The research was conducted to learn about the effect of effective learning behavior on students' cognitive-psychomotor skills in class IX mathematics learning at MTs Ash-Shiddiqiyyah Sumber Cirebon. This method of research is quantitative research. The population of this research is composed of all students of class IX MTs Ash-Shiddiqiyyah, The sample of this research is class IX B with a total of 24 students taken from Cluster Random Sampling. The data collection techniques used are 2, ie questionnaires for effective behavioral data and test data for the cognitive-psychomotor skills of students. The technique of data analysis for hypothesis testing is a simple regression analysis technique. The result of this research shows that the result of t-count = 7.522 is greater than t-table = 0.404 so it means that there is an influence between an effective learning behavior towards the ability cognitive-psychomotor of the student in mathematics

This study aims to (1) analyze Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share on mathematics learning achievement, (2) analyze the level of students 'reasoning towards mathematics learning achievement, and (3) determine the interaction of Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share and the level of students' reasoning on mathematics learning achievement. This type of research uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design. All grade VIII students of State Junior High School 1 Sambi were the population of this study. The sample in this study consisted of two classes, 31 experimental  and 32 control students, with a sampling technique using cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques using documentation, tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the ANOVA technique. Two ways with different cells. The results of the study with a significance level of 5% are (1) there is a good effect using Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share on students 'mathematics learning achievement, (2) there is a good effect of reasoning on students' mathematics learning achievement, and (3) there is no interaction between Discovery Learning. Think Pair Share setting and students' reasoning. Therefore, it is concluded that mathematics learning achievement can be influenced by Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share and reasoning. Keywords: Discovery learning setting think pair share; mathematics learning outcomes; reasoning. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, (2) menganalisis tingkat penalaran siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, dan (3) mengetahui interaksi Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share dan tingkat penalaran siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment. Seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sambi menjadi populasi penelitian ini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas dengan 31 siswa eksperimen dan 32 siswa kontrol, dan pengambilan teknik sampling menggunakan cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, tes dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik ANAVA dua jalan dengan sel tak sama. Hasil penelitian dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% adalah (1) ada pengaruh baik menggunakan Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa, (2) ada pengaruh baik penalaran terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa, dan (3) tidak ada interaksi antara Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share dan penalaran siswa. Oleh karena itu, disimpulkan bahwa prestasi belajar matematika dapat dipengaruhi oleh Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share dan penalaran. Kata Kunci: Discovery learning setting think pair share; penalaran; prestasi belajar matematika.

This study discusses emotional intelligence for adolescents in Silam Village, Kuok Subdistrict, Kampar District. The purpose of this study was to study how emotional intelligence on families in Silam Village, Kuok District, Kampar District. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The population subjects were 250 teenagers in Silam Village and a sample of 71 adolescent Cluster Random Sampling. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out by simple linear regression analysis, and the processing in this study used the SPSS version 17.0 (Statistical Products and Services Solution) program for windows. The results showed a significant influence between emotional intelligence on adolescent behavior in the Silam Village, Kuok Subdistrict, Kampar District. Based on the hypothesis test (Significant Test), the Probability value of α is 0.05 ig sig (0.05 ≥ 0.00) which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus it can be denied that emotional intelligence is approved of adolescent behavior.

This research was motivated by the successful implementation of the child care and education module in the FDS program in Lolong Belanti Village, Padang City. This study aims to see the description of the implementation of the child care and education module in the FDS program based on aspects of efficiency, effectiveness and responsiveness. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 86 KPM. The sampling technique was cluster random sampling, with a total of 43 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results showed that (1) the efficiency of the implementation of the Parenting and Child Education module was obtained at an interval of 93% in the very appropriate category, (2) The effectiveness of the implementation of the Parenting and Child Education module obtained an interval of 93% in the very appropriate category, and (3) the responsiveness of implementation Parenting and Child Education module, obtained 98% interval is in the very category.

