Public relations, commonly called public relations, are key players in the relationship between educational institutions and the public or the public. Because he is a communication link between the two. Public relation has been spread in various agencies both the government and its parts (police, meliter, and so on), organizations, boarding schools, foundations, educational institutions and others. but whether it is already running as the public relations in management know just the name. In the discussion of the task of these public relations planning models the author uses argumentative descriptive methods. That is describing public relations planning models with reviews that can be accounted for. Supported by several studies in published journals on public relations planning model, this journal presents findings that can help in developing educational institutions hususnnya part of public relations. From this descriptive method of argumentative research, the problem encountered is that most educational institutions do not function public relations as management. public relations are only complementary and there are only important subjects. therefore the offer from this article how public relations or public relations provides an overview of how public relations are functioned and executed. Public Relations of Headquarters of the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI Headquarters) must work with the Government Public Relations strategy to maintain a reputation by maintaining credibility, trustworthiness, reliability, and responsibility in delivering positive news to the internal and external public. This study aims to see how the government public relations strategy of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Information Center (Puspen TNI) maintained the reputation of the TNI institution. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by interviewing the Head of Puspen TNI, non-participant observation, and documentation. The results showed that Puspen TNI in maintaining the reputation of the TNI, first, maintained credibility by measuring the objectivity and quality of the news. Second, it proclaimed information about TNI and the contribution of the TNI to the nation-state to the public through mass media and social media. Third, it disseminated the news according to the facts. Forth, it reported the performance of the TNI to the external and internal public regarding responsibility to the state and nation professionally and proportionally by providing information delivered directly through the TNI website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TV public relations TNI Streaming produced by Puspen TNI. It also maintained good relations between external media and editor in chief and journalists of print, electronic and online media.

Introduction. In this article, the public events that took place in Russia during the early years of the reign of Alexander II are considered as one of the forms of interaction between the government and the public. Methods and materials. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the concept of modernization and the theory of the public sphere of J. Habermas, which made it possible to analyze the relationship between the government and the public in Russia as an outwardly expressed and situationally determined social interaction in the context of preparing modernization transformations. The basis of the research is made by memoirs and correspondence of statesmen and public figures. Analysis. It is noted that dinners on the occasion of anniversaries and celebrations in honour of the Sevastopol Defense heroes, as well as other celebrations in the context of the socio-political upsurge of the 1850s, turned into government-public channels, through which representatives of the Russian educated society tried to convey the transformative ideas generated in the public environment to the autocratic power. Results. In the first years of the reign of Alexander II, under the influence of a complex of factors, there was a qualitative change in the public sphere in Russia as an interaction zone between the government and educated society towards the formation of a subject-subject government-public relations model, characterized by the desire of both the public and the government to take into account the interests and needs of each other friend to achieve a common goal – the preparation and implementation of a set of reforms.

In the digital age 4.0, the use of social media for educational purposes needs to be done by educational institutions. Thus, the process of communication and coordination can occur optimally. The purpose of this research is to study the use of Instagram media in KB Al-Azkia. The Al-Azkia KB Public Relations Section carries out management that starts from the planning, implementation and evaluation relating to the use of Instagram media. This research is a qualitative research based on field research. The study was conducted at KB Al-Azkia by obtaining data through observation, interviews and documentation relating to the use of Instagram media. The data validity test is done by triangulation techniques by comparing interview data with observations on Instagram media. The results showed that: firstly, the utilization of the Instagram media began to introduce the Al-Azkia KB institution to the public, so that it could attract students to study there. Secondly, as time goes by, Instagram media is used to report activities to parents and students' assignment results, which they then provide feedback in the form of comments or likes. In this case, the relationship between school and parents of students is increasing Third, management in utilizing Instagram media runs with both starts from the planning, implementation and evaluation. Fourth, KB al-Azkia in uploading photos is always accompanied by good and interesting literacy in Instagram media. Fifth, KB Al-Azkia also utilizes features on Instagram, such as hashtags / labels, geotaging, aroba and photo editing

The great number of kindergartens in Indonesia shows great participation of public, foundations, and social charities. Such participation should always be enhanced by progressively increasing expectations. The essence of management is how to manage and take advantage of all available resources effectively and efficiently to achieve success as expected. This study is based on the legal responsibility of the assessment of public appraisal reports they make in land procurement activities for development in the public interest. Public assessment is obliged to always be accountable for their assessment. The type of research found in this thesis is a type of normative legal research with the right-hand of the statue approach and case approach. Normative legal research is a study that provides systematic explanation of rules governing a certain legal category, analyzing the relationship between regulations explaining areas of difficulty and possibly predicting future development. . After conducting research, researchers found that one of the causes that made the dispute was a lack of communication conducted between the Government and the landlord. In deliberation which should be the place where the parties find the meeting point between the parties on the magnitude of the damages that will be given, in the field is often used only for the delivery of the assessment of the compensation that has been done.

