In the digital age 4.0, the use of social media for educational purposes needs to be done by educational institutions. Thus, the process of communication and coordination can occur optimally. The purpose of this research is to study the use of Instagram media in KB Al-Azkia. The Al-Azkia KB Public Relations Section carries out management that starts from the planning, implementation and evaluation relating to the use of Instagram media. This research is a qualitative research based on field research. The study was conducted at KB Al-Azkia by obtaining data through observation, interviews and documentation relating to the use of Instagram media. The data validity test is done by triangulation techniques by comparing interview data with observations on Instagram media. The results showed that: firstly, the utilization of the Instagram media began to introduce the Al-Azkia KB institution to the public, so that it could attract students to study there. Secondly, as time goes by, Instagram media is used to report activities to parents and students' assignment results, which they then provide feedback in the form of comments or likes. In this case, the relationship between school and parents of students is increasing Third, management in utilizing Instagram media runs with both starts from the planning, implementation and evaluation. Fourth, KB al-Azkia in uploading photos is always accompanied by good and interesting literacy in Instagram media. Fifth, KB Al-Azkia also utilizes features on Instagram, such as hashtags / labels, geotaging, aroba and photo editing

Public relations, commonly called public relations, are key players in the relationship between educational institutions and the public or the public. Because he is a communication link between the two. Public relation has been spread in various agencies both the government and its parts (police, meliter, and so on), organizations, boarding schools, foundations, educational institutions and others. but whether it is already running as the public relations in management know just the name. In the discussion of the task of these public relations planning models the author uses argumentative descriptive methods. That is describing public relations planning models with reviews that can be accounted for. Supported by several studies in published journals on public relations planning model, this journal presents findings that can help in developing educational institutions hususnnya part of public relations. From this descriptive method of argumentative research, the problem encountered is that most educational institutions do not function public relations as management. public relations are only complementary and there are only important subjects. therefore the offer from this article how public relations or public relations provides an overview of how public relations are functioned and executed. As a liaison anntara within its own internal institutions and institutions with the public. public relations acts as a synergistic part, between institutions and the public both benefit or take and give. The great number of kindergartens in Indonesia shows great participation of public, foundations, and social charities. Such participation should always be enhanced by progressively increasing expectations. The essence of management is how to manage and take advantage of all available resources effectively and efficiently to achieve success as expected. Management of Islamic education meant here is an educational organization that is divided into different types of education with their own characteristics and purposes. All are trying to embody the values of Islam in the education system. In addition, Management of public relations is the management which governs the relationship between institutions and the public. Public relation has a considerable role for the development of an institution. That is to say, an institution may not develop properly without good relations with the surrounding community, especially educational institutions (pre-school or school). PurposeThe aim of this study was to understand how public relations leaders view and use social media analytics (SMA) and the impact of SMA on the public relations function.Design/methodology/approachThe research involved in-depth interviews with chief communication officers (CCOs) from leading multinational corporate brands.FindingsThe findings revealed that although CCOs perceive social media analytics as strategically important to the advancement of public relations, the use of social media data is slowed by challenges associated with building SMA capacity.Theoretical and practical implications – The research extends public relations theory on public relations as a strategic management function and provides practical insights for building SMA capabilities.Originality/valueThe study is among the first to provide empirical evidence of how companies are using social media analytics to enhance public relations efforts.

Non-profit organizations engaged in environmental issues has been increasingly recognized by many people. The success of non-profit organizations that pursued by increasing the positive image obtained from media relations. This study aimed to analyze the strategy of Public Relations (PR) WWF-Indonesia in improving the image of the organization. This study was conducted with a quantitative approach and qualitative approach. The method used is survay on two student organizations Bogor Agricultural University who worked with WWF-Indonesia, they are from Fisheries Diving Club (FDC) and the Association of Student Interest in Sciences of Communication and Community Development (HIMASIERA). Data analysis included Spearman Rank test and Chi Square used to look at the relationship between PR strategy with the image of a non-profit organization. The results of the study, namely: 1) there is a relationship between individual characteristics with the image of a company that is formed; 2) there is a relationship between the public relation activities undertaken by the company's image.Keywords: environmental issue, media relation, student organizations ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ABSTRAKOrganisasi nirlaba yang bergerak di isu-isu lingkungan telah semakin diakui oleh banyak orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survai pada dua organisasi mahasiswa Institut Pertanian Bogor yang bekerja dengan WWF-Indonesia yang berasal dari Fisheries Diving Club (FDC) dan Asosiasi Mahasiswa Peminat Ilmu Komunikasi dan Pengembangan Masyarakat (HIMASIERA). Analisis data termasuk uji Rank Spearman dan Chi Square, digunakan untuk melihat hubungan antara strategi PR dengan citra sebuah organisasi nirlaba. Hasil studi, yaitu: 1) terdapat hubungan antara karakteristik individu dengan citra perusahaan yang terbentuk; 2) ada hubungan antara kegiatan hubungan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh citra perusahaan.Kata kunci: isu lingkungan, hubungan media, organisasi mahasiswa

The phenomenon of the development of the veil in Indonesia, especially among higher education has become a concern lately. This is due to the view of the public about the relationship between the use of the veil with the influence of certain ideologies. This research aims to determine the reasons and motivations for the use of the veil among female students, perceptions received in the surrounding environment, and obstacles encountered. This research uses a phenomenological approach as part of qualitative research. Participants in this research were 12 female students from private universities in Yogyakarta. The method of in-depth interviews using interview guide instruments becomes a technique in collecting data. Data analysis using semantic reduction is done by identifying important statements from the results of the interview, determining the theme of the discussion, and describing the significance of the whole experience of veiled students. The results showed that there were five main themes in the use of the veil in higher education, namely the average age of female students who used veil, motivation and reasons for using a veil, perceptions from within themselves and their environment, constraints encountered, and consistency in wearing a veil. Some of the findings obtained are certainly new references that need to be further developed. Therefore, knowledge about Islamophobia especially the perception of the phenomenon of the veil is important for educational institutions in determining policy and for the community to be a reference in dealing with the phenomenon.

