Pulmonary tuberculosis is a disease with a long duration of treatment and involves wide types of drugs which couldcause various adverse andharmful effects, then further could cause the risk of emotional changes such as anxiety. Therole of family support and education in reducing mortality, the escalating incidence rate of pulmonary TB in CentralJava Province, the unachieved target of successful TB treatment and also high rates of anxiety in TB patient, affirmthe necessity to conduct this research.To determine the effect of family support and education on the anxiety levelsamong pulmonary TB patients in BKPMPurwokerto.The type of this research is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design. This research was conducted at the Purwokerto Community Lung Health Center with Spearman testas the hypothesis test used in the research.The analysis result shows the influence of family support on anxiety levelsobtained a p value <0.05 meanwhile  the influence of education on anxiety levels acquired a p value> 0.05.Familysupport could affect significantly while education could not significantly affect the anxiety levels in pulmonary TBpatients at BKPM Purwokerto

ABSTRACT: THE CORRELATION OF KNOWLEDGE AND FAMILY SUPPORT WITH SPUTUM EXAMINATION IN PATIENTS WITH SUSPECTED TB IN THE WORK AREA OF BRABASAN HEALTH CENTER IN MESUJI  Introduction: Achievement of positive smear pulmonary TB findings in Lampung Province, which is 38%, has not reached the MSS target. Brabasan health center as many as 28 cases. As for the case of death at the Brabasan Community Health Center during 2017, there were 5 patients with pulmonary TB who died. the purpose knowing the relationship of knowledge and family support with sputum examination in patients with suspected TB in the work area of Brabasan Health Center in Mesuji Regency in 2020Method: This type of research is quantitative, analytical survey research design with cross sectional approach. The population was all patients with suspected TB as many as 332 respondents, a sample of 182 respondents was taken by proportional random sampling. Univariate (frequency distribution) and bivariate data analysis used the chi square test.Results:. It is known that of 182 respondents, most did not conduct an examination, namely 110 (60.4%) respondents, 112 knowledge (61.5%) respondents were poor, and negative family support was 94 (51.6%) respondent. There is a knowledge relation (P-Value 0,000; OR 17,625). and family support (P-Value 0, 020; OR 2,142) with sputum examination in suspected TB patients in the Brabasan Community Health Center in Mesuji Regency in 2020Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge and family support with sputum examination in suspected TB patients in the Brabasan Community Health Center in Mesuji Regency in 2020. Sedangkan untuk kasus kematian di Puskesmas brabasan  selama tahun 2017 terdapat 5 orang pasien TB Paru yang meninggal. Tujuan penelitian diketahui hubungan pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga dengan pemeriksaan dahak pada penderita suspek TBC di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Brabasan Kabupaten Mesuji tahun 2020.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian survey analitik pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh pasien suspek TB  sebanyak 332 responden, sampel sebanyak 182 responden diambil secara proportional random sampling.  Analisa data secara univariat (distribusi frekuensi) dan bivariat menggunakan uji  chi square.Hasil:.Diketahui bahwa dari 182 responden, sebagian besar tidak melakukan pemeriksaan yaitu sebanyak 110 (60,4%) responden, pengetahuan kurang baik sebanyak 112 (61,5%) responden, dan  dukungan keluarga negatif sebanyak 94 (51,6%) responden. This study aims to determine the relationship of family support and other factors in participating in MR immunization in Posyandu in the work area of Momunu Health Center, Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi. This study uses a cross sectional design. The number of research respondents was 96 respondents. The results of this study indicate that (p value 0.005) for the variable family support for MR immunization, for the nurse support variable for MR immunization (p-value 0.007) and for the education variable for MR immunization (p-value 0.012). Conclusion, there is a significant relationship between family support for [giving immunization, there is a relationship between nurse support for giving immunization and there is an educational relationship with giving immunization.   Keywords: Measles and Rubella, Family Support, Giving Immunization MR

