The study intended to find out any relationship between aggressive behavior and emotional maturity of adolescents. Aggressive behavior is the reactionary and impulsive behaviour. The role of education is the modification of behaviour of the individual. So, school has a great role in mending the behaviour of the students. Moral education and mediation can be given to students. This may help them to get rid of the aggressive behaviour. The investigator used the mean, standard deviation, t-test and ANOVA (analysis of variance) to analyze the data and results were tabulated. The adolescent students show more aggressive behaviour than emotional maturity.

Abstract Ameloblastomas are epithelial odontogenic tumours that, although benign, are locally invasive and may exhibit aggressive behaviour. In the tumour microenvironment, the concentration of oxygen is reduced, which leads to intratumoral hypoxia. Under hypoxia, the crosstalk between the HIF-1α, MMP-2, VEGF, and VEGFR-2 proteins has been associated with hypoxia-induced angiogenesis, leading to tumour progression and increased invasiveness. This work showcases 24 ameloblastoma cases, 10 calcifying odontogenic cysts, and 9 dental follicles, used to investigate the expression of these proteins by immunohistochemistry. The anti-HIF-1α, anti-MMP-2, anti-VEGF, and anti-VEGFR-2 primary antibodies are used in this work. The results have been expressed by the mean grey value after immunostaining in images acquired with an objective of 40×. The ameloblastoma samples showed higher immunoexpression of HIF-1α, MMP-2, VEGF, and VEGFR-2 when compared to the dental follicles and calcifying odontogenic cysts. Ameloblastomas show a higher degree of expression of proteins associated with intratumoral hypoxia and proangiogenic proteins, which indicates the possible role of these proteins in the biological behaviour of this tumour.

The issue of education is never over to talk about because education is one measurement of a person's individual accomplishments and achievements systematically nation. The high education of human resources will give a lot of useful works for the individual and social. Unfortunately, the education that was developed based on this character only strengthen individual and social, it’s beyond the divine value . It is due to the historical roots of the character education by Immanuel Kant (1724-1804) and Charles Renouvier (1815-1857); Religious morality in the low education and August Comter (1798- 1857); secular morality. Renouvier said the weakness of youth responsibility, loss of justice equality, respect and others. The process of character education is faced with the application of secularization. Such as, in France Francois Camille Jules Ferry (1832-1893) , a French Education minister said; Moral education is important but explicitely teaching morality does not needed. The development of character education in America is very dynamic. It’s started from 19th century (1900-1950) until 1997.It’s established nationally. Finally, Thomas lichona explained the entire role of religion in the education of character with seven steps and the role of teachers in character education. Thus, the author conducted religious analysis which widely spread among society is that the teaching of Protestant religious. But, It successfully gives individual and social value as character education. On the contrary, the goal of our national educational in 1945 (Version amendment) Article 31, paragraph 3 states: The Government shall manage and organize a national education system. Which increases the Faith and piety as well as noble character in order to educate the nation that adopted by law. Article 31, paragraph 5, states that the government advances science and technology to uphold the values of religious and national unity for the progress of civilization and prosperity of mankind. Likewise, the purpose of philosophy Nasionsl Education Act No. 20 of 2003. The 1945 Constitution and the Law N0 20 of 2003. Strongly reflects the value of belief in one God as the first principle of Pancasila as the first principle says it is an acknowledgment that in developing the nation's education should not be separated from human relations and slave relationship with God the creator.

Many systems in biology and beyond employ collaborative, collective communication strategies for improved efficiency and adaptive benefit. One such paradigm of particular interest is the community estimation of a dynamic signal, when, for example, an epithelial tissue of cells must decide whether to react to a given dynamic external concentration of stress signaling molecules. At the level of dynamic cellular communication, however, it remains unknown what effect, if any, arises from communication beyond the mean field level. What are the limits and benefits to communication across a network of neighbor interactions? What is the role of Poissonian vs. super Poissonian dynamics in such a setting? How does the particular topology of connections impact the collective estimation and that of the individual participating cells? In this letter we construct a robust and general framework of signal estimation over continuous time Markov chains in order to address and answer these questions. Our results show that in the case of Possonian estimators, the communication solely enhances convergence speed of the Mean Squared Error (MSE) of the estimators to their steady-state values while leaving these values unchanged. However, in the super-Poissonian regime, MSE of estimators significantly decreases by increasing the number of neighbors. Surprisingly, in this case, the clustering coefficient of an estimator does not enhance its MSE while reducing total MSE of the population.

