<p>One of the problems faced by juvenile inmates is excessive fear experienced when interacting with new people when they are free to undergo a sentence or also called social anxiety, which requires guidance and counseling services. Guidance and counseling services are one strategy that can be used in alleviating social anxiety faced by prisoners. This article discusses counseling and guidance services that can be done to help alleviate social anxiety of juvenile inmates, which includes Social Anxiety for adolescent inmates and counseling and guidance services, including individual counseling services, group counseling, group counseling. With this service can be given optimal service to adolescent inmates in alleviating the problems faced.</p>

This research is based on phenomena that occur in the Bhakti Bangsa Vocational School which shows that many students commit violations and school rules. The purpose of this research is to overcome school undisciplined behavior through counseling with contractual engineering behavioral approaches.The type of research used is handling cases. Research focus is behavior that often violates discipline. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data review and description. Research subjects are students who have undisciplined behavior problems.The results showed that the fourth counseling before counseling had undisciplined behavior in school. There are students caught storing indecent videos so that they are embarrassed and do not want to go to school for a few days, often do not go to class without explanation, often skip school because they like to play online games at the cafe, often go home sooner before the school bell rings. After being given counseling services with behavioral contractual behavioral approach, counselees begin to understand the importance of school.Overall counseling conclusions on counselees who have undisciplined behavior can be overcome through individual counseling with a contractual behavioral approach. It is proven that there are behavioral changes that are not disciplined to be more disciplined. School counselors are expected to be able to overcome the problem of students through counseling and guidance services, especially counseling with a contractual behavioral approach to address undisciplined behavior, accompanying, motivating and always monitoring the counselee's progress in order to continue to commit to no more school discipline violations. The headmaster is expected to be able to facilitate the counselor in the implementation of guidance and counseling services and supervise the development of problematic students. Keywords: Discipline, Behavior Approach, Guidance and Counseling Teachers

