The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media promotion (online) and Word of Mouth (WOM) on consumer purchasing decisions at La Tansa Gontor Bookstore. This research is a quantitative research with data sources obtained from primary data in the form of the results of respondents' answers to La Tansa Gontor Bookstore consumers, and secondary data in the form of written information from the web and social media. Questionnaire data was collected using random sampling technique, with an infinite number of populations. The sample used is 300 respondents. The results showed: 1) Social media promotion (online) had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at La Tansa Gontor Bookstore, this was because the social media admin of La Tansa Gontor Bookstore provided good and interesting and responsive information so that it could influence consumers. to make consumer purchasing decisions. 2) Word of Mouth (WOM) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions because consumers are satisfied with the service and product quality offered.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi media sosial (online) dan Word of Mouth (WOM) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantutatif dengan sumber data diperoleh dari data primer berupa hasil jawaban responden konsumen Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor, dan data sekunder yang berupa informasi tertulis dari web dan media sosial. Pengumpulan data angket dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling, jumlah populasi yang tak terhingga. Sampel yang digunakan 300 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1)Promosi media sosial (online) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor, hal ini disebabkan karena admin media sosial Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor memberikan informasi yang baik dan menarik serta responsif sehingga dapat mempengaruhi konsumen untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian konsumen. 2)Word of Mouth (WOM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian karena konsumen mnyatakan puas dengan pelayanan dan kualitas produk yang ditawarkan.

This research aims to explain the effect of the product innovation variables and product design partially on the repeated purchase decisions of an iPhone smartphone. This study uses 3 variables; namely product innovation (X1), product design (X2), and repeat purchase decisions (Y). Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the iPhone user community in Indonesia. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, verification, normality test, and regression analysis. The sampling technique of this study was Stratified Random Sampling using the Slovin formula. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The results of this study prove that Product Innovation and Product Design have a positive and significant effect on Repeated Purchasing Decisions.

Pandawa Beach is one of beaches thatlocatedon the south coast of Bali Island, exactly in Kutuh Village, Kuta Selatan Subdistrict, Badung-Regency. This beach is visited by hundreds of domestic tourists everyday. White sand, shallow beach, limestone hill, and also the clean torquoise water being photography or selfie objects in every single day by domestic tourists. The photos-averagely uploaded to social medias everyday. This activity surely will affect many people to come and visit to Pandawa Beach. Thus, this case made the background of choosing the topic “Facebook’sEffecttoward Visiting-Decision of Domestic Tourists toPandawa Beach” to be researched. The goal of this research is to determine the significance of Facebook’s effect toward-visiting decision of domestic-tourists to Pandawa Beach. The research method that used-in this research are quantitative research method with validity test analysis, reliability test, frequency test, t-test, and correlation analysis to analyze the-Facebook’s effecttoward visiting decision toPandawa Beach. Data sources are gained from primary data and secondary data. Data collecting technique used observation method, documentation, and using-questionnaires. Sample of tourists determination technique used in this research is incidental sampling technique. This research is also limited with theory of planned behavior, concept of social media, concept of visiting decision, and concept of tourists. The results of this research isthat-Facebook haseffecttoward the visiting decision of domestic tourists in Pandawa Beach but the effectis weak. This is caused that the tourist who visits-Pandawa Beach also have references of another good beaches in online social media so the Pandawa Beach is not the location that prioritized or the only one tourist attraction that chosen-to be visited by domestic tourists.   Keywords: Facebook’s Effect, Visiting Decision, Domestic Tourists, Pandawa Beach

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a significant influence between variable website quality, product innovation, and electronic word of mouth on e-commerce shopee purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing the purchase decision of e-commerce shopee at the Faculty of Economics, Batik Islamic University, Surakarta. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 1330 students and the number of samples used was 133, where the sampling technique used quota sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear tests. The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

