ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh pengetahuan tentang karakter tokoh utama dalam novel Haid Pertama karya Enny M. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka dan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber datanya adalah novel Haid Pertama, merupakan hasil karangan atau imajinasi Enny M. yang berwujud menjadi kenyataan dalam bentuk karya yang utuh yaitu novel. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi tidak langsung atau biasa dikenal dengan istilah observasi berstruktur.  Hasil analisis data yang dihimpun, peneliti menentukan faktor-faktor edisi atau deskripsi tokoh utama sesuai dengan bukti atau petunjuk yang ditentukan. Jadi dapat dikatakan bahwa gambaran karakter tokoh utama dalam novel Haid Pertama yaitu Diena, adalah gambaran karakter seorang tokoh yang masih gadis belia segolongan SMP yamg masih kekanak-kanakkan, selalu mencari hiburan dirinya, sedikit kasar, rajin berusaha dan suka berpenampilan menarik atau tampil beda di hadapan teman-temannya.Sifat kekasaran yang dimiliki Diena merupakan akibat kegelisahan dari keterlambatan datang haidnya, karena ia merasa cemas dan gelisah kalau nantinya Diena akan menjadi wanita yang tidak normal atau mandul, serta merasa malu terhadap teman-temannya dan orang lain. Namun sifat kekasaran Diena tidak menjadi sebuah karakter remaja yang bersifat kepribadiannya. Karena setelah berumur 14 tahun, tepat hari ulang tahunnya Diena mendapatkan hadiah ulang tahun dari yang Kuasa dengan sebuah kado yang istimewa yang selama ini Diena dambakan, yaitu haid pertamanya. Kata Kunci: Nilai, karakterisik, tokoh utama, novel Haid pertama ABSTRACT This research aims to gain knowledge about the main characters in the novel M. Haid First works Enny This research is a library and a qualitative descriptive study. The data source is a novel Haid First, is the result of a bouquet or imagination Enny M. tangible reality in the form of the whole work is novel. The technique used is the technique of indirect observation or commonly known as the observation structured. The results of the analysis of the data collected, researchers determine the factors edition or description of the main character in accordance with the evidence or the instructions specified. So we can say that the character description main character in the novel Haid First, the Diena, is the character description of a character who was still quite young class of junior yamg still childish, always searching for the entertainment itself, a bit rough, diligent effort and likes to look attractive or different in the presence of friends temannya.Sifat roughness owned Diena anxiety is the result of the delay came menstruating, because he felt anxious and nervous if later Diena will be a woman who is not normal or infertile, and was ashamed of his friends and others. But the nature of roughness Diena not become a teenage character that is his personality. Abstrak: Masalah yang diangkat pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah bentuk klasifikasi emosi tokoh Nathan dalam novel Dear Nathan karya Erisca Febriani: kajian perspektif David Krech. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan klasifikasi emosi tokoh Nathan dalam novel Dear Nathan karya Erisca Febriani: kajian perspektif David Krech. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data-data tertulis  yang diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan tokoh Nathan dalam novel  Dear Nathan karya Erisca Febriani yang mencerminkan klasifikasi emosi perspektif David Krech. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Dear Nathan karya Erisca Febriani yang diterbitkan oleh Best Media tahun 2016 dengan 520 halaman. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan studi pustaka dan teknik baca catat. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan mengidentifikasi, mengklasifikasi, menganalisis, dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tujuh klasifikasi emosi perspektif David Krech pada tokoh Nathan dalam novel Dear Nathan karya Erisca Febriani. Klasifikasi emosi tersebut yaitu konsep rasa bersalah, rasa bersalah yang dipendam, menghukum diri sendiri, rasa malu, kesedihan, kebencian dan cinta. Klasifikasi emosi yang paling dominan dalam tokoh Nathan adalah klasifikasi emosi kebencian, sedangkan klasifikasi emosi yang lemah dalam tokoh Nathan adalah klasifikasi emosi konsep rasa bersalah. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan dalam meneliti dan mengembangkan penelitiaan yang berkenaan dengan teori klasifikasi emosi perspektif David Krech. Abstract: The problem raised in this study is how the emotional classification of Nathan's character in the novel Dear Nathan by Erisca Febriani: Study of David Krech's Perspective.  