In the era of industrial revolution of 4.0 it is important for the teacher to be able to use smartphone as learning media. The use of technology which is close to student will make it easier for teachers to create effective learning. There are still many learning process now adays that makes student unable to learn independently, students got difficulties to find the material, student are familiar with the lecture method so as to make students less active in learning. The alternative to the problem is the application of smartphone. The aim of research to determine the effectiveness of the use of smartphone media in learning process of senior high school in SMA Muhammadiyah 10 GKB-Gresik. Effectiveness in learning conducted with smartphone media is viewed from the theory of Moore D. Kenneth in his book, effective learning depends on professional teachers with several indicators. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 GKB-Gresik. The subjects were students of class 10-MIA 2. The instrument used is an observation sheet taken from 6 indicators of the theory of Moore D. Kenneth. The method used is descriptive method. Data is collected using observation techniques. The results of the study showed that the teacher got a score of 92% with the category very feasible to be called a professional seen from 6 indicators so that the teacher had effective learning using smartphone media. The conclusion is that mathematics class teachers are called professionals with the use of smartphone media in learning mathematics in the 10th grade MIA 2 Muhammadiyah 10 High School GKB-Gresik is effectiveKeywords: Effectiveness, Learning, and Smartphone

<strong>Abstract – </strong>The use of technology in education can be utilized in the assessment, namely in the form of e-assessment. E-assessment is an assessment with an online system (e-assessment). Can make assessment more efficient in terms of time, funding, and achievement of assessment objectives. This study adopted Thiagarajan's research with the stages of development and evaluate. The number of samples used was 168 students and 14 teachers from senior high school 10 in Batanghari and senior high school in 5 Batanghari. The findings of this study are the system description, this motivational e-assessment is made from MySQL software, because of the ease of installation and use and small hard drives and memory traces. And this application can be used simultaneously. Exploration results show that effective assessment using motivational e-assessment has a good category of 72.6% with a total of 122 students from 168 students. Then the response of teachers using motivational e-assessment is in a good category 50.0% with a total of 7 teachers from 14 teachers, which means the teacher's response to student motivation is very good in assessment or evaluation. This is that e-assessment is important to use because it can make it easier for teachers to make an assessment of themselves because it is in line with the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Abstract: The development of digital comic media is encouraged by creative and innovative learning media that have not been developed yet in learning Arabic of Almaarif Singosari Islamic Senior High School (MA). In addition, teachers have not maximized the use of technology as a learning medium. In the learning process the teacher still uses the media used in general, such as laptops, projectors, books, and blackboards. In qira’ah learning the teacher more often uses books from the ministry of religion and powerpoint as learning media. This research aims to develop a product of digital comics in Arabic as a medium for learning Arabic subjects regarding Maharah Qira'ah for grade X of Almaarif Singosari Islamic Senior High School (MA) students. After the product has been developed, it is then validated by material experts, media experts, teachers, and students to understand the feasibility of the digital comic media. The method used in this research was Research and Development using the ADDIE model. As for the results of validation by material experts, media experts, teachers, and students as a whole obtained a percentage 83,9%. From this percentage it can be concluded that digital comic media is stated to be very valid or suitable to use as a medium for learning Arabic related to Maharah Qira'ah for grade X of Islamic Senior High School (MA) students. Di samping itu, guru belum memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran. Dalam proses pembelajaran guru masih menggunakan media yang monoton, seperti laptop, proyektor, buku, dan papan tulis. Pada pembelajaran qira’ah guru lebih sering menggunakan buku dari KEMENAG serta powerpoint sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk berupa komik digital berbahasa Arab sebagai media pembelajaran bahasa Arab untuk maharah qira’ah kelas X MA Almaarif Singosari. Setelah produk selesai dikembangkan, kemudian divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, guru, dan siswa untuk mengetahui kelayakan media komik digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Adapun hasil validasi produk oleh ahli materi, ahli media, guru, dan siswa secara keseluruhan memperoleh persentase sebesar 83,9%. Dari persentase tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk komik digital berbahasa Arab dinyatakan sangat valid dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran bahasa Arab maharah qira’ah untuk siswa kelas X MA Almaarif Singosari. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to figure out and describe choir learning on extracurricular activity in State Senior High School of Jember and to know supporting factors and inhibiting factors of choir extracurricular learning process in State Senior High School of Jember. The result of this research showed that choirn extracurricular learning in State Senior High School of Jember: (1) has the purpose to improve musical intelligence and sharpen the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of thestudents(2) the material of chir extracurricular learning in State Senior High School of Jember is devided into each voice group , such as sopran, altor, tenor and bass, (3) the used method in choir learning is vary, such as plus lecture method, demonstration method, and drill method, and (4) music learning evaluation in State Senior High School of Jember is open and able to motivate students to be more vigorous in exercise. The supporting factors of band learning in State Senior High School of Jember are interest and talent, motivation, infrastructure, school community and parents and the program. This study is aimed to answer the question in this research such as: (1) wha problems are faced by the teachers in learning mathematics at Senior High school of Morotai? (2) what kinds of effort by the teachers in learning process? (3) what is the solution for the problems in learning process ? data collecting   technique   in   this   research   is   anklet,   questioners,   interview,   observation,   and documentation. The subject of this research is the of Mathematics subject at Senior High school Morotai Island which is consisted of 8 teachers. There are several angket which is possible to have as problem in learning process include of teachers, learning process, facility and learning evaluation. Generally, the result of this resereach shows that all the factors who have the potential to influence unsuccessable in learning mathematics subject. Otherwise, the dominant part here is the students who have a very low motivation and interest to learn mathematics subject. In overcoming   that problem, all the teachers in Morotai Island do not yet carry out an real action to solve the problem as well wich is only SMAll meeting that carry out in learning process. Based on the result of the research above, it can be concluded that learning problem is a complex problem which must be paid attention. That is why, even the SMAll barrier can also influence the learning success as well. This study aims to examine and analyze about problem based learning approach to improve understanding ability in senior high school . The population in this research is XI IPA grade senior high school in Karawang. This study was designed qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results and discussion students understanding ability had improved. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that students' mathematical understanding on the subject matter "circle" of students in grade XI IPA 3 SMAN 6 Karawang can be improved by using problem-based learning approach. It is known from the number of students who experience improvement in each cycle. In cycle I shows that the result of learning mathematics on the matter of classical equation of the circle score obtained by students from the questions given in the first cycle test, obtained 30 students reached 66.67% of 45 students who are able to get the value of 76 and above while in cycle II shows that the results of mathematics learning on the material of tangent tangent similarity has reached 91.12% or as many as 41 students.