<p><em>Abstrak –</em><strong> </strong><strong>Dewasa ini permasalahan pidana pada narapidana wanita terus meningkat jumlahnya. </strong><strong>L</strong><strong>embaga pemasy</strong><strong>a</strong><strong>rakat</strong><strong>a</strong><strong>n (Lapas) </strong><strong>W</strong><strong>anita</strong><strong> Tangerang</strong><strong> merupakan </strong><strong>salah satu</strong><strong> </strong><strong>usaha </strong><strong>pembinaan bagi para wanita yang </strong><strong>memiliki masalah </strong><strong>hukum</strong><strong> pidana</strong><strong>. Namun, kehadiran lapas tidak serta merta dapat mereduksi masalah yang terjadi sebelumnya. </strong><strong>Malah s</strong><strong>eringkali ditemukan </strong><strong>masalah baru, seperti </strong><strong>ketakutan tidak diterima masyarakat, stress karena tidak mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan kehidupan di dalam lapas, kerinduan terhadap keluarga, kekhawatiran akan karir dan pekerjaan setelah keluar dari lapas, demotivasi, trauma akan kasus yang menimpa, dan lain sebagainya. Untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah tersebut, maka diperlukan pelayanan konseling bagi warga binaan. Konseling merupakan salah satu teknik dalam pelayanan bimbingan dan merupakan alat yang penting dari usaha pelayanan konseling bagi warga binaan, yang mana akan terjadi serangkaian hubungan langsung dengan warga binaan, yang bertujuan membantunya untuk mengubah sikap dan tingkah lakunya dalam kelangsungan kehidupan selanjutnya. Metode pelayanan konseling yang dilakukan di Lapas Wanita Tanggerang ini, dilakukan dengan dua cara. Pertama, Konseling Individual adalah pemberian proses bantuan perorangan, yang dilakukan melalui wawancara oleh seorang konselor kepada individu. Kegiatan konseling individu dilakukan melalui pendekatan konseling Eksistential Humanistik, Kognitif Behavior dan Transaksional. Kedua, konseling kelompok adalah layanan konseling yang diselenggarakan dalam suasana kelompok yang memanfaatkan dinamika kelompok, serta terdapat hubungan konseling yang hangat, terbuka, permisif dan penuh keakraban. Kegitan konseling di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Wanita Tangerang ini dapat membantu mengentaskan masalah yang dialami oleh sebagian warga binaan. Dengan demikian,  Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Wanita Tangerang perlu terus menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak-pihak penyedia layanan konseling dengan memfasilitasi sarana dan prasarana yang diperlukan, sehingga pelayanan dapat dilakukan secara berkesinambungan dan terarah. Diperlukan pula dukungan sarana dan prasarana agar pelayanan konseling dapat terlaksana secara optimal.</strong></p><p><em>Abstract<strong> -</strong></em><strong> </strong><strong>Nowadays, criminal matters in women prisoners keep increase in number. Tangerang Women Prison</strong><strong> </strong><strong>(</strong><strong>L</strong><strong>embaga pemasyrakat</strong><strong>a</strong><strong>n </strong><strong>W</strong><strong>anita</strong><strong> Tangerang</strong><strong>) is one of the solution to nuture women in criminal law issues. However, the existence of this institution does not guarantee reduction to the problematic matters. Often found in prisons there are acts of abuse that ultimately lead to new problematic matters, thus harming not only for her but also for her surroundings. To overcome these problems, counseling services are necessary for the assisted citizens.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Counseling is one of the techniques use in guidance services and is one of the important tool in counseling services for the assisted citizens, which will occur a series of direct relationships with the targeted citizens, with the intention to help them improve their attitude and behavior in the next life (after</strong><strong> </strong><strong>they got released). The counseling services in th</strong><strong>e</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Tangerang </strong><strong>Women </strong><strong>Prison</strong><strong> use two methods. The first one, individual counseling is a personal guidance which is done through interviews by a counselor to the individual. Individual counseling activities are conducted through the Existential Humanistic, Behavior Cognitive and Transactional approach. The second one, group counseling is a form of counseling services organized in a group atmosphere utilizing group dynamics, as well as a warm, open, permissive and intimate counseling relationship.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>The activites in </strong><strong>the Tangerang Woman Prison </strong><strong>should be able to help annihilate the problems experienced by some of the assisted citizens. Current study aims to reveal the problems that pre-school teachers and parents face, in relation to guidance and counseling services, at schools without psychological counselors. The purpose of including pre-school teachers and parents in the current study was to find out both whether they considered the guidance and counseling services a need and whether their methods of intervention against the problems that they face were functional. The current research was designed with interview technique as a qualitative study method. Research data were collected through a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher. The researcher met the participants individually and asked the questions on the interview form for the current research. The responses that the participants provided were recorded and later transferred onto computer environment. The study group, formed based on voluntary participation, included total 30 participants with 15 pre-school teachers and 15 parents of pre-school children. Pre-school teacher participants 10 females and 5 males, worked for five different preschools in Adiyaman. Total 15 parents in the study group included nine females and six males. An examination of pre-school teachers’ responses based on the current study findings indicated that majority of the teachers did not prepare an annual counseling and guidance plan. Another finding of the current study was that children of most parents and teachers experience adjustment problems in pre-school. Another finding of the current research is about children’s individual problems. Main individual problems that parents experienced with their children included self-care and social development.

Readiness is the overall condition of a person who makes ready to respond/ answer in a certain way to a situation. Readiness is defined in this study is in the examination readiness. Examination is a way how to know the understanding of lesson level has been studied by student. The fact at the school, a lot of students have bad prepare to take examination. This research is descriptive and aimed to description about the prepare of students whose are left by their parents to take examination. This research can be conclude that the prepare of students whose are abandoned from their parents to take examination is good category. Implications of guidance and  counseling services of   the  students whose  are  left  by from their parents to take examination through of content services, placement and distribution services, group counseling and individual counseling

Guidance and Counseling in schools is a service that is held as one of the support of teaching and learning activities in schools. In its day-to-day activities guidance and counseling is organized by Guidance and Counseling teachers to implement four areas of counseling, counseling services, support activities that all can assist students in learning in school and living everyday life as learners. Based on its activities a Guidance and Counseling teacher needs to master the governance of Guidance and Counseling services in school, because a teacher Guidance and Counseling is a manager and implementer of every Guidance and Counseling service in school. Guidance and Counseling Teachers should be able to design Guidance and Counseling programs, make measurements, archive all counseling data relating to students to the evaluation. All such activities are called governance of Guidance and Counseling services in schools. Thus a Guidance and Counseling teacher has a significant role in governance of counseling and guidance services for students at school. A significant role of teachers Guidance and Counseling can help students in developing personality and ultimately students can plan their future according to capabilities possessed. The purpose of education in kindergarten in general is to help the growth and development of physical and spiritual to have readiness in entering further education, develop personality and self-potential in accordance with the stage of development of learners and help lay the groundwork toward the development of attitude, knowledge, skills , and the creative power required by the students to adapt to their environment and to further growth and development. In an effort to achieve the goal of education, it is possible students have various psychological problems that require the existence of guidance and counseling services. For that, it needs a deep and thorough understanding of the implementation of guidance and counseling in kindergarten. This paper discusses the theoretical importance of counseling and guidance services in kindergarten, preparation and implementation and evaluation of guidance and counseling programs in kindergarten.

