This study aims to see whether the determinants are related to treatment compliance for pulmonary tuberculosis patients at the 2019 health center. This type of research is a quantitative observational cross-sectional design. The results showed that with a P value of 0.05, there was a significant relationship between knowledge (P value = 0.005 and POR = 14.276), attitudes (P value = 0.506 and POR = 1.615), family support (P value = 0.038 and POR = 1,961), the role of health workers (P values = 0.026 and POR = 4.440), with medication adherence for pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Conclusions, of the 4 variables there are 3 variables related to adherence to taking pulmonary TB drugs in the Work Area of the Siak Hulu II Health Center, namely knowledge, family support, and the role of health workers and 1 unrelated variable, attitude.   Keywords: Obedience, Medicine, Lung Tuberculosis

Introduction: Anemia is one of the most common nutritional disorders during pregnancy, this anemia can be achieved with iron supplementation. Pregnant women who suffer from severe anemia can increase the risk of maternal and infant morbidity and mortality, the possibility of giving birth to babies with low birth weight. Objectives: The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between health promotion, the role of health workers, and family support with the prevention of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of ​​the Bondongan Health Center, Bogor City in 2019. Method: This type of research, quantitative and analytical descriptive approach using the cross-sectional method. The study population was all pregnant women as many as 128 people and a sample of 56 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The measuring instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis using chi-square with 0.05. Result: The results showed that the prevention of anemia in pregnant women was in the poor category (57%), the role of health workers was not good (55%), health promotion was not good (63%), low family support (54%) in preventing anemia in pregnant women working area of ​​Bondongan Health Center, Bogor City in 2019. Conclution: There is a significant relationship between the role of health workers (P-value 0.04), Health Promotion (P-value 0.012), and Family Support (P-value 0.02) on the prevention of anemia in pregnant mothers.

Pulmonary tuberculosis treatment causes various side effects including nausea and vomiting, itching, vision problems, and anemia. Drug side effects in the early stages are one of the causes of non-adherence to complete treatment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the side effects Tuberculosis treatment in the early stages on treatment compliance for tuberculosis patients. This study used a cross sectional design. Samples were taken as many as 71 respondents, the instruments used were side effects of early-stage tuberculosis treatment and compliance with tuberculosis treatment in tuberculosis patients from the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS). The results of the study found 97.7% adherent and 2.3% non-adherent, 39.5% mild side effects and 60.5% severe side effects. Chi-square test showed that no significant difference between the side effects of TB treatment in the early stages of tuberculosis treatment compliance in patients p = 0.669 at significant level of 95% (α = 0.05). There was no effect between the side effects of Tuberculosis treatment in the early stages of treatment compliance for Tuberculosis patients. It was recommended that health workers continue to monitor the side effects of tuberculosis treatment and provide motivation to carry out treatment completely. Background: The measles rubella (MR) immunization coverage rate in Padang City is only 30.82%, still far below Indonesia's national target of 95%. The coverage of measles rubella immunization at the Rawang Health Center is around 62.1%. This study aims to determine the role of health workers in the success of measles rubella immunization in the Rawang Public Health Center, Padang City. Methods: This study used a cross sectional design. The study was conducted in October 2018-July 2019. The research population is mothers who have children aged 12-59 months (toddlers) as many as 1807 respondents. The sampling method is proportional random sampling with a sample of 87 respondent. Data was collected by interview using a questionnaire. Results: The results showed that 37.9% of children under five had not been immunized against measles rubella and 44.8% of health workers had an unfavorable role. The results of the chi-square test showed a significant relationship  between  the role of officers in  the success of measles rubella immunization  (p-value=0.020). Recommendation: It is hoped that health workers can increase health promotion activities regarding the risks due to children not being immunized against measles rubella and intensify door-to-door programs in the implementation of measles rubella immunization

Pregnancy is a condition in which the fetus is conceived in the mother's body, which begins with the fertilization process. Lack of iron during pregnancy will lead to iron deficiency anemia and can cause bleeding during delivery, facilitate infection and decrease the carrying capacity of acid. The need for pregnant women for Fe increases (for the formation of placenta and red blood cells) by 200-300%, about 300 mg of Fe is transferred to the fetus so that 50-75 mg for the formation of placenta, 450 mg for increasing the amount of red blood and 200 mg disappears when The type of research in this research is descriptive analytic using cross sectional design. In this study, the independent variables are motivation, the role of health workers and family support, the dependent variable is the regularity of consuming Fe tablets. Based on the statistical test, it was obtained p value 0.007 ˂ 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between poor motivation and irregularity in consuming Fe tablets in the working area of Puskesmas with difficult water. Based on statistical tests, p value is 0.001 0.05, which means there is a significant relationship There is a significant difference between the role of health workers and irregularity in consuming Fe tablets in the working area of Puskesmas with difficulty in water. Based on statistical tests, the p value is 0.000 ˂ 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between poor family support and irregularity in consuming Fe tablets in the region. The Work of Puskesmas is Hard to Water.

