This study was conducted to analyse the smallholder’s perception of the roles of extension agents - coconut industry sustainability. To ensure the extension agent program is successful, the agent should recognize their roles as the change agent in the coconut industry which is, they act as a catalyst, process helpers, resource linkers, and solution giver. This study was conducted in sub-districts of Kuala Selangor at Tanjong Karang. The sample of fifty-six respondents was selected from the 65 population through the random sampling method. By using a survey method, the questionnaires were distributed to measure the roles of the extension agent as a change agent based on the smallholder’s perception. Based on correlation coefficient analysis, it was shown that all data was significant between catalyst, process helper, resource linker, and solution giver by using 0.10 (p-value). The highest correlation coefficient in this analysis is solution giver that shows the correlation value 0.660 and can best be described as a positive strong relationship. The result for multiple linear regression showed that process helper was the dominant factor for this study which showed the beta, p-value is 0.264 by using 0.10 (pvalue). Hence, it can be analysed that the level of the extension agent roles in the coconut industry is at a medium level because they are not fully utilizing their roles as a change agent. As for the recommendation, extension agents in the coconut industry should be more aggressive by looking at the various aspects such as communication, decision making, knowledge, skills, and others to make the coconut industry sustainable for the future.

This article aims to determine the relationship intrapreneurial leadership, school culture and innovation performance of elementary school teachers in East Jakarta. This research uses survey method with correlation approach. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between intrapreneurial leadership and school culture on teacher innovation performance of elementary school in East Jakarta where the result of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,885 and F count (F Change) = 266,395, and p -value = 0,000 <0.05, and While the coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,784, which means that the intrapreneurial leadership (X1) and school culture (X2) together influence 78,4% to the performance of innovation (Y). <p>Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder that is chronic, reality disorders, cognitive dysfunction, and difficulty in doing activities. Violent behavior is a form of aggressive behavior that causes suffering or hurts others, has an angry response, is expressed by threatening, injuring oneself and others, and can damage the environment. The study aims to determine the relationship of burden with a family coping when treating schizophrenic patients who experience violent behavior in the  Prof.Dr.M.Ildrem mental hospital Medan. Descriptive correlation research design with a cross-sectional approach. The entire population of schizophrenic patients who treat family members with violent behavior who undergo outpatient as many as 384 people. Samples totaling 79 people with a sampling technique is a consecutive sampling. The results obtained that the objective burden of the majority family is 74,7% and the subjective burden of the majority family is 60,8%, coping of the adaptive majority family is 97,5%. It is known that there is a strong relationship between burden and family coping when treating patients with schizophrenia who experience violent behavior (p-value=0,000; p-value&lt;0,01) with an objective load value of the correlation coefficient (r)=0,522. And the subjective load coefficient correlation coefficient (r)=0,525. Families are expected to reduce objective and subjective burdens when treating schizophrenic patients who experience violent behavior by increasing adaptive family coping so that the burden in the family is lighter and able to care for family members better.</p>

Introduction: Anemia is a problem in pregnancy because in pregnancy need for nutrients increases and changes in the blood and bone marrow occur. According to WHO, 40% of mortality maternal in developing countries is related to anemia in pregnancy.Objective: to determine the factors that influence anemia in pregnant women at Batu Gana Health Center in 2020.Methode: This research used an analytic survey method with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 115 people who came to check their pregnancies at the Batugana Health Center. The sample taken by using purposive sampling amounted to 53 respondents. Data analysis used the chi-square test.Results: showed that there was a correlation between knowledge about the incidence of anemia with a p-value of.040 (<.05), there was a relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of anemia with a p-value of 0.000 (<.05), there was a relationship between compliance with iron consumption and the incidence. Anemia with a p-value of .002 (<.05) and the most dominant factor affecting the incidence of anemia was nutritional status with an Exp (B) value of 30.400, meaning that family support was 30 times more likely to affect the incidence of anemia in pregnant women.Conclusion: showed that there is an effect of knowledge, nutritional status, adherence to iron consumption on the incidence of anemia.Suggestions are expected to health workers, especially midwives and doctors to improve health services, especially pregnant women so that the health status of pregnant women can be improved so that the incidence of anemia can be avoided.  Keywords: Anemia Incidence, Knowledge, Nutritional Status, Compliance with Iron Consumption ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Anemia merupakan masalah pada wanita di dunia termasuk Indonesia. Anemia lebih sering dijumpai dalam kehamilan karena dalam kehamilan kebutuhan akan zat-zat makanan bertambah dan terjadi perubahan-perubahan dalam darah dan sumsum tulang. Menurut WHO 40% kematian ibu di negara berkembang berkaitan dengan anemia dalam kehamilan.Tujuan: untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Batu Gana Tahun 2020.Metode: Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang datang memeriksakan kehamilannya di Puskesmas Batugana yaitu sebanyak 115 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purrposive sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan diperoleh jumlah sampel 53 responden. Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil:  penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan pengetahuan terhadap kejadian anemia dengan nilai p-value 0,040 (<0,05), ada hubungan status gizi terhadap kejadian anemia dengan nilai p-value 0,000 (<0,05), ada hubungan kepatuhan konsumsi zat besi terhadap kejadian anemia dengan nilai p-value 0,002 (<0,05) dan factor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kejadian anemia adalah status gizi dengan nilai Exp (B) 30.400 artinya dukungan keluarga 30 kali lebih cenderung mempengaruhi kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil.Kesimpulan: ada pengaruh pengetahuan, status gizi, kepatuhan konsumsi zat besi terhadap kejadian anemia.Saran diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan khusunya Bidan dan Dokter untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan khususnya ibu hamil agar status kesehatan ibu hamil dapat  ditingkatkan sehingga kejadian anemia dapat dihindari.  Kata Kunci: Kejadian Anemia, Pengetahuan, Status Gizi, Kepatuhan Konsumsi Zat Besi

