The present study deals with the empirical results regarding the study of job satisfaction in Bhakra Beas Management Board. The study is attempted to assess the job satisfaction and their means difference among various satisfaction levels. The satisfied and dissatisfied groups to job satisfaction mean difference is also attempted. The disruptive research method is found suitable for this purpose. Primary data has been assembled by employing questionnaire. A sample of 360 respondents was selected from all unit of organization. The content, construct and item to total correlation validity were established. Reliability of the instrument was justified through the calculation of cronbach’s (α) alpha coefficient. The test-retest measure of reliability coefficient for job satisfaction scale was found acceptable. The finding appears to be reasonably valid in view of the deplorable socio- economic conditions of the employees and their factors influencing job satisfaction.

The present study was intended to determine the level and factors of nurse’s job satisfaction working at public hospitals of Multan city, Pakistan. A cross-sectional survey was employed to collect data (March, 2019-May, 2019) from 441 nurses by utilizing a disproportionate sampling technique. Data collection was done by the application of a self-administered questionnaire e.g. McCloskey/ Mueller Satisfaction Scale. (MMSS).The level of J.S was measured by correlation analysis and to determine the most prevalent factor of J.S regression analysis was done. Correlation coefficient value of socio-demographic variables described that cadre, shiftwork, work experience, marital status, no of children, and working hours demonstrated a significant relationship with J.S. However, regression analysis of MMSS demonstrated a strong positive association with J.S. Nurse's satisfaction could be improved through cultivating a positive work environment, increase in remuneration, decrease in workload, and maintaining work/family balance.

This research was conducted on Special Educator Teachers (GPK) Inclusive Primary Schools in Padang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between compensation and job satisfaction of Teachers of Special Educators (GPK) Inclusive Primary Schools in the City of Padang. The sample selection technique in this study uses Sampling Random Sampling, random sampling which is atechnique regardless of the strata that exist in that population (Sugiyono, 2014). The sample in this study amounted to 78 people. Test the validity and reliability using Cronbach Alpha. The trial results show the validity coefficient in the scale of compensation from 0.309 to 0.811 while the reliability coefficient is 0.941. The results of the coefficient trial of the validity of the job satisfaction scale show from 0.301 to 0.755 with a reliability coefficient of 0.917. Hypothesis test results show the magnitude of the correlation coefficient of 0.835 with a significant level p = 0,000. It means that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between compensation and job satisfaction. Positive values indicate that the higher the compensation, the better the teacher's job satisfaction, and vice versa the lower the compensation, the worse the job satisfaction of the Special Educator Teacher (GPK). The effective contribution of the compensation variable to job satisfaction is 70%.