Discipline is a matter that becomes a benchmark to find out whether the overall role of the leader can be carried out properly or not. Discipline must be upheld in an organization, without the support of the discipline of health workers it is difficult to realize its goals, so discipline is the key to the success of an organization in achieving its goals. This type of research uses analytic survey method with cross sectional design, to explain the relationship between the role of leadership and work discipline at UPT Puskesmas Padang Bulan. With a total of 48 respondents, the total sampling technique is to make the entire population into the study sample. The results of bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square Test obtained p value = 0.004 (p value <0.05), meaning Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, which means there was a significant relationship between communication with the workforce health discipline at the Padang Bulan Health Center UPT 2019. The results of bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square Test obtained p value = 0.001 (p value <0.05), meaning that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between Direction and Guidance with the discipline of health workforce at UPT Padang Bulan Health Center in 2019. It is hoped that leaders will improve communication, direction and guidance for health workers to create a condition of good work discipline.

Background: Breast’s milk is an excellent food for the growth and development of infants. The United Nations Children's Funds (UNICEF) and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommend that children only be exclusively breastfed for six months and continued until two years. This study analyzes the effect of family support, health workers, and socio-culture on exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Rumbia Health Center, Rumbia District, Bombana Regency. Methods: This study involved 86 mothers who had babies aged 0-6 months who were registered and domiciled in the working area of the Rumbia Health Center spread over 4 Kelurahan and 1 Village, which were selected by purposive sampling using a cross-sectional design from February to April 2021. Data analysis using odds ratio (OR) and logistic regression at significance level < 0.05. Results: The largest age group in the range of 20-35 years, as many as 68 people (79.1%), undergraduate as many as 32 people (37.2%), and income above Rp. 2.552.014, - / month as many as 60 people (69.8%). The results showed an effect of family support on exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.002<0.05). There is no influence of socio-cultural factors on exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.282>0.05) and the results of multivariate analysis of the most dominant variables associated with exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of Rumbia Health Center District Rumbia Bombana Regency is supported by health workers with an OR = 9.199 (p-value = 0.039<0.05). Conclusions: This study concludes that the support of health workers plays a very important role in exclusive breastfeeding to infants aged six months, which can impact improving the health of toddlers. Non-hormonal contraception is an action to prevent conception or pregnancy hormones include (IUD, condoms, operating methods lady/MOW, operation method man/MOP), This method can prevent pregnancy up to 99%. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the factors of family support, education, economic status, and knowledge associated with the use of non-hormonal contraception. This type of research is quantitative research design used by the cross sectional approach.The population in this study were all active family planning acceptors who visit the Tawaeli Health Center Palu subdistrict Pantoloan 2018 as many as 674 people.The sampling technique is to use a non-probability sampling technique accidental sampling, The total sample of 84 respondents. Data collection was conducted by filling out a questionnaire as a tool for an interview. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate, at the level of 95% (P ≤ 0.05). Chi square test results showed that family support, education, economic status and knowledge of respondents associated with the use of non-hormonal contraception with a p-value ≤ 0.05.It is expected that the community can be open and willing to receive information from health workers related to family planning.

Nutritional problems, especially stunting in infants can inhibit a child's development, with negative impacts that will take place in the next life. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of parenting, breastfeeding, the role of health workers on the incidence of stunting in infants at the Gandusari  Public Health Center in Blitar Regency. This research design is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. with the focus of his research directed to be analyzing some of the factors that influence the incidence of stunting in UPT Public Health Center Gandusari Blitar Regency with a population of 163 respondents and a sample of 115 respondents taken by the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire, data analysis with logistic regression test at α = 0.05. The results showed that there was an influence of parenting on the incidence of stunting in infants (p-value = 0,000), there was an effect of breastfeeding on the incidence of stunting in infants (p-value = 0.008), there was an influence on the role of health workers on the incidence of stunting in infants (p -value = 0.003). It can be concluded that the incidence of stunting in infants at the Gandusari Community Health Center is influenced by parenting, breastfeeding, and the role of the health worker at 33% while the remaining 67% is influenced by other factors. parenting, breastfeeding, the role of health workers are factors that influence the incidence of stunting. Lack of knowledge leads to the formation of negative attitudes towards stunting prevention efforts by mothers and cadres due to lack of information.

