This research purpose to analyze the strategic and technical to encourage the potential of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) from the Groundwater Tax sector owned by Garut Regency. In this research used the descriptive method of research and qualitative approach to obtain the illustration of groundwater tax potential in Garut Regency. The primary and secondary data obtained by depth-interview technique to The Regional Revenue Office of Garut Regency. The data analysis using the formula on the growth, contribution and potential. Besides that, in this research use SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors that influence the achievement of organizational goals based on strengths, weakness, opportunity, and threatness. The result of this research based on the growth measurement obtained the average of the ground water tax reached -13.65% while the contribution of ground water tax to the regional tax was 0.83%. Thus, to repair this condition based on the SWOT analysis the government of Garut Regency needs to conduct the intensification and extensification to increase groundwater tax revenues in Garut Regency as rejuvenating the policy of groundwater tax strategy in Garut Regency.

       The research aims to identify internal and external factors, formulate alternative strategies, and prioritize strategies in developing the tilapia hatchery business at the Gunung Manau Local Fish Breeding Center, Batumandi District, Balangan Regency. The basic method used is descriptive method and carried out by survey techniques. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data analysis methods used (1) SWOT Analysis, (2) IE and SWOT matrix (3) QSP matrix. The results of the study reveal that (1) the main underlying strength is easily accessible production facilities, (2) the main disadvantage is that marketing outside the region is still lacking. (3) The main opportunity to get assistance from the government. (4) Whereas the fundamental threat is the effect of the dry season. (5) Based on the IE matrix, the strategy is market penetration and product development. (6) The results of the SWOT matrix from the alternative strategies implemented are maintaining seed quality and increasing production through increased application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Utilization of feed probiotic processing technology and feed training and increasing the number, improving the performance of technical officers in managing business seeding by providing encouragement, monitoring and evaluation as well as cooperative relations of the related institutions. (7) The priority strategy that can be applied is to improve the performance of technical officers

Technology changes will always be for the better, not only to the end users but also to the intellectual property owners of the technology and the implementers of the technology. The objective of this paper is to study the feasibility and viability for entrepreneurs to become service providers for the dispensation of fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides and supporting services such as aerial crop reconnaissance using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) or drones. The methodology used for this study is SWOT Analysis. Both primary and secondary data is used for this analysis. This study finds that paddy farming employing drones is feasible. The beneficiaries of this study shall be the government, by way of lowering financial cost to subsidise the paddy planting, the farmers who no longer need the services of migrant workers, thus saving production cost, and finally the drone service providers and their downstream business associates who can engaged themselves in very lucrative businesses.

Food and tourism can not be separated. Travellers will always need food to fill his stomach. However, trend of culinary tourism which begun to be popular in the beginning of the year 2000 has come to the definition that food is not only something to satisfy someones’ hunger. Traditional food of one destination could become an attraction to motivate tourists to come.Jakarta as the capital city that never stop welcoming tourists – domestic and abroad - to come, has many potential culinary attractions. Unfortunately,until today, traditinal food of Betawi - Jakarta people – that is known by people are very limited in number. The delightfull of Betawi cuisine is not yet being tourist attractions.This study was conducted to analyze Bubur Ase, one of Betawi cuisine, to become a culinary attractions for tourist to come. This special dish is very unique since it is a mixture of porridge, beef stew in sweet soy sauce, and vegetable pickles. The taste is different from another porridge that is already famous. This qualitative research uses primary data from observations, FGD, and in depth interview with Betawi culinary experts. SWOT analysis is used to get a whole picture of internal and external factors that is affected Bubur Ase.The resulf of the study shows that Bubur Ase is potential to become an attractiom for culinaru tourism in Jakarta. The uniqueness and harmonization of taste, historical stories, cultural values and philosophies in a bowl of Bubur Ase are the strenghts that can be developed and promoted. Some weaknesses and threats could be overcome if this dish is already popular.

The purpose of this study is to know and understand the community in the Village Sayati Margahayu District Bandung regency with the development and extension of department store (Convenience Store) "X". The research method is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative approach as the basis of analysis and interpretation. Sample determination technique used is cluster with simple random sampling method and purposive sampling, which means that the sample used in accordance with the purpose of research. Data which is primary and secondary data. The results showed that people responded positively and variedly about the decision to the extension of the "X" Stores, and only a small portion would be used, but it was only up to the government.

