The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Brand Image, Product Innovation and Social Media Marketing on Samsung Smartphone Buying Interest. The independent variables of this study are brand image, product innovation and social media marketing, while the dependent variable is buying interest. This is a quantitative research. The sample counted 100 respondents the data is collected through surveys from questioner tool. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and using the SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that Brand Image (X1), Product Innovation (X2) and Social Media Marketing (X3) have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on Samsung smartphone buying interest (Y). Brand Image variable (X1) does not have a significant influence partially on buying interest (Y). The adjusted R square value is 0.609 which means that the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is 60.9%.

<p>This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation, social media marketing and brand image on the interest of tourist visits and its impact on impulsive buying in the clay craft UMKM sector in the village of Kerabah Kasongan, Yogyakarta. This research has a type of quantitative research with 100 respondents who are consumers. clay crafts. The sampling method was purposive sampling. This study uses quantitative research methods by conducting surveys, the results of validity and reliability tests using SPSS v 20.0, and hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that product innovation had no effect on visiting interest, social media marketing had an effect on visiting interest, brand image had an effect on visiting interest and visiting interest had an effect on impulsive buying.</p><p><strong>Keywords: </strong> product innovation, social media marketing, brand image, impulsive buying, interest in visiting.</p>

ABSTRACT This research was conducted on 150 respondens, through a questionnaire. The analysis used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test,determinant coefficient, and test. The results of data processing SPSS 22.0, namely: Sense has no effect on customer satisfaction PaperCup Coffee Surabaya because the value of t count < t table (1.030<1.977), then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. This means that there is no significant influence between sense and customer satisfaction at PaperCup Coffee Surabaya. Feel does not affect customer satisfaction PaperCup Coffee Surabaya because the value of t arithmetic < t table (0.953< 1.977) then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. This means that is no significant influence between feel and customer satisfaction at PaperCup Coffee Surabaya. Think does not affect customer satisfaction PaperCup Coffee Surabaya because the value of t arithmetic <t table ( 1.158 <1.977), then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. This means that there is no significant influence between think and customer satisfaction at PaperCup Coffee Surabaya. Act affects customer satisfaction of paperCup Coffee Surabaya because the t value < t table (3.244> 1.977) with a significant level 0f 0.001< 0.050, then H0is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between act and customer satisfaction at PaperCup Coffee Surabaya.Relate to customer satisfaction PaperCup Coffee Surabaya because t count value< t table (2.530> 1.977) with a significant level of 0.012 < 0.050, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.This means that there is a significant influence between relate and customer satisfaction at PaperCup Coffee Surabaya. Brand Image has no effect customer satisfaction PaperCup Coffee Surabaya because the value of t arithmetic <t table (1.942<1.977), then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected.This means that there is no significant influence between brand image and customer satisfaction at PaperCup Coffee Surabaya.Regression test result of multiple linear effect of the 6 independent variables that have the greatest contribution is act variable (X4) that is 0.328 or 32.8%. The result of the determinant coefficient show and adjusted R square of 0.441 (44.1%, meaning that the independent variables are sense (X1), feel (X2), Think (X3), Act (X4), Relate (X5) and Brand Image (X6) contributes moderately to the dependent variable, Customer Satisfaction (Y). The result of multiple linear regression: Y= 3.078+0.075X1+0.095X2+0.107X3+0.328X4+0.253X5+0.176X6. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the results of the adjusted R square of 0.441 0r 44.1%,which mreans, the independent variables are sense (X1), feel (X2), Think (X3), Act (X4), Relate (X5) and Brand Image (X6)contributes moderately to the dependent variable, Customer Satisfaction (Y).

As the part of tourism development of Bekasi, Tourism Office of Bekasi Regency has a target to bring 2 million tourists to Bekasi in 2018. Bekasi Regency itself is the largest industrial park in Southeast Asia with the estimated 4000 industries. Seeing this potential, Tourism Office of Bekasi Regency and Jababeka form a concept called Bekasi Industrial Tourism. This study aimed to analyze the most effective promotion strategies in creating the brand awareness of Bekasi Industrial Tourism. This research used a quantitative research method to evaluate the independent variables (Advertising, Personal Selling and Social Media Marketing) towards dependent variable (Brand Awareness). Non-probability sampling with purposive sampling was used in this study. Questionnaires consisting of 21 questions with the Likert scale as a tool to measure the level of agreement was distributed to 125 respondents. Data analysis used in this research were validity, reliability, classical assumption and multiple regression. The result affirmed that advertising, personal selling, and social media marketing have a partial significant influence on brand awareness. Social media marketing has the highest influence on brand awareness followed by personal selling and advertising. This study also showed that all independent variables (advertising, personal selling, and social media marketing) have simultaneous significant influence towards brand awareness with 75% of adjusted R2.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of religiosity on the saving interest at Islamic Banking with the knowledge of the people as the moderator variable. This study was held at Tanggerang Selatan. The methods that is used to gather samples for this study is non-probability sampling and with the technique convenience sampling. The respondents in this study are the people of South Tanggerang City who saves their money at Islamic Banking, there are 100 respondents in total. The data gathered through questionnaire as the methods of survey. The data that are gathered then processed using multiple linear regression with interaction test (moderated regression analysis). The result of this study shows that there is significant influence between religiosity and the saving interest at Islamic Banking. the knowledge of the people and the saving interest at Islamic Banking also shows significant influence. The interaction between religiosity and knowledge as the moderator variable giving significant influence on the saving interest at Islamic Banking at the rate of significance bellow 0.05 or 5%.

