This study aims to determine: 1) the influence of tourist village attraction to image of tourist village; 2) the influence of community based tourism  to image of tourist village; and 3) the influence of community based tourism  in strengthening   tourist village attraction to images of tourist village. This research was conducted in Batu City with a sample of 120 tourists. The results show: 1) the  tourist village attraction has a significant effect to images of  tourist village; 2) the influence of community based tourism has a significant effect  to images of tourist village; and 3) the community based tourism does not  strengthen the influence of tourist village attraction to images of  tourist village, but the direct influence of Community Based Tourism on the image of a tourist village is greater than the direct effect of the attractiveness of a tourist village on the image of a tourist village

Aims: This paper addressed the characteristics of the tourism market to provide consideration to the development of local community-based tourism products in peripheral areas in Badung, Bali, Indonesia. Study Design:  Survey. Place and Duration of Study: Pangsan Tourist Village. The study conducted between June and August 2019. Methodology: Data collected by a visitor survey. The questionnaire employed a structured question to respondents at one time. The questions are related to the characteristics of the respondents. Respondents are tourists visiting peripheral areas and determined by purposive sampling. The number of respondents was 100 tourists. Then the collected data analyzed descriptively to interpret the appropriate market for tourism products of peripheral areas. Results: Tourists in the peripheral areas in Badung dominated by foreign from Europe. More than 80% of tourists come from France, Holland, Germany, England, and Italy. These countries are the main markets. Apart, the source of the tourism market potentially arrives from Australia and China. On the demographic facet, the tourism market is dominated by adults. Jobs related are professionals, managerial, and civil servants who have a solid urban routine every day. In addition, most tourists have high education levels. These characteristics are coherent with tourism products in the peripheral areas. The results also represent that the market has an average night holiday is 20 nights. However, most of the leisure time spent visiting and staying in centers of tourism. These circumstances indicate the dominance of the tourism center and contribute to the lack of community participation in tourism development in the peripheral areas. Conclusion: To promote participation it is important to maintain the suitability between the products and the tourism market. Another consideration is increasing the quality and diversification of attractions; partnerships between tourism actors in peripheral areas with tourism centers; and attracting local and domestic tourists.

Community empowerment is the main driving force which can assist the development of a tourist village. The utilization of natural potential also becomes an attraction in the development of a tourist village.  Ecotourism Village concept could connect the needs of community-based tourism and the need for environmental management for sustainable tourism. This article provides an overview of Pampang Ecotourism Village's development concept. Pampang Village is located in Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. This article also presents findings regarding eco-tourism potential sources, driving factors, and inhibiting factors in the development of Pampang Eco-tourism Village.

This research is motivated by the controversy regarding the benefits of conservative accounting numbers, intended to determine the direct effect of leverage and size on firm value, and the indirect influence of these variables through unconditional conservatism as an intervening variable on firm values ​​in 2010 - 2017 on the Stock Exchange Indonesia. The results were that the variable unconditional conservatism can mediate the influence between size on firm value. There is a direct influence between leverage and size on firm value.

Development of community-based tourism became the forerunner of its formation a tourist village that has been increasingly accepted in most developing countries as a strategy against poverty reduction. In the tourism development should pay attention to the economic, social and cultural aspects as well as the environment. West Sumatera Provincial government is actively developing the tourism sector including Mandeh’s tourism area. One of the reasons why this area become any parties concern is because this place has great potential in social, economic, cultural and environmental. Mandeh Tourism Area is not only having a beautiful scenery but many activities related to the potential that is related to each other. Therefore, this article aims to describe the development of sustainable tourism and a positive impact for the welfare of the community.