Abstrak Tuberkulosis merupakan masalah kesehatan dunia terutama di negara yang dikelompokkan dalam high burden countries termasuk Indonesia. Pada tahun 2012, Indonesia berada di posisi empat dengan jumlah penderita TB terbanyak di dunia. Berdasarkan laporan tahunan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padang tahun 2010, kesembuhan di Puskesmas Andalas sebesar 75,9%. Angka ini masih dibawah target pencapaian nasional sebesar 85%. Pada tahun 2011, angka kesembuhan di Puskesmas Andalas naik cukup signifikan yaitu mencapai 88,24% yang melebihi target nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan hubungan antara pengetahuan pasien TB paru dan dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan minum obat  anti-tuberkulosis di puskesmas Andalas Kota Padang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan cross sectional study  dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 26 orang penderita TB paru yang melakukanpengobatan di Puskesmas Andalas. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara kepada responden menggunakan kuisioner yang kemudian di analisis melalui uji chi-square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95%. Pada penelitian didapatkan hubungan antara pengetahuan pasien TB paru (p=0,000) dan dukungan keluarga (p=0,04)  dengan kepatuhan minum obat anti-tuberkulosis di Puskesmas Andalas Kota Padang.Kata kunci: tuberkulosis paru, kepatuhan, pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga Abstract Tuberculosis is a global health problem, especially in countries that are grouped in high-burden countries,including Indonesia. In 2012, Indonesia was in fourth position with the highest number of TB patients in the world.Based on the annual report of Padang City Health Department in 2010, succeed rate in Andalas Health Centre inPadang was 75.9% and this was below natonal target (85%). In 2011, succeed rate in Andalas Health Centre inPadang increased significantly, 88.24% which exceed national target. The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge of pulmonary TB patients and family support to adherence of anti-tuberculosis drugs at the health center patients Andalas Padang. The design of this study was cross sectional study. There were 26 subjects of pulmonary TB patient on treatment in Andalas Health Centre which were taken by total sampling. Data were collected through interview using questionnaire and analyzed by chi square test with 95% confidence interval.The results showed an association between patients knowledge (p-value: 0.000) and family support (p-value: 0.04) with medication adherence in Andalas Health Center, Padang City.Keywords: pulmonary tuberculosis, adherence, knowledge, family support

Introduction: Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and has infected one-third of all human populations around the world, so it has been a global problem. Smoking is one of the risk factors that cause a high mortality rate in TB sufferers. Aim of study: This study aims to evaluate the relationship between smoking behaviur and the incidence of Pulmonary TB in the Kenjeran’s Primary Health Center 2017-2018. Method: This study is observative analytic research with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were Pulmonary TB in the medical record of the Kenjeran Health Center in 2017-2018. The sample was taken based on the purposive sampling method. 71 people were suffered from pulmonary TB obtained as samples. Results and Discussions: The results of the statistical analytic stated that there was no significant correlation between smoking and the incidence of pulmonary TB, the p-value was 0,601 found in the data analysis (p > 0,05). From 71 respondents, 56 respondents (80,3%) were BTA + patients and 15 respondents (19,7%) were BTA - patients. Based on smoking behavior, there were 56 respondents (78,9%) non-smokers. Based on most sexes, 50 respondents were male. Based on the age group, most of them were in the 17-35 years, amounting to 44 respondents (62%). Conclusions: The conclusion of this research is that there is no relationship between smoking behavior and the incidence of pulmonary TB in the Kenjeran Primary Health Center in 2017-2018.

Health education has an important role to change and strengthen behavioral factors, ranging from predisposing, supporting, to driving so that it can lead to positive behavior from the community. But there are still a few who organize youth Posyandu in Jambi City. Aurduri Health Center was the first to form a teen Posyandu. However, teenagers who visited trimester I reached 100 (5%) was 2,005 teeneger. The formation of adolescent Posyandu is expected to be a place to facilitate adolescents in understanding adolescent health problems, find alternative solutions to problems, but there are still adolescents who do not come to adolescent Posyandu so that many adolescents do not know about their health. Design of analytical research with cross sectional design. The object of the study was all teenagers at the public health center Aurduri Jambi city. This study was conducted on February to July 2019. The samples used random sampling as many as 92 respondents. The collecting of data used a questionnaire then analyzed as univariate and bivariate analysis. The findings indicated that (the factors of reinforcing) 71 (77.2%) the role of health personnel is good, 56 (60.9%) the role of teen Posyandu cadres is good, 63 (68.5%) good family support and as many as 75 (81.5%) respondents had good behavior. The results of chi-square test indicated that there is correlation of the role of health personnel, teen Posyandu cadres and family support toward teen behavior to Posyandu p value = 0.000 (p<0.05). It is expected that an increase in the budget, facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of health services for adolescents, always seek innovation and new breakthroughs so that the interest of adolescents to come to teen POSYANDU increases every month.

