Purpose:The purpose of this article is to find out the differences in the price of fruit with large and small perspectives of Islamic law in the 26 ilir Palembang market and what factors cause the difference in fruit prices for traders in the 26 ilir Palembang market.Design/Method/Approach :A qualitative approach was applied to this study. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and questionnairesFindings: the difference in the price of buying and selling fruit from the perspective of Islamic law in Palembang 26 ilir is permissible (mubah), because it is in accordance with the concept of buying and selling in Islam where the fulfillment of the conditions in pricing is in accordance with the principles of buying and selling in Islam. The process of buying and selling carried out has also fulfilled the pillars and conditions in Islam, so the sale and purchase of this law is legal, and the factors that cause the price of fruit differ in fruit traders in the 26 ilir Palembang market, namely fruit quality, the effect of fertilizer increase, merchant's trading location and the number also fruit traders take fruit from other fruit sellers and resell them.Originality/Values: The main contribution of provide information to the public about differences in selling prices of fruit in the market.

This paper is discusion the polygamy is still a controversial problem, although much discussed and examined. The difference of opinion among scholars make this problem continues to potentially raises the agree and disagree. Even though it has been regulated in Act Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage and the compilation of Islamic law (KHI), this does not necessarily make the problem of polygamy is complete. Not a few perpetrators of polygamy choose married under the hand or by sirri. This research uses qualitative approach by implementing thematic interpretation method (maudhu'i) to obtain a comprehensive understanding about polygamy in the Qur'an. The Data obtained through the study of a library research by sharing the data that comes from the various verse of the Qur'an, hadith, book fiqh, research results, books and the news in various media outlets in order to complete the interpretation of the verses of polygamy. Based on the results of this research it is known that the verses of the Qur'an gives a very tight restrictions for those who want to in polygamy. Justice that the conditions of polygamy is not only were quantitative but also qualitative research. In the context of historical-socio, the command of polygamy is intended as a form of the solution to avoid injustice to orphans women. Even if polygamy still want to do, should the husband marrying the widows who have lighten the orphan.

This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.

The present study aimed at finding out various practices of Bank Thithil at Bethek Urban Village, Malang, along with the people’s perception and the impact of such practices towards the people’s welfare. Employing qualitative approach, this study focuses on the people’s perception, particularly those belonging to debtors trapped in Bank Thithil, such bank’s creditors, and some local cultural leaders, who lived at Bethek Urban Village, Malang. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. In analyzing the data, Miles Huberman’s analysis was employed which consisted of the following action: collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing supported by a phenomenological method which tried to capture and understand the reality. The result showed that Bank Thithil at Bethek Urban Village belonged to an informal financial organization as it was not a legal entity. As a consequence, the creditors may set rules of loan and sanctions without any reference to the legal law of financial organizations in Indonesia. The people’s perception towards Bank Thithil was various; some people felt fine with its practices because they need it and some another people strongly disagreed for some reasons, one is the prohibition on Islamic law.

This study aims to compare the perceptions of psychologists and who do people ruqyah to trans possession phenomena. This research is a comparative descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study amounted to 6 people consisting of 3 people who work as psychologists and 3 people who work as who do people ruqyah in the Pondok Sehat Al-Wahida. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of the data used with descriptive-comparative methods.Based on the results of the research can be concluded that there are differences and similarities of perceptions of psychologists and people who do ruqyah in viewing at the trance phenomenon in the city of Banjarmasin. The difference between the perception of psychologists and people who do ruqyah in viewing the phenomenon of trance is that psychologists view the phenomenon of possession using psychological theory, while peruqyah views the phenomenon of possession using Islamic studies so that treatment given by psychologists and people who do ruqyah has this difference in accordance with their scientific competencies. As for the similarities between the perception of psychologists and people who the ruqyah in viewing at  the phenomenon of possession can be caused by psychological problems but they also believe in Islamic studies can be caused by a genie that penetrates the body,

DPK Gunungkidul offers local content services in the form of Karst Rocks. Information about the topography of karst rocks needs to be preserved because it represents the Gunung Kidul Region. This study aims to determine how the Karst Rock services and how the information dissemination carried out by the Gunung Kidul DPK to the community. This research method uses a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation analysis. The results showed that the Karst Rocks in the Gunung Kidul DPK were served closed and placed on special racks. The provision of Karst rocks is compiled from research studies in collaboration with external parties. DPK Gunung Kidul provides information to the public about Karst Rocks through information dissemination activities. The process of disseminating information begins with collecting information from the results of research (scientists/researchers) and channeled through the media directly or indirectly so that it can be accepted by users. This activity is carried out to improve the scientific repertoire for the community and form of preservation of karst rock information.

