Since the establishment of the KPHL Kota Ambon in 2010 until nearly a decade, how has the development been managed? How management performance. Therefore, through this study, the performance of the management of the KPHL Kota Ambon  aims to determine the management performance of KPHL Kota Ambon. This research was conducted at the KPHL Kota Ambon, November-December 2019. The research was conducted using Criteria and indicators made by Forest Wach Indonesia ((FWI), 2014), document verification,  and in-depth interviews with the Head of the UPTD. Pulau Ambon dan Pulau-Pulau Lease. Quantitative analysis method based on calculation procedures made by FWI, 2014. The index results are then described using descriptive methods. The results of the study concluded that 1) The performance of the management of the KPHL Kota Ambon was in the medium criteria index; 2) Management of KPHL Kota Ambon is not yet optimal because the RPHJP has not been ratified as a basis for the preparation of the RPHJPd and Business Plan; 3) The organizational structure has not been filled and the available human resources are not yet competent in the management of FMUs because they have not attended special education and training on FMU management; 4) KPHL Kota Ambon management activities is still limited to socialization activities that have not been routinely so that not many people know about KPHL Kota Ambon

The European Union - Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA), which officially came into play on August 1, 2020, is one of the latest endeavors of Vietnam regarding the international integration process and is expected to create a great boost for Vietnamese exports to the EU. Footwear, one of the Vietnamese key export products, is also inevitably affected by this agreement. This study was conducted to evaluate the impacts of the EVFTA on the growth of Vietnam footwear exportation to the EU market by quantitative analysis method through the SMART model based on the database of trade and tariffs between Vietnam - EU and under a scenario in which tariffs are reduced to 0% once the EVFTA comes into force. The authors have collected, synthesized, and analyzed secondary data from trustworthy sources, and conducted in-depth interviews with professional experts who have been working for several years in the international integration field. Results from the study show that the EU's removal of import tariffs on Vietnamese footwear products under EVFTA not only increases Vietnamese export value but also makes these products more competitive than those of competitors, even domestic manufacturers in the EU. Some implications, therefore, are suggested to promote Vietnamese footwear exportation to the EU market in the coming time.

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation activities of revitalization policy of Traditional Market Sarijadi by PD. Pasar Bermartabat of Bandung City which includes organization, interpretation and application. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method of analysis. Data collection techniques were conducted with in-depth interviews, observations and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the organization has not been supported by human resources and facilities in accordance with needs, while the funds are sufficient. Establishing  a thematic organic vegetable market for Sarijadi Market and direct socialization to higher education and comparative study followed by traders and employees and Directors of PD. Pasar Bermartabat of Bandung city  is an organizing method. Interpretation of activities related to work programs and revitalization activities has not been supported by future guidelines and targets because no Strategic Plan has been determined yet. While the application activity of the Implementation of Sarijadi Traditional Market Revitalization Policy by PD. Pasar Bermartabat of Bandung City associated with the service has been using information technology for levy and maintenance services of Business Registration Letters and promotions for rental offerings. Research report on the Implementation of Sarijadi Traditional Market Revitalization Policy by PD. Pasar Bermartabat Bandung City has not yet run. Research suggestions need to be established immediately in the Strategic Plan, training and training facilities are needed, the addition of infrastructure.

Health tourism is a travel activity to get health services. Yogyakarta is one of the provinces that has the potential to develop health tourism. This is seen by Yogyakarta type A hospitals, having 11 5-star hotels that provide spa and fitness. However, currently health tourism has not been widely realized and has not been developed in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the components of health tourism development and to find out the strategy for developing health tourism. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and literature study. The data analysis method used is the SWOT method. The result of this research is that the components of health tourism development are adequate facilities, qualified human resources, professional medical personnel, affordable prices, marketing, and information technology. The strategy in developing health tourism is to increase promotion from both social and print media, provide training to human resources, provide discounts on certain products, make attractive products, health tourism is covered by BPJS, complete health tourism support facilities, build buildings / interesting facilities so that it becomes its main attraction.

<p><em>Quality control is carried out as one of the strategies to measure the capability of the production process. This is to identify the factors that cause products no standardized and propose improvements. During this time, there are often problems in the vacuum packaging of frozen fish. The analysis method used Six Sigma with the stages Define, Measure, Analyze and Improve. The results showed that the Critical to Quality (CTQ) of packaging process is leaking packaging, but the process is working well and it is above the industry average in Indonesia. It can be seen the value of Sigma and the final yield. Packaging leaked based on a fishbone diagram and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is caused by human factors.The proposed improvement is by monitoring, guidance, and training of human resources. This is done so that the process can be towards the target 6-Sigma.</em></p>

Human resource development is essential for any organization that wants to be a dynamic and growth-oriented. Unlike other resources, human resources have the potential ability rather limited. This potential can be used only by creating a climate that can continuously identify, bring to the surface, maintain and use the ability. An HRD number of techniques have been developed in recent years to carry out the above tasks based on certain principles.This study aims to know the extent of the influence of Education and Training toward the Achievement of Employees Performance at PT. ANTAM Tbk, Nickel Ore Processing Unit Pomalaa. The population in this study was all the employees of PT. ANTAM Tbk, Nickel Ore Processing Unit Pomalaa, totaled 1,060 people, sampling is done by using the formula Slovin, so the sample is 91 people. The analysis method used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis.The results of this study showed that the variables of the Education and Training toward the Achievement of Employees Performance at PT. ANTAM Tbk, Nickel Ore Processing Unit Pomalaa. Is positive and significant impact on the Achievement of Employees Performance. The magnitude of the relationship between education and training variables to the variable of achievement of employee performance at PT. ANTAM Tbk, Nickel Ore Processing Unit Pomalaa, in the amount of 85.60% and the other influenced by other factors outside of education and training.

