Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Langkah-langkah menanamkan nilai pendidikan karakter terhadap peserta didik; 2) Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dalam etika wirausaha (praktik kewirausahaan).  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif. Subjek Penelitian ini adalahkepala sekolah, Guru dan Peserta didik.Adapun prosedur penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Melakukan studi pendahuluan ke lokasi penelitian yaitu SMA Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya; (2) Menyusun instrumen penelitian; (3) Merancang prosedur pengambilan data;  (4) Pelaksanaan; dan 5) Analisis data. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui  wawancara tidak terstuktur, angket dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data (display data), verifikasi dan  simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1)  Langkah-langkah menanamkan nilai pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik terdiri dari beberapa tahapan; mulai dari perencanaan guru menyusun Rencana pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang menarik dengan meintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakterdan evaluasi pembelajaran untuk mengukur dan melihat sejauhmana pendidikan karakter tersebut diterapkan dalam etika wirausaha; 2) Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter dalam etika wirausaha di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkarayadengan menanamkan karakter disiplin, jujur, kreativitas, ulet, dan komunikatif secara umum dengan kategori baik, yang ditunjukkan: (a) Kegiatan praktikpenjualan langsung dengan kategori cukup baik; (b) Kegiatan praktik kewirausaan kelompok dengan kategori baik; (c) Penggunaan poster untuk meningkatkan gairah berwirausaha dengan kategori baik; (d) Pemberian reward bagi peserta didik maupun guru mendapatkan respon positif.___________________________________________________________________ This study aims to determine the: 1) Steps to instill the value of character education in students and to find out how to; 2) Implement character education in entrepreneurial ethics (entrepreneurial practice). This research was conducted using qualitative methods. The subjects of this study were teachers and students. The procedures for this research are: (1) Conducting a preliminary study to the research location, namely SMA Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya; (2) Develop research instruments; (3) Design data collection procedures; 4) Implementation; and (5) Analysis data collection techniques through unstructured interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive through data reduction, data presentation (data display), verification and conclusions. The results showed that: 1) The steps to instill the value of character education in students consisted of several stages; starting from teacher planning in compiling entrepreneurial learning plans, implementing interesting learning by integrating character values, as well as conducting and evaluating to measure and see to what extent character education is well implemented by students; 2) Implementation of character education in entrepreneurial ethics at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya by instilling disciplined, honest, creative, tenacious, and communicative characters. The results of the implementation of character education: (a) Direct selling practice activities in a fairly good category; (b) Entrepreneurship practice activities with good categories; (c) The use of posters to increase entrepreneurial enthusiasm with good categories; (d) Giving rewards to students and teachers getting a positive response.

This research was inspired by some of the realities that the author found related to the implementation of character education, especially in several regencies/cities in East Kalimantan. Apart from the author’s concern toward the case of the moral decadence of the nation's children, this should be a demand and obligation for every educator to form the character of his students. Therefore, various models and innovations began to be developed by educational units led by creative teachers starting to package character-based learning designs and innovations. This research focuses on character models developed by the school. This research is a field work research that focuses on multi-site studies. Sources of data in this study include: teachers and students in several schools are the focus of research. The research locus is spread in several regions, namely: Tarakan, Bulungan, East Kutai and Bontang. The data collection techniques that the author uses in this study include: observations, interviews and documentations. Furthermore, the findings of the research data were processed using Milles and Hubberman's interactive analysis using the data reduction flow , data display and data conclusions . Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the character values developed include: religious values, creative, independent and responsible, the spirit of nationality and love for the motherland, tolerance, communication and love the environment.

The purpose of this study was to determine character education in the Gigana (Digital Disaster Mitigation) Comic Earthquake. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research uses the Abrams model pragmatic theory, which is the study of language usage that is associated with the context of its use. Data collection techniques namely refer, read, and note. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study show that Comics as reading can benefit readers, namely children. Character education can be found in children's reading, one of them through comics. In the comic titled Comics Gigana (Digital Disaster Mitigation) Earthquakes by Siti Anafiah and Shanta Rezkita found 6 character values, namely peace, independence, responsibility, peace, environmental care, and social care. Such character education can be found through characters, characterizations, plot, settings, and mandates in the story.