<p>Mass media is one of the media publications to the public in the formation of the Image. Important positive images are formed to foster public trust. News in the newspaper media is still interesting to be appointed in an effort to build a positive image of educational institutions. In addition to targeting the masses of young people, higher education institutions also target parents who are still familiar with conventional media such as newspapers. The case study in this study was Dian Nuswantoro University (Udinus) and news in the Suara Merdeka newspaper. Suara Merdeka is interesting to be appointed because the local  central Java newspaper has amounts of printing and is still an alternative reading in the Central Java region where this segmentation is in line with Udinus segmentation which is domiciled in Semarang, Central Java.<br />This study aims to analyze the theme of news that often arises about the institution, the frequency of occurrence of coverage in certain periodizations. Furthermore, this can be observed how the reporting of a media that has the power to shape the image of the institution. The method used is quantitative content analysis, which describes how the contents of the media using thematic and physical recording units are analyzed using the concept of public relations about media and the formation of the image of the institution.<br /> <br />The result can be seen that there are 9 sections in Suara Merdeka which present Udinus related news, namely Semarang Metro rubric, Edukasia, Screen, Page 1, Business Economy, Around Young Tugu, Salatiga News, Youth Voice Expressions. Screen Rubric occupies the highest position in the news, which is 70.3%. For the<br />theme that is often reported, there are four types of reporting, namely news related to the world of academics (products), related to environmental responsibility (CSR), reporting related the environment and reporting related<br />to the activities of communicating the activities of the institution.</p><p> </p>

Abstract: This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The purpose of this study was to determine how the planning, implementation, and supervision in carrying out community relations cooperation in SD Negeri 6 Tunggal Tunggal with the Palangka Raya environmental agency. The aspects studied refer to: (1) Planning for Public Relations Cooperation between the State Elementary School 6 Bukit Tunggal with the Environmental Office of Palangka Raya City, (2) Implementation of the Public Relations Cooperation of the State Primary School 6 Bukit Tunggal with the Environmental Service Office of Palangka Raya City, dan (3) Supervision of Cooperation Public Relations of the 6 Bukit Tunggal Public Elementary School and the Environmental Office of Palangka Raya City. Data collection procedures used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data are analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. As for checking the validity of the data using credibility and confirmation. The stages of the research include pre-field, field work, and data analysis. The results showed that community relations cooperation which includes: planning, implementation, and supervision, has been well managed by SD Negeri 6 Bukit Tunggal, so as to increase school productivity, which will have a positive effect on school progress. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Sedangkan untuk pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan kredibilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Tahap-tahap penelitian yaitu meliputi pralapangan, pekerjaan lapangan, dan analisis data. Kuttab is considered foreign to some people so that the public is still familiar with the concept of kuttab education. Historically, the Muslim community did not allow the Kuttab to be separate and there were boundaries with society. It is for this that the Kuttab correlates with its people and joins in their daily lives. The existence of a barrier between kuttab and society can affect people's beliefs and participation. The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the Governance of Public Relations in Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung from planning, implementation, assessment, to supporting and inhibiting aspects of public relations at Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection used observation procedures, interviews and documentation research. The data validity test used the participation extension technique, observer intensity, triangulation, peer checking, referral adequacy, negative problem analysis, member checking, detailed explanation and auditing. The results of this research show that the governance of public relations in Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung is running well even though this task is held by the official Kuttab and the Tawaf division. First, planning refers to the vision, mission and profile of Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung which refers to the Al-Quran, hadith and the prophet's sirah. Second, implementation is carried out by implementing planned programs that involve all kuttab stakeholders. Third, evaluation is carried out after programs and activities have been implemented. This evaluation is to take into account the success of the program and deliberate on any cases. Fourth, the supporting aspects of public relations come from internal Kuttab, namely Kuttab's human resources who have a sincere mindset and the intention to worship when carrying out all activities. The factors inhibiting citizen ties come from externals, namely parents and residents who have different descriptions of the concept of Kuttab education.

This study aims to test the relationship between the use of social media and the knowledge gap regarding COVID-19 in the Turkish environment. For this purpose of this empirical field, research was carried out throughout Turkey involving a large sample (N= 1033) in an effort to reveal how level of knowledge of social media users in Turkey regarding an issue in a particular question is shaped. The study discusses the data obtained in the field research. The conclusion, contrary to what is expected, emphasizes that social media environment has a particular presence as a communication tool, which closes the knowledge gap and fosters knowledge acquisition.

Education is the most valuable investment to improve the quality of human resources in building a nation. The greatness of a nation is measured by the extent to which its people are educated. Educational institutions and society are two different but inseparable environments that even need each other in their growth and development. The community needs information about what educational institutions are doing. here the role of public relations is absolutely needed. The image of the educational institution depends on the success of the public relations actor. This role was well played by SMPN 1 Pamekasan public relations. Religious values agreed upon as a school culture are communicated to all stakeholders through the implementation of effective community relations management, thus giving birth to a religious image. This article will portray the implementation of public relations management in fostering a religious image in SMPN 1 Pamekasan. With a phenomenological approach, the qualitative data in this article will be described descriptively to be dialogue with previous public relations management theories.
