This article with a literature study aims to describe the implementation of marriage guidance programs, as a pre-marital program which is expected to be a systematic way to realize national family resilience. Marriage is one of the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad which is carried out as an effort to fulfill human biological needs to live together, love each other, love each other and love each other and contains a vertical dimension. The results of the discussion show that the realization of family resilience must start from the process of forming a family through legal marriage, according to religious values. The family is the main foundation in building a system and social order as the basis for national resilience. Marriage guidance is a form of revitalization to strengthen the formation of marriage institutions which is a concrete effort that is expected to be able to realize the formation of many sakinah families in Indonesia. The marriage guidance program is a form of state responsibility to be able to realize national family resilience.

The presence of a child in the family is happiness as a manifestation of the fruit of a husband and wife's love. Having children is everyone's dream, especially when starting a new family or legal marriage. However, this is inversely proportional to children who are born without a previous legal marriage relationship so that the child is included in the class of children outside marriage or Astra children in accordance with Article 43 of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. This child out of wedlock sometimes becomes a problem in the family because not all stepfathers accept their existence. This study aims to reveal the position of children in traditional inheritance families in the Malet Village of Kutamesir and analyze the protection of Astra children in family law and inheritance in the Indigenous Village of Malet Kutamesir. This study uses an empirical legal research type with a conceptual approach. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained through interview techniques and literature study techniques and analyzed qualitatively and legal interpretation with a descriptive final presentation. The results of this study reveal that an astra child only has a legal position in inheriting his mother's property and an astra child has the right to get protection from whatever happens around his life, be it at home or outside the home.

Very little of the intense interest and activity in the field of family planning in Pakistan has come up in the form of publications. Since the formation of the Family Planning Association of Pakistan in 1953 and the initiative of the government in promoting a national family-planning programme in its Second Five-Year Plan, relatively few reports have been printed. Most of what has been written in Pakistan about family planning has either been reported at conferences abroad or published in foreign journals, or submitted as graduate dissertations at universities within the country and abroad1. While numerous papers presented at conferences in Pakistan have been given limited circulation in mimeographed form2, much of the preliminary data, emanating from most of the action-research projects in progress, are held up till substantive demographic changes are measured and approaches evaluated accordingly.

Protestant beliefs have made several significant contributions to conservatism, both in the more abstract realm of ideas and in the arena of political positions or practical policies. First, they have sacralized the established social order, valued and defended customary hierarchies; they have discouraged revolt or rebellion; they have prompted Protestants to view the state as an active moral agent of divine origin; and they have stressed the importance of community life and mediating institutions such as the family and the church and occasionally provided a modest check on an individualistic and competitive impulse. Second, certain shared tenets facilitated this conjunction of Protestantism and conservatism, most often when substantial change loomed. For example, common concerns of the two dovetailed when revivals challenged the religious status quo during the colonial Great Awakening, when secession and rebellion threatened federal authority during the Civil War, when a new type of conservatism emerged, and dismissed the older sort as paternalistic, when the Great Depression opened the door to a more intrusive state, when atheist communism challenged American individualism, and, finally, when the cultural changes of the 1960s undermined traditional notions of the family and gender roles. Third, certain Christian ideas and assumptions have, at their best, served to heighten or ennoble conservative discourse, sometimes raising it above merely partisan or pragmatic concerns. Protestantism added a moral and religious weight to conservative beliefs and helped soften the harshness of an acquisitive, sometimes cutthroat, economic order.

The application of learning programs from home as an effort to reduce the transmission of the covid virus has brought about several phenomena in the field, including learning stimulation that is not carried out optimally, parents feel very bothered, and children are depressed and so on. All of this happened allegedly because some parents did not understand the approach to learning in early childhood. This research uses a literature study approach by utilizing various sources, both printed and online. From the results and discussion, it can be concluded that; 1. To optimize the results of intelligence stimulation/learning done at home, parents must understand the characteristics of early childhood learning in general, including children who like to play, each child is unique, and children like to imitate people in their environment. 2. Learning will take place well if parents understand and adapt the interests or tendencies of each child. 3. Every available space/spot in the home environment can be a fun place for intelligence stimulation for children if parents have sufficient understanding of the characteristics of an early child and the different interests of each child.
