Background: every parent wants a child who can grow and develop optimally according to its age category. One of the factors that can influence growth and development is the quality of sleep, due to 75% growth hormone produced when the baby sleeps. Sleep quality of babies can be stimulated through the act of giving massage baby. Objective: this study aims to determine the effect of infant massage on improvement the quality of sleep for infants aged 3-10 months in a village of Banguntapan Public Health Center II. Research method: this research is a pre-experiment research with an approach in one group (one-group pre-post test design without control). Data analysis used is the Wilcoxon test. This research was carried out in the Working Area Village Banguntapan II Health Center, with a population of 64 infants aged 3-10 months. Technique sampling using purposive sampling, which is the number of 15 babies aged 3-10 month. Providing education and demonstration of baby massage is done once, then massage done by parents of babies every day within 3 weeks, and observed by researchers every 2 days. Sleep quality was measured using the A Brief Screening Questionnaire For Infant Sleep Problems (BISQ). Results: Before being given massage the majority of the quality of bad baby sleep was 14 respondents (93.3%), then after being given massage for 3 weeks there was an increase in quality sleep where all babies have good sleep quality of 15 respondents (100%). Comparative test results infant massage between before and after massage is p value 0.000 (p value <0.005). Conclusion: there is the effect of infant massage on improving the quality of sleep for infants aged 3-10 months at Village of Bangutapan II Health Center.

Baby massage dan baby gym adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada bayi.  Masalah tidur pada bayi di Indonesia cukup banyak, yaitu sekitar 44,2% bayi mengalami gangguan tidur seperti sering terbangun di malam hari. Namun lebih dari 72% orang tua menganggap gangguan tidur bukan suatu masalah atau hanya masalah kecil, hal tersebut diungkapkan oleh sebuah penelitian pada tahun 2014-2015 yang dilaksanakan di lima kota besar di Indonesia Berdasarkan data awal terdapat 20 bayi yang datang ke posyandu dan ditemukan 17 bayi yang mengalami gangguan tidur. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektivitas baby massage dan baby gym terhadap kualitas tidur bayi usia 3-6 bulan di Desa Talang Tegal. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan two group pre and post test  design. Sampel sebanyak 34 bayi yang diberikan perlakuan baby massage dan baby gym dilakukan selama 2 minggu 3x seminggu, untuk baby massage 15 menit sedangkan untuk baby gym 5 menit. Terdapat pengaruh baby massage terhadap kualitas tidur bayi usia 3-6 bulan dengan  p value 0.000. Terdapat pengaruh baby gym terhadap kualitas tidur bayi usia 3-6 bulan dengan  p value 0,001. Tidak terdapat perbedaan efektivitas baby massage dan baby gym terhadap kualitas tidur bayi usia 3 – 6 bulan. Kata kunci : baby gym; baby massage; kualitas tidur bayi  The Effectiveness of Baby Massage And Baby Gym on Sleep Quality of 3-6 Months Baby ABSTRACT  Baby massage and baby gym are efforts to improve the quality of sleep in babies. There are quite a number of sleep problems in infants in Indonesia, which is around 44.2% of infants experiencing sleep disorders such as frequent awakenings at night. However, more than 72% of parents consider sleep disturbances not a problem or just a minor problem, this was revealed by a 2014-2015 study conducted in five major cities in Indonesia. Based on initial data there were 20 babies who came to the Integrated Healthcare Centre and found 17 babies with sleep disorders. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of baby massage and baby gym on the sleep quality of baby aged 3-6 months in Talang Tegal Village. This type of research was quantitative with two groups pre-post test design. A sample of 34 babies who were given baby massage and baby gym treatment was carried out for 2 weeks 3 time each week, for baby massage 15 minutes while for baby gym 5 minutes. There is an effect of baby massage on the sleep quality of babies aged 3-6 months with a p value of 0.000. There is an effect of baby gym on the sleep quality of babies aged 3-6 months with a p value of 0.001. There is no difference in the effectiveness of baby massage and baby gym on the sleep quality of babies aged 3-6 months. Keywords: baby gym; baby massages; sleep quality of baby

