Media pemasaran yang tepat, sangat mendukung keberhasilan suatu usaha baik dari usaha kecil sampai besar. Oleh karenanya, pemilihan dan penggunaan media pemasaran harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi pasar saat ini. Memasarkan pot antik dengan cara menjajakan pot antik di pinggir jalan raya menunggu calon pembeli. Hal ini dirasa kurang efektif seiring dengan kemajuan zaman yang serba online dan pada situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang terkesan kurang inovatif. Hal ini menjadikan pemasaran produk pot antik tersendat dan solusi yang ditawarkan pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis mitra ini adalah pemanfaatan marketplace (Shopee) bagi mitra Pot Antik Sido Mulyo sebagai media pemasaran penjualan Pot antik. Kegiatan ini diharapkan akan membentuk proses pemasaran penjualan yang efektif antara penjual dan pembeli, sehingga proses pemasaran akan lebih cepat dan mudah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra Pot Antik Sido Mulyo yaitu (1) hasil penjualan Pot Antik menurun seiring pembatasan sosial yang ditetapkan pemerintah. (2) Masih terbatasnya pengetahuan pengrajin tentang media pemasaran yang tepat dalam memasarkan produk pot antik sehingga masih mempertahankan cara pemasaran konvensional. Marketplace adalah suatu tempat tertentu dimana pasar atau kegiatan jual-beli antara pemilik toko dan konsumen berlangsung secara publik. Sedangkan Shopee adalah salah satu aplikasi yang bergerak dalam bidang jual beli, pertama kali didirikan di Indonesia pada Juni 2015. Dengan adanya marketplace Shopee bagi pengrajin Pot antik Sido Mulyo diharapkan hasil pemasaran penjualan Pot Antik dapat tercapai secara maksimal dengan teknologi yang semakin memudahkan.�The right marketing media really supports the success of a business, from small to large businesses. Therefore, the selection and use of marketing media must be adapted to current market conditions. Marketing antique pots by selling antique pots on the side of the highway waiting for potential buyers. This is deemed ineffective in line with the progress of the online era and in the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic which seems less innovative. This makes marketing of antique pot products stagnant and the solution offered in this partner-based community service program is the use of a marketplace (Shopee) for Sido Mulyo's Antique Pot partners as a marketing medium for selling antique pots. This activity is expected to form an effective sales marketing process between sellers and buyers, so that the marketing process will be faster and easier. The problems faced by Sido Mulyo's Antique Pot partners are (1) sales of antique pots have decreased in line with social restrictions set by the government. (2) There is still limited knowledge of craftsmen about the right marketing media in marketing antique pot products so that they still maintain conventional marketing methods. Marketplace is a certain place where the market or buying and selling activities between shop owners and consumers takes place in public. Meanwhile, Shopee is an application that is engaged in buying and selling, first established in Indonesia in June 2015. With the Shopee marketplace for Sido Mulyo antique pot craftsmen, it is hoped that the marketing results of antique pot sales can be maximally achieved with technology that makes it easier.

In Indonesia, there is a wide variety of product innovations related to activities carried out by the community by promoting the marketing process. This development is also related to the matters of companies that compete with various innovations in developing their business to be more advanced. In a business, a lot of considerations are needed so that the profit or profit obtained is more than the capital spent but the quality is still prioritized. One of them is in marketing research which is a place for providers of products or goods to be traded. Market and Marketing Aspects are needed so that the buying and selling process can run smoothly and for transactions. It can be seen how vital the Market and Marketing Aspects are in a business. Where in a business this aspect is the most essential aspect. Market and Marketing Aspects are used in marketing methods in which you can find out how much demand there is so that the business runs properly. Many competitors that occur in the market make a study of the marketing aspects necessary to reduce things that can harm the company. The right marketing position will make the company get the desired profit. In marketing research, also states that there are various methods that can be used in society to support the economy by prioritizing innovative products, but problems in product innovation must be constraints with business capital and advantages or disadvantages, with the COVID-19 pandemic problem with the industrial sector experiencing a decline. Which is very drastic, thereby reducing the innovation that will be carried out.

