This research was based on the comptitive business condition in restaurant business that was getting more competitive, therefore the corporates had to make a new marketing strategy to stay and achieve he higher market. This research aimed to test the effect of customer value and customer experience toward customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as intervening variable. The data were gained by questionnaire method to the 110 respondent of waroeng spesial sambal cabang purwokerto with purposive sampling. The result of the research showed that not all of the hypotheses could not be accapted. Out of the 5 (five) hypotheses accepted hypotheses. The result of H1, H2, H3 showed that customer value and customer experience partialy and simultane affected significantly of the customer experience to customer loyalty. Sobel test showed that from both variables customer value and customer experience proved that customer vaue and customer experience had mediated effect. This study aims to determine the effect of customer value and customer experience to customer satisfaction and loyalty PT Meratus. The population in this study are customers of PT Meratus by the number of 80 customers. Methods of data collection is done by providing a list of questions or the questionnaire respondents who are customers of PT Meratus, where questionnaires were distributed to such subscribers. This study uses data analysis tool which Partial Least Square (PLS), then this study using structural equation modeling analysis method or path analysis to determine the causal relationship between the latent variables contained in the structural equation. While testing the hypothesis tested boost strap resampling method developed by Geisser and Stone. Statistical test used statistical test t or t test, with statistical hypothesis. The tools used in processing the data using PLS Smart program. The results of this study indicate that 1) customer experience influence positive and significant to customer satisfaction, 2)) customer experience influence positive and significant customer loyalty, 3) customer value effect on positive and significant to customer satisfaction, 4) customer value effect positive but are not with significant customer loyalty, 5) customer satisfaction and significant positive effect on customer loyalty.

CSR has become one of the imperative implements in satisfying customers. The impartial of this research is to calculate CSR, relationship marketing, and customer satisfaction. There is no more study accompanied in Pakistan to quantify the effect of CSR and relationship marketing on the relationship maintainer and customer loyalty. To find out deductive approach and survey method is used as research approach and research strategy respectively. This research design is descriptive and quantitative study. For data, collection questionnaire method with semantic differential scale and seven point scales are adopted. Data has been collected by adopting the non-probability convenience technique as sampling technique and the sample size is 400. For factor confirmatory factor analysis, structure equation modeling and medication analysis, regression analysis Amos software were used. Strong empirical evidence supports that the customer’s perception of CSR performance is highly influenced by the values

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of the features of the value, satisfaction, and customer loyalty; the effect on the value of customer satisfaction and loyalty; influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. A total of 200 merchant PT. BANK XYZ as respondents was selected randomly. Analyses were performed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis showed that the feature has a significant influence on customer value, but not for customer satisfaction and loyalty. The values has a significant influence on satisfaction, but not on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Discussion and conclusions described in the article. Investigation on the structural relationship of  information technology functional quality, customer value, technology used, risk perception and customer experience of banking customer satisfaction during covid19 pandemic is very important to provide significant benefits to increase the number of customers. This research design uses a quantitative approach through a questionnaire survey conducted on banking customers in Indonesia. Data analysis was performed using statistical software, namely LISREL Version 8.0. The results of the analysis show that functional quality, perceived customer value, technology use, perceived risk and customer experience have a significant relationship with banking customer satisfaction  during the covid19 pandemic. In detail, the functional quality of banking technology is considered to have contributed 39% to  customer satisfaction when implementing health protocols. Customer value contributes to customer satisfaction, technology used  contributed to the customer satisfaction and perceived risk shaping customer satisfaction. In addition customer experience when implementing health protocols during the covid19 pandemic influence to customer satisfaction.  In conclusion, functional quality, customer value, technology used, perceived risk and customer experience show the most significant contribution to banking customer satisfaction  when implementing health protocols during the covid19 pandemic and create good acceptance of banking service performance from the aspects of empathy, physical evidence, reliability, fast response, time saving and cost-effectiveness and the new service development.

Service quality is one of the biggest factors in determining consumer loyalty. The aim of this study is to analyze how the Go-Jek service quality an influence customer satisfaction in shaping customer loyalty to the Go-Jek company. This research is quantitative and the variables examined in this study are website design, reliability, trust, customer satisfaction, to support consumer loyalty. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta and the data was collected using a questionnaire based on a Likert-scale, and the taking method uses purposive sampling with 300 respondents. Data were then analyzed using structural equation model (SEM) analysis with the help of WarpPLS software. The results of the study show that the effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty to the Go-Jek company were positive and significant.