This study aims to describe the emotional classification of Nathan in the novel Dear Nathan by Erisca Febriani: David Krech's Perspective Study. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. This study uses written data obtained from observations of Nathan's character in Erisca Febriani's Dear Nathan novel that reflects the emotional classification of David Krech's perspective. The data source in this study is Erisca Febriani's Dear Nathan novel published by Best Media in 2016 with 520 pages.  The data collection method used in this research is to use literature study and note-taking techniques. The data in this study were analyzed using data analysis techniques by identifying, classifying, analyzing, and concluding. The results of this study indicate that there are seven emotional classifications of David Krech's perspective on Nathan's character in Erisca Febriani's Dear Nathan novel. This emotional classification is the concept of guilt, buried guilt, self-punishment, shame, sadness, hatred and love. The most dominant emotional classification in Nathan's character is the classification of hate emotions, while the weak emotional classification in Nathan's character is the emotional classification of the concept of guilt. It is hoped that this research can become input in researching and developing research relating to David Krech's perspective of emotional classification theory.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tanggapan pembaca terhadap novel Le Petit Prince, menguraikan horizon harapan pembaca terhadap novel Le Petit Prince, dan memaparkan faktor-faktor penyebab perbedaan tanggapan dan horizon harapan pembaca. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Ada dua sumber data yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer mengacu pada objek penelitian, yaitu novel Le Petit Prince, sedangkan data sekunder berupa teks-teks yang memuat tanggapan pembaca novel Le Petit Prince yang terdiri atas 20 orang yang terdapat pada media massacetak dan elektronik, termasuk internet. Instrumen penelitian berupa tabel-tabel isian yang mengaitkan pembaca, tanggapan pembaca, dan horizon harapan. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dirumuskan dalam tiga poin. Pertama, seluruh pembaca menanggapi atau menilai positif unsur tema, alur, tokoh, latar, sudut pandang, gaya bahasa, teknik penceritaan, bahasa, dan isi novel Le Petit Prince. Kedua, harapan sebagian besar pembaca sebelum membaca novel Le Petit Prince sesuai dengan kenyataan ke sembilan unsur di dalam novel LePetit Prince sehingga pembaca dapat dengan mudah menerima dan memberikan pujian pada novel tersebut. Ketiga, faktor penyebab perbedaan tanggapan dan horizon harapan pembaca selain perbedaan stressing unsur yang ditanggapi juga karena perbedaan pengetahuan tentang sastra, pengetahuan tentang kehidupan dan pengalaman membaca karya sastra.(This study aims to describe the readers’ responses to the novel Le Petit Prince, the readers' horizon of hope for the novel Le Petit Prince, and the factors that cause differences in responses and readers' expectation horizons. This study included a type of qualitative descriptive study. There are two data sources, namely primary and secondary data sources. The primary data source refers to the object of the research, the Le Petit Prince novel, while the secondary data is in the form of texts that contain the readers' responses of Le Petit Prince's novels consisting of 20 people, which are contained in print and electronic mass media including the internet. The research instrument is in the form of tables that link readers, readers' responses, and expectation horizons. Data is collected by means of observations and data analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the research are as follows. First, all readers respond or positively assess the elements of the theme, plot, character, setting, point of view, language style, storytelling techniques, language, and contents of the Le Petit Prince novel. Second, the hope of most readers before reading the Le Petit Prince novel is in accordance with the reality of the nine elements in the novel Le Petit Prince so that readers can easily receive and give praise to the novel. Third, the factors that cause differences in responses and readers' expectation horizons in addition to differences in elemental stressing are also responded to because of differences in knowledge about literature, knowledge of life and the experience of reading literature.)

