Physics, like the teaching of natural sciences, is fundamental for scientific and technological development. Although of fundamental importance to society, there is a significant lack of interest in high school students. This study aimed to develop and apply a strategy that involved a “game of questions and answers” to introduce the study of mechanics in a differentiated and more attractive way for students. For example, when talking about strengths, common sense is very ingrained, and it becomes complex to promote conceptual change in young apprentices. The game was used as a problematization to create an environment of need to search for new knowledge to face situations and answer questions. The proposal was applied to a second-year high school class at a private school in Porto Alegre. The sample consisted of thirty-three students aged between fifteen and seventeen, divided between eighteen girls and fifteen boys. The application was made during regular classes. The game was born from the need to create students with a willingness and predisposition to seek knowledge and transform their thinking about physics. The formulation of questions and answers was designed to make minimal subunits to search fora new experience. Through the students' responses, it was possible to observe that the degree of satisfaction was relatively high and that they liked the game itself and the change in the classic and plastered form that the content was worked on.

Data collection used test methods, methods of thinking, interviews, and observation. The results of this study are: a) SQT showes the existence of fluency and flexibility in the answer, namely by writing different ways and there were ways with the same pattern. The ways that he used were new ways for her which means that SQT has a novelty in solving problems. b) SCP also showed fluency, flexibility and novelty. The two ways he given were different from the other subjects, there were answers with the same pattern, and the method used was an unusual method. c) SCB showed excellent fluency and flexibility through the three ways he used it to solve problems. Bullying is a dangerous phenomenon that affects many modern students around the world. Bullying destructively affects a person regardless of the role (aggressor, observer, victim) and, despite measures to overcome, is present at school. Bullying (from the point of view of the contextual approach) is a social-group phenomenon that accompanies the development of a group with an unconstructive deformation of relationships in it. We conducted a research that reveals how Russian students are prone to bullying, how (taking into account gender and experience of it) are aware of its causes, who can stop bullying and whom they are ready to turn for help to if they become observers or victims of bullying. The results of the study showed that 46.8% of students felt oppressed during the school year (2018-2019). Students realize that the school class can stop bullying, but in a bullying situation they turn to parents, teachers, less to friends, do not mention the school class.

Resumo Este artigo é baseado em um relato de experiência docente, em que tivemos a pretensão de estimular a reflexividade linguística dos alunos adolescentes da rede pública de ensino da capital cearense. O referencial teórico é pautado nos eixos conceituais: superdiversidade e transidioma (MOITA LOPES, 2013; BLOMMAERT; RAMPTON, 2011); multimodalidade e multiletramentos (JEWITT, 2010; SOARES, 2002; ROJO, 2012). Multimodalidade. Experiência docente.   Transidiomatic practices in Spanish as a Second Language: multimodality in the public school Abstract This paper is based on a teaching experience, from a perspective of the linguistic reflexivity for high school students of a public school located in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. The theoretical framework is related to these approaches: superdiversity and transidiomatic uses of language (MOITA LOPES, 2013; BLOMMAERT; RAMPTON, 2011); multimodality and multiliteracies (JEWITT, 2010; SOARES, 2002; ROJO, 2012). Thus we intend to show how transidiomatic linguistic uses occur in the social practices of the students from high school of the second degree in Brazil. We will see, in fact, the construal of multimodal texts, from the perspective of the superdiversity and the multimodality. We consider transidiomatic uses as present in the classes, mainly in second language classes, in order to make the students aware of an emancipatory sociolinguistics view. Keywords: Transidioma. Multimodality. Teaching experience.

This study examined the effect of 2 types of mathematics content organization on high school students' mathematics learning while taking account of curriculum implementation and student prior achievement. The study involved 2,161 students in 10 schools in 5 states. Within each school, approximately 1/2 of the students studied from an integrated curriculum (Course 1) and 1/2 studied from a subject-specific curriculum (Algebra 1). Hierarchical linear modeling with 3 levels showed that students who studied from the integrated curriculum were significantly advantaged over students who studied from a subject-specific curriculum on 3 end-of-year outcome measures: Test of Common Objectives, Problem Solving and Reasoning Test, and a standardized achievement test. Opportunity to learn and teaching experience were significant moderating factors.
