The Influence of Self Image Congruence on Purchasing Decisions Mediated by Brand Trust (Survey on Air Asia Airlines). The aviation industry is an industry engaged in air transportation that is needed by the public. The development of the aviation industry in Indonesia, especially domestic airlines, is increasingly booming and growing rapidly with the existence of many airlines that have sprung up since the enactment of Law No. 15 of 1992. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of Self Image Congruence on Purchasing Decisions Mediated by Brand Trust on Air Asia Airlines. This research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods. The sampling technique of this research is probability sampling using Hair formula. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data were processed using path analysis. The results of this study prove that Self Image Congruence has a positive and significant effect on Brand Trust which has an impact on Purchasing Decisions on Air Asia Airlines.

The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The subject of this research was students of Riau Islamic University. While the object of this study was the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling, while the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. To analyze the data, quantitative descriptive method was used. In analyzing quantitative data, simple linear regression analysis was used where the calculation process used SPSS for windows version 23. The sample of this study was 96 people. The result of the research showed Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo had a strong or high relationship, this was related to the correlation coeffisien which was 0.763. The result of the research, the result of partial test related to the significant influence between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo, it was known from  the value of tcount (11.452) which was bigger than t table (1.661). Conclusion, there was a significant effect between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for clean and fresh sunsilk hijab Shampoo to students of  Riau Islamic University Keywords: Islamic Advertising, Purchasing Decision

This research aims to explain the effect of the product innovation variables and product design partially on the repeated purchase decisions of an iPhone smartphone. This study uses 3 variables; namely product innovation (X1), product design (X2), and repeat purchase decisions (Y). Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the iPhone user community in Indonesia. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, verification, normality test, and regression analysis. The sampling technique of this study was Stratified Random Sampling using the Slovin formula. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The results of this study prove that Product Innovation and Product Design have a positive and significant effect on Repeated Purchasing Decisions.

Zenius is a creation of Indonesian children in the world education. Zenius was built as a technology company which is focused on education services. Zenius Education was founded in 2004 as an offline tutoring, in 2007 it was inaugurated as PT Zenius Education and in 2010 as an online tutoring. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions at Zenius Education. This research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods. This research is a quantitative census research. The population in this study is Instagram followers of Zenius Education. This study is used the type of primary data and secondary data. Data is processed using path analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that celebrity endorsers have an influence on purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between the innovation variable, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to determine whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions on the Toyota Calya Car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 75 consumers and the sample used was 75, where the sampling technique used saturated sampling (census). The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant influence between digital marketing variables, brand trust, and product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing customer loyalty at the House of Donatello, Solo Branch. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The research period is March to June 2020. The population in this study is all people who shop at the House of Donatello, Solo Branch and the sample used is 100 respondents, where the sampling technique uses random sampling techniques. The data used are primary data and secondary data with questionnaire data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear tests with SPSS version 21. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media promotion (online) and Word of Mouth (WOM) on consumer purchasing decisions at La Tansa Gontor Bookstore. This research is a quantitative research with data sources obtained from primary data in the form of the results of respondents' answers to La Tansa Gontor Bookstore consumers, and secondary data in the form of written information from the web and social media. Questionnaire data was collected using random sampling technique, with an infinite number of populations. The sample used is 300 respondents. The results showed: 1) Social media promotion (online) had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at La Tansa Gontor Bookstore, this was because the social media admin of La Tansa Gontor Bookstore provided good and interesting and responsive information so that it could influence consumers. to make consumer purchasing decisions. 2) Word of Mouth (WOM) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions because consumers are satisfied with the service and product quality offered.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi media sosial (online) dan Word of Mouth (WOM) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantutatif dengan sumber data diperoleh dari data primer berupa hasil jawaban responden konsumen Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor, dan data sekunder yang berupa informasi tertulis dari web dan media sosial. Pengumpulan data angket dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling, jumlah populasi yang tak terhingga. Sampel yang digunakan 300 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1)Promosi media sosial (online) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor, hal ini disebabkan karena admin media sosial Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor memberikan informasi yang baik dan menarik serta responsif sehingga dapat mempengaruhi konsumen untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian konsumen. 2)Word of Mouth (WOM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian karena konsumen mnyatakan puas dengan pelayanan dan kualitas produk yang ditawarkan.

The study has made an attempt on resource use and economic efficiency of cucumber production under poly-house farming and open field farming. Primary data collected by using purposive sampling technique from selected districts. Sample of 50 farmers (25 Poly-house farmers and 25 Open field farmers) was taken from each district on the basis of availability. Secondary data was collected from Horticulture Department. For data analysis statistical tools average, percentage and Linear Cobb-Douglas Production Function was used. The study found that the yield of cucumber was more under poly-house farming as compare to open field farming system. The reason behind this was long harvesting period and more number of fruits per plant under poly-house farming conditions. The data specifies higher net returns per acre of cucumber under poly-house farming over open field farming, which implicit poly-house farming not only highly profitable but also economically viable as compared to open field farming in study area.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a significant influence between variable website quality, product innovation, and electronic word of mouth on e-commerce shopee purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing the purchase decision of e-commerce shopee at the Faculty of Economics, Batik Islamic University, Surakarta. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 1330 students and the number of samples used was 133, where the sampling technique used quota sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear tests. The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.