The implementation of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bekasi Regency has not been optimal. If public services in the Department of Population and Civil Registration are seen from the implementation of the principles of Good Governance, such as aspects of accountability, transparency, and participation, they are still not optimal. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Observation data collection techniques and interviews with several informants related to research. The results of the study, which led to the implementation of the principles of Good Governance in population administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Service, have not run optimally, judging from the accountability of the mismatch between implementation and operational standards (SOP), as well as unclear service completion, not timely in providing services to the community. When viewed from the transparency aspect of the lack of availability regarding population administration services, the Department of Population and Civil Registration has not maximally used the official website in providing information to the public. And from the last aspect, namely participation, the community has not been fully involved in providing criticism and suggestions and the community is not involved in evaluating services. ABSTRACT Objective: To summarize the production of the Professional Master's Program in Nursing Care Management of the Federal University of Santa Catarina, between 2013 and 2016. Method: electronic documental research. After data collection, we analyzed the numbers of defenses in relation to what was predicted by the respective public notices; as well as sex, training time and professional area of the authors; scenario, context and research line; general objective, analysis support model, methodological approach, instruments/techniques of data collection, and technique of analysis; and, finally, technological productions. Results: 57 dissertations were found and subjected to analysis. The highest number of defenses took place in 2016, in the public scenario, in a care context, with a qualitative approach and having assistance protocols as a final product. Conclusion: Although the country has weaknesses in its educational system, results of the post-graduate level stand out through the technological productions of professional master's studies in nursing.

The coronavirus spread has been the main issue among Acehnese people since it occurred.  Every day, people get infected; some people also are starting to recover from the coronavirus. The governments have been working to reduce the risked people and infected victims by providing various personal protective equipment and educating the public about the virus and its threats. Those all require society to obey them, such as wearing masks to avoid being infected or transmit to other people. Until now, the spread of the coronavirus is also very high trending. The Covid-19 task force in Jakarta on February 16th, 2021  recorded that the ratio of coronavirus cases has reached 38.34 percent. This figure shows the highest daily record since the pandemic took place. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was performed by interviewing several communities in the Johan Pahlawan sub-district, monitoring and observing in the field, and reading relevant sources. The study found a low level of community compliance with health protocols. The use of masks is still very lacking; people only wear masks when raids are carried out on the streets by joint government officials

This study aims to determine the perspective of Islamic law regarding the implementation of the system of buying and selling tupperware products that have a lifetime guarantee at PT. Nazila Jambi Nugraha Simpang Kawat, Jambi City. Another purpose of the research is to find out the positive impact of this system for sellers and buyers of tupperware products. Using a qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, documentation, and observation, the results of the study found: first, the distributor company has given books or catalogs to retail sellers or resellers as well as members or members to sell these products at prices listed for each product . Distributors give a discount of 30% for the resseller or member. Second, the view of Islamic law on the sale and purchase of tupperware products that are guaranteed, according to Islamic law there is still an element of openness regarding providing a lifetime guarantee. In the contract there must be openness between the two parties to avoid the existence of elements of fraud. Third, the positive impact on sellers and buyers is equally beneficial. For sellers to benefit and add friendship, buyers get the benefits of tupperware products.

The phenomenon of differences in Qur’anic reading based on seven qira’ah is one of the internalising factors of the Quraa Ulama with geographical backgrounds and languages diversity which are generated in a unified sociolinguistic discipline. The diversity in qira’ah raises its own problems and attracts observers of Arabic who criticize each other. One of them is in the aspect of reading variety of Surah Al-fatihah. This study aims to analyze and describe the views of the previous Al-Lughah Ulama on the differences in qira’ah sab'ah in Surah Al-Fathihah. In its implementation, the researcher used qualitative approach with content analysis, while the data collection techniques were carried out through primary data sources related to qira'ah sab'ah and Sociolinguistics. The results showed that the formation of two rational views of Ulama Al-lughah; manhaj Mutasahhil (tolerant) and manhaj Mutasyaddid (extreme) in response to the variety in reading of qira’ah sab'ah in Surah Alfathihah found on the fourth, sixth, and seventh verses. But Manhaj Mutasyddid put more emphasis on the seventh verse (إهدنا الصراط المستقيم) with the letter "Shad" as a language that is covenient and fusha compared to reading with the letter "Sa".
