. Subjects also participate in a treatment without competition. In this treatment one Proposer faces one Responder, just as in the classical ultimatum game. Even though in the competition treatment the number of Responders and Proposers is equal, we find some evidence that the amounts proposed increase in the treatment with competition. A potential explanation for this are bidding effects, where Proposers bid offensively for the Responders with lower reservation payoffs, to increase their chances of having this Responder accept their offer. This bidding increases the amounts that Proposers propose to give to the Responders. This is in particular beneficial to the Responders, who now capture a larger share of the surplus.

The article is concerned with the analysis of the labor market changes, requiring the personal income tax reform. Methods of comparative and statistical analysis are applied. Rating and analytical agencies data, statistics from the OECD, Eurofond and Eurostat used as the empirical base of the study. Three labor market trends requiring appropriate changes in taxation were identified. The first trend is the change in the demand for work skills, which requires a more flexible approach to educational tax deductions and tax incentives for training in high-demand digital professions. The second trend is digital platforms and the gig economy that enhance income differentiation, which inevitably raises the question of progressive income taxation. The third trend is an increase in non-standard employment. The article analyzes such forms of non-standard employment as work on the basis of vouchers, platform work, joint employment, casual labour which are associated with the ambiguous status of employment and require changes in tax policy to regulate them.