Abstrak Sebagai agent of change mahasiswa dituntut tidak hanya memiliki ilmu dan keahlian sesuai dengan bidangnya, tetapi juga siap untuk terjun ke dalam masyarakat mengimplementasikan ilmu dan keterampilan yang mereka milliki, membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan riil yang sedang dihadapi masyarakat atau memberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat supaya mereka bisa hidup lebih baik. Untuk memenuhi tuntutan tersebut institut teknologi sepuluh nopember (ITS) menyelenggarakan program kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) kepada mahasiswa. Sesuai dengan wilayah keilmuan mahasiswa yang berbasis pada teknologi dan aplikasinya, maka kegiatan KKN juga bertema teknologi serta aplikasinya sehingga kegiatan-kegiatan KKN di dalam masyarakat juga tidak lepas dari tema teknologi dan aplikasinya. Dengan demikian, KKN ITS menjadi sarana yang tepat untuk membantu masyarakat menghadapi era revolusi industri sekarang ini di mana teknologi dan aplikasinya menjadi inti keberlangsungannya. To meet these goals, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS) conducted community service program (KKN) for students to communities. In line with ITS students’ background, the themes of KKN were related with technology and its applications, so that the KKN activities in the community were also inseparable from the theme of technology and its application. Thus, KKN ITS is the right medium to help the community in facing the current era of the industrial revolution in which technology and its application serve as its core. This research was conducted in the Abepura District of Jayapura in three locations namely: Kotaraja, Abepura, and Kamkey Tanah Hitam towards three micro-enterprise (UMKM) groups consist of food stalls, general kiosks, and noken creative crafts. The objective of this community service program is to increase the engaged community’s knowledge and skill of entrepreneurship as well as management of micro-finance. This program is done through the identification of UMKM problems, lectures and discussions, entrepreneurship and micro-finance management assistance, and finished by monitoring and evaluation. Found the results that the UMKM community can utilize the potential of raw materials that have not been utilized maximally through product innovation, but also that they can create simple financial reports for micro-enterprises in order to increase the profitability. This program is expected to be completed by continued working with the government, micro-financing credit fund body, and other stakeholders to overcome capital and other potential problems of UMKM. Tujuan dari program layanan masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan komunitas yang terlibat serta pengelolaan keuangan mikro. Program ini dilakukan melalui identifikasi masalah UMKM, ceramah dan diskusi, pelatihan kewirausahaan dan manajemen keuangan mikro, dan diselesaikan dengan pemantauan dan evaluasi. Ditemukan hasil bahwa komunitas UMKM dapat memanfaatkan potensi bahan baku yang belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal melalui inovasi produk, juga bahwa mereka dapat membuat laporan keuangan sederhana untuk usaha mikro untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas. Program ini diharapkan dapat dilanjutkan dengan program pemerintah, lembaga kredit mikro, dan pihak terkait lainnya untuk mengatasi masalah permodalan dan potensi masalah UMKM yang ada.  Kata Kunci: keuangan mikro, kewirausahaan, pendampingan, usaha mikro

