The Qur'an contains only a small number of detailed laws, while the sunna is limited to the cases that occurred in its time, so to solve new problems, ijtihad is required. In such a connection for a Muslim, new problems arising from the progress of science and technology, should not be confronted with confrontational passages, but must be solved by ijtihadi.Karena reality often occurs, that the development of society and public opinion faster the pace of the road from on the development of the law itself. The dynamics of people's lives are characteristic of change. Through the power of intention, power, and creativity, humans create cultural objects as a result of their creations. Changes that occur in society when observed can occur in various There are slow changes (evolution) and there are rapid changes (revolution). The social changes that occur in a society, directly or indirectly, affect institutions in various fields, such as government, economics, education, religion and so on. The continuation of an impact on the social system changes. When the law is faced with social change, it occupies one of its functions, which can function as a means of social control, and the law can serve as a means of social change. the characteristics of the law above is due to the inconsistency of social dynamics and the dynamics of law in the life of society. Unequaled dynamics of society and law, usually will bring social lag. From here, then comes a question whether Islamic law as a norm of God's determination can experience changes in accordance with the needs of the community? Ijtihad is an important factor for the development and development of Islamic law.Ijtihad done to answer the problems that arise in society that is not yet known legal status.ijtihad has a wide scope, the issues are not regulated explicitly dala m al-Qur'an and sunna can be done ijtihad. In order for humans to have breadth in determining its activities according to its ability, needs and environment. Therefore ijtihad in the field of Islamic law in anticipating the dynamics of society and social changes concerning the values, behavior patterns, and social system of a society is a concern in establishing Islamic law. Thus ijtihad is the third source in the development of Islamic law. Keywords: Social Change, Ijtihad, Law, Islamic.

To investigate the historical case of North American feminist bookstores, I use archival materials, interviews, and surveys to consider how cultural distribution sites affect the acquisition and interpretation of cultural objects. The findings point to the importance and variety of distributor conditions, including physical space, atmosphere, bookseller characteristics, stock, and audience members. I develop the concept of the cultural interaction space, defined as a location where a distributor, its cultural objects, and its audience converge. These spaces provide opportunities for interaction, observation, and experimentation with both tangible and intangible cultural materials, as well as for identity formation and the development of group solidarity. Future research should consider how variations in cultural distributors and in cultural interaction spaces affect audience reception, interpretation, and use of cultural objects.

The purpose of the article is in a philosophical analysis of phenomenon of NBIC convergence as a main contemporary trend in technology, which will influence on life experience and social life. The author using an analysis of themathical information created an original concept of changes in human life which will be triggered by synergistic effect of development of NBIC technologies. Possible risks which are related to uncontrolled development of technology, as examples provided cases of genetic modification of human and usage of artificial intelligence. The author created an original concept of changes in human life which will be triggered by synergistic effect after usage of NBIC technologies. The original philosophical conclusions are discovered such as changes in thinking about categories of natural – unnatural. The obtained results allow us to think that modern technologies give us big possibilities that we need to estimate adequately. Their meaning is not restricted just to usual human life.

Advances in radiology, and introduction of modern neuroimaging technologies into practice, make it possible to identify pathological zones in various parts of the brain, that measure in millimeters. Modern tractography reveals the influence of various lesion on the conductors of the brain. Applications of the modern neurophysiology technology – electroencephalography, evoked potentials, etc., reveal the functions of various parts of the brain. Utilization of neuronavigation, microsurgery, endoscopy, provide access to the deepest structures of the brain, including the brain stem regions, which were previously inaccessible, and the localization of the process in this area was a serious taboo for neurosurgery. Disputable is the functional acceptability of surgical interventions in order to minimize disorders affecting the quality of patients life. It is necessary to take into account the social factor when before planing the operation with possible functional defects. Neurosurgery has gone from a hammer, a chisel, and removal of brain tumor with a «smart» finger in microsurgery, endoscopy, and endovascular surgery. As the most technologically equipped, she approached the introduction of artificial intelligence both in scientific research and in practical activities, more than other sciences. The usage of modern technologies for predicting neurosurgical interventions should be based in the core of indications and contraindications for surgery.