The past decade has seen the growth of a considerable literature on the link between government popularity, as reflected by the proportion of the public indicating their intention to vote for the government in opinion polls, and the state of the economy, as represented by certain key variables. The work began in the early 1970s with articles by Goodhart and Bhansali, Mueller, and Kramer. It continued through the decade; some of the more recent contributions can be found in a set of readings edited by Hibbs and Fassbender. However, despite the amount and quality of this work, problems remain. Principal amongst these, as Chrystal and Alt have pointed out, is the inability to estimate a relationship which exhibits any degree of stability either over time or between researchers. Nearly all the studies have been successful in finding a significant relationship for specific time periods, but when these are extended, or when the function is used to forecast outside the original estimation period, the relationship appears to break down.

<span lang="IN">Social media is one type of new media that facilitates the process of communication among human. Social media makes it easy for users to communicate and share information in a wider range. At present, not only people use Instagram, but the government also needs to keep up with the time to participate in using Instagram as an online information media. Public Relations of the Salatiga Government is one of the public relations departments that uses Instagram as an online information media to provide information needed by the community.<br /> This research aimed to find out how the content of the information was<span>  </span>and how the role of instagram was as an information deliverance to the citizen by the public relations of Salatiga. Through qualitative methods research, data is collected by means of interviews and observations. The results showed that the Salatiga <span> </span>Government Public Relations Instagram account had a role to increase brand awareness, connect many people and as a source of information/ business promotion.Public Relations of the Salatiga Government considers that Instagram plays an active role in conveying information to the public. This is seen from the many positive responses received by the Salatiga City Government Public Relations during managing Instagram as a modern information deliverance.<span>     </span></span>

Generally, activities conducted by people generate waste. The waste which increasingly rises causing a big problem. Therefore, the role of community in waste management will strongly support the process of solving the waste problem in the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of engagement and active participation of citizens, as reflected in the attitude of citizens in the activities related to the response to the waste problem in the community. A descriptive method was used in this study to describe the involvement and participation in the prevention of waste. The result showed that the paradigm of PSBM (community-based waste management) appeared sporadically and has not yet received the maximum support from regional governments. A paradigm which is “people pay, the government manages“, has grown within the community for years. It would hardly change people’s behaviour patterns in solving the waste problem in the community since changing the city into a city that is clean, comfortable and healthy involved many parties, including the community.

The rapid technology development and information made public (community) being so critical to the policies was taken by the government. This requires police institution to maintain of security guards, public order, enforce the law, provides protection, aegis and service to the community. Public Relations (PR) is an agency which have a duty to understand and evaluate a variety of public opinion in order to help to create harmony between particular agencies with the public. In order to increase quality of human resources in Police Department are required personnel with the ability in resolving problems the happens in society. In resolving these problems, that needed cooperation between police department, college and the community. The contribution of college to police department and the community with conducting the devotion to the community in cooperation Polresta Tangerang. The method in use in devotion community is by providing training of the role of public relations to Polresta Tangerang members through zoom cloud meeting. The role of public relations training aimed at giving public knowledge include similarity in communication, public relations function, basic principles of public relations, the management of the community and management of media relations may be good quality police. The evaluation of the training be concluded that the training that performed capable of increase understanding participants on the role of public relations.

This research aims to analyze how students of Law Major of Social and Political Sciences Faculty ofTeuku Umar University responded to the issue of transferring the location of the execution of the caningto prison. Spiral of silence theory is the underlying theory of this research. The method used in thisresearch is quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to 20 students. From the resultsof the research found that the students did not agree with the government plan to move the location of theexecution of the caning to prison. It is considered that such a punishment will not make the defendantsdeterrent because the effect of shame does not exist. The defendant will not be punished by the public fornot being shown publicly. The students also considered that the prohibition to take pictures andrecordings when the process of application of caning law should not be prohibited. In addition thestudents considered that the implementation of caning law in the mosque will not cause a sense of thephobia of investors to instill their shares in Aceh and the implementation of caning law in the mosquedoes not violate human rights. The students alleged the transfer of location of the canning law full ofpolitical interests so it is feared that the ruling parties in violation of the Shariah will not receive thecaning punishment because of their power.Keyword: Opinion, students of Law Major, Caning1.
