This study aims to determine the effect of literacy variables on zakat, infaq and shadaqah (zis), trust and brand awareness on decisions to distribute zakat and donations. The data processing in this study uses quantitative analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the SmartPLS 3.0 statistical software. The instrument used to obtain data is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. In taking the sample obtained by non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique, the sample obtained is 95 respondents at the students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. The results of this study indicate that the literacy variable zis has a negative and insignificant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. The trust variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. The Brand Awareness variable has a positive but not significant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. Variable literacy zis, trust, brand awareness simultaneously influence the decision to distribute zakat and donations by 66.4%. While the remaining 33.6% is explained by other exogenous variables outside of this study. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Trust, Decision to Distribute Zakat and Donations, Literacy ZIS

The population of this research is the consumers of the Haus drinks,  Binus branch in West Jakarta, and have made a purchase of Haus. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, namely the purposive sampling technique with 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation model with SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that digital payments and sales promotions have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Partially digital payments and sales promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Binus branch of Haus drinks.

This study aims to analyze and test the hypothesis of the effect of co-creation on the performance of the creative industries in Indonesia. Co-creation measurements with Across Interaction, Product Options, Access and Price Experience, while Firm Performance (Financial, Customer, Internal Business Process, Learning and Growth Perspective). The study method uses explanatory survey with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study, SMEs engaged in the creative industries in West Java, Indonesia with a total of 1,571. With slovin sampling technique obtained 252 respondents. The collected data is then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the study show that co-creation has a significant effect on the performance of creative industry SMEs in Indonesia, and the proposed hypothesis is accepted. This finding implies that to win the competition, SMEs must be able to improve their performance through the ability to innovate. Besides that This study implies to improve the performance of creative industry, it is necessary to improve the co-creation process such as increasing across-interactions, increasing the diversity of product options, and facilitating access to information on products.

This study aims to design a model in achieving superior performance of MSMEs. The mixed strategic orientations of demography, economy and cultural values are used to design this model. The mixed strategic orientations consist of customer, competitor and innovation orientations. Demographic variables consist of age, experience and education. Economic variables consist of government, price, income and growth. Cultural value variables consist of Javanese, Chinese and Padang cultural values. Customer orientation variables have an antecedent variable that consist of entrepreneurship, reward and learning. The change orientation variable moderates the customer and competitor orientations to the innovation orientation. Variable of competitive advantage mediates customer and competitor orientations on MSMEs’ performance. The population of this study consists of food MSMEs in Central Java. The 750 samples are chosen with convenient sampling technique. Data analysis mrthod used the Cross-tab Analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this research is a model explaining that demography, economy and cultural values influence antecedent variables of customer orientation, dimension of strategic orientations and organizational performance. The antecedent variables affect customer orientation; the dimension of strategic orientations affects performance; Variable of change of capacity unmoderates customer and competitor orientations on innovation orientation. Variable of competitive advantage unmediates customer, innovation and competitor orientations on performance. An abstract should accompany each manuscript; it should be completely self-consistent (i.e., with no figure, table, equation or reference citations), not exceeding 250 words and written as a single paragraph.
