The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profit sharing financing and partial sale financing on profitability level -Return On Asset (ROA) - PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Makassar Branch with the purpose To examine the effect of financing the results and partial sale financing to the level of profitability -Return On Asset (ROA) - PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Makassar BranchData collection using documentation while the type of data used is quantitative data sourced from company reports. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression statistical analysis.Based on the results of partial significance test data processing (Test-t) obtained that the variables of profit sharing (X1) and buying and selling (X2) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (ROA). Meanwhile, based on hypothesis test result simultaneously (F test) where H0 is rejected which means that independent variables (financing of profit sharing and selling pattern) have a significant influence together to dependent variable (ROA).

This study aims to determine how the Effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Liquidity on Profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2015-2019 Period. The results of data processing using the SPSS 17 For Windows program resulted in multiple regression analysis with two independent variables and one dependent variable showing that Y = 1.108 +1.404X1 - 0.240 X2, meaning that profitability is influenced by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Liquidity. Furthermore, the results show that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Liquidity variables can explain the Profitability variable 36%, the remaining 64% is explained by other variables. The results of the hypothesis test state that: Hypothesis 1 is accepted, this can be seen from the value of tcount>ttable, then the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has an effect on profitability. The second hypothesis is rejected, it can be seen from the value of tcountFtable, it is stated simultaneously that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Liquidity have an effect on Profitability.

This study aims to determine: the influence of independent variables is Information Systems Administration Population (SIAK) which consists of (according to procedures, have special standards, and orderly administration) partially and simultaneously to the dependent variable of Employee Effectiveness on the Department of Population and Civil Registry Bogor. Population in this research is employee who use application of information system of administration of population (SIAK), with sample of 45 employee by using Sampling Saturation technique that is sample determination technique when all member of population used as sample. The method of analysis using multiple regression analysis. From the research results obtained regression equation, shows a positive value. The hypothesis test result for partial test (t test) shows that when independent variables independently there is no influence on the dependent variable. While the three independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable. From result of determination coefficient test of Adjusted R Square value obtained by 0,320 (32%), while the rest 68% influenced by other factor not examined in this research.

Vehicle handling and stability has effect on positive safety of automotive directly. Test system of handling and stability is built for its road test and the test variables signal can be acquired and stored synchronously. Based on MATLAB GUI, software is developed for the test data processing, so that the stored data is to be analyzed and handling and stability test result is given by the software automatically. Using the test system in paper, handling and stability road test of one domestic sedan is fulfilled and scored, which verifies the applicability of the test system and scoring software in paper.

This study aims to determine the effect of profit sharing growth, liquidity growth, gross domestic product (GDP) growth, of mudharabah saving growth in general islamic banks. The variables studied are the influence of profit sharing rate, liquidity growth, gross domestic product (GDP) growth as independent variable and mudharabah saving growth as dependent variable. The population in this study are sharia islamic banks registered in Bank Indonesia (BI) and the amount of gross domestic productquarter-year period 2012-2016.The result of hypothesis testing (t test) shows that the profit sharing growth and gross domestic product partially has significant effect to mudharabah saving growth. Then the test result of liquidity growth partially has no effect and not significant to mudharabah saving growth. The results of simultaneous hypothesis test (test F), show that all independent variabels in this study has significant effect to mudharabah saving growth.

<p>In any organization, knowledge leader and communication are subject which helps organizations reach productivity. The aim of the research is to study the contribution of knowledge leader and communication toward employee productivity at West Java Conference Office. To this end, this research used questionnaires distributed to 59 employees at West Java Conference Office. Data was calculated using Pearson Product Moment. All questionnaires are valid, and reliability using Cronbach's Alpha for knowledge leader was obtained at 0,846. Communication was obtained at 0,918 and productivity was obtained at 0,779. Research method using descriptive analytical survey with quantitative data. Data was analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis using T-Test. The result of the research shows that there is a significant influence on the knowledge leader toward productivity with significance (sig.) 0000 at the table with the value of α 0:05 coefficients it means 0.000 &lt;0.05. There is a significant influence on communication toward productivity with significance (sig.) 0.035 at the table with the value of α 0, 05 it means 0.035 &lt; 0.05 and test of determination shows that the value of adjusted R Square is 0.873, it indicates that the Knowledge Leader and Communication 87% effect on the productivity, and the remain of 13% is influenced by other variables, which is not examined yet.</p>

Syamsul Huda, Jalal Ikhwan; The research aims to determine the number of variables that affect tourists visiting Zakat beach in Bengkulu city. The population used is the visitors who visit Zakat beach. The type of data implemented is the primery daya. The way of implement it is by spreading out of questioners. The research puts on two variables. First, it is the independent variable. It consist of servicing, the trimming of the facilities, safety and earning. Where as the dependent variables focuses on the readability of the visitors to visit Zakat beach. The test stage are done by utilizing spss. To create the hypothesis test stages, it can apply the multiple regression model and t-statistic test. Building upon the hypothesis test result, it has been uncovered that the quality of servicing and safety have significant effects to the readibility of the visitors to come to see Zakat beach in Bengkulu city of Bengkulu province. It can be concluded that the trimming of the facility and earnings do not make significant effects towards the viusitors readability to pay a visit to Zakat beach.Key Words: Service, Facilities, Security and Income.