My proposal is based on my doctoral dissertation On the Shoulders of AI-technology : Sociology of Knowledge and Strong Artificial Intelligence which I succesfully defended on May 29th 2009. E-published http://www.lu.se/o.o.i.s?id=12588&postid=1389611 The dissertation is concerned with Sociology’s stance in the debate on Strong Artificial Intelligence,.i.e. AI-systems that is able to shape knowledge on their own. There is a need for sociologists to realize the difference between two approaches to constructing AI systems: Symbolic AI (or Classic AI) and Connectionistic AI in a distributed model – DAI. Sociological literature shows a largely critical attitude towards Symbolic AI, an attitude that is justified. The main theme of the dissertation is that DAI is not only compatible with Sociology’s approach to what is social, but also constitutes an apt model of how a social system functions. This is consolidated with help from german sociologist Niklas Luhmann’s social systems theory. A lot of sociologists criticize AI because they think that diversity is important and can only be comprehended in informal circumstances that only humans interacting together can handle. They mean that social intelligence is needed to make something out of diversity and informalism. Luhmann´s systems theory gives the opposite perspective. It tells us that it is social systems that communicate and produce new knowledge structures out of contincency. Psychological systems, i.e. humans, can only think within the circumstances the social system offer. In that way human thoughts are bound by formalism. Diversity is constructed when the social systems interact with complexity in their environments. They reduce the complexity and try to present it as meaningful diversity. Today when most of academic literature is electronically stored and is accessible through the Internet from al over the world, DAI can help social systems to observe and reduce complexity in this global dimension. It is pointed out that human consciousness is limited in handling this global dimension. Therefore is it reasonable to argue that DAI in at least this dimension has a stronger intelligence than humans have. I will argue that Luhmann´s social theory and DAI give a god model to analyze the conditions for diversity in the Internet society. Further, the discussion about strong AI gives a lot of opportunities to discuss what sort of information literacy is needed and it also gives some perspective to discuss the concept of IL I have observed that the concept has evolved from something that coined some formal capacities, to something that has to do with a capacity to observe informal relations. That discussion can easily be compared to a parallel discussion within the debate about strong AI.

This article describes the author's proposal of cognitive architecture for the development of artificial intelligence agent of the general level (“strong" artificial intelligence”). The new principles for the development of such architecture are offered: hybrid approach in artificial intelligence and psychophysiological foundations. The scheme of architecture of the proposed solution, as well as the descriptions of possible areas of implementation are given. Strong artificial intelligence represents a technical solution that can solve arbitrary cognitive tasks accessible to humans (human level intelligence), and even beyond the capabilities of human intelligence (artificial superintelligence). The areas of application of strong artificial intelligence are limitless – from solving the current problems faced by humans to completely new tasks that are yet inaccessible to human civilization or expect for their groundbreaker. This study would be interested to the scholars, engineers and researchers dealing with artificial intelligence, as well as to the readers who want to keep in step with modern technologies. The novelty consists in the original approach towards building a cognitive architecture that has absorbed the results of previous research in the area of artificial intelligence. The relevance of this work is based on the indisputable fact that currently, the research in the area of weak artificial intelligence begin to slow down due to the inability to solve general problems, and the majority of national strategies of the advanced countries in the area of artificial intelligence declare the need for the development of new artificial intelligence technologies, including the artificial intelligence of general level.

The concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) is closely related to the concepts of Cyber-Physical System (CPS) and Cyber-Physical-Social System (CPSS). A key feature of these technologies is the integration of the virtual and physical world. In this paper, an environment for ambient-oriented modeling called AmbiNet is presented. The environment AmbiNet is implemented as a component of the reference architecture known as Virtual Physical Space (ViPS) that can be adapted for CPSS applications in various domains, for example a smart city, a personal touristic guide, or education. The need for virtualization of things from the physical world in a formal way is also considered. In the paper, the usability of the environment is demonstrated by modeling of services delivered to tourists in an intelligent city. The architecture of ViPS is also briefly described. Furthermore, the virtualization and modeling of spatial aspects through the AmbiNet formalism is demonstrated by an example.

Thanks to the development of modern technologies, there is a feeling that the machine can do anything: write a pseudoscientific article, perform household chores, and remind us of important things. Questions arise: what can't the machine do? What does it mean to be human today? The article examines the versions of how the border between the human and non-human in a person is interpreted in fiction. Such variations of "artificial man" as golem, robot, and artificial intelligence are studied. Created from different materials and animated by different methods, these creatures reflect different ideas about who a person is. We propose two approaches to the idea of creating a "man — artificial man" — mythological and natural science, supported by posthumanist philosophy. The deanthropologizing tendency in literary works anticipates the logic of transhumanism. A person is reduced either to a biological datum (a set of genes, a game of hormones, neural connections), or to intelligence, competing with artificial intelligence and inevitably suffering defeat. The anthropological approach in works of art continues the mythological tradition. Man is thought of as a being endowed with consciousness, which is not reducible to the world. "Artificial man" is a double, an antipode, another, that is, absolutely different, in relation to which a person can establish his own identity.
