This study aims to describe the 21st Century Contextual Learning Application Strategy at MA DDI Takkalasi. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The number of informants as many as 11 people who were selected by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Checking the validity of the data using the member check technique. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show that: The results of this study indicate that (1) The application of 21st century contextual learning at MA DDI Takkalasi Barru Regency has been seen in the indicators of implementing the seven components that underlie the implementation of contextual learning, namely constructivism, inquiry, questioning, the learning community, modeling, reflection, and authentic assessment.The factor that hinders the teacher in the contextual learning process is that it comes from the students themselves and the inadequate facilities and infrastructure at school which results in the learning process being constrained.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas peserta didik setelah mengikuti proses pembelajaran dengan scientific approach. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik sekolah dasar yang menjadi sasaran implementasi Kurikulum 2013 yang ada di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Sukabumi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2017/2018 (Januari 2018 s/d Juli 2018). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain: wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar peserta didik dalam kegiatan mengamati (observing) mencapai 98,44%, menanya (questioning) mencapai 87,50%, mengumpulkan informasi/eksperimen (experimenting) mencapai 59,62%, mengasosiasikan/mengolah informasi (associating) mencapai 87,50%, dan mengkomunikasikan (communicating) mencapai 62,50%. Secara rata-rata keseluruhan aktivitas peserta didik dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar dengan scientific approach tercapai 76,60% dengan kategori Baik. Oleh karena itu, aktivitas peserta didik harus lebih dikembangkan lagi dalam setiap tahapan scientific approach selama proses pembelajaran. Analysis of Student Activities in Learning Based on Scientific Approach in Primary School as Implementation 21st Century Skills Abstract The objective of this study is to explain the mapping of students activities after following the learning process with the scientific approach. The method of this study was descriptive analytic research methods with a qualitative approach. The object of this study was elementary school students who were the target of the 2013 curriculum implementation in the Sukabumi City Education Office. The sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. The time of the research was conducted in the even semester of 2017/2018 school year (January 2018 until July 2018). The data collection techniques used include: interviews and observations. The data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques The results of this study showed that students' learning activities in observing activities reached 98.44%, questioning reached 87.50%, experimenting reached 59.62%, associating reached 87.50%, and communicating reached 62.50%. On average, the overall students activities in following the learning process in elementary schools with the scientific approach reached 76.60% with the Good category. Thus students activities must be further developed in each scientific approach during the learning process.

This study aims to describe the planning, execution, and follow-up of the academic supervision by the principal at SDN 6 Putatsari Grobogan. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the groove. The process of collecting data through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data using triangulation, triangulation method, and triangulation of researchers. The results of the research, academic supervision 1. Planning in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari produce, a. Preparation of supervision schedule, b. Preparation of Instrument, c. Compile a list of teachers who would be supervised. 2. Implementation of Academic Supervision in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, supervisor came to the class with the instruments that have been prepared to make observations of learning while noting the incident in accordance with the instrument. 3. Follow-Up Supervision Academic SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, principal with the teachers held discussions break time in the principal’s office, teachers are given the opportunity to express their opinions about the learning process has been implemented. The headmaster shows the results of further observations provide opportunities for teachers to observe and analyze it.

This research aims to see the implementation of WhatsApp media in EFL Classroom. Researcher used qualitative descriptive data collection through observation to see the learning process that took place in WhatsApp group, then interviewed students and teacher, and finally documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the research results, it can be seen that the learning process is divided into three stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation which is divided into three stages, namely: opening, core and closing activities and 3) evaluation. In this case, students can still participate in the learning process using WhatsApp group and easily accessible, save quota and also have various features that teacher can choose to use in the learning process such as WhatsApp groups, chat messages, document files, videos or photos. In addition, there are still obstacles that faced by teacher and students such as teacher cannot observe directly, learning is not optimal, poor internet network, full cellphone memory or lack of understanding of the material.

Preparing 21st century students to be able to compete in the future, teachers around the world promote several skills to face the challenges of 21st century development. Students need 21st century skills which are known as 4C skills (critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity). Integrating 21st century skills in the learning process effectively becomes very important. Teaching material as a source of learning is needed in this regard. One of the teaching materials is a module. The aim of this research is to develop an integrated Sociolinguistics module on 21st century skills that focus on 4C skills. It aims to find out the suitable of this module as teaching material for students in the English Education Department of STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo. This research method used research and development (R&D). The research procedure was divided into two, namely preparation and implementation. This research was conducted to students in the fifth semester of the academic year 2019/2020 English Education Department of STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo. Data collection techniques used questionnaire and observation sheets as instrument. This research data analysis technique used quantitative data analysis techniques and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed the recapitulation of assessment aspects from various experts, sociolinguistics lecturer, student questionnaire sheets, and observations sheet. The following are the percentages of the result module eligibility which includes: the results of the material expert validation was 61.3% (good category); the results of the validation of media experts was 75.8% (excellent category); module self-evaluation results by lecturers was 90% (excellent category); field trial observation sheet results was 78.9% (excellent category); and the results of the student questionnaire sheet was 76.3% (excellent category). So the sociolinguistics module which is integrated with 4C skills is appropriate to be used in the learning process.

