This article aims to analyse the implementation of internal policy on Civil Servant Officer work performance at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. Internal policy is an urgent item in leading an institution because it guarrantes the individual work performance. The workers will get their good work performance since the internal policy lies on worker side. The method of this research was qualitative descriptive by using field observation and interview as data collection. The data were analyzed into three steps, namely data reduction, data display, and data conclusion. The participants of this research were five administration staff, three lecturers, and five students. It used purposive sampling. The result showed that the implementation of internal policy at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo was not effective. It caused by three problems. Firstly, it is lack of evaluation during the internal policy implemented and after it was implemented. Secondly, it is lack of coordination among stakeholders and the workers (administration staff, lecturers, and the students). Thirdly, it is lack of collaboration among stakeholder and staffs.

This study aims to reveal and formulate Javanese philosophical values and philosophical foundations in Serat Centhini. It was a qualitative descriptive study. The data source was the Serat Centhini text. The research steps included data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data were analyzed using the hermeneutic and heuristic techniques. The findings are as follows. First, Javanese philosophical values in Serat Centhini are reflected in Javanese cultural contents and philosophy reflecting the Javanese society when Serat Centhini was written. The Javanese philosophy in Serat Centhiniis reflected by the life perfection value (ngudi kasampurnan) and the philosophy of origin and destination (sangkan paraning dumadi). Second, the philosophy in Serat Centhini is reflected in the ontological, epistemological, and axiological foundations.

Zastrow Al-Ngatawi as the subject of this research has done something similar to Wali Songo, but the scope of activities carried out by Zastrow Al-Ngatawi is more simple. The thing he did was one of the glory in Da’wah activities. This research is qualitative descriptive. The subject in this study was Zastrouw Al-Ngatawi. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. For analysis using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis theory which includes data reduction (data reduction), presenting data (data display), and making conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing).

This study aims to gain an understanding of the comparison of language styles in a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya and a collection of Nafaskarya Fatimah Musawa poems. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques in research using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques with steps: data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that there are comparisons of comparative language styles and opposing language styles. Comparative language style in the collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmala amounts to 18 data and the language style of contention is 5 data, based on the language style that dominates the collection of Phrase Poems at the End of Season. Whereas the collection of Nafas poems by Fatimah Musawa, namely: Language style comparisons totaling 9 data. While the language style of contention is 11 data. Conclusions, a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya is more dominant in the style of comparison and the collection of Nafas poems by Fatima Musawa has a dominant style of language in opposition. The main reason for compiling this journal is to find out the application of good work motivation to increase employee productivity salam Indonesia travel. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Information collection procedures utilized in this study are the strategy of perception, interviews, and documentation considers. Information examination procedures in this study include the steps of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The result of the study found that the Motivation must be applied because it is one of the most important components in supporting the efficiency of worker productivity, without motivation, an employee will lose enthusiasm for work. The leader of Salam Indonesia Travel in increasing employee motivation using methods that are appropriate to the situation of the company and employees. Because every employee has different behaviors and actions at work, so the provision of motivation must be different as well. Highly motivated individuals mean that these people have a compelling reason to get the job done as the company wants. Conversely, when individuals have low motivation, they cannot work well together to achieve the desired performance efficiency of the company.

political polemic and crisis in Beirut has been marked by various actions. The emergence of public aspirations led to tragedy. The occurring of bomb incident as a result of building burning that contained 2,750 tons of Ammonium Nitrate. It can be concrete evidence that freedom in Beirut is at stake. This tragedy caused 100 victims were died and thousands people were injured. This phenomenon made many society from aroun the world contribute to express Beirut’s freedom including Josep Harb through his poetry entitle “li Beirut”. This study aims to describe nationalism form in li Beirut poetry based on Norman Fairclough’s theory, and show its impact on natinalism’s reader as literary connoisseurs. This study is a qualitative descriptive that came from li Beirut poetry by Joseph Harb and supported by related literatures. Data collection are coming from reading and taking notes techniques. Analysis techniques are based on Miles and Huberman model that contained data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that portrait of nationalism in li Beirut poetry are expressions of love and praising for Beirut, also compassions and hopes for Beirut. The impact that has an effect on readers' nationalism is an attitude of prioritizing unity and brotherhood, as well as an optimistic attitude to improve the nation.