The objectives to be achieved in this research are to 1). Knowing the effect of working capital on labor absorption 2). Knowing the effect of wages on labor absorption 3). Knowing the effect of technology on labor absorption 4). Knowing the effect of working capital, wage value and technology simultaneously on the absorption of labor in the agel fiber handicraft industry in Salamrejo Village, Sentolo District, Kulon Progo. This type of research is Expost Facto research. This research is causal associative because it looks for the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The population in this study were all agel fiber handicraft entrepreneurs in the village of Salamrejo, which according to the head of the development division in the village of Salamrejo were 30 entrepreneurs. The data collection methods used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between working capital on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between the value of wages on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between technology on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between working capital, wages and technology simultaneously on labor absorption in Salamrejo Village in December 2019.

The aims of this research is to analyze an effect of motivation, ability dan organizational commitment to operational nurse’s performance at Malang Aisyiyah Islamic Hospital. The object of this study is the 67 operational nurse’s at Malang Aisyiyah Islamic Hospital. All of the nurses became the respondents. Research data were analyzed with the technique of multiple linear regression by using SPSS 11,5 software. The research resulted that the multiple coefficient regression showed that there was simultaneously significant influence among independent variables to dependent variable. This meant that variables of motivation, ability and organizational commitment significantly influenced the nurse’s performance.

The purpose of this research to know and analyzing the effect of the product innovation and halal labelization on re-Buy Interest. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis method by describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make conclusions that apply to the public or generalization. Data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS software. The results showed that product innovation and halal labelization simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the buying interest. Partially respectively Product Innovation and Halal Labelization have positive and significant effect to re-buy interest. The coefficient of determination (R2) from product innovation and halal labelization is able to explain the re-buy interest by 84% while the rest of 16% is explained by independent variables that are not examined

The purpose of this research was conducted to know the influence of: (1) Simultaneous Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio against Return On Asset, (2) Partial Non-Performing Loan against Return On Asset and (3) partial Loan to Deposit against Return On Asset Corporate Banking the Go Public period 2010 – 2012.The research uses quantitative research plans. The research subject is a banking company that go public from 2014 – 2016 and the objects are Non Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Return On Asset.Data collected using documentation methods and analyzed with multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that (1) Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio simultaneously had significant effect on Return On Asset.(2) Non Performing Loan partially negative effect on Return On Asset, (3) Loan to Deposit Ratio positively affects the Return On Asset of the banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The value of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) of 0.323 or 32.3%, this translates to 32.3% of ROA variations that can be explained by variations of independent variables of the NPL and LDR.The remaining 67.7% is explained by other reasons outside of the regression model.Based on the results of multiple linear regression analyses indicating that the NPL has a significant negative impact on ROA, LDR has a significant and positive effect on Roa, NPL and LDR.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel religiusitas dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Rahmat Syariah Swalayan City Walk Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh jumlah konsumen Rahmat Syariah Swalayan City Walk Padangsidimpuan sampai saat ini belum sesuai dengan harapan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linear berganda. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar kepada 69 orang responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa secara simultan variabel religiusitas dan variabel lokasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan  terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Rahmat Syariah Swalayan City Walk Padangsidimpuan dengan kontribusi sebesar  92,3%, sedangkan sisanya 7,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this study is determining the influence of location, quality of service, product completeness, and price towards consumer repurchase interest. The populations are consumers Surya Gemilang Store with 100 respondents, using questionnaire for collecting data. The technique of this research is purposive sampling. Analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The result shows that partially two independent variables, quality of service (X2) and price (X4) have a significant influence on consumer repurchase interest of Surya Gemilang Store. However, the location (X1) and product completeness (X3) has no significant effect on consumer repurchase interest. Simultaneously, location (X1), quality of service (X2), product completeness (X3), and price (X4) have a significant influence on consumer repurchase intention (Y). Conclusion: The quality of service and price have a significant influence on consumer repurchase interest in Surya Gemilang Store.   ABSTRAK  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi, kualitas pelayanan, kelengkapan produk, dan harga terhadap minat pembelian ulang konsumen pada toko ritel. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden konsumen Toko Surya Gemilang yang ditentukan dengan purposive sampling, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t, uji F, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, hanya variabel kualitas pelayanan dan harga yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian ulang konsumen. Namun, secara simultan, keempat variabel, yakni lokasi, kualitas pelayanan, kelengkapan produk, dan harga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat pembelian ulang konsumen pada toko ritel. Adanya kesesuaian antara performa dari produk atau jasa (pelayanan) yang ditawarkan, dan jumlah alokasi daya beli konsumen terhadap suatu produk yang ditentukan oleh harga, lebih mendorong minat konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian kembali di waktu yang akan datang. Sehingga, harga dan kualitas pelayanan dapat membangun keunggulan kompetitif bagi toko ritel untuk bersaing, dan mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian ulang.