This study aims to identify internal factors and external factors of UD Betris, as well as to determine the strategy for developing the business of bamboo batik handicraft industry UD Betris. Betris in Meras Village. This research was conducted from April to June 2018. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through observation and interviews which are divided into two parties, namely internal parties (business owners and labor) and external parties (local government and consumers) with 8 (eight) respondents. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from literature studies. Analysis of the data used is by using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that internal factors include: raw materials, quality of raw materials, price of raw materials, product uniqueness, business spirit and craftsman skills, product prices, product durability and quality, not having financial records, traditional production equipment, product arrangement that has not been arranged neat, promotion is not efficient, does not have a special place of business, and there is no parking space. external factors include: high market opportunities, government support, opportunities for training, opportunities to participate in exhibitions, plastic substitute goods, interest in business successors, and the existence of competitors using modern production tools. Based on the SWOT diagram, the chosen strategy is a combination of SO, namely: 1) Maintaining product quality and continuing to develop products by innovating to create bamboo handicraft products with new designs. 2) Continue to work with the government and related agencies to develop and expand marketing areas so that products are better known to local and foreign communities through training and exhibition events. *jnkd*.

The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. Potential Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon with the beauty of the river that flanked by rocks cliff, this natural beauty can be enjoyed by doing tracking to find a good spot to take photo. Beji guwang hidden canyon present a unique view of nature to tourist that can not be find in another place in bali, this is why I choose this topic “Potential of Beji guwang hidden canyon as a nature tourist attraction in Guwang village Sukawati district, Gianyar” The type and data resources that used in this research are qualitative data, primer and secondary data. This collecting data method was done by observation, in depth interview and documentation by research instrument by in form of interview guide lines. Data analysis that been use was interactive data analysis by use 4A component and SWOT analysis matriks to extract and analysis the potential in Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon The result of the research show that the potensial Beji guwang hidden canyon has is quiet big because having more than one nature tourist attraction. In addition of a tourism activity in Beji Guwang Hidden canyon getting a good respond from the local government and local people.  Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon has a big potential, even though there are lack of knowledge in management and development that must be completed. RRI Mataram is an independent, neutral and non-commercial Public Broadcasting Institution that serves to provide information broadcasting, education, healthy entertainment, social control, and maintain a positive image of the nation in the international community. In the digital era, which was the era of media convergence, RRI Mataram did not escape from efforts to remain in the midst of society. This study aims to determine the management strategy of LPP RRI Mataram in the face of the digital era. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with several steps, namely: Observation, interview, documentation, data analysis and conclusion. From the results of the study, the researchers formulated LPP RRI Mataram's management strategy using a SWOT analysis, including: understanding market share by presenting interesting and interesting shows to the community, maximizing and expanding networks of cooperation with various agencies, utilizing relations with the government, organizing programs for listeners, provide rewards for employees who excel, improve the quality of human resources by providing continuous training, conduct Joint Branding, add segmentation to program 2, improve program quality, and utilize other media as a medium to improve the existence of LPP RRI Mataram, and also complete broadcast systems with audio and video streaming, as well as fixing the RRI PLAY GO application, and minimizing technical problems with optimal device maintenance. Keywords: management strategy; radio; RRI Mataram; digital era

This research aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be taken from the results of the SWOT analysis at the b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the SWOT analysis technique which explains, first, the data collection stage at the Bali Hotel & Spa Denpasar regarding the identification of internal and external factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the second is the analysis stage, and third namely the stage of decision making to determine the strategy to be taken by the company. The research results from the SWOT analysis show that the company is in quadrant I, where it shows a problem regarding for the strength to see opportunities where the strategy taken is the SO strategy used to be applied in developing strategies that can be suggested at management b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar, to can improve the progress of the hotel going forward.

This study focuses on the efforts made by the government to make MSMEs survive and their products accessible to consumers in this pandemic era. The real problem for MSMEs in this pandemic era is rebuilding a sluggish economy due to a number of policies that require people to be at home to reduce the spread of the Covid-19. The research method used in this research is descriptive exploratory qualitative research method. This study uses a desk study and interview technique. Desk studies are carried out through secondary data tracking. Interviews were conducted with regional apparatus organizations (OPD) which handle MSMEs and MSMEs’ actor. From the research conducted, it is known that SiBakul Jogja Free Shipping is enough to be the answer to reviving the economy for MSMEs who are still struggling through the Covid-19 pandemic to get their market back, without visiting consumers or making conventional transactions.
