Introduction: As of 31st December 2021, there have been 4,262,540 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 144,088 death cases in Indonesia. COVID-19 pandemic has affected the nutrition aspect, as an increasing number of undernutrition children also increases risk of obesity. Our group conducts webinars with the purpose of increasing public knowledge and awareness regarding general well-being: importance of adequate nutrition to increase immunity in the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of the study is to examine webinar participants' knowledge before and after webinar. Method: The webinar conducted through a zoom meeting for 2 hours consists of 1 hour education and 1 hour question and answer session. The participants asked to fill a pretest before the webinar session and posttest after the webinar session. The results were statistically examined to determine the difference between pretest and posttest score. Results: The webinar participant’s demographic characteristics were dominated by 17-45 years old age group, high school graduates, and female participants. There is a significant difference (p<0.05) between pre and post-test score evaluated using Wilcoxon signed-rank test. After the webinar, there is a decreased number of participants with low-level nutritional knowledge from 31 to 23 participants. Conclusion: There is an increase in knowledge about the importance of adequate nutrition to increase immunity in the COVID-19 pandemic from pre and post-test data. Thus, this webinar contributes to providing knowledge to participants in supporting the strengthening of socialization of adequate nutrition during COVID-19 pandemic.

This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of picture in storybook reading to increase kindness in children. This research involved 31 children aged 5-6 years; they were taken from the kindergarten in Bandung as the participants. The intervention was done by reading eight picture books in eight days. The kindness was measured using a measurement instrument created by the researcher, in the form of nine coloured cards that described the behaviour of kindness. The measurement was also done by seeing through the kindness tree and observation sheets that filled out by the teacher. The data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed-rank test shows a significant difference in the average score of kindness (p<0,05) before and after picture storybook reading. Two weeks after the intervention, the improvement on all kindness behaviours with the post-test score is greater than pre-test score that still can be found. Observation through kindness tree and observational sheets shows the same result.

Allergic Asthma is one among the diseases which imposes a great burden on the subjects by hampering the quality of life of patients, reducing productivity, and causing work absence. The literary search hinted that there are no published works reporting both clinical and immunological(IgE) outcomes in Allergic Asthma. So the present study was a pre and post test clinical study to evaluate the effect of Ayurvedic line of management in inducing both immunological(IgE) and clinical outcomes in Allergic Asthma. In this study 30 patients were administered classical Virecana Karma (drug induced purgation) followed by Shamanoushadi (internal medicine) for 30 days. Statistical Analysis was done using SPSS VER. 20. Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to evaluate the Subjective parameters, in order to interpret the time of significant change. For objective parameters Paired Samples t- Test was used to evaluate the difference of significant change. The results showed improvement in the subjective criteria, objective criteria and the overall effect of the therapy with the exception of no statistically significant results in immunomodulatory (IgE) effect which proves that the particular management protocol adopted is found to be clinically efficant but not effective in inducing changes at the immune level.

EFFECTIVENESS OF COLD WATER IMMERSION TEMPERATURE OF 15 ° C AND 25° C AGAINST IMPROVEMENT IN ENDURANCE AND PERCEPTION OF LEG MUSCLE PAIN IN EARLY AGE FOOTBALL PLAYERSAbstractAccumulation of matches with a short recovery period causes fatigue, damage and inflammation of the muscles which can reduce muscle endurance and increase the risk of injury. In the case of acute injury, the use of cold therapy can prevent damage to broader tissue. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Cold Water Immersion (CWI) temperatures of 15 ° C and 25 ° C on the endurance and perception of leg muscle pain in early age soccer players. The design used in this study was quasi-experimental with Two Group Pretest-Posttest patterns. The instrument used was a test and measurement of pain and endurance of leg muscles. The subjects of this study were the soccer athletes of Klajuaran KKK Soccer School (SSB) aged 9-11 years. The sampling technique uses quota sampling with subjects as many as 14 people. The subjects were divided into two groups namely, 15 ° C (G15) CWI treatment and 25 ° C (G25) CWI treatment. Pretest data on both treatments and post-test data on both treatments were tested with the Mann Whitney test. Muscle endurance and pain perception before and after treatment in each group collected were analyzed descriptively and tested with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test analysis. The effectiveness test is calculated by comparing the difference between the post test and pretest data against the pretest data. There were no differences in muscle endurance and pain perception before and after treatment between the two treatment groups. In the G15 group there was a decrease in pain perception by 55% with the Wilcoxon test with a value of p = 0.018, but there was no change in muscle endurance after treatment. Similar results were found in the G25 group where there was a decrease in pain perception by 58% with the Wilcoxon test with p = 0.018 and no changes in endurance of leg muscles were found. It can be concluded that the CWI treatment of 15 ° C and 25 ° C can reduce pain but does not affect muscular endurance. There is no difference in the effectiveness of the two types of treatment in reducing pain perception and increasing muscle endurance.