<p>由於對合格司法通譯需求增加,美國國會於1978年通過「法庭通譯員法案」 (The Court Interpreters Act),其訓練和遴選方式廣受國際認同與仿效。該法中法院通譯除通譯角色外,認證資格者亦具專家證人(臺灣鑑定人)資格,兩種角色於司法程序中功能不同。臺灣刑事訴訟法鑑定人之規定,第211條規定:「本節之規定,於通譯準用之」,民事訴訟法亦有此規定。本研究聚焦在通譯專家在司法程序中之功能,先比較美國和臺灣專家證人和鑑定人的規定及制度,並以文獻分析法分析幾件美國案件,再以訪談法訪談法院通譯和律師,以探討目前實務誤譯情況、爭議譯文處理方式、專家通譯的功能和專家資格。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><p>Due to an increasing need for qualified legal interpreters at the time, the US Congress passed the Court Interpreters Act in 1978, which has become a model for selecting and training court interpreters internationally. In the US legal system, certified court interpreters often serve as experts in legal proceedings apart from their roles as interpreters. Taiwan&rsquo;s code of criminal procedure stipulates that provisions in the expert section shall apply mutatis mutandis to interpreters. There are also similar regulations in the civil procedure code. This paper focuses on the role of interpreters as experts through comparing related regulations for experts as part of legal proceedings in the US and Taiwan. Adopting on document analysis method and reviewing some U.S. cases, this paper seeks to utilize in-depth interviews with court interpreters and lawyers to discuss mistranslation in legal proceedings, translation dispute resolutions, functions and qualifications of expert interpreters in Taiwan&rsquo;s legal system</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Abstract. This study aims to determine the state of APIP in the Regional Government of Talaud Regency and the APIP’s constraints in carrying out its duties and functions as supervisors of Regional Government activities, and analyze the efforts that should be carried out to improve the capabilities of APIP, then provide some advices so that APIP can carry out their tasks and functions optimally. This is a qualitative research method with an exploratory approach. Data were obtained by in-depth interviews, documentation studies and observations. The results showed that the capability of APIP in the Regional Government of Talaud Regency was still at level II with a note. The constraints are amount of human resources, in this case the auditor has not been adequate with the existing workload and the lack of infrastructure that cannot supports the tasks and implementation of APIP. The efforts that can be made to improve the capabilities of APIP in the Regional Government of Talaud Regency are for human resource constraints can be done by increasing the number of auditors in accordance with the workload and including the auditors in technical training and training, seminars to improve the capabilities of the APIP conducted by BPKP and BPK as well as holding their own office training.Solutions to solve infrastructure problems are to add some infrastructures that supports the implementation of APIP tasks such motorcycles and vehicles, laptops, scan tables, hammer tests, and printers.Keywords: APIP, APIP Capabilities, Constraints and Efforts.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan APIP pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Talaud dan kendala apa saja yang di hadapi APIP dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai pengawas kegiatan Pemerintah Daerah, serta menganalisa upaya-upaya apa yang harus dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas APIP, kemudian memberikan saran terhadap upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan agar APIP dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya dapat terlaksana dengan optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratori. Data yang diperoleh peneliti melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas APIP pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Talaud masih berada pada level II dengan catatan. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah jumlah sumber daya manusia dalam hal ini auditor belum memadai dengan beban kerja yang ada dan kurangnya sarana prasarana yang yang mendukung tugas dan pelaksanaan APIP. Upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas APIP pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Talaud adalah untuk kendala sumber daya manusia dapat dilakukan dengan menambah jumlah auditor sesuai dengan beban kerja dan mengikutsertakan auditor pada diklat-diklat teknis, seminar-seminar peningkatan kapabilitas APIP yang dilaksanakan oleh BPKP dan BPK serta menagadakan pelatihan kantor sendiri. Untuk kendala sarana prasarana, upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan penambahan sarana prasarana yang mendukung pelaksanaan tugas APIP seperti kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat, laptop, scan table, hammer test, dan printer.Kata Kunci: APIP, Kapabilitas APIP, Kendala dan Upaya.

System changes from centralized to decentralized governance has provided an opportunity for local governments to regulate and manage Natural Resources (NR) and Human Resources (HR) in the region to create a welfare society can be characterized by the growth of regional economic growth. The research was conducted to determine the contribution and sub-sectors growth in the agricultural sector and a base and competitive sub-sectors so that it can be seen the leading subsectors of agriculture. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis will illustrate how the rate of growth and the contribution of sub-sectors in the agricultural sector. Location Quetiont (LQ) Analysis was used to determine the base and non-base sub-sector. While the analysis of Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) is used to see the sub-sector competitiveness. The combination of LQ and RCA analysis can then be used to determine the leading sub-sector. From the analysis it is known that sub-sector of the agricultural sector is a base sub-sector which has the potential to become the leading sub-sector. Meanwhile, from the RCA analysis is known that the base of the agricultural sector has a highly competitive sub-sectors are food crops, tree crops, livestock and forestry.
