The agricultural sector is one of the leading sectors in Pandeglang Regency. This study aims to describe the process of preparing and implementing agricultural sector budgets, analyzing the effect of agricultural sector and labor of the agricultural sector expenditure toward the growth of the agricultural sector regionally in Banten Province, and then formulating appropriate strategies in budget allocation and agricultural sector development. This study uses secondary data and primary data with descriptive analysis tools, regression analysis using panel data, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the agricultural sector has become a priority in various planning documents in Pandeglang District including RPJP, RPJMD, and RKPD Pandeglang District. Then from the result of regression analysis using panel data, it is resulted that government expenditure for agriculture sector have positive and significant effect toward PDRB of agriculture sector. Meanwhile, the labor of agricultural sector has negative and significant effect toward GDP of agriculture sector. From the results of objectives 1 and 2 and supported by primary data through in-depth interviews could be formulated 10 strategies of budget allocation and development of agricultural sector in Pandeglang Regency.Keywords: Strategy, Agricultural Sector, Budget

This study aims to determine the perceptions of the younger generation of agricultural activities in the Buha Sub-District of Mapanget District. This research was carried out from August 2017 to May 2018. Primary data was collected through interviews of 15 generations of young people with the help of filling out questionnaires. Secondary data was obtained from the Buha Village Office, Mapanget District. This analysis uses descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the perception of the younger generation of agricultural activities in the Buha Sub-District is overall negative for agricultural activities. Viewed from internal factors include education, employment, gender and age. The higher the level of education, the wider the insight of the younger generation so that the lack of interest in the younger generation in agricultural activities is getting bigger. The younger generation who already have permanent jobs in the non-agricultural sector look down on agricultural activities because they assume that agricultural activities have a low social level. Women have a low interest in agricultural activities because they assume that agricultural activities are not suitable for women because it will damage their appearance. Respondents aged 21-30 years have a low interest in agricultural activities, in addition to reduced agricultural land. External factors include socialization, parental work status and land ownership status. The younger generation with a low level of socialization results in a lack of interest in the younger generation in agricultural activities. Parents of respondents who work in agriculture or non-agriculture do not want their children to make agricultural activities the main job. The young generation whose parents still own agricultural land is still doing agricultural activities to help their parents work on their farms.

This research aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be taken from the results of the SWOT analysis at the b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the SWOT analysis technique which explains, first, the data collection stage at the Bali Hotel & Spa Denpasar regarding the identification of internal and external factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the second is the analysis stage, and third namely the stage of decision making to determine the strategy to be taken by the company. The research results from the SWOT analysis show that the company is in quadrant I, where it shows a problem regarding for the strength to see opportunities where the strategy taken is the SO strategy used to be applied in developing strategies that can be suggested at management b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar, to can improve the progress of the hotel going forward.

Puger Beach 35 km northwest of the city of Jember known as a fish auction, will Puger Beach has a very interesting beauty with a large waves also can be used for surfing. Another potential that can be developed is the island of Nusa Barong is located not far from Puger Beach, Development of attractions that must be done with more focused and sustainable.The formulation of this research is how is the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists in Jember District Government? So the purpose of the research is to analyze the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting interviews to tourism managers, the public. Related offices and visitors who are in the location of research, while secondary data obtained from BPS, Department of Culture and Tourism Kab. Jember, libraries and internet, data analysis techniques used using Descriptive Analysis method while to obtain tourism development strategy using SWOT analysis.Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded tourism object. Puger Beach can be developed using aspects of attractiveness, accessibility aspects, aspects of activities and facilities, social, economic and cultural aspects. In effort to prevent HIV/AIDS, condom is an alternative to prevent HIV transmission from sexual relations. As a prevention tool, condom has not been 100% safe yet. Moreover, there is a controversial information about porous condom.In marketing the product, that is condom, particularly for high risk group, Himpunan Abiasa applys social marketing strategy. In addition to knowing which marketing strategy is applied, the author can find out the volume of Kondom Sutra sales marketed via social marketing during the period 2009 – 2010. The research method used is Descriptive Analysis and SWOT Analysis. Data utilized are primary data and secondary data: looking for and collecting data from Himpunan Abiasa, NAC (National AIDS Commision), company profile, books, and literatures related to the study; besides that, by interviewing four experts having competence in their field. By using SWOT analysis, the researcher gets internal matrix score : 2626 and external matrix score : 2677. It shows that the company has growth and stabilization, the company keeps be able to maintain existing business in continuity. This writing is a form of acknowledgement and appreciation to the company on what it has been applied. Besides that, the author gets benefit by the fact that he can enlarge knowledge concerning the application of social marketing as a strategy of HIV-AIDS prevention program.   Keywords: marketing strategy; social marketing; sales volume