Ukhuwah Islamiyah is an equivalent term for good social interaction between individuals in Islam. The concept of ukhuwah or brotherhood can be realized through guidance and counseling efforts. In the "world" this guidance and counseling effort is known as group guidance services. This paper aims to examine group guidance in improving ukhuwah Islamiyah through a gestalt approach with discussion techniques at Madrasah Aliyah Laboratory (MAL) UIN North Sumatra Medan. This research is focused on how the group guidance service efforts with discussion techniques in improving ukhuwah Islamiyah at MAL UIN North Sumatra Medan and what factors support and hinder the process. For this reason, a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method is appropriate to uncover empirical truths of research. The results of this study indicate that group counseling services with discussion techniques can improve student ukhuwah Islamiyah at MAL UIN North Sumatra Medan. This is indicated by (1) good interpersonal communication between students; (2) students' familiarity in finding solutions to shared problems; (3) tolerance of differences in argumentation; and (4) empathy for the situation felt by peers.

The low interest of students in counseling and guidance services can be seen from the lack of students who come by themselves in the room for guidance and counseling. The problem examined in this study is how the active role of teacher guidance and counseling on the interest of guidance and counseling services in class VIII D of SMP Negeri 3 Banjarbaru. So the purpose of this study is to find out how much the active role of teachers is guidance and counseling on the interest of counseling and counseling services for class VIII D of SMP Negeri 3 Banjarbaru. This research method is to use Qualitative methods. The research subjects in this study amounted to ten students of class VIII D. Data collection methods in this study used, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that class VIII D students in SMP Negeri 3 Banjarbaru have a pretty good interest in counseling and guidance services carried out in their schools, but these students do not take advantage of existing services because of lack of motivation or self-desire to use the service. So that the active role of teacher guidance and counseling in handling this is to provide motivation to students so that the guidance given to students has an impact on good change. The purpose of this study is to answer: how is the implementation of guidance and counseling in Class XI Santa Monika Vocational High School, Kubu Raya Regency? What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in an effort to motivate students to learn in Class XI at Santa Monika Vocational High School, Kubu Raya Regency? How are the efforts made by the Guidance and Counseling teacher in providing student motivation in Class XI at the Santa Monika Vocational High School, Kubu Raya Regency? The results showed that the implementation of guidance and counseling in increasing the motivation of class XI students at SMK Santa Monika was carried out in orientation services, information services, distribution placement services, content mastery services, individual counseling services, group guidance services, group counseling services, consulting services, mediation, and advocacy services. The guidance and counseling service program is still not optimal. Supporting factors from the implementation of guidance and counseling by the school and supporting teachers by making guidance and counseling service programs. Inhibiting factors are the shortage of teachers or counselors, limited time, and teachers who teach are not used to teaching in class. Efforts made by guidance and counseling teachers in increasing learning motivation are recording children by filling in student identities, experiencing or approaching students, making individual or group programs and providing suggestions to class XI students at SMK Santa Monika, Kubu Raya Regency.

This research aims to determine the management of counseling services in MAN 4 Kediri including planning, organizing, implementing, and supervision. This method of research is a qualitative descriptive of phenomenology in the application of management guidance and counseling services. The results of the study showed the planning of counseling guidance program based on the results of student and environmental needs analysis, organizing officers conducted counseling guidance coordinator based on the agreement between teachers and Counseling. Implementation of activities refers to the unit of service activity: 1) Orientation service is the introduction of new students to the school order and the character of each teacher of study field; 2) Individual counseling services The teachers try to open counseling for the problematic students to devote their hearts to the counseling teachers; 3) Group counseling Services i.e. teacher Counseling Tutoring creates personal and group accounts on social media Facebook; 4) Mediation services in conducting problematic student mediation, counseling teachers collaborate with the class and parents to overcome a problematic student. Here teachers counseling guidance tries to mediate by calling the students and their parents to resolve the problem; 5) Supporting activities: a) home visits; b) instead of case. In addition to that also in the implementation of counseling guidance services There is equipment that supports the governance of counseling guidance. Like the case book for students who are stuck in problems such as smoking is discovered in the middle of the school, caught fouling and others. Outside school counseling teachers also conduct observations at the student's home through visits and observations to obtain detailed student information.
