Relationship between expenses associated with the Preferential School Grant (SEP) Law and SIMCE results in subsidized primary schools in 2014 ABSTRACT Achieving a quality and equitable education, as stated in our legislation, is necessary for all students have access and are able to obtain expected levels of achievement in learning, which is more complex in schools with high levels of vulnerability.