This research is motivated by the high learning result of santri that can be seen from the achievement of studying santri tahfidz Al-Quran at Al Hidayah Mosque of Solok City. This condition is influenced because of the discipline of students who are very good in following the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study is to look at the discipline of santri from: 1) discipline of time, 2) discipline in obedience and obedience, 3) discipline in responsibility. The population is twenty-one persons and a sample of twenty-one people is assigned based on the sampling technique of the census. The data collecting technique uses questionnaire of data collection tool. Data analysis techniques use percentage calculations. The results showed that the discipline of santri was very good in terms of 1) time discipline, 2) discipline in obedience and compliance, 3) discipline in responsibility. In conclusion santri have a very good discipline. The discipline of the students affects the improvement of the students' learning outcomes and their learning achievement. This research advice for santri in order to improve self-discipline in daily life.Keywords: Discipline, TPA

The purpose of this study is to describe how Problem based learning to train student independence. This type of research used a descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The study was conducted on students who were taking Basic Logic courses, totaling 23 students. Data analysis techniques by data reduction, data presentation, and concluding Problem Based Learning. The results showed that the average implementation of learning with Problem Based Learning was 86.83%, and the learning independence of students from the observations was 62.29% which was included in the good category supported by the results of the questionnaire independence with an average of 70.78% which in the high category. These results indicate that learning by using Problem Based Learning can be used to train student independence. The independence aspect that is emphasized is self-confidence, motivation, have responsibilities, discipline, and initiatives that arise during the learning process. Besides that, by applying the Problem Based Learning, the learning process involves students to take an active part, besides that students are also given more responsibility in the continuity of the learning process and their understanding.

In fact, current education has not been able to achieve its goals optimally. Especially related to issues of noble character and character. Pencak silat as a sport is assumed to have many noble values that can make students' character change for the better. The problem in this study are what are the character values contained in the sport of pencak silat? The collection technique and research instruments include observation sheets and unstructured interviews. The population in this study were all athletes of martial arts students at SMANOR Palu Central Sulawesi. The sampling technique used a quota sampling technique. Data analysis techniques include: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the character values that exist in the sport of martial arts include religious, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love of the country, respect for achievement, friendly/communicative, love peace, love to read, care about the environment, care about social, and responsibility

This study aims to determine the process of implementing online learning during the Covid pandemic 19. This type of research is to use descriptive qualitative. The study was conducted in elementary schools namely SDN Dewi Sartika CBM, Sukabumi City in the Even Semester Academic Year of 2019/2020. The subjects used were teachers and fourth grade students with 32 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation to determine the process of implementation online learning carried out at home. The data collection instruments included interview guidelines, questionnaire sheets and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study were the process of implementing online learning in the Covid 19 pandemic period at SDN Dewi Sartika CBM, which has not been implemented properly, because there are still many obstacles faced, including the emergence of boredom, unfocused learning, lack of understanding of the material, cannot interact directly with the teacher and playing with friends, as well as limited network, signal, and quota constraints. As a result of the lack of understanding of teaching materials, some students experience a decrease in grades, although some other students have increased and even the average student gets a relatively consistent grade.

This study aimed to identify students' misconceptions on the topic of function. The research used is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were class X MIA3 selected by using purple sampling and snowball techniques. The research instrument was a written test using diagnostic test techniques for misconceptions, interviews, and observations. The qualitative data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the research, there are 4 students who experience misconceptions in class X MIA3 on the topic of the functions. Out of 6 indicators of misconceptions, the reasons were caused by a lack of student interest in learning, underestimating the concept of functions so that they think learning the concept of functions is very easy, embarrassed to ask questions when studying, and never repeat lessons at home so that students cannot answer questions given by the teacher.

The school principal has been unable to carry out his duties as a supervisor optimally, Objective of this research is to find out why the head of the School is not optimal in carrying out duties as supervis or . Determination of the subject using purposive sampling technique. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and verification / drawing conclusions, while checking the validity of the data is done by extending observations , observation accuracy, and triangulation. The findings in this study indicate that the principal considers the teacher to have professional competence obtained from his education, the principal considers that the implementation of supervision is not so important, and the principal himself does not know about optimal supervision. The conclusion is that the principal has not performed his duties as a supervisor optimally because the principal thinks the teacher already has professional competence obtained from his education so that the implementation of supervision is not so important. The principal should make a class visit to observe the learning process directly, then conduct individual talks to solve the problems faced by the teacher, and the principal programmatically conducts learning simulations for the teacher to observe.