Background: In Indonesia, there are 107,000 pregnant women who experience anxiety in facing labor. Based on a preliminary study conducted on 10 respondents, 7 of them said they felt anxious about getting pregnant during the Covid-19 pandemic because they were afraid of being exposed to the Covid-19 virus and it could endanger pregnant women. Objective: To determine the factors related to anxiety of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Banjar Pandeglang Health Center work area in 2021 Methodology: The study used cross sectional design. The population in this study was 112 pregnant women in January in the Banjar Health Center working area. The sample used in this study was a total population with an accidental sampling technique, 112 pregnant women in January at the working area of ​​the Banjar Health Center with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: There was a significant relationship between knowledge p-value ( .004), family support ( .000) and health facilities ( .003) with the level of anxiety of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Banjar Pandeglang Health Center work area. Conclusions and Recommendations: There was no relationship between health information and the level of anxiety of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is hoped that pregnant women can pay more attention to their condition both physically and psychologically and ask their husbands or families to always provide support, participate in maintaining pregnancy and in preparing for childbirth and still comply with health protocols to avoid the Covid-19 virus. Minimum Standards Service is basic service quality regulation that is entitled to be obtained by every citizen. Elderly people must obtain 100% health services. Various factors can lead to low visits to the elderly posyandu in the Gading Puskesmas area in 2017. Objective: to find out the relationship between family support, knowledge, and elderly activities in the elderly posyandu in Gading Surabaya puskesmas. Method: The type of research is observational analytic with a cross-sectional design. Data processing and analysis is done by univariate and bivariate. Data collection techniques by conducting simple random sampling with a sample of 94 elderly people. Location and time of research from December 2018 at the posyandu in the Gading Surabaya health center area. Results: There is a significant value of 0,000 <0,05, so it can be concluded is have a relationship with family support, knowledge of elderly with activity following the elderly posyandu at Gading Surabaya health center

ABSTRACTThis research aims to identify factors that can effect the behavior of mothers during exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months in Malei Community Health Center in Poso. The design of this research is observational analytic with Cross Sectional design. The sample of 82 respondents, who were the total of population, consisted of mothers who had babies aged 6-12 months. Data collection tool was questionnaires and techniques of data analysis were univariate data and bivariate data. The results showed age factors (p = 0.158), education (p = 0.360) and employment (p = 0.543), did not have a meaningful relationship on exclusive breastfeeding behavior. While the duration of breastfeeding factors (p = 0.007), family support (p = 0.005) and knowledge (p = 0.005), have a significant relationship with exclusive breastfeeding behavior in Malei Community Health Center, Poso. Conclusions, the duration of breastfeeding factors, family support and knowledge, have a relationship towards mother's exclusive breastfeeding behavior in Malei Community Health Center, Poso Regency. Thus, this study suggests to increase family support and duration of breastfeeding for each mother and providing knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding for antenatal activities and postnatal lactation support, both at the hospital and at the community health center up to six months after giving birth.Keywords: Duration of breastfeeding, Family support, knowledge, Exclusive breastfeeding

This study aims to see whether the determinants are related to treatment compliance for pulmonary tuberculosis patients at the 2019 health center. This type of research is a quantitative observational cross-sectional design. The results showed that with a P value of 0.05, there was a significant relationship between knowledge (P value = 0.005 and POR = 14.276), attitudes (P value = 0.506 and POR = 1.615), family support (P value = 0.038 and POR = 1,961), the role of health workers (P values = 0.026 and POR = 4.440), with medication adherence for pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Conclusions, of the 4 variables there are 3 variables related to adherence to taking pulmonary TB drugs in the Work Area of the Siak Hulu II Health Center, namely knowledge, family support, and the role of health workers and 1 unrelated variable, attitude.   Keywords: Obedience, Medicine, Lung Tuberculosis