Implementing clean and healthy living behaviors is useful to prevent, cope and protect against disease threats and utilize quality health services, effective and efficient. Hand washing with soap is an indicator of clean and healthy living behavior. Washing hands with soap can prevent various diseases. One of them is diarrhea. The fingers can be the pathway for pathogens, bacteria or viruses that can cause diarrhea. Therefore, hand washing becomes one of effective and efficient prevention efforts to avoid the occurrence of disease. Purpose: This research has a purpose to know the relationship between knowledge and attitude towards hand washing action in RW III Pegirian Village Semampir District Surabaya. Methods: This research used descriptive method with Simple Random Sampling technique, samples of 84 respondents. The independent variables in this study consisted of knowledge of handwashing and attitude towards hand washing. The dependent variable in this research is hand washing action. The collected data were analyzed using spearman correlation test with the aim of knowing the relationship and strong relationship of research subjects. Results: The result of this research is the correlation between knowledge with hand washing with p value 0,009 with strong correlation with correlation coefficient 0,282. And there is a relationship between attitude to hand washing with hand washing result p value sebasar 0,017 and strong relationship is strong with correlation coefficient 0,271. Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the act of hands washing and strong relationships are strong.

This article aims to determine the relationship between creativity, self efficacy and student entrepreneurship intent of Faculty of Economics (FE), State University of Jakarta (UNJ) This research uses survey method with correlation approach.The results showed that there is a significant correlation between creativity, self efficacy and intent entrepreneurship of FE UNJ students where the result of calculation of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,635 and F count (F Change) = 49,785, and p-value = 0,000 <0,05, and coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,404 , which implies that creativity (X1) and self efficacy (X2) together influence 40.4% of entrepreneurship intentions (Y).  Keywords: Creativity, Self Efficacy,  Entrepreneurship Intention