Based on data from the Pekanbaru City Health Office in 2019, the number of pregnant women was 170,366 people, of which 21 Pekanbaru City Puskesmas who had implemented classes for pregnant women were 92.41%. Data from the Pekanbaru City Health Office from 3 Puskesmas with the lowest in the implementation of the class of pregnant women that have not been going well are at Langsat Puskesmas, namely 7.7% with 3 classes of pregnant women. This study aims to determine the determinants of pregnant women behavior in following classes of pregnant women in the Langsat Pekanbaru Public Health Center in 2020. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The study population was all pregnant women in the Langsat Pekanbaru Health Center with a total of 580 people and the research sample was 86 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate with the chi-square test (? = 0.05). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between perception (? = 0.017 ?? = 0.05), education (? = 0.018 ?? = 0.05), knowledge (? = 0.024 ?? = 0.05), attitude ( ? = 0.006 ?? = 0.05), parity (? = 0.030 ?? = 0.05), information media (? = 0.012 ?? = 0.05), family support (? = 0.012 ?? = 0.05) ), and the role of health workers (? = 0.002 <? = 0.05) with the behavior of pregnant women. Based on the results of the research, the conclusion is that there is a relationship between perception, education, knowledge, attitudes, parity, information media, family support, the role of health workers and the behavior of pregnant women in attending classes for pregnant women. So suggestions for high-risk pregnant women to be more active in participating in the class program for pregnant women and for health workers need to increase outreach to mothers about the importance of joining pregnant women classes. In addition, support from husbands is needed to increase maternal visits in the class of pregnant women.

ABSTRAK Dari 194 negara anggota WHO, 65 di antaranya memiliki cakupan Imunisasi Difteri, Pertusis dan Tetanus (DPT) di bawah target global 90%. Badan Kesehatan Dunia menganjurkan negara-negara untuk bekerja lebih intensif bersama mencapai target cakupan imunisasi, program imunisasi bertujuan untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian dari penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pendidikan, pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga, dan peran tenaga kesehatan dengan kepatuhan ibu dalam melakukan imunisasi dasar pada bayi usia 0 sampai 12 bulan di desa aweh kabupaten lebak banten tahun 2017. Metode penelitian ini merupakan cross sectional , populasinya adalah ibu yang memiliki anak usia 1 sampai 5 tahun yang berada di desa aweh tahun 2017 sebanyak 515 orang dengan metode sampling mengunakan accidental sampling sejumlah 84 orang. Analisis data menggunakan univariat, bivariat, dan analisis multivariat analisis bivariat dengan korelasi product moment dan analisis multivariat dengan regresi linier berganda, analisis univariat kepatuhan imunisasi dasar yang tidak patuh (53,6%), pendidikan rendah (36,9%), pengetahuan kurang baik (48,8%), keluarga yang tidak mendukung (70,2%), yang memberi pernyataan peran tenaga kesehatan kurang baik (34,5%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan ada hubungan pendidikan, pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga dan peran tenaga kesehatan dengan kepatuhan ibu dalam melakukan imunisasi dasar pada bayi usia 0 sampai 12 bulan. Yang paling signifikan adalah peran tenaga kesehatan dengan nilai Odds Ratio (OR) sebesar 27,750. Analysis of the data using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis bivariate analysis with product moment correlation and multivariate analysis with multiple linear regression univariate obedience immunization (53,6%), low education (36,9%), poor knowledge (48,8%), unsupportive family (70,2%), giving role statement Poor health workers (34.5%). While the results of bivariate research indicate that there is a relationship between education, knowledge, family support, and the role of health personnel with maternal obedience in performing basic immunization in infants aged 0 to 12 months in the working area of the community health center of the district lebak banten (p <0.05 ), of the variables studied by the greatest OR value is the role of health manpower (27,750) meaning that the role of the poor health worker is at risk 27,750 times bigger to not adhere to basic immunization.