This research is based on the development of feminism values in the community. In a patriarchal environment, women have a low position compared to men. Women are subordinated in various fields of life, such as in the fields of education, social affairs and economics. This study aims to describe the values of feminism contained in the novel “Merry Riana: Mimpi Sejuta Dollar” by Alberthiene Endah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with a feminist literary criticism approach. The research method used is content analysis with data collection techniques read and record. The data source in this study is the novel “Merry Riana: Mimpi Sejuta Dollar” by Alberthiene Endah. Based on the results of the research, in the novel “Merry Riana: Mimpi Sejuta Dollar” by Alberthiene Endah there are values of feminism which include: (a) the value of feminism in education, (b) the value of feminism in the social field, and (c) the value of feminism in the economic. On this research, the researcher has aim to find out the main character Dewi Ayu’s human needs and identify the most dominant needs. In this study, the researcher applied the psychological approach and theory of human needs. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The writer uses a library research method to collect the data. It means that the writer visit the library and reads the novel then read several related books. The main data is novel beauty is a wound by Eka Kurniawan, while supporting data is obtained from books, articles, and the internet. The result of this study can be explained that the main character can not totally fulfill well, such as: (1) the physiological needs of the main character can be fulfilled well because she is from a wealthy family (2) the safety can not be fulfilled due to factors in that era (3) the love and belonging need can be fulfilled well because the main character has a beautiful appearance (4) the esteem needs can be fulfilled because she is a famous figure at that time (5) self-actualization needs also can be fulfilled well because the main character is a brave and is able to position herself very well. From the five hierarchy needs the most dominant need is safety needs.

Karya sastra mengungkap emosi yang timbul dari konflik antartokoh  di dalamnya.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan wujud konflik internal yang dialami tokoh utama, dalam novel Lintang. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Lintang karya Nana Rina, cetakan pertama tahun 2012 dan diterbitkan oleh Penerbit Mara Pustaka Yogyakarta. Penelitian difokuskan pada permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan konflik internal yang dikaji secara psikologi sastra.  Data diperoleh dengan teknik membaca dan mencatat. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui validitas semantis dan reliabilitas interrater dan intrarater. Dari  hasil penelitian, diperoleh wujud konflik internal tokoh utama, berwujud: kekecewaan akibat tidak tercapainya sebuah harapan, keraguan terhadap keyakinan agama dengan hadirnya informasi baru, kebingungan dalam menentukan pilihan, perasaan bersalah pada orang tua, perasaan bersalah pada Tuhan, perasaan bersalah pada suami, perasaan menyesal pada kesalahan yang sudah diperbuat, kebingungan dalam menghadapi tragedi kehidupan, kekecewaan akibat perasaan yang sudah dilukai, keraguan atas kemampuan diri dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Kebingungan dalam menghadapi tragedi kehidupan adalah wujud konflik internal yang paling dominan yang dialami oleh tokoh utama dalam novel Lintang.Kata kunci: Konflik internal, psikologi, tokoh, novel The Internal Conflict of Main Character in Nana Rina’ Novel: Lintang AbstractLiterary works reveal the emotions that arise from conflicts between the characters in them. This study aims to describe the form of internal conflict experienced by the main character in the novel Lintang. The data source of this research is the novel Lintang by Nana Rina, the first edition of 2012 and published by Mara Pustaka Yogyakarta Publisher. The research is focused on problems related to internal conflicts studied in literary psychology. Data obtained by reading and taking notes. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The validity of the data was obtained through semantic validity and interrater and interrater reliability. The result showed it is obtained the form of the internal conflict of the main character, in the form of disappointment due to not achieving hope, doubt about religious beliefs in the presence of new information, confusion in making choices, feelings of guilt in parents, feelings of guilt towards God, feelings of guilt towards husbands, feelings of regret on mistakes that have been made, confusion in dealing with the tragedy of life, disappointment due to feelings that have been hurt, doubts about one's ability to solve problems. The most dominant conflict in Lintang is how the main character faces her confusion towards the tragedy in her life.

This study discusses the directive acts of the novel Bumi Cinta by Habiburrahman El Shirazy and the directive acts of the directive acts of the novel Cinta Cinta by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The theory used is the theory of Harun Joko Prayitno. The data source of this research is a speech in the novel Bumi Cinta by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The research data consisted of utterances cited by directive speech acts which included directive speech acts and directive speech acts in the novel Bumi Cinta by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. Data were obtained by referring to the competent free engage listening technique obtained by note taking. The validity of the data in this study uses theory triangulation. Research results in the novel Bumi Cinta found six forms of directive speech acts, on request, request, invitation, approval, criticism and prohibition. When viewed, the directive speech function of the novel Bumi Cinta has a variety of functions. The form of directive speech acts requires the functions of ordering, commanding, asking, activating and letting. The form of directive speech acts requests, requests, hopes and offers. The form of speech act directive invitation has the function of inviting, persuading, supporting and asking. The form of directive speech acts to support the functions of advising, asking, asking and reminding. The form of directive speech acts of criticism has the function of reprimanding and winning. The form of directive speech acts have a ban function.