This study aims to analyze the types of phoneme sound changes in Bugis, Toraja and Mandarin languages. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data and data sources from 6 informants, each of whom masters Bugis, Toraja, and Mandar languages. Data collection techniques in this study used listening techniques, note-taking techniques, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques in this study include data display, data reduction, verification, and data inference. The results showed that the types of sound changes in Bugis, Toraja, and Mandarin include lenisi, sound addition, metathesis, and assimilation. Apocope lenisi type is more commonly found in Bugis, Toraja and Mandar languages than syncope. In sound addition, the most common data found were prosthesis data in Bugis and Mandarin. The metathesis type is only found in the comparison of Toraja and Mandarin, and only regressive assimilation types are found in Toraja and Mandarin. From the results of the analysis of the type of sound change, it shows that the Toraja and Mandar languages are closer, compared to the Toraja and Bugis languages.

Abstract: This study aims to find out how the use of multimedia in improving students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the Classroom X SMA Negeri 5 Buru as well as supporting factors and inhibition of the use of multimedia. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 5 Buru District Lilialy Kabupaten Buru, from September 1, 2020 to October 1, 2020. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed qualitatively including: data collection, data reduction, data display and verification and affirmation of conclusions. The results showed that the use of multimedia can increase students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the classroom X SMA Negeri 5 Buru, where students appear to focus on following the learning process, recording the subject matter, and are happy with the learning using multimedia, students easily explain or answer the teacher's questions PAI boldly and actively in the learning process. Supporting factors and inhibition factors of multimedia use in increasing students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the Classroom X SMA Negeri 5 Buru among others, for supporting factors, namely the availability of leptop and computer, infokus, electricity, clean school walls, clean classrooms, and the ability of PAI teachers who are very good in integrating concepts with multimedia in the learning process as well as the availability of special classrooms designed for learning activities using multimedia infokus. As for the inhibition factor is infokus available only one, so it will be constrained when used by other teachers, then electricity is often out and internet access is often sluggish. Keywords: Multimedia, student learning motivation, Islamic Religious Education Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan multimedia dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Buru serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan multimedia tersebut..Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 5 Buru Kecamatan Lilialy Kabupaten Buru, mulai dari tanggal 1 September 2020 sampai dengan 1 Oktober 2020.. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan multimedia dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Buru, dimana siswa terlihat mereka fokus mengikuti proses pembelajaran, mencatat materi pelajaran, dan senang dengan pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia, siswa dengan mudah menjelaskan atau menjawab pertanyaan guru PAI dengan berani dan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat penggunaan multimedia dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Buru antara lain untuk faktor pendukung yakni tersedianya leptop dan komputer, infokus, listrik, dinding sekolah yang bersih, ruang kelas yang bersih, dan kemampuan guru PAI yang sangat baik dalam mengintegrasikan konsep dengan multimedia dalam proses pembelajaran serta tersedianya ruang kelas khusus yang didesain untuk kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia infokus. Sementara untuk faktor penghambatnya adalah infokus yang tersedia hanya satu, sehingga akan terkendala apabila digunakan oleh guru yang lain, kemudian listrik sering padam dan akses internet yang sering lamban. This research aims to describe the ability of active/expresive language and passive/ reseptive language of an autistic student and the effort to improve the language itself helped by the teacher and the shadow teacher in a non-govermental school in Medan. This research uses qualitative descriptive with study case of an autistic student in primary second grader , his initial is FR. Technique of data collection are observation, interview, and documentation. Technique of data analysis are data condensation, data display and verification and conclusion. The result of research showed that the ability of active/expressive language of FR still had difficulties in pronouncing, unclear articulation for certain letter such as r, n, ny, l, talk simple, unable to have interaction and communication properly, unable to convey the information, requesting what he needed use incomplete sentence when he got depresion, he needed help in writing. And the ability of passive/ receptive FR still have difficulties to comprehend the sentence he heard, able to understand simple sentence only based on his daily experience, able to answer simple sentence when the question asked is same with the statement, respond the long questions by replying the last sentence only, unable to comprehend the reading. Keyword: Active/expressive, passive/receptive, autistic