This study aims to determine the consumers’ characteristics of attitude and satisfaction; in adition to its correlation with marketing mix of lele terbang package in Sambal Lalap Restaurant Bandar Lampung.  Research location was determined purposively.  The number of interviewed sample was 59 respondents that were chosen by convennion sampling.  The first and fourth objectives were solved by descriptive analysis.  The first and fourth purposes were analyzed descriptively, the second purpose was analyzed by using Fishbein’s multiattribute, and the third purpose was analyzed by using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance performance  Analysis (IPA).  The result showed  that consumers were dominated by 19 to 24 years old women, and was bachelor students who had income last than < Rp1,500,000.00 per month and frequency of purchase the package was 1 to 3 times per week.  The score of consummer attitude had been positive, some attributes with the highest score were taste, price, halal, cleanness, and the comfortable of the place.  In overall, the score of CSI was feeling satisfied in consuming the menu packages of lele terbang.  Based on the analysis of IPA, the attribute at the Kuadran I (main priority) was hygiene attribute.  Moreover, the attribute in Kuadran II (hold the prestation) were taste, price, halal, cleanness, and the comfortable of the place.  Attribute in Kuadran II (low priority) were aroma, size, benefit, location, and facility.  While, attribute in Kuadran IV (excessive) were the attribute of menu and parking area.  The marketing of menu package lele terbang at Sambal Lalap Restaurant had implemented marketing strategy (marketing mix).Key words: Attitude, CSI, IPA, marketing, package menu of lele terbang

The research was conducted at Laboratory Installation RSPI of Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso (RSPI-SS). Unit of analysis was patients of Medical Check Up in Laboratory Installation of RSPI-SS which is located in Sunter, North Jakarta. The samples of this research were 93 patients from 121 populations; the research method was purposive sampling technique. The instrument of statistic analysis was through PLS 3.0 which was used to test the hypothesis. The research finds seven hypotheses as the results. They are variable of trust which affects customer satisfaction positively but does not significantly affect to customer satisfaction, variable of trust which affects customer satisfaction negatively but significantly affects the customer value, variable of service quality which affects to customer satisfaction positively and significantly, variable of service quality which affected to customer value positively and significantly, variable of customer value which affects positively and significantly to customer satisfaction, intervention of customer value on the trust to customer satisfaction which affects negatively and significantly, and intervention of customer value on service quality to customer satisfaction which affects positively but not significantly.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, restaurant atmosphere, and customer value on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were 95 respondents who bought at Surabaya Choie Dimsum. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Data was obtained from questionnaires and tested with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that product quality, restaurant atmosphere, and customer value have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by Customer satisfaction and customer value addition, it also examines, the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, which is mediated by the effect of customer value and customer satisfaction and customer value on customer loyalty mediated by trust. The population in this study are household customers in Kendari who use the services of PDAM for 17,607 households spread are over 10 (ten) districts. The samples in this study are 391 household customers are taken with a precision of 5 % Data Collection techniques utility questionnaire. Data are analyzed by using. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of the program, some of the important findings in this study are : (1) better service improvement of Kendari  Regional causes trust, (2) customer loyalty improvement is also achievable of the provided service is able to enhance customer value. Besides, this research also proves that trust has a mediating role between satisfaction and loyalty of our customers as well as between customer value and loyalty.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, customer value, customer trust and customer loyalty.

Research on the insurance industry in Indonesia is an interesting study to do. The development of the insurance industry in Indonesia has increased by an average of 30% per year, even in 2016 there was an increase of around 78.1% compared to 2015. This makes competition among insurance companies more stringent. The topic of loyalty in the insurance industry is important for the survival of an insurance company.This study aims to examine the effect of salesperson expertise, subjective norms, service quality, customer satisfaction, commitment, corporate image, switching intention, and communication on customer loyalty. A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed to insurance users in Yogyakarta using purposive sampling. The results of the study state that all hypotheses built can be supported, or that there is a significant influence on salesperson expertise, subjective norms, service quality, customer satisfaction, commitment, corporate image, switching intention, and communication on customer loyalty. Keywords:loyalty, salesperson expertise, subjective norms, service quality, customer satisfaction, commitment, corporate image, switching intention, and communication ABSTRAK Penelitian tentang industri asuransi di Indonesia adalah studi yang menarik untuk dilakukan. Hal ini membuat persaingan antar perusahaan asuransi semakin ketat. Topik kesetiaan dalam industri asuransi penting untuk kelangsungan hidup perusahaan asuransi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keahlian tenaga penjual, norma subyektif, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pelanggan, komitmen, citra perusahaan, niat beralih, dan komunikasi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Sebanyak 100 kuesioner dibagikan kepada pengguna asuransi di Yogyakarta menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa semua hipotesis yang dibangun dapat didukung, atau bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keahlian tenaga penjual, norma subjektif, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pelanggan, komitmen, citra perusahaan, niat beralih, dan komunikasi pada loyalitas pelanggan. Kata kunci: kesetiaan, keahlian tenaga penjual, norma subjektif, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pelanggan, komitmen, citra perusahaan, niat beralih, dan komunikasi
