The purpose of this articel is to analyze the effect Perseption of students about Effectivity of The Educational Internship Experience Program (PPLK) towards the readiness becoming a teacher. This type of the research is descriptive quantitative. The population of research is the economics students July to December 2017 period. The sample is 40 students that be selected from total 66 students by using Slovin formula with Insidential Random Sampling technique. The data collected by using the questionnaire. The instrument t is tested by using validity and reliability test. The data is analyzed by using descriptive and inductive (inferensial) analyze which is the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test is analyzed by using simple regression, determination coefficient and F experiment with α=0.05. The result of this research has showed that there has been a significant perseption of students about effectivity of the educational internship experience program PPLK to the readiness become a teacher, it has showed by the significant of 0,008 < 0,05 and TCR perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK variable (x) at 75,79%. Both TCR for variables of perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK and readiness become a teacher are determined in a good category. It has indicated that PPLK has contributed to the readness become a teacher. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that students are able to provide apperception the beginning of learning because with the provision of apperception the learning will be more directed and students must be able to adapt the new environment. Keywords: Perseption , Effectivity, Educational Experience Program , Readiness Becoming a Teacher

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the dominant variables influencing employee performance at the BPJS Work Office in the Gorontalo Branch Office. This study uses data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature studies with data analysis techniques for quality testing (validity and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heterokeddasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (partial test and test simultaneously). Based on the results of regression testing, the results show that the dominant variable that influences employee performance at BPJS Employment in the Branch Office of Gorontalo is the work environment, the reason being that it has the largest beta value when compared to competency and education variables.

This study aimed to determine: (1) correlation with the guidance of industry working practices working interest in class XII Automotive Engineering Expertise. (2) the correlation of achievement with industry work practices working interest in class XII Automotive Engineering Expertise. (3) correlation guidance of industry working practices and achievements of the industry work practices with an interest to work in class XII Automotive Engineering Expertise SMK Yogyakarta Tamansiswa Jetis Academic Year 2013/2014.This research is ex post facto research, data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were students of class XII Automotive Engineering Expertise at the SMK Yogyakarta Tamansiswa Jetis totaling 82 respondents as well as a sample in this study. Prior to the study, the instrument first tested on 29 students of class XII SMK Piri 1 Yogyakarta. Having piloted tested the validity and reliability to determine the item valid and reliable instrument. Engineering data analysts used in this study is hypothesis testing, prior to testing the hypothesis, first tested as a condition of a requirements analysis so that the analysis of the research actually has a high reliability. Test requirements analysis done by testing normality, linearity test and test intercorrelations. After test requirements are met analysis tested the hypothesis. Test this hypothesis using multiple regression and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) the guidance of industry working practices (X1) and the achievements of the industry work practices (X2) are jointly positively correlated with interest in working on the student (Y) class XII Expertise Automotive Engineering, 2) industry practice guidance ( X1) partially positively correlated with interest in working on the student (Y) class XII Expertise Automotive Engineering, 3) achievement of industry working practices (X2 ) partially positively correlated with interest in working on the student (Y) class XII Mechanical Engineering Expertise automotive.

This study aims to determine the effectivenes of the CTL based SETS approach to student science learning outcomes in fourth grade. This type of research used in this study is an experimental research design using one group pretest-posttes. The sample used was 27 peoples who were grade IV. Data collection techniques using observation and test descriptions to determine student learning outcomes that are assessed using an assessment rubric. Before the data were analyzed, the instrument was tested for validity and reliability. After the research was carried out and the data collected, the pre-test and post-test results were analyzed. The pretest result reached an average of 64.98 into the sufficient category. Then at the posttest the average overall score is 71.28 in the good category. For the requirement test, data analysis was carried out by using the chi-square normality test, while the hypothesis testing technique used the t-test. Hypothesis test results obtained tcount>ttable. It means the conclution that there are differences in student science learning outcomes before and after the Science, Environment, Technology, And Society approaches are used based on CTL in grade IV SDN 6 Masbagik Selatan in the 2020/2021 academic year.

Abstract Purpose Research shows that the professional healthcare working environment influences the quality of care, safety climate, productivity, and motivation, happiness, and health of staff. The purpose of this systematic literature review was to assess instruments that provide valid, reliable and succinct measures of health care professionals’ work environment (WE) in hospitals. Data sources Embase, Medline Ovid, Web of Science, Cochrane CENTRAL, CINAHL EBSCOhost and Google Scholar were systematically searched from inception through December 2018. Study selection Pre-defined eligibility criteria (written in English, original work-environment instrument for healthcare professionals and not a translation, describing psychometric properties as construct validity and reliability) were used to detect studies describing instruments developed to measure the working environment. Data extraction After screening 6397 titles and abstracts, we included 37 papers. Two reviewers independently assessed the 37 instruments on content and psychometric quality following the COSMIN guideline. Results of data synthesis Our paper analysis revealed a diversity of items measured. The items were mapped into 48 elements on aspects of the healthcare professional’s WE. Quality assessment also revealed a wide range of methodological flaws in all studies. Conclusions We found a large variety of instruments that measure the professional healthcare environment. Analysis uncovered content diversity and diverse methodological flaws in available instruments. Two succinct, interprofessional instruments scored best on psychometrical quality and are promising for the measurement of the working environment in hospitals. However, further psychometric validation and an evaluation of their content is recommended.