Abstract: This study aimed to describe (1) the personality id figure Rey in the novel "The moon Drowned In Your Face" Work Tere Liye, (2) the personality ego character Rey in the novel "The moon Drowned In Your Face" Work Tere Liye, (3) personality super ego character Rey in his novel "the moon Drowned in Your Face" Tere Liye work. This study was a qualitative descriptive study and included in this type of library research. The data used in this study is novel Rembulan Drowning In Your Face Tere Liye Work, published by Republika Jakarta pata first printing in 2009 and consists of 426 pages. Data collection techniques used in this research is the engineering documentation and observation techniques. Teknk data analysis aims to describe the elements of fact stories that form the main characters' personalities that exist in the novel "The moon Drowned In Your Face" Work Tere Liye ". Based on the analysis, it can be concluded personality of id, ego and super ego that experienced by the main character. Based on the results of the study, that the personality Ray in the novel Rembulan Drowning In Your face has the id that is present in the form of hatred against a dark past, the curiosity over his true identity, as well as the ambition to destroy those he considered duplicity. Ego Ray looked at the rebellion he often did to help the people he loved. Super ego Ray looked at the behavior that always decide things according to his conscience desires.

his research investigated  Deixis used in the novel entitled The Good Muslim by Tahmima Anam.This study was conducted to find out; (1) types of deixis contained in utterances of the novel entitled the Good Muslim by Tahmima Anam, (2) types of deixis were used most in the Novel entitled The Good Muslim by Tahmima Anam. Therefore, it gived significant to the author herself, the learners, other researchers and english teachers. The writer used levinson’s theory in analyzing the data. The methodology of this research  was qualitative descriptive study. The technique used to collect the data was documentation. The data was taken from 1.972 utterances of the novel entitled the Good Muslim by Tahmima Anam. From the data have been analyzed, it was found that there were five types of deixis, they were person deixis occured 1.723 times (87.4%), place deixis occured 53 times (2.7%), time deixis occured 68 times (3.4%), discourse deixis occured 83 times (4.2 %), person deixis occured 45 times (2.3 %). The most commonly used types of deixis was person deixis occuring 1.723 times (87.4%).

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berujudul Hegemoni Kekuasaan Dalam Novel Hujan Karya Tere Liye dan Relevansinya Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mndeskripsikan formasi ideologi, bentuk hegemoni kekuasaan, dan relevansi penelitian dengan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Hujan karya Tere Liye. Data penelitian berupa kata, frasa, atau kalimat yang memuat formasi ideologi dan bentuk hegemoni dalam novel Hujan karya Tere Liye, serta relevansinya dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan baca dan catat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan content analysis. Validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan validitas semantik dan intrarater. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain: 1) Pertama, Formasi ideologi dalam novel Hujan karya Tere Liye. Formasi ideologi yang ditemukan dalam novel Hujan karya Tere Liye yaitu otoritarisme, feodalisme, kapitalisme, liberalisme, sosialisme, serta vandalisme. Otoritarisme merupakan formasi ideologi yang paling banyak muncul dalam novel. 2) Kedua, bentuk hegemoni kekuasaan terjadi dalam masyarakat sipil dan masyarakat politik. 3) Ketiga, Relevansi penelitian dengan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Penelitian ini relevan dengan KD. 3.8 Mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai kehidupan yang terkandung dalam kumpulan cerpen yang dibaca. Melalui novel Hujan karya Tere Liye, siswa dapat mengapresiasi karya sastra sehingga menambah pengalaman, pengetahuan, dan wawasan yang dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk membentuk kepribadian diri. Kata kunci: formasi ideologi, hegemoni, relevansi pembelajaran, novel Abstract: This research entitle “The Hegemony of Power in Novel Hujan by Tere Liye and Its Relevance in Indonesia learning at High School” has aims to describe the ideology formation, term of hegemony power, and the research relevance with Indonesia learning at high school. This research is a qualitative descriptive with data source is Npvel Hujan by Tere Liye. Research data are words, phrases pr sentences which has ideology formation and hegemony term and also the relevance with Indonesia learning at high school. Read and write were used to collect the data. Content analysis was used to analyze the data. Semantics and intrarater were used to test the validity and reliability. The reserach findings were : 1) the ideology formations were authoritarian, feudalism, capitalism, liberalism, socialism, and vandalism. Authoritarian was dominant in the novel, 2) the term of hegemony happened both in civil society and political society, 3) the relevance of this research with Indonesia learning at high school. This research was relevant with basic competence 3.8 (identify the life values in a short story. Novel hujan brught student to appreciate the literatures to enrich their experience, knowledge and insight to create the personality.  Keywords : Ideology formation, hegemony, learning relevance, novel.