This study aims to analyze the character values ​​in Sirah Nabawiyah Ar-Rahiq Al-Makhtum by Syafiyyurrahman al-Mubarakfuri, so that it is revealed how the character education of the Prophet Muhammad. and analyze its relevance to current educational goals. The research method used is library research, the type of research approach is deductive and the analysis method is content analysis. Data collection techniques used were library techniques. This research succeeded in proving that prophetic values ​​based on the history of the Prophet Muhammad have a strong relevance to the concept of contemporary character education. Prophetic values ​​loaded with character education in this era, especially related to religiosity, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democracy, curiosity, national spirit, love of the motherland, respect for achievement, friendship, love for peace , likes to read, care about the environment, care about social, and responsibility.

Purpose of the study: This paper aims to describe the basic reasons behind the application of the principal's humanisticapproach, and the steps of the principal's humanistic approach to optimizing character education strengthening programs.Methodology: This research uses a qualitative approach, case study design. Data collection is done through in-depthinterviews, participant observation, and study documentation to achieve research objectives.Main Findings: Research findings reveal that personal excellence (integrity, wholeness, and authenticity) and thehumanistic spirituality of inspirational figures inspire the principal's humanistic approach. In addition, the application of the principal's humanistic approach has a significant impact on optimizing the implementation of character education strengthening in schools and successfully forming the character of students.Applications of this study: This study can be useful for principals in the education department of Malang City, EastJava, Indonesia, to use a humanistic approach model in carrying out leadership roles, because it has been proveneffective in optimizing the implementation of optimizing character education strengthening programs in schools.Novelty/Originality of this study: The principal's role is to create a "humane" school environment through harmonious relationships, respecting subordinates as human beings, tolerant and non-discriminatory, giving examples of good behavior to subordinates based on self-excellence and imitating the spirituality of inspirational figures, so that good characters are formed in the teachers and students at school.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan: (1) nilai-nilai semboyan maja labo dahu dalam pendidikan karakter;  (2) implementasi semboyan maja labo dahu dalam pendidikan karakter;  (3) efektivitas implementasi semboyan maja labo dahu dalam pendidikan karakter di MTs Negeri 1 Kota Bima. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Penentuan  subjek penelitian yang dilakukan dengan teknik purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif model interaktif dengan langkah-langkah: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Nilai-nilai semboyan maja labo dahu sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dalam pendidikan karakter, yaitu: nilai religius, jujur, disiplin, mandiri, menghargai prestasi, dan cinta tanah air. (2) Implementasi semboyan maja labo dahu belum dirumuskan secara eksplisit atau dibakukan sebagai materi pelajaran. (3). Semboyan  maja labo dahu telah efektif memberikan pengetahuan moral tentang nilai-nilai semboyan maja labo dahu kepada siswa. Kata Kunci:   semboyan,  maja labo dahu,  pendidikan karakter MAJA LABO DAHU SLOGAN IN CHARACTER EDUCATION Abstract: The purpose of this research was to reveal: (1) ) the values of the maja labo dahu slogan in character education; (2)  the implementation of   maja labo dahu  slogan  in character education; (3) the effectiveness of the implementation  of maja labo dahu  slogan in character education in Public MTs 1 Bima City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using case study approach in Public MTs 1 Bima City. Informants in this study were principals, teachers, and students of Public MTs 1 Bima City. Determination of research was subjects conducted with purposive techniques. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) The values of maja labo dahu slogan were in accordance with the values in character education, namely: religious values, honest, disciplined, independent, appreciating achievement and loving the homeland. (2) the implementation of maja labo dahu slogan in Public MTs 1 Bima City was not formulated explicitly or standardized as subject matter. <p><em>Character education is an important provision in preparing early childhood in facing a future full of challenges, both academically and in the life of the nation and state, learning at Roudhotul Athfal Bina Ibsani Muslim in the current conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic is a challenge in efforts to manage education character even though the intensity of the encounter between teachers and students is reduced and moves to digital spaces. This study aims to describe the development of character education in RA Bina Insani during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research instrument uses observation, semi-structured interviews where the researcher tries to open the opinion and ideas of the informants so that the problem becomes clear. The technique used to analyze the data used a qualitative descriptive technique. The results showed that there are four models of learning model RA Bina Insani Muslimi during the Covid-19 pandemic; Online (online), offline (offline), Home visit (home learning once a week) and School Visit. The results show that the development of character education is outlined in daily and weekly programs and is still escorted by teachers by providing character control sheets, and providing appreciation and guidance for those who do not meet the criteria. The characters developed are the child's personality, independence, discipline, and responsibility. </em><em></em></p>