This study aims to analyze the level of inequality of agricultural development in the region of Southeast Sulawesi. The data used in this study is the type of secondary data that is time series and cross section (panel data), with period time of 2010-2015. Research variables consisted of GDP of agriculture sector, direct government expenditure, local income, and labor of agriculture sector, which then analyzed with Williamson Index approach. The results showed that the level of inequality of agricultural sector development in the mainland in Southeast Sulawesi (Konawe, Kolaka, Kendari, Konawe Selatan, Bombana, North Kolaka, North Konawe and East Kolaka) were generally high. This can be seen from the value of Williamson Index in 2010-2011 ranged from 0.4827 to 0.6607. Therefore, it is necessary to plan and policy in directing agricultural investment allocation towards a more balanced economic progress throughout the region.Keywords: Williamson index; high inequality; agricultural sector

The study aimed to (1) describe the characteristics of the socio-economic, (2) describe the characteristic of ecological farming in the region KPHP unit II Bolaang Mongondow district, and (3) analyze the development strategy KPHP Unit II in the district based on empowerment Bolaang Mongondow cultivators. This research was conducted with descriptive and semi-quantitative approach. Data analysing for the development of management strategies used SWOT analysis. The primary data obtained through interviews in three (3) villages namely Pindolili, Village Pindol and Village Totabuan to 20 informants, consisting of 3 (three) the village chief, two religious leaders in the two (2) village, 2 (two) historians the formation of the village and 12 (twelve) cultivators in three (3) villages. While the secondary data obtained through statistical data and information obtained from the forestry policy forestry official website. Results of research on (1) socio-economic condition around the area KPHP unit II Bolaang Mongondow district shows that the agricultural sector is still the main source of livelihood of society. Socio-cultural conditions of communities in the study area are a heterogeneous society with different ethnic groups. They are still implement a culture or tradition that can threaten the sustainability of their livelihoods; (2) Ecological condition in the area KPHP unit II shows that the high danger of erosion due to geography land that shaped mountains with slope ranging from moderate to steep and the actions of farming and poor land management on critical land of steep hills. (3) Based on the results of the SWOT analysis for development strategy is the designation of priority and urgency, the development of nature tourism potential for increased use of environmental services, increased perception and participation of the formal integration of development and the development of food security by reforestation and forest conservation. The implementation strategy of forest management in the region KPHP unit II Bolaang Mongondow needs to be done in the form of maintenance of the water catchment area to ensure the availability of water production for the dam in the village Pindol, increasing role in the development of tourism and recreation participation of the parties primarily concerned to control encroachment and set the direction and strategy of development associated with the function of the ministry of forestry.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate marketing strategies that directly touch market leaders with to get marketing strategies to increase market share and become a market leader. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The analysis used was a descriptive analysis using the SWOT analysis instrument accompanied by IFAS and EFAS calculations. Data sources and types of research data consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the results of focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires. Whereas secondary data was obtained from financial reports and relevant articles and literature. The results of the strategy enrichment using the SWOT analysis on the quantitative approach obtained that the company's position is in quadrant 3 namely WO quadrant with coordinates (-0.63; +1.47) so companies should implement a turnaround strategy, ie change their marketing strategy from direct hit to market leaders by improving after-sales service, improving the quality of their products, brand equity, support from top management and placing units in the Teaching Hospital. This research can provide practitioners with an overview in making strategic marketing decisions.