ABSTRAK Tidur merupakan kebutuhan yang harus terpenuhi terutama pada fase perkembangan karena selama tidur akan terjadi perkembangan otak maupun tubuh, sehingga gangguan tidur merupakan masalah yang akan menimbulkan dampak buruk terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi. Kualitas tidur bayi yang baik dapat diciptakan dengan memberikan pemijatan bayi secara rutin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa pemijatan dapat mempengaruhi kualitas tidur bayi umur 0-3 bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Quasy Eksperimental dengan metode One Group Pretest-Postest. Sampel 22 bayi yang dipilih dengan tehnik Total Sampling yang di observasi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pemijatan. Variabel yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas tidur bayi 0-3 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap kualitas tidur bayi umur 0-3 bulan (p value  0,008 < α = 0,05).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar keluarga dan masyarakat memberikan pemijatan secara rutin dan mandiri untuk meningkatkan kebutuhan tidur bayi yang berkualitas.   ABSTRACT Sleep is a human necessity that must be met, especially in the development phase because during sleep will occur the brain and body developments, so that sleep disturbance is a problem that would cause adverse effects on infants’ growth and development. The good quality of sleep can be created by providing the infants massage routinely. This study aimed to prove that the massage could affect the quality of sleep on the 0-3 months old baby. This study used Quasy-experimental design with One Group Pretest-Posttest. The sample 22 infants selected by total sampling technique observed on before and after the massage. The variables measured in this study are the quality of sleep. The results of study indicate that there is an effect of infant massage to the sleep quality on 0-3 months old babies (p value 0,008 < α = 0,05).Based on the results of this study it recommended for the families and communities to provide infant massage regularly and independently to increase the quality of sleep on the baby.

ABSTRACT Background: The quality of sleep in elderly tend to decline. This occurs as a result of certain changes such as physical, biological, mental and socio-economic. The quality of sleep may influence the healthcondition for short or long terms. Poor quality of sleep may cause difficulty in concentrating, slow response, memory disturbance and decrease of performance in daily life. The decline of sleep qualitymay be resolved with Jacobson’s Progressive Muscular Relaxation (JPMR) exercise. Objective: To analyze the effect of Jacobson’s Progressive Muscular Relaxation on sleep quality inelderly at Budi Agung Social Institution. Methods: This study is a pre experimental study with one group pretest-posttest design. The subject ofthis study were the 19 elderly at Budi Agung Social Institution. In this study, JPMR exercise was done in5 days. Sleep quality before and after JPMR exercise was measured using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) questionnair. The data obtained was analyzed using McNemar test. Results: From a total of 19 subjects, 3 subjects had good sleep quality while 16 subjecst had poor sleepquality. On the other hand, after the JPMR excercise, improved sleep qualiy was found in the 16 subjectswhile the 3 subjects still had poor sleep quality; bivariate analysis p value = 0.002 (p <0.05). Conclusion: Jacobson’s Progressive Muscular Relaxation (JPMR) has a significant effect on sleepquality in elderly at Budi Agung Social Institution. Introduction: Sleep disturbance is one of the problems that is often encountered in preschool children. About 44,2% of preschoolers experience sleep disorders. Sleep disorders can affect children's behavior and emotions, cause drowsiness during the day, reduce children's attention at school, get tired easily, reduce physical activity, reduce memory, children become fussy and temper tantrums. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of giving massage to sleep quality in preschool children in a Kindergarten in Lawang Hospital. Methods: The design in this study is the Pre-Experiment (Pre and Post-test design). The Affordable population is all preschool age children in a Kindergarten in Lawang who have 45 sleep disorders, the sample in this study amounted to 35 children. The sampling technique used was Simple Random Sampling. Analysis of paired data (pre and post-test) on sleep quality variables used the Wilcoxon test. If the statistical test results obtained p <0.05, then H1 is accepted, it means the research hypothesis is accepted. Results: The results showed the quality of sleep before giving massage mostly poor, the quality of sleep after giving massage is mostly good, there is an effect of giving massage to the quality of sleep in preschool children in a Kindergarten in Lawang. Conclusion: The study concludes that there is an effect of giving massage to the quality of timber in preschool children in a Kindergarten in Lawang.

Introduction : Patients with hypertension patients can have sleep disorders such as dizziness or headache, feeling tired during the day, anxiety, decreasing concentration and irritability. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) on sleep quality in patients with hypertension in South Cilacap City. Method : The research used quasi-experiment with pre-post test without control group. Respondents werw patients with hypertension in South Cilacap City, with the criteria forthose who were active in health care programme, able to perform independent activities, consume of anti-hypertensive drugs, have done PMR regularly for 7 days, and the exclusion criteria was patients with impaired osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used to evaluate sleep quality twice, before and 7 days after interventions PMR. Statistic analysis used wilcoxon test. 16 respondents included in the criteria. Result : The quality of sleep before treatment PMR was 7 people (43.8%) poor, 9 people (56.3%) very bad. After treatment PMR was 3 people (18.8%) rather good, 13 people (81.3%) less good. The analysis shown the sleep quality was difference between before and after PMR with p-value <0.001. Discussion : The study shows there is difference between before and after PMR in hypertensive patients in South Cilacap. PMR can be used to improve the sleep quality of hypertensive patients.