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of religious teachers in Islamic Elementary School in South Tangerang City. The study employed causal survey method with the population of 85 religious teachers in Islamic Elementary School in South Tangerang City. Given that the sample is less than 100 participants, the respondents in this study is the total sample (the whole population). Data were collected using a questionnaire to measure the variables of teacher performance, education and training, and work discipline. The coefficient of reliability (alpha value) is consecutively 0.8074; 0.7126. The results indicate that, first, there is a direct and significant effect of education and training to the teacher performance, indicated by the value þ = 1.030 with a regression equation Y = 28.529 + 1,030X1, r1y correlation coefficient = 0.917, and the coefficient of determination R square = 0.841, or 84,1%. Second, there is a positive and significant impact of education and training on work discipline, shown by the p-value = 0.00 <0.05 with a regression equation X2 = 6.214 + 0,733X2, correlation coefficient (R2.1) = 0.928 and F count = 516.609, and the R Square = 0.862, or 86.2%. Third, there is a direct and significant effect of performance to work discipline, which is indicated by the value þ = 0.839, the regression equation Y = 32.015 + 0,839X2. Fourth, there is a direct influence of the training and work discipline on the teacher performance, the regression equation Y = 30.070 + 0,313X1 + 0,610X2, Ry.12 correlation coefficient = 0.952, and the R square = 0.907 or 90.7%. The findings imply that the religious teacher performance in Islamic Elementary School in South Tangerang City can be improved by participating education and training program and improving work discipline. Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis media pembelajaran apa saja yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap peningkatan kompetensi penyuluh pertanian, serta merumuskan strategi pemanfaatan media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kompetensi penyuluh pertanian. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survai terhadap penyuluh pertanian PNS padi di kabupaten Karawang dan penyuluh sayuran di kabupaten Garut Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil analisis regresi diketahui bahwa media pembelajaran yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap peningkatan kompetensi penyuluh adalah intensitas pemanfaatan majalah (media massa); intensitas pelatihan dan intensitas pertemuan antar penyuluh (media terprogram), serta intensitas pendalaman inovasi mandiri (media lingkungan). Strategi pengembangan kompetensi penyuluh pertanian berbasis pemanfaatan media dirumuskan melalui pemanfaatan media massa, media terprogram, dan media lingkungan secara terpadu dan saling melengkapi. Media massa yang digunakan adalah majalah yang secara berkelanjutan substansinya sesuai dengan penyuluhan dan melalui saluran khusus Siaran Televisi Pembangunan Pedesaan yang mengudara selama 24 jam. Pemanfaatan media terprogram ditempuh melalui peningkatan: kualitas pendidikan formal, intensitas dan kualitas pertemuan, serta peningkatan intensitas pelatihan. Pemanfaatan media lingkungan dilakukan dengan menggerakan penyuluh untuk kembali bertempat tinggal di desa binaannya sehingga dapat belajar dengan alam, memahami kebutuhan dan potensi lingkungan, serta menselaraskan inovasi atau hasil-hasil penelitian dengan kebutuhan masyarakat di sekitar tempat tugasnya.Kata Kunci: Media pembelajaran, media massa, media terprogram, media lingkungan, kompetensi penyuluhAbstract:This study aimed at analyzing what kind of instructional media had actual influence on the competency of agricultural extension agent and formulating the strategy of media instructional utilization for developing competency of agricultural extension agent. The study used survey method toward paddy extension agents in Karawang and vegetable extension agents in Garut, West Java province. The result of regression analysis showed that the instructional media which had actual influence on the development of extension agent’s competency was the intensity of magazine utilization (mass media); the intensity of training and the intensity of meeting among extention agents (programmed media), as well as the intensity of independent innovation (environmental media). Strategy for developing competency of agricultural extension agent based on media utilization was formulated through integrated and complementary utilization of mass media, programmed media, and environmental media. The mass media used were magazine with suitable contents and the 24 hour-aired Rural Development Television Broadcasting. The utilization of programmed media was done by increasing: the quality of formal education, intensity and quality of meeting, and intensity of training. The utilization of environmental media was done by  obilization of extension agents to inhabit within their cultivating villages so that they could learn from nature, comprehend the need and the environmental potential, and harmonize the innovation and the results of research with the need of community.Keyword: instructional media, mass media, programmed media, environmental media, competency of agricultural extension agent.

Purpose: The tourism sector is a very potential sector for Bangladesh in terms of growth and employment. Analyzing the literature, it can be observed that most of the researchers studied the tourist market and the degree of satisfaction of tourists. But job satisfaction as a human resource management concept, in the tourism sector has not been sufficiently investigated. Job satisfaction is particularly important in tourism sector as it is service oriented and people intensive. This study identified the antecedents of job satisfaction in tourism sector and their relative importance to the employees. Methods: The study is quantitative in nature. A number of hypotheses were tested for relationships between job satisfaction and related facets like payment and benefits, advancement and growth, the work itself, leadership, communication, performance feedback and recognition, rewards, colleagues, and employee stress.  Data were collected through a survey method and structured questionnaire from employees of different tourism-related businesses. With 81.8% response rate, a total of 409 error-free response sheets containing a total of 38 independent variables were considered for the analysis through Smart PLS 3.01 software. The hypotheses were tested by following the path coefficients of the factors where job satisfaction was the dependent variable. The model of the satisfaction of employees for Bangladesh was established by using the coefficients of relationship with all nine facets and job satisfaction. Results: The standardized regression weights are shown with the nine factors Payment and Benefit (PB), Advancement and Growth (AG), Work Itself (WI), Work Itself (WI), Leadership (LE), Communication (COM), Performance feedback and Recognition (PFR), Rewards (RE), Colleague (COL) and Stress (STR). It was found that five factors (PB, AG, WI, LE, COM) are relatively more significantly responsible for job satisfaction or dissatisfaction, than other four factors (PFR, RE, COL, STR). It also found that the managerial and non-managerial employees show considerable differences in their job satisfaction across the organizations. Implications: The results found in the study may act as a basis for future research in the HR issues of the tourism sector. The owners and managers of tourism companies should appreciate the necessity of employees being satisfied, because this will lead to greater commitment, loyalty, and quality service to the customers. Originality: Due to the dominance of other factors like machines, materials, and other technologies, there is weak evidence in some cases whether there is always a positive and strong relationship between job satisfaction and firm performance. But in a human intensive service industry like tourism, job satisfaction of employees who are directly responsible for consumer experience, is bound to be a dominant factor. This paper is expected to be cited in that particular idea or context.