Every citizen has the right in law and justice, because of that the government made Law number 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid to protect its citizens in the event of a disaster that befalls the community. The purpose of community service is more focused on the people or villagers, while the other objectives of this counseling are the parents who can add information related to the process of handling criminal acts and how to follow up in the event of a crime. The method used is by way of lectures and discussions then ends with questions and answers. The results obtained from this community service are more sensitive people and know how the criminal proceedings associated with brands, patents, business licenses, taxes, illegal fees, financing or financing agreements with third parties and legal assistance and response to legal issues in particular those in connection with various threats to criminal acts at this time, it is expected that with the dedication to this community, parents can become equipped in protecting their families from various possibilities related to criminal acts and legal aid.Keywords: Legal Aid, Prevention, Socialization�AbstrakSetiap warga negara mempunyai hak dalam hukum dan keadilan, oleh kerana itu pemerintah membuat Undang-Undang nomor 16 Tahun 2011 tentang Bantuan Hukum untuk melindungi warganya dalam hal terjadi musibah yang menimpa masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini lebih menitik beratkan kepada orang-orang atau warga desa, adapun sasaran lain yang menjadi tujuan dari diadakannnya penyuluhan ini yaitu para orang tua yang mana dapat menambah informasi terkait dengan proses penanganan tindak pidana dan bagaimana menindaklanjuti apabila terjadi tindak pidana. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara ceramah dan diskusi kemudian diakhiri dengan tanya jawab. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu masyarakat lebih peka dan mengetahui bagaimana proses tindak pidana yang terkait dengan� merek, paten, izin usaha, pajak, pungutan liar, perjanjian pembiayaan atau pendanaan dengan pihak ketiga dan bantuan hukum serta respon terhadap permasalahan hukum khususnya yang berkaitan dengan berbagai acaman tindak pidana pada sekarang ini, diharapkan dengan adanya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini para orang tua dapat menjadi bekal dalam menjaga keluarganya dari berbagai kemungkinan yang terkait dengan tindak pidana dan bantuan hukum.Kata Kunci: Bantuan Hukum, Pencegahan, Sosialisasi.

Di samping dana desa yang sudah diberlakukan pada 2015, pada tahun ini 2019 marak dana kelurahan. Permasalahannya adalah belum semua kelurahan mengadministrasikan pengelolaan dana kelurahan secara penuh dan mandiri. Kelurahan Rempoa Tangerang Selatan yang menjadi objek pengabdian masyarakat belum memiliki bendahara atau Pejabat Penatausahaan Keuangan (PPK), sehingga berpotensi mengalami kendala pengelolaan dana kelurahan di masa mendatang. Studi dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan upaya untuk membantu Kelurahan Rempoa dalam pengelolaan dana kelurahan, proses penyusunan laporan keuangan, serta pemungutan, pemotongan dan pelaporan pajak oleh bendahara pemerintah. Studi dalam program ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskusi, asistensi, dan/atau pendampingan kepada objek terkait tiga proses tersebut. Hasil studi dalam program ini adalah terbekalinya Kelurahan Rempoa akan pengelolaan dana kelurahan, sehingga kelurahan siap mengelola dana tersebut pada saat penyerahan pengelolaan dana kelurahan dari kecamatan tahun depan (2020).    In addition to village funds that were already in implementation in 2015, this year 2019 will be full of urban-village funds. The problem is that not all urban-villages have fully and independently administered the management of urban-village funds. Rempoa Urban-Village, South Tangerang, which is the object of community service, does not yet have a Treasurer or Financial Administration Officer (PPK), so that it potentially experiences obstacles in managing the urban-village fund in the future. This study in the community service program is an effort to assist Rempoa Urban-Village in the process of, managing urban-village funds, preparing financial reports, and collecting, deducting and reporting taxes by the government treasurer. The study in this program is a qualitative method with the approach of discussion, assistance, and/or assistance to objects related to that three processes. The results of the study in this program are the completion of Rempoa Urban-Village in the management of urbanvillage funds, so that the urban-village are ready to manage these funds at the time of handing over the management of urban-village funds from the subdistrict next year (2020).

ABSTRAKPandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) masih menjadi ancaman bagi masyarakat dunia termasuk Indonesia. Peningkatan kasus belum memperlihatkan adanya penurunan angka penyebaran virus. Pemerintah dalam menanggapi krisis kesehatan telah melakukan beberapa kebijakan untuk menekan penyebaran infeksi COVID-19. Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru (AKB) menjadi salah satu kebijakan baru yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah dalam merespon situasi pandemi. AKB bertujuan agar masyarakat dapat melaksanakan protokol kesehatan ketika terpaksa beraktivitas di luar rumah dalam masa pandemi COVID-19. Upaya preventif dan promosi ini harus disebarluaskan kepada setiap masyarakat agar semakin banyak masyarakat menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Kegiatan sosialisasi secara daring melalui media sosial menjadi metode yang ditempuh dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di masa pandemi COVID-19. Tingginya intensitas penggunaan media sosial menjadi media paling efektif dalam penyebaran edukasi mengenai AKB. ABSTRACTPandemic Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is still a threat to the global community, including Indonesia. The increase in cases has not shown a decrease in the spread of the virus. The government in response to the health crisis has implemented several policies to reduce the spread of COVID-19 infection. Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru (AKB) or adapting to new habits is one of the new policies issued by the government as a response in a pandemic situation. The AKB aims for the public to implement health protocols when they have to do activities outside the home during the COVID-19 pandemic. These preventive and promotional moves should be disseminated to every community so there would be more people who can implement health protocols. Social media is one of the most effective platforms used for this community service program during the COVID-19 pandemic. The high amount of people using social media during this time is the most effective media in disseminating education about AKB.

AbstractThe credit union (CU) movement is very developed currently, including CU Sawiran, a credit unionthat exists to serve all members of society openly without exception. Problems that often occur arethat CU Sawiran as a creditor do not get clear information/data regarding the object of materialguarantee, among others, the certainty of the completion time of conversion processing if the letter C/ clerk D is submitted so that it is difficult to execute. So far, the solution used is through mediationamong the parties. This community service program aims to provide information to CU Sawiranranks, administrators, supervisors and staff regarding the right to information dealing with theobject of material security, the development of material security regulations, the role of theFinancial Services Authority as the supervisor of financial services institutions (LJK) with regard tomaterial security, and the method of drafting a good agreement. Assistances are conducted byanalyzing credit agreements and formulating agreements that are more informative and do not havemultiple interpretations. It was agreed that similar activities would be carried out periodically notonly for the management but also for the other parties in order to improve education in the field oflaw. AbstrakGerakan Credit Union saat ini sangat berkembang, gerakan ini merupakan suatu model yangsangat sesuai bagi kondisi masyarakat. CU Sawiran, hadir untuk melayani semua anggotamasyarakat secara terbuka, tanpa kecuali. Semua orang bisa menjadi anggota tanpa memandangtingkat ekonomi, pendidikan, agama, suku dan budaya. Saat ini CU Sawiran ada di 13 tempatpelayanan di beberapa kota di Jawa Timur. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi CU Sawiran selakukreditur tidak memperoleh informasi/data mengenai objek jaminan kebendaan secara jelas antara lainmengenai kepastian waktu selesainya pengurusan konversi jika yang diserahkan letter C/petok Dsehingga kesulitan melakukan eksekusi karena masa pengurusan belum selesai. Saat akan eksekusibenda diperalihkan kepada pihak ketiga tanpa sepengetahuan kreditur. Penyelesaian yang digunakanselama ini untuk menangani masalah di atas yakni melakukan mediasi mencari solusi yang terbaikbagi kepentingan para pihak.Dari hal di atas, program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan informasi kepadaJajaran CU Sawiran, pengurus, pengawas dan staf (1) mengenai hak atas informasi mengenai objekjaminan kebendaan; (2) perkembangan aturan jaminan kebendaan; (3) peran lembaga Otoritas JasaKeuangan sebagai pengawas lembaga jasa keuangan (LJK) berkaitan dengan jaminan kebendaan; (4)memberikan cara penyusunan perjanjian yang baik kepada Jajaran CU Sawiran, pengurus, pengawasdan staf sesuai syarat sahnya perjanjian khusunya hutang piutang, tanpa adanya klausula perbuatanmelawan hukum (PMH). Hasil kegiatan sangat bermanfaat, peserta antusias mengikuti dan aktifdalam sesi tanya jawab seiring sejalan dengan dinamika hukum serta hak atas informasi mengenaiobjek jaminan kebendaan. Pendampingan dengan melakukan analisis perjanjian kredit di CU Jurnal Asawika Volume Volume 06 No.01 37Sawiran serta memformulasi perjanjian yang lebih informatif serta tidak multi tafsir. Kegiatan serupadisepakati akan dilakukan secara periodik tidak hanya diikuti pengurus saja namun juga pihak lainguna meningkatkan edukasi di bidang hukum.