Sleep is one form of baby's adaptation to the environment. Shortly after birth, babies usually sleep for 16-20 hours a day. Entering the age of 2 months the baby starts sleeping more nights than noon. Influence of infant massage on sleep quality in infants aged 3-6 months in the midwife independent practice nurul umaira in 2019, research methodology The method used in this study is Quasi Experimental Designs with nonequavalein control group types namely the experimental group and the control group in the study selected not random all mothers who have infants aged 3-6 months in the midwife independent practice nurul umaira in 2019 that is as many as 20 people whose data was taken in December 2019. Based on the Mann Withney statistical test as presented in table 4.5 obtained Z count value = 3.033 with p -value = 0.002, because of the p-value (0.002) <α (0.05), which means that there is an influence on the quality of sleep of infants aged 3-6 months who do baby massage with those who do not do baby massage. Where, the quality of sleep for infants aged 3-6 months who do baby massage is better than the quality of baby sleep that is not done baby massage. Thus it was concluded that there was a significant effect of infant massage on sleep quality of infants aged 3-6 months in the Midwife of Independent Practice Nurul Umaira in 2019.

Sleep is a basic need that must be met by humans. Sleep disorders can lead to serious problems and even reduce quality of life. This often occurs in hospitality that decrease the quality of sleep. Soaking the feet in warm water can improve the microcirculation of the blood vessels and vasodilation causing a relaxing effect, followed by increased secretion of melatonin thus improving the quality of sleep. This study aimed to identify the effect of soaking feet in warm water to the quality of sleep of patient in the PUSKESMAS Dungkek This study uses a quasi-experimental design approach to one group pretest-posttest. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 20 respondents who had been in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Intervention is given for 3 consecutive days. Measurement of sleep quality scores using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire. Differences in sleep quality scores were analyzed by d using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed the influence of soaking feet in warm water for sleep quality before and after the intervention p=0.001 (<0.005), from these results it mean an increase in the quality of sleep after a soak feet in warm water. This study is expected to be an alternative option for nurses to apply soak feet in warm water to improve the quality of sleep of patient in hospital.

<p><em>The quality of sleep was someone’s satisfying feel for sleep, which made that person didn’t show any kind of tiredness, restlessness, worn out, apathy and constant yawning or sleepiness. One of the methods that could be done to overcome the bad quality of sleep was the giving of sleeping position. The aim of the giving of sleeping position was to lower oxygen consumption and increasing lungs expansion to maximal. The kind of this study was quasi experiment with one group pre-test and post-test design. The samples of this study were 33 respondents who had the match criteria in this study. The samples were taken with accidental sampling technique which the case or the respondents were taken by accident or available at that time. Analysis of the data in this study was done with Univariate and Bivariate. This study was using questioner as a helper in collecting data. The result of statistic test was p-value rate= 0,000 which meant there was significantly difference the estimate respondent’s quality of sleep before and after treatment. It could be concluded that there was an influence of the setting of sleeping position upon the quality of sleep for the clients at Cardio Ward. It was expected that the regional hospital's RadenMattaher Jambi could make this sleeping position 45<sup>o</sup> arrangement into an intervention and equality of positions on each of the clients</em></p><p> </p><p><em>Kualitas tidur adalah kepuasan seseorang terhadap tidur, sehingga seseorang tersebut tidak memperlihatkan perasaan lelah, gelisah, lesu, dan sering menguap atau mengantuk. Salah satu cara  yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi adalah dengan pemberian posisi tidur. Tujuan tindakan memberikan posisi tidur adalah untuk menurunkan konsumsi oksigen dan meningkatkan ekspansi paru yang maksimal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksprimen dengan desain one group pre-tes post-test. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 33 responden yang memiliki kriteria sesuai dengan yang akan diteliti. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara accidental sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan mengambil kasus atau responden yang kebetulan ada atau tersedia. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini secarra Univariat dan Bivariat. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat bantu dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil uji statistic diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,000 artinya terdapat perbedaan signifikan nilai kualitas tidur responden sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengaturan posisi tidur terhadap kualitas tidur pada klien di ruang rawat inap jantung. Diharapkan kepada pihak RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi dapat menjadikan pengaturan posisi tidur 45<sup>o</sup> ini menjadi intervensi dan kesetaraan posisi pada setiap klien</em></p>