Abstract Objective:to determine acceptance of family planning acceptors from age, numbers ofparity, mother education, spouse’s support, mother's culture and religion, maternalknowledge, gestational age, family income and number of living children to the IUD usage interest in dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital (RSUDZA) Banda Aceh. Method: This research wasa correlative design with analytical survey method with cross sectional approach. 286 respondents were interviewed and filled out a questionnaire that has been prepared, consist ofpatients in the clinic, Emergency Unit, and Delivery Room Hospital RSUDZA Banda Aceh. The data taken related tofactors influencing the acceptance of the family planning acceptors against the IUD usage interests. This study was conducted duringSeptember 18 th to October 18 th 2017. Results: The chi-square test result showed that there was a significant correlation between family planning acceptor from previous pregnancy distance and IUD usageinterest in RSUDZA Banda Aceh where p-value (0.088) <α (0.1). There was a significant correlation between maternalknowledgeand IUD usage interest in RSUDZA Banda Aceh where p-value (0.067) <α (0.1). Conclusion: Bivariate analysis results showed there was a strong relationship between previous pregnancy distance and maternal knowledgetoIUD usage interest in RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Zainoel Abidin (RSUDZA) Banda Aceh. Metode:Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelatif dengan metode penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Terdapat 286 responden yang telah diwawancarai dan mengisi kuisioner yang telah disediakan, terdiri dari pasien-pasien di poliklinik, Instalasi Gawat Darurat, dan kamar bersalin RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Data yang diambil mengenai faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi peneriman akseptor KB terhadap minat penggunaan AKDR. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam kurun periode tanggal 18 September sampai 18 Oktober 2017. Hasil: uji chi-square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan secara signifikan penerimaan akseptor KB dari faktor jarak kehamilan ibu sebelumnya terhadap minat penggunaan AKDRdimana p-value (0,088) <α (0,1). Terdapat hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan terhadap minat penggunaan AKDRdi RSUDZA Banda Aceh dengan nilai p-value (0,067) <α (0,1) Kesimpulan: Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara jarak kehamilan ibu dan pengetahuan ibu terhadap minat penggunaan AKDR di RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Cervical cancer is a preventable disease, but in fact, women are often found at advanced disease because they do not undergo screening. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between socio-demographic factors, cost, knowledge, and attitude with women’s participation in VIA test. The design of this study was cross-sectional. The samples were taken from women who received counseling about cervical cancer during 2016 at districts Health Center by using proportional random sampling.  Overall respondents were 198 women. The data were processed and analyzed by using Chi-Square, eta correlation, phi correlation, and multiple logistic regression. Bivariable analysis showed that age (p-value <0.001), education (p-value <0.001), employment (p-value = 0.008), income (p-value = 0.036), marital status (p-value = 0.010), distance (p-value = 0.008), cost (p-value <0.001, knowledge (p-value <0.001), and attitude (p <0.001) were significantly related with women’s participation in VIA test. Multivariable analysis showed that marital status, knowledge and attitude were significantly related with women’s participation in VIA test.  Attitude was variable with the largest value of prevalence rate, it was 20,4 and p value<0,001. The conclusions that can be taken in this study includes socio-demographic factors were associated with women’s participation in VIA test, except parity; the cost has weak relationship with women's participation in VIA test; knowledge has fairly strong relationship with women's participation in VIA test; attitude has fairly strong relationship with women's participation in VIA test and attitude is the most dominant factor related with women's participation in VIA test