Formation of the individual as a personality, is directly linked to the process of education, the main task of which the author sees as the improvement of a person. The article identifies the challenges of moral education. It is shown that the development of moral values has historically changed and is associated with the development of social relations in general. Both the religious values of Islam and the national values are of particular importance for the education of the youth of Uzbekistan. On the example of the collections of hadiths of the hadith scholar and Islamic jurist Abu Isa at-Tirmizi, the books of Imam al-Bukhari, the muhadiss scholar and mufassir, it is proved that the hadiths contain valuable ideas for human spirituality. They are of great importance for understanding the correct relations between a person and society. It is also emphasized that they call people to do good in this world. The article deals with the topic of means and tools of moral education. It is emphasized that in the process of moral education it is necessary to combine traditional and modern means and the special role of the teacher. Moral education is one of the main tasks of Uzbekistan. Progress in society and the state is achieved through upbringing and education, and Uzbek youth take their place in the world, combining their personal interests with interests of their people. The article discusses the importance of morality in ensuring harmony between traditional and modern values and reveals the role of moral and Islamic values in the upbringing of young people.

Moral values play an important role in every aspect of an individual’s life. It is necessary for the holistic growth of an individual. According to Piaget’s theory of moral judgment, adolescence is the phase where the transition from heteronomous to autonomous morality takes place. During this transition period, the role of educators becomes crucial, as most of the learning in that phase occurs at school. Despite moral education being provided in schools, there is a substantial increase in delinquency. This evokes a question whether teachers inculcate moral values effectively in students. This study focuses on measuring the current moral values in students, the effectiveness of teachers in inculcating such moral values and whether there is effective implication of the learnt moral values. Sampling method was random and the sample size of the students and their moral science teachers are 102 and 12 respectively. The age range of the students was between 12 and 14. The tools used were Moral Values Scale (MVS), Personal Values Scale (PVS) and Teachers’ Effectiveness Scale (TES). The result from that quantitative analysis revealed that the current level of moral values in students range from high to extremely high. The teachers are very effective in inculcating moral values in the students. The relationship between teachers’ effectiveness in inculcating moral values and the current moral values in students is positive, but negligible. But, the qualitative observation revealed that there is an immense gap between the theoretical knowledge of moral values of the adolescent students and the practical implementation of the same. Further studies will be focused on strategies that could encourage practical implementation of moral values through moral education in their real life situations.

The article presents a theoretical analysis of the elaboration of the problem of the boundaries of the spiritual and moral self-awareness of the individual in the context of studying the issues of the role of the subjective and spiritual self in this process. The special role of the subjective and spiritually «I» personality in determining the boundaries of the spiritual and moral development of the student has been substantiated. The structural and functional model of spiritual and moral self-awareness in the context of the spiritual and subjective self has been adapted to the problems of the research. The typologies of manifestation of the spiritual and moral self-awareness of the individual are presented. It was revealed that the expansion of the boundaries of the spiritual and moral development of the individual occurs due to the development of the spiritual subjective «I». The problem of the spiritual and moral development of a person is enriched on the basis of the theory of this process in the context of the theory of subjectivity and spirituality of the individual. The results of a generalized theoretical analysis can be transformed from theory into practice of spiritual and moral education and development of the student.

The article deals with the problem of aggressiveness, its origins and implementation models. The emotional sector of the individual with aggressive behaviour is analysed. This sector includes emotions defined by K. Izard as a triad of hostility: «anger – disgust – contempt». Particular attention is paid to the problem of paranoid aggressors. A description of this type of personality and its patterns of behaviour is given by P.B. Gannushkin. The conclusion is that paranoid individuals' main characteristic is the existence of the so-called super-valuable ideas in which they find themselves. These ideas define patterns of behavior of such persons, with the main idea of their supervalue, their constant complacency and excessive ego. A special attention is paid on a group of paranoiac persons so-called fanatics, whose world view consists of a small number of borrowed ideas to which they are faithful until their death and they have no need to comprehend them, it makes them a tool for the most aggressive behavior. In addition to the internal aggression causes, the authors also give the external ones, such as the priming effect: whatever negative event is covered by the media, there is a person or a  group of persons who want to repeat the crime scenario they see. The views of such authors as E. Fromm, D. Dollard, L. Berkowitz, A. Bandura, R. Sapolsky, U.M. Antonyan and others are analysed.

Compared to traditional, non-Western cultures, emerging adulthood (18–25 years of age) may look considerably different in cultures that place emphasis on the group (i.e., collectivistic) over the individual (i.e., individualistic). However, within minority cultures, individual members vary on the extent to which they identify with their heritage culture. Thus, the purpose of this study was to explore the role that culture, particularly acculturation to Canadian aboriginal heritage culture, may play in emerging adulthood. Specifically, aboriginal emerging adults who scored above or below the mean of their peers on acculturation to their heritage (aboriginal) culture were compared to their majority European Canadian counterparts in several aspects of emerging adulthood including (a) perceived adult status, (b) perceived criteria for adulthood, (c) achieved criteria for adulthood, (d) personal beliefs about the future, and (e) risk behaviours. Results revealed the significance of examining acculturation in understanding the role of culture in the process of emerging adulthood, particularly among ethnic minority youth. In particular, findings revealed that young aboriginal adults’ level of identification with aboriginal traditions such as the significance of interdependence and maintenance of harmony, the role of children and family, and historical sociocultural events appeared to play a role in many aspects of emerging adulthood.