As good citizens, when we gather among fellow language users who have different regional languages, we must always use Indonesian as a language of unity. This study aims to describe how the language behavior between the employees of the Buton tribe and the Buru tribe at the Buru Jazirah Namlea Multipurpose Cooperative and how the language behavior barriers between Buton and Buru tribe employees at the Buru Jazirah Namlea Multipurpose Cooperative in Namlea Buru Maluku Regency. This qualitative descriptive study examines linguistic phenomena. The data source in this study is the utterances used between the employees of the Buton tribe and the Buru tribe in the Buru Jazirah Namlea Multipurpose Cooperative which contains the regional languages of the two tribes. The method of data collection is done through non-participant observation. While the technique of data collection is done through the technique of referring to skillful engagements, recording techniques, and note-taking techniques. The data that has been classified is then analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study revealed that the language behavior between the employees of the Buton tribe and the Buru tribe at the Buru Jazirah Namlea Multipurpose Cooperative was initially not very good considering they communicated with each other in their respective languages but over time this could be overcome so that between the Buton tribes and the Buru tribe cooperated well. Subsequent findings of language barriers between Buton and Buru tribes employees at the Buru Jazirah Namlea Multipurpose Cooperative influenced their respective regional languages, between the two tribes unable to understand each other because the two tribes used their respective regional languages. when interacting.  Sebagai warga negara yang baik, ketika kita berkumpul antara sesama pengguna bahasa yang saling berbeda bahasa daerah, kita harus selalu menggunakan bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa persatuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bagaimana perilaku berbahasa antara karyawan suku Buton dan suku Buru di Koperasi Serba Usaha Buru Jazirah Namlea dan bagaimana hambatan-hambatan perilaku berbahasa antara karyawan suku Buton dan suku Buru di Koperasi Serba Usaha Buru Jazirah Namlea di Namlea Kabupaten Buru, Maluku. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini mengkaji tentang fenomena kebahasaan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan-tuturan yang digunakan antara karyawan suku Buton dan suku Buru di Koperasi Serba Usaha Buru Jazirah Namlea yang mengandung bahasa daerah kedua suku tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi nonpartisipasi. Sementara teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik simak bebas libat cakap, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat. Data yang sudah diklasifikasi kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif.            Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa perilaku berbahasa antara karyawan suku Buton dan suku Buru di Koperasi Serba Usaha Buru Jazirah Namlea pada awalnya kurang begitu baik mengingat mereka saling berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan bahasa daerah masing-masing, namun seiring dengan berjalannya waktu hal tersebut bisa teratasi sehingga antara suku Buton dan suku Buru terjalin kerja sama dengan baik. Temuan berikutnya hambatan-hambatan  yang terjadi dalam perilaku berbahasa antara karyawan suku Buton dan suku Buru di Koperasi Serba Usaha Buru Jazirah Namlea yaitu pengaruh bahasa daerah masing-masing antara kedua suku tersebut tidak bisa saling memahami karena kedua suku tersebut menggunakan bahasa daerah mereka masing-masing ketika berinteraksi.