Teenagers generally face problems about sexuality and reproductive health due to limited information and advocacy, no access to friendly services to adolescents, limited institutions in the government that handle adolescents in particular, there is no law that accommodates adolescent rights, and there is no health curriculum reproduction in adolescents. The results of the survey in Karang Kota Village found that there were still many adolescents who did not know about reproductive health, there were incidents of teenagers becoming pregnant outside of marriage and getting married at a young age (˂20 years). The target and outcome of this community service activity are adolescents who obtain appropriate information about reproductive health and understand and can carry out in their daily lives to improve adolescent health, especially reproductive health. The stages carried out in this activity include: 1). conduct a survey to the location (Kota Karang Village, Kumpeh Ulu District), 2). looking for information about adolescent health in Kota Karang Village, Kec. Kumpeh Ulu, 3). do health promotion in Kota Karang Village, Kec. Kumpeh Ulu, and 4). conduct an evaluation of the promotion carried out. Teenagers get the right information about reproductive health and understand and can carry out in daily life to improve adolescent health, especially reproductive health.

Sauce is a complementary food, this food is usually coupled with fried foods, soupy foods and can also be used as a seasoning. Sauce made from tomatoes (if tomato sauce) is blended until smooth and cooked while adding spices to make it taste savory. The sauce's delicacy depends on the freshness of the fruit used, the right spice composition and the correct manufacturing procedure. Sauce in the market often does not include the composition of ingredients and food additives (BTM) such as food preservatives used not to mention we do not know the freshness of fruit and BTM doses added and the manufacturing procedures that are not necessarily clean and do not attach permits granted from the government . Fruits that are not fresh (rotten), doses of food additives (preservatives) added can cause various diseases in the body. Through this community service activity, it is expected that students can make their own tomato sauce by using fresh tomatoes, spices with the right amount and not using preservatives that are harmful to health. By making your own tomato sauce, besides being guaranteed cleanliness and health for your body, you can also save on spending money and be able to become skills for students to become entrepreneurs by producing home-made tomato sauce. In this community service activity there were 2 sessions conducted, the first was counseling about the danger of preservatives in food. The second session, the practice of making tomato sauce using fresh tomatoes, the right dosage of seasoning without using preservatives

The non-profit organizations, especially the ones under the government authority, have strict layout of media design and such design definitely draws less attention for the viewers; whereas, the presence of such media as a support tool is significantly important. Through the interesting display of media design, the information that has been delivered will be understood well by the viewers. In other words, the presence of media with insufficient design will be useless. This situation has been experienced by UILS (Unit Informasi Layanan Sosial, Unit of Social Service Information) Meruya; this unit has produced numerous information media in the form of brochures and social media but the information that has been put in these media are still low. This situation is in contradiction to the number of activities that the unit has performed and one of these activities is creating artworks that has sale value. In relation to this finding, the Faculty of Design and Creative Art and the Unit of Community Service from Mercu Buana University has conducted Community Service Program in February 14th– 15, 2019 in the form of productive activities for UILS Meruya. The Community Service Program, that has been provided in the form of web design and management training, has earned good appreciation from UILS Meruya. Now, through the website, UILS Meruya does not only access information from the Internet but also promote the artworks by psychotic patients through the Internet.
