Tutela. Constituições Federais. Brasil.  AbstractThe objective of this brief retrospective introjective review of constitutional norms is to discuss the protection of domestic animals. The position of regional geography in the system of geographical sciences is a topic that has been the subject of intense epistemologically and methodologically focused discussion within scientific realm at the global level since the middle of the 20th century. The initial outcome of these processes at the academic level was the marginalization of regional geography in the study of spatial phenomena, but since then there was a partial revitalization of the regional approach. In view of these changes, the place of regional geography within geographical education also began to be problematized. In this paper, it is conducted a critical review of selected academic articles from the last few decades that at least in a certain segment touch on this topic, as well as analysis of recent trends in school geography. This analysis suggests that it is difficult to find an adequate replacement for regional content, especially in the geographical education at lower levels of education, and that in many countries it still represents the basis or at least an important part of the geographical curriculum. However, at the same time, the need for change of teaching approach based on the excessive so-called regional inventory of space, by introducing general geographical concepts in the study of regional units of various levels, and putting them in the service of the development of critical thinking in students.

Commonly, practice of islamic education implementation is dichotomic. Muhammadiyah as a pioneer of modern islamic education in Indonesia in its implementation has tried to pair up science and Islam, both institutionally and scienctifically. Scientifically proven that school system in past was only taught science, whereas islamic boarding taught only Islam.Muhammadiyah through its education system offers the integration of science and Islam through religious education which is now popularly called al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan education. At PTMA there are also Islamic Studies which are carried out by FAI in almost every Muhammadiyah university. While institutionally generally Muhammadiyah universities provide mushalla or mosques to complement their school infrastructure, even in the organizational structure there are officials who are directly in charge of al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. It all is still not integrated as a whole that benefits both science and institutions. Science has not been integrated in the subject of the study of al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan, and viceversa.

Case method has been a popular pedagogy in management education. It is a preferred evaluation tool which is inherently subjective in nature. This article compares the results of case-based evaluation in marketing discipline, in announced and unannounced settings, for full-time and part-time management programmes and discusses its implications. The data were collected from the formal evaluation made by a faculty of an Association of MBAs (AMBA) accredited management institute of India. The results suggests that for full-time residential MBA programmes, use of relative marks for grading each component of the evaluation is likely to be a more robust evaluation mechanism than using just the marks or using the consolidated marks for final grading. However, neither surprise quiz nor announced quiz provide any robust and unbiased method of evaluating the performance of the students of part-time non-residential MBA programme as the result are also dependent on variables like work and family, which are extraneous to the student’s interest and proficiency in the subject.