<p>Abstract: The objective of this study was to determine how much of the total share, rate<br />of contribution and rate of growth of agriculture sector on regional development in<br />Karanganyar; determine the classification of agriculture sector in Karanganyar using<br />Klassen typology; and knowing the agriculture sector featured in Karanganyar<br />regency. The research location was Karanganyar Regency. The data used in this study<br />is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis methods used were: (1)Analysis of<br />the magnitude of the total share of agricultural subsectors using shift share analysis;<br />(2)Identification of the contribution and the growth rate of agriculture subsector;<br />(3)The classification of agriculture subsector in Karanganyar using Klassen typology;<br />and (4)Identification of featured subsector agricultural sector in Karanganyar using<br />Comparative Performance Index (CPI). The results showed: total share of food crops,<br />plantation subsector, livestock susbector, forestry subsector, and the fisheries<br />subsector respectively 173.644,66 million rupiah; 24.928,24 million rupiah; 56.674,21<br />million rupiah; 829,48 million rupiah; and 1.153,37 million rupiah. Contribution of<br />the food-stuff crops subsector, plantation subsector, animal husbandry subsector,<br />forestry subsector, and fisheries subsector respectively by 66.94%; 8.71%; 23.36%;<br />0.48%; and 0.52%. The growth rate of the food-stuff crops subsector, plantation<br />subsector, animal husbandry subsector, forestry subsector, and fisheries subsector<br />respectively by 6.29%; 6.70%; 5.41%; 3.92%; and 5.16%. Karanganyar animal<br />husbandry subsector is developed and emerging subsector. Food-stuff crops subsector,<br />plantation subsector, forestry subsector, and fisheries subsector were classified in<br />growing subsectors but depressed. The first featured the agricultural subsector based<br />on analysis of the CPI was the food crops subsector.</p><p>Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui besar total share, kontribusi,<br />dan laju pertumbuhan subsektor pertanian terhadap pembangunan Kabupaten<br />Karanganyar, (2) mengklasifikasikan subsektor pertanian di Kabupaten Karanganyar<br />menggunakan tipologi klassen, dan (3) mengetahui subsektor pertanian unggulan<br />Kabupaten Karanganyar. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive) yaitu<br />Kabupaten Karanganyar. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategy, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the natural tourism of Lake Dendam Tak Sudah, Bengkulu City in order to increase tourist visits. Based on the natural tourist attraction, this research was conducted in the tourist attraction of Danau Dendam Tak Sudah, Bengkulu City. The methods used in this research are interviews, documentation, and observation. Sources of data used are secondary data and primary data. The data collection technique in this study was accidental sampling with a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Then the data were analyzed using SWOT analysis to determine the factors inhibiting the lack of tourists visiting Dendan Tak Sudah Lake natural attractions in Bengkulu City. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah secara accidental sampling dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif, Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat kurangnya wisatawan berkunjung ke wisata alam Danau Dendan Tak Sudah di Kota Bengkulu. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa daerah tersebut memiliki peluang dan kekuatan yang sangat besar berupa potensi wisata yang sangat indah dan eksotis, terletak di tengah kota namun minim sarana dan prasarana, fasilitas umum, promosi dan pernanan manajemen kurang maksimal dalam penataan sehingga wisatawan yang datang masih sangat minim.Kata Kunci: Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang, dan Ancaman (SWOT)

    Abstract The aim  of this research is to determine the competitiveness and strategy to increase the competitiveness aspect of Front Office and Housekeeping Department especially room attendant section at Prama Sanur Beach Hotel, based on MEA 2015 drives competition between all labors more increasing. This research also based on the Front Office staff largely had above 20 years of service and had age above 45 years . The located of this research was in Prama Sanur Beach Hotel, Cemara street, Sanur Village, Denpasar. The tecnique of collecting data were observation, interviews, documentation and questionare.The technique of sampling in this research used quota and incidental sampling. The kind of data are qualitative and quantitative data, while source of data are primary data and secondary data. This research used descriptive analysis, data reduction, likert scale analysis and SWOT Analysis Based on the results of this research, Guest Service Attendant has score 4,30 category very good, Concierge has score 4,11 category good, GuestRelation Officer has score 4,30 category very good, Telepon Operator has score 3,94 category good and the average score is 4,15 category good and be able to have improvement. Room Attendant has score 4,15 category good and be able to have improvement. Some main strategy in Front Office there are departemental training, section training, refreshment training, handling complaint training, internal trainer, and employes sertification. Strategy in Housekeeping Department there are   departemental training, handling guest complaint training, internal trainer, employes sertification, outing intern department program.   Keywords           : Competitiveness, Labor, Front Office Department, Housekeeping Department