Abstract Background/Purpose: This study investigated the relationship between job burnout and counterproductive work behavior (CWB) among 307 employees drawn from various banks within Jordan. This study also examined the levels of job burnout and CWB with regard to gender, age, marital status, and education. Methodology: For data collection, the convenience sampling method is utilized to survey frontline bank employees. The Oldenburg Burnout Inventory scale, which assesses exhaustion, disengagement, and the CWB scale from the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ), were used for data collection. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science 25.0. Results: The study results suggest that there is a significant positive relationship between job burnout two dimensions and CWB. The research also shows that age, education, and marital status affect both job burnout and CWB. Nevertheless, gender was found to have a significant effect only on the disengagement dimension of job burnout. Further, the study implies that exhaustion and disengagement are vital predictors influencing CWB. Conclusion: With regard to the results, the phenomena of job burnout provide the means that can provoke deviant behavior in the workplace.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Langkah-langkah menanamkan nilai pendidikan karakter terhadap peserta didik; 2) Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dalam etika wirausaha (praktik kewirausahaan).  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif. Subjek Penelitian ini adalahkepala sekolah, Guru dan Peserta didik.Adapun prosedur penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Melakukan studi pendahuluan ke lokasi penelitian yaitu SMA Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya; (2) Menyusun instrumen penelitian; (3) Merancang prosedur pengambilan data;  (4) Pelaksanaan; dan 5) Analisis data. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui  wawancara tidak terstuktur, angket dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data (display data), verifikasi dan  simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1)  Langkah-langkah menanamkan nilai pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik terdiri dari beberapa tahapan; mulai dari perencanaan guru menyusun Rencana pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang menarik dengan meintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakterdan evaluasi pembelajaran untuk mengukur dan melihat sejauhmana pendidikan karakter tersebut diterapkan dalam etika wirausaha; 2) Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dalam etika wirausaha di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkarayadengan menanamkan karakter disiplin, jujur, kreativitas, ulet, dan komunikatif secara umum dengan kategori baik, yang ditunjukkan: (a) Kegiatan praktikpenjualan langsung dengan kategori cukup baik; (b) Kegiatan praktik kewirausaan kelompok dengan kategori baik; (c) Penggunaan poster untuk meningkatkan gairah berwirausaha dengan kategori baik; (d) Pemberian reward bagi peserta didik maupun guru mendapatkan respon positif.___________________________________________________________________ This study aims to determine the: 1) Steps to instill the value of character education in students and to find out how to; 2) Implement character education in entrepreneurial ethics (entrepreneurial practice). This research was conducted using qualitative methods. The subjects of this study were teachers and students. The procedures for this research are: (1) Conducting a preliminary study to the research location, namely SMA Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya; (2) Develop research instruments; (3) Design data collection procedures; 4) Implementation; and (5) Analysis data collection techniques through unstructured interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive through data reduction, data presentation (data display), verification and conclusions. The results showed that: 1) The steps to instill the value of character education in students consisted of several stages; starting from teacher planning in compiling entrepreneurial learning plans, implementing interesting learning by integrating character values, as well as conducting and evaluating to measure and see to what extent character education is well implemented by students; 2) Implementation of character education in entrepreneurial ethics at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya by instilling disciplined, honest, creative, tenacious, and communicative characters. The results of the implementation of character education: (a) Direct selling practice activities in a fairly good category; (b) Entrepreneurship practice activities with good categories; (c) The use of posters to increase entrepreneurial enthusiasm with good categories; (d) Giving rewards to students and teachers getting a positive response.
