Tuberculosis is globally classified as a global public health Emergency. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. East Java is ranked 2nd after West Java in TB case finding and Sidoarjo Regency is a District with the 3rd CDR achievement in East Java. The magnitude of public health problems due to Tuberculosis so that WHO provides an ultimatum with global warnings, in the Millennium Development Goals agreement aimed at freeing the world from Tuberculosis by 2050 clean and healthy life. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how much influence the healthy home and clean and healthy living behavior on transmission and contracting TB disease. In this study using multivariate analysis by means of multiple linear regression test with a sample of 388 families where the method of sampling by means of Probability sampling is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as sample members. The method of taking with simple random sampling is a technique to get samples that are directly carried out on the sampling unit [1], analysis with the Multiple Linear Regression test by looking at the coefficient of determination (Ajusted) and the value of the beta regression (β). Tests carried out using a significant level <0.05% or 5%. The results of this study from households whose homes did not meet health requirements were found to be as much as 18.0% which in one year there were family members suffering from tuberculosis and in households that did not apply Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) there were 18.8% in 1 year there are family members who suffer from tuberculosis.

<em>This research has purpose to know giving reward at PDAM Magetan, to know employee job satisfaction at PDAM Magetan, and to know influence of reward to employee job satisfaction at PDAM Magetan. Sampling technique in this research using simple random sampling technique taken 66 employees at PDAM Magetan. Data were taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed by SPSS version 16.0 using simple linear regression with test test and test hypothesis test. The results showed that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 13.054 + 0.496, it means that if the variable of customer satisfaction is constant or constant, then the amount of job satisfaction of employee is 13,054. The result of Coefficient of Determination (R ^ 2) is known 0,879 indicates that 87% variable of employee job satisfaction influenced by reward, while the rest 13% influenced by other variable. Furthermore, the result of t test obtained t_hitung value is 21,549 while t_tabel equal to 1,668. This means that the value of t _count &gt; t_tabel (21,549 &gt; 1,668) so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, it means there is influence between Reward on Job Satisfaction Employees At PDAM Magetan.</em>

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of   tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy of service quality to consumer satisfaction of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling techniques and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The questionaires were distributed to the 100 respondent of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 16. Hypothesis testing using the T test. Result shows that  partially, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy variables has significant effect on consumer satisfaction  of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. Based on the analysis of known coefficient of determination value of Adjusted R Square is  0.477, this means 47,7% variable consumer satisfaction is influenced by variables service quality.

This study aims to determine the level of influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior toward investment decisions. The data used in this study are primary data, the sample used in this study were PKK members in Jambi City. The sampling technique was carried out by using purposive sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 2,337 + 0.159 X1 + 0.518 X2, and the test of this study using the f-test, R2-test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that partially the Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior affect investment decisions.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so the population and sample is the Sharia Commercial Bank periode October 2014-March 2018 which amounted to 42 months. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis technique.The result showed that with 95% confidence level partially variable Financing to Deposit Ratio have significant effect to profitability, while variable Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, and Equity have no significant effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Nevertheless, Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio and Equity simultaneously have significant effect to the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment partially and simultaneously on the interest in entrepreneur in student of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. The number of samples is determined by the Probability Sampling technique using the Simple Random Sampling method of 75 students in the sixth semester of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. Analyzed by classical assumption, multiple linear regression analys, determination analys, simultaneous significant test (F-test) and partial significant test (T-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between entrepreneur education and the family environment towards the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar.

This research aims to know the influence of product quality, and quality service to the customer's preferences in store savings wadiah yad dhamanah. The method used was explanatory survey with multiple linear regression test tool. The respondents of the research was Bank BRI Syariah KCP Setiabudhi Bandung. As for the sampling technique used is a sampling of saturated. The results showed a preference Bank BRI Syariah KCP Setiabudhi can be categorized and significantly higher client preferences are influenced by the variable quality of product and service quality.

<em>This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision on the selection of broiler for household consumption in Surakarta. This study is a case study conducted in one of the densest urban village of Tegalharjo, Jebres, Surakarta. This research was conducted in November - December 2015. The basic method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with survey technique to household / household in Tegalharjo Village, Jebres, Surakarta. Sampling technique is done by Purposive Sampling method with 86 respondents. Primary data was obtained from interview with questionnaire tool. Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Surakarta, Jebres and Tegalharjo. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression test. The result of research shows that the instrument is valid because r count&gt; r table and reliable because of Alpha Cronbach result for each sub variable in the range 0,761 - 0,873, research data is normal distribution with significance value of each variable&gt; 0,05, result of multiple linear regression test show each variable has significant effect on broiler consumption except family wealth factor variable (X2), with value of Adjusted R2 equal to 0,731. Conclusion from this research was that the economic and social factors as a whole affect the level of consumption of broiler in the household in Surakarta.</em>

This study discusses how the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT Marindo Makmur Usahajaya Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique in this study used the Non Probability Sampling method. Respondents in this study were 83 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression test, with SPSS v.18 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that training variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CAR, LDR and BOPO on ROA at conventional state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study were four conventional banks in Indonesia, namely BNI, BRI, BTN and Bank Mandiri. The study was conducted from 2010 to 2019. The data collection method used the documentation method. Data analysis used was multiple linear regression, coefficientof determination and hypothesis testing. From the calculation of the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the effect of CAR, LDR and OEOI on ROAat conventional state-owned banks results in regression test results: Y = 11.602 + 0.01X1 + 0.005 X2 - 0.108 X3. The coefficient of determination obtained by R square is 0.785. This means that X1 (CAR), X2 (LDR) and X3 (BOPO) have an effect on ROA (Y) by 78.5% while the rest (100% - 78.5% = 21.5%) are influenced by variables. others who were not examined in this study. The t test results show that there is a significant effect separately between CAR, LDR and BOPO on ROA at conventional state-owned banks. The results of the F test show a significance value of 0.000, because the significant value is less than 0.05, it means that CAR, LDR and BOPO have a significant effect together on ROA at conventional state-owned banks.