Comprehensive sampling design including determination of the distribution, number of observations and specification of desired levels of precision is typically ignored in time studies of yarding operations. A computer-based data collection, processing, and analysis system was developed for time studies that permits improved sampling design. Data collection programs were written for continuous timing of yarding operations and downloaded on to hand-held computers equipped with real-time clocks. After each shift of observation, the time study data are uploaded to a portable microcomputer. The data are then processed through a series of programs that provide error checking, cataloging, and formatting in preparation for analysis. Data from three cable yarding operations were used in a study to assess the potential for sequential design and to determine precision levels obtainable from short-duration time studies. Confidence intervals were computed cumulatively and used to assess whether additional observation of a specific machine on a particular site was justified. The data collection, processing, and real-time analysis system shows promise as a technique for improving sampling design of time studies for timber harvesting operations through sequential analysis of the data.

ABSTRACTThis research discussed the form and meaning of the Canthang Balung kris in the Grebeg Mulud ceremony at the Kasunanan Palace in Surakarta. The method of this research was a descriptive qualitative research. The datum were obtainned through interviews with primary informants from the Surakarta Palace, written sources in the form of reference books, photos, and videos. In order to obtain the expected data, researcher used data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, library research and documentation. The process of data analysis was completed into several steps, those are data collection, data analysis, data display and conclusions. From the results of the study it was concluded that the existence of the Canthang Balung kris was not only used to be a prerequisite instrument in the Grebeg Mulud ceremony at the Kasunanan Palace in Surakarta but also as  a cultural product in which had full of symbolic meaning and a mystical, sacred, and beautiful values derived from traditional roots based on Javanese religion, cosmology and mythology. Canthang Balung kris contained the teachings / philosopy of ethics and beauty in the form of visual appearance and life symbols which can lead humans to perfection and the real identity. The form on the Canthang Balung kris became a media for the expression of religious and aesthetics. It was to communicate noble teachings so that they could be understood and grasped by their supporting communities. Data-data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan narasumber primer dari Keraton Surakarta, sumber tertulis berupa buku referensi, foto dan video. Untuk memperoleh data yang diinginkan, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi pustaka dan pendokumentasian. Proses analisis data melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data, analisis data, sajian data serta kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa keberadaan keris Canthang Balung selain sebagai kelengkapan dalam upacara Grebeg Mulud di Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta juga merupakan produk budaya yang di dalamnya sarat dengan makna simbolis serta memiliki muatan nilai yang bersifat mistis atau sakral, spiritual dan indah bersumber dari akar tradisi yang berpijak pada religi, kosmologi dan mitologi Jawa. Dalam keris Canthang Balung juga termuat ajaran etika dan keindahan berupa penampilan visual dan simbol pandangan hidup yang dapat menuntun manusia menuju kesempurnaan dan jati diri yang sejati. Bentuk pada keris Canthang Balung menjadi wadah pengungkapan ekspresi yang bersifat religius dan estetis, yakni sebagai sarana untuk mengkomunikasikan ajaran-ajaran luhur sehingga dapat dipahami dan ditangkap maksudnya oleh masyarakat pendukungnya. Makna simbolis tersebut dapat ditafsirkan antara lain sebagai berikut: keselamatan, ketentraman, keharmonisan, dan kesuburan. Kata Kunci: Keris, Canthang Balung, bentuk dan makna

This study aims to reveal and formulate Javanese philosophical values and philosophical foundations in Serat Centhini. It was a qualitative descriptive study. The data source was the Serat Centhini text. The research steps included data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data were analyzed using the hermeneutic and heuristic techniques. The findings are as follows. First, Javanese philosophical values in Serat Centhini are reflected in Javanese cultural contents and philosophy reflecting the Javanese society when Serat Centhini was written. The Javanese philosophy in Serat Centhiniis reflected by the life perfection value (ngudi kasampurnan) and the philosophy of origin and destination (sangkan paraning dumadi). Second, the philosophy in Serat Centhini is reflected in the ontological, epistemological, and axiological foundations.

Zastrow Al-Ngatawi as the subject of this research has done something similar to Wali Songo, but the scope of activities carried out by Zastrow Al-Ngatawi is more simple. The thing he did was one of the glory in Da’wah activities. This research is qualitative descriptive. The subject in this study was Zastrouw Al-Ngatawi. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. For analysis using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis theory which includes data reduction (data reduction), presenting data (data display), and making conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing).