Age is one of the determinants of the length of sleep that the body needs. This problem often occurs in the elderly, so it has an impact on the quality of sleep. The Lingga Regency PPKB Health Office reports that 20-60% of elderly people experience poor sleep quality. This study aims to determine and observe whether there is an effect of warm water bathing on the quality of old age sleep in Posyandu in Singkep District, Lingga Regency. This study used a quasi experiment method with a pre-test and post-test without control design. The sample used was total sampling with the number of respondents as many as 30 people. Analysis of research data using the Wilcoxon Test which had previously been tested in the Normality of Shapiro Wilk. The intervention used is foot soak (warm water). The results showed a significant change, in which the p-value was 0,000 <0,05 with an average increase in sleep quality before foot soaking 10.00 and after intervention 1.60. So that it can be concluded that there is the effect of foot soak (warm water) on the quality of old sleep. It is hoped that the elderly will apply this relaxation technique to maintain their sleep quality.

Depresi pada diabetes mellitus tipe 2 lebih umum pada: wanita, ras minoritas, seseorang yang tidak menikah di usia paruh baya, status sosial, ekonomi rendah dan tidak bekerja. Kurangnya perhatian pada kondisi ini seharusnya tidak terjadi, untuk itu kita memerlukan metode psikoterapi untuk membantu pasien diabetes mellitus dalam menangani depresi.Banyak metode psikoterapi yang bisa digunakan, salah satunya adalah teknik kebebasan emosional spiritual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pemberian terapi Spiritual Emotional Fredoom Technique (SEFT) untuk mengurangi tingkat depresi pada pasien diabetes militus di Wilayah Kerja Pusat Kesehatan Singkawang Barat pada tahun 2018. Desain penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan pre dan post test tanpa kontrol. Hipotesis yang digunakan adalah Ha yaitu Intervensi Teknik Spiritual Emotional Freedom (SEFT) untuk mengurangi tingkat depresi pada pasien Diabetes Millitus, instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan dengan Beck Depression Inventory yang sudah dimodifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah karakteristik responden sebagian besar responden berusia 40-60 tahun 17 responden (68%), mayoritas adalah responden perempuan 17 responden (68%), bekerja sebagai ibu rumah tangga 13 responden (52%), pendidikan Responden SMA 9 (36%) dan sebagian besar responden menderita DM selama <5 tahun sebanyak 15 responden (60%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan nilai antara sebelum dan sesudah melakukan terapi Spiritual Emotion Freedom Technique (SEFT) untuk responden yang dilakukan dengan Wilcoxon Test menghasilkan nilai probabilitas 0,000 (nilai p> 0,05), yang menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah perawatan pada pasien diabetes mellitus. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian terapi SEFT dapat mengurangi depresi pada pasien dengan diabetes mellitus di wilayah Puskesmas Singkawang Barat. Kata kunci: depresi, diabetes millitus, teknik kebebasan emosional spiritual FREDOOM THERAPY SPRITUAL THERAPY THERAPY REDUCES DEPRESSION IN DIABETES MILLITUS PATIENTS ABSTRACTIt turns out that depression in type 2 diabetes mellitus is more common in: women, racial minorities, someone who is not married in middle age, social status, low economy and not work. Lack of attention to this condition should not occur, for that we need a method of psychotherapy to help patients with diabetes mellitus in dealing with depression. Many psychotherapy methods that can be used, one of which is the spiritual emotional freedom technique. The purpose of this study was to identify the provision of Spiritual Emotional Fredoom Technique (SEFT) therapy to reduce levels of depression in diabetes millitus patients in the Working Area of Singkawang Barat Health Center in 2018. The design of this study is a quasi experiment with pre and post test without control. The hypothesis used is Ha namely the Intervention of Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) to reduce the level of depression in Diabetes Millitus patients. The results of this study are the characteristics of the respondents most of the respondents aged 40-60 years 17 respondents (68%), the majority are female respondents 17 respondents (68%), work as housewives 13 respondents (52%), education SMA 9 respondents (36%) and most of the respondents suffered from DM for <5 years as many as 15 respondents (60%). The results showed differences in values between before and after conducting Spiritual Emotion Freedom Technique (SEFT) therapy for respondents conducted with the Wilcoxon Test resulting in a probability value of 0,000 (p value> 0.05), which indicates a significant difference between before and after treatment in diabetes mellitus patients. The conclusion from the above research shows that the administration of SEFT therapy can reduce depression in patients with diabetes mellitus in the area of Singkawang Barat Health Center in 2018 and it is recommended that psychotherapy is needed by patients experiencing psychosocial problems due to physical illness, one of which is depression. Keywords: depresi, diabetes millitus, spiritual emaotional freedom technique