This research was aimed at finding out how the condition of students interest in writing procedural text by using Cooking academy game at Telkom Senior high School. As a student learning by ICT (Information and Communication Technology) becomes a fundamental requirement in determining quality and effectiveness of learning process. This research was conducted at eleven grade students at Telkom senior high school with 34 students as a sample. This research used a qualitative descriptive method. The data instruments were questionnaire  and interview. The result showed that most of the students had difficulties in writing procedural text, they and needed a media for helping them in learning process. Based on the interview of the students Telkom senior high school interested in Cooking Academy game in writing procedural text, after doing Cooking Academy game their vocabulary became more varied and easier poured into a text and writing process became more interesting and enjoyable, they could used it anytime and anywhere. Keywords: Analysis, Writing, Cooking Academy

One part of the territory of the Republic of Indonesia that has been difficult to carry out the education process in accordance with the Standards of the Learning Process based on the 2013 curriculum, especially in backward regions of Lebak Regency, Banten. The condition of backward regions which still has obstacles to accessing and organizing education based on the 2013 Curriculum. Thus, the successful implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in backward regions would be a challenge to implement it appropriately and in accordance with established standards. This study aims to determine constraints implementation of geography learning process based on Curriculum 2013 at senior high school. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. The principal participants in this study were Geography teachers at Senior High School who have implemented the Curriculum 2013 in backward region of Lebak Regency, Banten. Meanwhile, the participants of the base are learners and academic supervision. The research instruments are observation, interview, and document review.