<p>The commitment of lecturers as indicated in their loyalty and performance plays a very important role in achieving organizational goals. The researcher formulates the problem as follows;. What is the personality of the theological school lecturer in West Java? 2. How is the performance of theological school lecturers in West Java? 3. How is the commitment of theological school lecturers in West Java? 4. How much influence does the personality and performance of the lecturers have on the organizational commitment of theological school in West Java? The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of personality, lecturer performance on commitment to the theological school lecturer organization in West Java. 124 lecturers who were sampled were taken from 8 theological schools in region II Bogor. Data collection techniques obtained by conducting interviews. The data were analyzed using quantitative methods, descriptive statistics, linkert scale and path analysis. Then the results show that there is a positive direct effect of personality on organizational commitment by having a positive direct influence on the path coefficient ρ31 = 0.169, Lecturer performance on organizational commitment with a positive direct effect by having a positive direct influence on the coefficient ρ32 = 0.267, Dosendan performance and personality. performance together against organizational commitment ρ32 = 0.436. So the conclusion is that the personality and high performance of the lecturers greatly influence organizational commitment</p>

The increasing number of tourist visits to Bali is not an irrational expectation considering that Bali has been known as a world tourist destination through various awards attributed to the island. In fact, some of the achievements that have been nominated to Bali are because of the unity of the implementation of Tri Hita Karana (THK) and Sad Kertih (SK) values as local wisdom in maintaining Balinese balance. However, the lack of consistency of tourism actors in supporting cultural tourism, especially in maintaining and increasing appreciation of Balinese culture can make Bali gradually will be left by tourists. Therefore, the hegemonic capitalist that commodify Bali for tourism-business interests needs to be countered for a reinvention of the loss of Bali.   This study aims at investigating the revitalization of THK and SK values in the development of Belimbing tourist village. The method used is descriptive qualitative with techniques for collecting data on participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. While the theory used is hegemony and counter-hegemony. The results of the study show that the need for revitalization, transformation, conservation, and actualization of the values of THK and SK local wisdom, as an effort to realize the multiplier effects of developing community-based tourism villages and based on local wisdom values which ultimately leads.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to determine the direct and indirect effect of profitability on firm value using capital structure as a mediator. This involves using panel data from 44 companies listed on LQ45 as of 31st December 2015-2018 and analyzed using the path analysis method including Sobel Test and Bootstrapping technique. The results showed a positive and significant direct effect of profitability on firm value while the indirect effect using capital structure as a mediator between the two variables was found to be negative and significant. Moreover, the direct influence of capital structure on firm value was discovered to be negative and significant while the introduction of profitability variables in the relationship led to a positive and significant influence. Similarly, the direct effect of profitability on firm value using capital structure as the controlling variable was also found to be positive and significant.Keywords: firm value, capital structure, profitabilityPengaruh Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Struktur Modal Sebagai MediatorAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana pengaruh langsung profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui struktur modal sebagai mediator. Menggunakan data panel dari 44 perusahaan yang tercatat di LQ45 per tanggal 31 Desember selama periode 2015 sampai 2018. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis jalur (Path Analysis), dengan Teknik Sobel Test dan Bootsrapping. Hasil riset membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun, jika dilihat secara tidak langsung pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui struktur modal sebagai mediator adalah negatif dan signifikan. Selanjutnya, pengaruh langsung profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal adalah negatif dan signifikan. Sementara ketika dikontrol oleh variabel profitabilitas, pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan positif dan signifikan. Begitu pula dengan pengaruh langsung profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan mengontrol variabel struktur modal juga positif dan signifikan.Kata kunci: nilai perusahaan, struktur modal, profitabilitas