<em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. <p><em>Marketing is the process of selling goods and services that aims to meet and satisfy customer wants. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of product quality, word of mouth, and store image on purchasing decisions in Amigo Pedan store, Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia. The population in this study is the visitors of Amigo Pedan with a sample of 91 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was incidental sampling. Primary data was collected using questionnaires. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed that product quality, word of mouth, and store image have significant and positive effects on purchasing decisions in the store, simultaneously. But, only the word of mouth has a significant effect on customers’ purchasing decisions in the store, partially.</em></p>

In this study, there are four variables, namely Social Media (X1), Word Of Mouth Marketing (X2), Trust (X3) and Purchasing Decision (Y) variables at Mutimuv Store Samarinda Distro. The purpose of this study was to determine and test the effect of the use of social media, word of mouth marketing and trust on purchasing decisions at the Mutimuv Store Samarinda distribution, either partially or simultaneously. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of statistical software SPSS version 25.0. The sampling technique in this study is an accidental sampling technique based on who was found when the author conducted the research and the sample used was 75 consumers at the Mutimuv Store Samarinda Distro. This research is a survey research, in which the information collected from respondents using a questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The results showed that Social Media, Word of Mouth Marketing and Trust together had a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Mutimuv Samarinda Distro. These results mean that variations in purchasing decisions are jointly influenced by Social Media, Word of Mouth Marketing and Trust. Partially, individual Word of Mouth Marketing has no significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mutimuv Samarinda Distro. Of the three independent variables that have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions are social media variables.

<p class="IABSTRAK"><strong>Abstract: </strong>This study aims to describe the source of student well-being in Javanese ado­lescents. This research uses quantitative research approach and supported by qualitative. Research location in Banyumas with cluster random sampling technique. Instrument data collection using the scale of student well-being and open source questionaire student well-being and interview guide. Quantitative data analysis using descriptive. The results of the study are: 1) The sources of student well-being are the dimensions of social relations, cognitive, emotional and spiritual. 3) The inhibiting factor of achieving student well-being is if there are problems in the social, cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual.</p><p class="IKEYWORDS"><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sumber <em>student well-being</em> pada remaja Jawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan didukung dengan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Banyumas dengan teknik <em>cluster random sampling</em>. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan skala <em>student well-being</em> dan <em>openquesioner</em> sumber <em>student well-being</em> serta panduan wawancara. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan <em>deskriptif</em>. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) Sumber-sumber <em>student well-being</em> adalah dimensi hubungan sosial, kognitif, emosi dan spiritual. 3) Faktor penghambat tercapainya <em>student well-being</em> adalah jika ada masalah dalam dimensi sosial, kognitif, emosi, fisik dan spiritual.</p>

The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The subject of this research was students of Riau Islamic University. While the object of this study was the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling, while the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. To analyze the data, quantitative descriptive method was used. In analyzing quantitative data, simple linear regression analysis was used where the calculation process used SPSS for windows version 23. The sample of this study was 96 people. The result of the research showed Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo had a strong or high relationship, this was related to the correlation coeffisien which was 0.763. The result of the research, the result of partial test related to the significant influence between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo, it was known from  the value of tcount (11.452) which was bigger than t table (1.661). Conclusion, there was a significant effect between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for clean and fresh sunsilk hijab Shampoo to students of  Riau Islamic University Keywords: Islamic Advertising, Purchasing Decision

This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effects of viral marketing on endorsers on purchasing decisions mediated by brand awareness as mediation. This research is a type of quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were users of Oppo smartphone products in Makassar City. The sampling technique used accidental sampling and purposive sampling. The number of samples was 100 respondents using the Hair formula. The data used are primary data derived from questionnaire answers. Data analysis used Path Analysis with the help of SPSS 21. The results showed that viral marketing and endorsers had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. Furthermore, viral marketing, endorsers and brand awareness directly have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, the results of this study also show that brand awareness is able to mediate the relationship between viral marketing and endorsers on purchasing decisions. The implication of this research needs to be reinforced in product promotion so that consumers are able to remember products continuously which can have an impact on product purchasing decisions.