Abstrak Pembelajaran Kooperatif merupakan model pembelajaran yang menonjolkan aktivitas siswadalam menyelesaikan masalah. Model pemeblajaran ini juga sering digunakan pada mata pelajaran yang dianggap sulit untuk dipahami sehingga dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas siswa SMP dalam proses pembelajaran kooperatif pada mata pelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pembelajaran dilaksanakan  pada bulan Agustus 2019, semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2018/2019 dengan sasaran sebanyak 38 siswa kelas 9D SMP Negeri 35 Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas siswa SMP dalam proses pembelajaran kooperatif sangat baik, dengan persentase 88,6%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas siswa SMP dalam proses pembelajaran kooperatif pada mata pelajaran matematika termasuk ke dalam kriteria sangat baik. Kata Kunci: kooperatif, pembelajaran, matematika   Abstract Cooperative learning is a learning model that emphasize student activity in solving problems. This learning model is also often used in subjects that are considered difficult to understand so that it can be used to improve the proccess and learning outcomes. The objective on this study is to find out the students’ activity during cooperative learning process in mathematics class. It is a descriptive study. The learning process was done on August 2019, with 38 students on the grade 9D, 35 State Junior High School Surabaya. Results show that students gave positive activities during the learning process, with 88.6% on percentage. In conclusion, the students’ activity during the cooperative learning process in mathematics class is very good. Keywords: cooperative, learning, mathematics

Reading is one of the important aspects of language learning. By reading, the learners get knowledge and information. But in reality, students are often ignoring to mastering this skill. It is the researchers found in the second grade of SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Kartikatama Metro Lampung Indonesia, where students have difficulty in reading comprehension, so this leads to lower their learning. Therefore, to improve students' reading comprehension ability, researchers used Written Retelling Strategy (WRS) in the learning process.        The purpose of this study was to determine whether the use of Retelling Written Strategy (WRS) has a positive effect on students' reading comprehension in learning English. Written Retelling Strategy (WRS) considered as one strategy that makes students more active and fun in the learning process to comprehend some text.        Forms of this research are Quantitative Research conducted in two classes. Each class is divided into the trial and reserve grade. Author implements True Experimental Design (Pure Research) by applying a pre-test and post-test as an instrument. In accordance with the method of this study, the data were analyzed using t-test that allows knowing the difference between the experimental group that used a class of written retelling strategy and the control group who did not use written retelling strategy. Finally, the research data show that t observations = 3,590 and is included in the category of high impact. Furthermore, t observation T Table consult with a significance level of 5% = 2.010 and 1% = 2,682, the data states that t observations greater than the T Table, this could mean that Hi is received. And could mean that there is a positive and significant influence between experiment class and class control on the use of written retelling strategy at second grade of Senior High School  Kartikatama Metro.

This study was conducted aiming at examining: (1) the divergent principles of politeness in students’ directive speech act (2) factors affecting politeness and impoliteness in verbal and non-verbal directive speech act produced by students at grade X in Senior High School 1 Mataram in the learning process. The subject of this study are teachers teaching Bahasa Indonesia, English, Economy, History, Math, Religion, Civic, and Science, and all students at Grade X of Science 1, Science 3 and Social 2 in Senior High School 1 Mataram. This study is a descriptive qualitative research. The data source in this study is the number of utterances produced by students and teachers in the learning process. The data were collected through observation. This study revealed that: (1) there were divergent principles of politeness in participants’ directive speech act namely single and multiple divergent principles of politeness affected by speaker intentionally accused addressees, intentionally uttered by neglecting the context, was protective to other arguments, showed emotional feeling, given critiques in impolite words and mocked at other; and (2) there were factors affecting politeness and impoliteness in verbal and non-verbal directive speech act produced by students in learning process namely linguistic factor and non-linguistic factor.