Penelitian dirancang untuk menganalisis, menginterpretasi dan mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh daya tarik promosi pada preferensi konsumen; 2) Pengaruh harga pada preferensi konsumen; 3) Pengaruh kualitas produk pada preferensi konsumen; 4) Pengaruh daya tarik promosi secara langsung pada minat beli konsumen maupun melalui mediasi preferensi konsumen; 5) Pengaruh harga secara langsung pada minat beli konsumen maupun melalui mediasi preferensi konsumen; 6) Pengaruh kualitas produk secara langsung pada minat beli konsumen maupun melalui mediasi preferensi konsumen; 7) Pengaruh preferensi konsumen pada minat beli konsumen. Populasi penelitian tidak diketahui jumlahnya sehingga peneliti menggunakan rumus Lemeshow sehingga diperoleh 96 sampel. Penelitian dianalisis dengan bantuan software SPSS & SmartPLS3. Kesimpulannya : 1) Daya tarik promosi berpengaruh pada preferensi konsumen; 2) Harga berpengaruh pada preferensi konsumen; 3) Kualitas produk berpengaruh pada preferensi konsumen; 4) Daya tarik promosi berpengaruh langsung pada minat beli konsumen  maupun melalui mediasi preferensi konsumen; 5) Harga berpengaruh langsung pada minat beli konsumen maupun melalui mediasi preferensi konsumen; 6) Kualitas produk berpengaruh langsung pada minat beli konsumen maupun melalui mediasi preferensi konsumen; 7) Kualitas  produk berpengaruh pada  preferensi konsumen. The study was designed to analyze, interpret and determine: 1) the effect of promotional attractiveness on consumer preferences; 2) The effect of price on consumer preferences; 3) The effect of product quality on consumer preferences; 4) The influence of promotional attractiveness directly on consumer buying interest or through mediation of consumer preferences; 5) The direct influence of price on consumer buying interest or through mediation of consumer preferences; 6) The influence of product quality directly on consumer buying interest or through mediation of consumer preferences; 7) The level of consumer preference on consumer buying interest. The number of the research population is unknown, so the researchers used the Lemeshow formula to obtain 96 samples. Research analysis with the help of SPSS & SmartPLS3 software. In conclusion: 1) Promotional attractiveness affects consumer preferences; 2) Price has an effect on consumer preferences; 3) Product quality has an effect on consumer preferences; 4) Promotional attractiveness has a direct effect on consumer buying interest as well as through mediation of consumer preferences; 5) Price has a direct effect on consumer buying interest as well as through mediation of consumer preferences; 6) Product quality has a direct effect on consumer buying interest as well as through mediation of consumer preferences; 7) Product quality has an effect on consumer preferences.

This study aims to describe and analyze community empowerment activities in the Dewo Bronto Tourism Village in Yogyakarta through the concept of Community-Based Tourism. This study uses qualitative research that describes community empowerment through the concept of Community Based Tourism objectively based on data findings in the field. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Community empowerment in the field of tourism in the tourism village is carried out through various fields such as culinary business, the production of natural dyes of batik, batik training, transportation, arts and cultural attractions. This effort can support the development of tourism in the Dewo Bronto Tourism Village. However, community empowerment needs to be supported by the ability of the community to create a brand for a tourist village so that the Tourism Village is better known by tourists. In the future, it is necessary to do research on millennial communities who are familiar with the digital world so that they can promote the Village Tourism digitally. UPTD  Public Parking DISHUB Surabaya intends  to run its working durability which one of them is caused by customer’s high loyalty. Service and post-service are factors that are important to create organizational culture towards managerial work and commitment. Therefore, we should examine the role of service variable to commitment variable as intervening variable.Respondents of this study are 87 samples by using purposive sampling method. Questionnaire consists of 3 variables, those are organizational culture with 26 indicators, then commitment with 15 indicators, and managerial work  with 10 indicators .Suitable method to answer above problem is Path Analysis. The result is that path analysis shows that managerial work  may have direct influence to commitment  and have indirect influence that is from organizational culture to commitment as a new intervening to managerial work. Direct influence of organizational culture  to managerial work  that is  is 0,232. Indirect influence of organizational culture  to commitment  that is 0,810, meanwhile from commitment to managerial work, that is 0,617. Therefore, indirect influence, that (0,810)*(0,617)=0,4997.Hypothesis stating that assumption of organization culture direct effect on performance be higher than organization culture indirect effect via employee performance commitment in UPTD Parkir of Surabaya City are refused. Cause organization culture indirect effect through employee performance are 0,49977 while organization culture direct effect on employee performance are 0,232. This result proving that Organization Culture which created the company as conducive will emerging Employee Commitment. Through this Employee Commitment. Will be effected on Employee Performance then furthermore effecting Organization Performance. Based on those results, it can be suggested that a company should give more emphasize to organizational culture  and commitment  because there is evidence that it may cause customer’s managerial work because organizational culture is a very important factor in guaranteeing UPTD  Public Parking DISHUB Surabaya.