<p>The purpose of this study to determine the effect of self-concept and interest in learning the mastery of science concepts. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire self-concept and interest in learning while measuring mastery of concepts based on the test of IPA. Analysis of the test data used is Multiple Regression. Results of analysis of research data to prove that: (1) there is significant influence self-concept and interest in learning together toward mastery of science concepts, this is evidenced by the value of F = 10.803&gt; Ftabel and the Sig = 0.000 &lt;0.05; (2) there is a significant influence on the concept of self-mastery of the concept of science, it is shown from the results of calculations which show the value t = 3,471 and sig = 0,001, lower than 0.05. (3) Interest in learning gives positive and significant impact on the mastery of science concepts. This is shown from the results of calculations which show the value t = 2.620 and sig = 0,010, lower than 0.05. Although when compared to the self-concept, interest in learning the value of sig is larger. So the concept of self is a major influence on the mastery of science concepts of the interest in learning.</p>

The purpose of this study is to analyze how much the independent variables of discipline and competence of lecturer influence on student achievement Publishing department Creative Media State Polytechnic of Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. Research subjects were 68 students. Each questionnaire consists of 15 questions for each study variable discipline, competence, and student achievement. To determine the influence of independent variables of discipline and competence on student achievement is determined by the regression equation, both multiple regression and simple regression. To determine the significance, the data obtained from the questionnaire was tested its validity through the validity, reliability, and test for normality. The data processing using SPSS software version 14. The results showed that (1) discipline positive and significant impact on student achievement with 99% accuracy, (2) the competence of lecturers positive and significant impact on student achievement with 99% accuracy, (3) discipline and competence of lecturer together positive and significant impact on achievement student with 95% accuracy.

This study focused on the effect of store atmosphere (i.e. lighting, color, music, and scent) on the purchase intention of the Principles of Management students at Universitas Klabat and which of the four independent variables was significant and had the strongest effect on the students’ purchase intention.   This study was descriptive-correlative and used quantitative data. The number of respondents was 251 consisting of 96 male students and 155 female students. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling, and to collect the data, the researcher used a questionnaire. Based on the techniques of linear regression and multiple regression, the results showed that, simultaneously,  lighting, color, music, and scent affected the purchase intention of the students; however, only music and scent had significant effect on the students’ purchase intention. The result also showed that scent had the strongest effect on the students’ purchase intention. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the increase and decrease of the students’ purchase intention do not depend on lighting and color; instead, they depend on music and especially on scent.

<p class="Default">Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keterampilan menjelaskan dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada konsep ekosistem melalui implementasi model Jigsaw. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah task dan rubric, tes essay dan lembar observasi. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji Z dan uji N-Gain. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data uji t satu perlakuan diperoleh nilai statistik uji hipotesis memperoleh nilai t = 63,997 dengan Sig. 0,000 &lt; 0,05 artinya terdapat pengaruh penerapan model <em>problem based learning </em>terhadap keterampilan menjelaskan pada materi ekosistem di kelas VII. Hasil analisis uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai t = 40,022 dengan dengan Sig. 0,000 &gt; 0,05 artinya terdapat pengaruh penerapan model jigsaw<em> </em>terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada materi ekosistem di kelas VII. Berdasarkan hasil analisis nilai statistik uji N-Gain memperoleh nilai t = 54,826 dengan Sig. 0,000 &lt; 0,05 artinya terdapat tingkat pengaruh penerapan model jigsaw<em> </em>terhadap keterampilan menjelaskan dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada materi ekosistem di kelas VII. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh penerapan model jigsaw<em> </em>terhadap keterampilan menjelaskan dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada materi ekosistem di kelas VII.</p><p class="Default"> </p><p>The purpose of this study is to analyze the students' skill of explaining and the ability to solve problems in the concept of ecosystems through the implementation of the Jigsaw model. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The research instruments used were task and rubric, essay tests, and observation sheets. Data processing techniques used were normality test, Z test, and N-Gain test. Based on the analysis of one treatment, t-test data obtained the statistical value of the hypothesis test obtained a value of t = 63.997 with Sig. 0,000 &lt;0.05 means that there is an influence of the application of the problem-based learning model to the explaining skills in the ecosystem material in class VII. The results of the hypothesis test analysis showed the value of t = 40.022 with Sig. 0,000&gt; 0.05 means that there is an effect of the application of the jigsaw model on the ability to solve problems in ecosystem material in class VII. Based on the results of the analysis of the statistical value of the N-Gain test, obtained t value = 54.826 with Sig. 0,000 &lt;0.05 means that there is a level of influence of the application of the jigsaw model to the skills of explaining and the ability to solve problems in ecosystem material in class VII. The conclusion in this study is that there is an effect of the application of the jigsaw model to the skills of explaining and the ability to solve problems in ecosystem material in class VII.</p>