Abstract :This study aims to analyze the effect of the Adversity Quotient on students' entrepreneurial motivation at the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. The total population is 1,209 students. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique with a sample of 300 students. In collecting data, a questionnaire was used as a technique for collecting it. Simple regression analysis is a data analysis technique used with the help of the SPSS 16 program. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect in increasing student entrepreneurial motivationAbstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efekAdversity Quotientterhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa di fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. Jumlah populasi adalah 1.209 orang mahasiswa. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random samplingdengan sampel berjumlah300 orang mahasiswa. Dalam pengumpulan data digunakan angket sebagai teknik pengumulannya. Analisis regresi sederhana merupakan teknik analisis data yang dipakai dengan bantuan program SPSS 16. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa adversity quotient memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) manakah kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang lebih baik antara siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran SAVI berbantuan LKS, model pembelajaran REACT berbantuan LKS, atau model pembelajaran konvensional, (2) apakah kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran SAVI berbantuan LKS dan model pembelajaran REACT berbantuan LKS mencapai ketuntasan klasikal dan individual, dan (3) apakah terdapat pengaruh keaktifan belajar siswa pada model pembelajaran SAVI berbantuan LKS dan model pembelajaran REACT berbantuan LKS terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain posttest only control design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP Negeri 1 Subah kelas VIII tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis variansi satu jalan sel tak sama. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: (1) model pembelajaran SAVI berbantuan LKS dan model pembelajaran REACT berbantuan LKS menghasilkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang sama, dan kedua model pembelajaran tersebut menghasilkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran konvensional, (2) kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran SAVI berbantuan LKS dan model pembelajaran REACT berbantuan LKS mencapai ketuntasan klasikal dan individual, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh keaktifan belajar siswa pada model pembelajaran SAVI berbantuan LKS dan model pembelajaran REACT berbantuan LKS terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Model pembelajaran SAVI dan REACT berbantuan LKS dapat digunakan guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Samples taken using cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used are tests and observations. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of one-way cell variance is not the same. The results showed that: (1) SAVI learning models assisted by LKS and REACT learning models assisted by LKS produced the same mathematical communication skills, and both learning models produced students' mathematical communication skills better than conventional learning models, (2) ability Mathematical communication of students who obtain SAVI learning models assisted by LKS and REACT learning models assisted by LKS reaches classical and individual completeness, and (3) there is an effect of student learning activeness on SAVI learning models assisted by LKS and REACT learning models assisted by LKS on students' mathematical communication skills. Leadership of principals in order to improve the performance of teachers and employees is very important, it is fitting discipline applied to every school, both government and private. A performance of good teachers and employees is a step towards achieving the goals of a school so that productivity is a determinant in achieving school goals. This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership on the performance of teachers and employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang. The research design used is quantitative research. The sample of research is 35 employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang and data collection in the form of questionnaire method, interview, observation. While for data processing is analyzed for Validity and Realibility test using Alpha Cronbach formula using computer program. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data calculations and analysis used, obtained the regression equation, Y  20,091 0,441X. The objectives of this research is to find out the influence of organizational culture on the quality of service of PDAM Tirta Masserempulu, Enrekang Regency. The population is all customers in the Office of PDAM Tirta Masserempulu, Enrekang Regency. The sample used is a customer in the Office of PDAM Tirta Masserempulu, Enrekang Regency as many as 30 customers. The technique of determining the sample is by simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used was the analysis of the reliability test method and validity test, simple regression analysis of Pearson product moment (r) through the SPSS 20.00 program at a significant level of α = 0.05. The results showed that there was a significant influence between organizational culture on service quality PDAM Tirta Masserempulu, Enrekang Regency with a regression coefficient of 0.389 is positive, so it can be said that the direction of influence of variable X on Y is positive. While 76.9% is influenced by other factors not referred to in this study.Key word: organizational culture and service quality ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayananan PDAM Tirta Masserempulu Kabupaten Enrekang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah pelanggan di Kantor PDAM Tirta Masserempulu Kabupaten Enrekang sebanyak 30 pelanggan. Teknik penentuan sampel adalah dengan cara simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis metode uji reabilitas dan uji validitas, analisi regresi sederhana Pearson product moment (r) melalui program SPSS 20.00 pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan PDAM Tirta Masserempulu Kabupaten Enrekang dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,389 tersebut bernilai positif sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa arah pengaruh variable X terhadap Y adalah positif. Sedangkan 76,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termaksud dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi dan kualitas pelayanan.

AbstrakLatar belakang penelitian yaitu pentingnya kecerdasan logis matematis dan linguistik dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Penelitian bertujuan memprediksi hasil belajar matematika siswa berdasarkan kecerdasan logis matematis dan linguistik. Metode penelitian yaitu korelasional-kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di SMPN 16 Yogyakarta di kelas VII A, VII B, dan VII C tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.  Peneliti menggunakan 30 siswa sebagai sampel dan teknik cluster random sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampel, yaitu dengan mengambil 10 siswa pada setiap cluster yang ditetapkan. Dengan penggunaan cluster random sampling, peneliti dapat menentukan sampel dari pengambilan setiap cluster, sehingga sampel yang digunakan bisa merata. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala kecerdasan logis matematis dan kecerdasan linguistik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda yang dilakukan dengan SPSS 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kecerdasan logis matematis dan linguistik terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Kecerdasan logis matematis dan linguistik turut andil sebagai prediktor hasil belajar matematika siswa. AbstractThe research background is the importance of mathematical logical intelligence and linguistic in influencing learning outcomes. The research aims to predict student learning outcomes based on mathematical logical intelligence and linguistics. The method of research is correlational-quantitative which was carried out at SMPN 16th Yogyakarta in classes VII A, VII B, and VII C in 2019/2020. Researchers used 30 students as samples and cluster random sampling technique as sampling method, namely by taking 10 students in each cluster that was determined. By using cluster random sampling, researchers can determine the sample from each cluster, so that the sample used can be evenly distributed. The instrument used is a scale of logical-mathematical intelligence and linguistic intelligence. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis which was carried out with SPSS 25. The results of the analysis showed that there was a positive effect of mathematical and linguistic logical intelligence on students' mathematics learning outcomes. Mathematical logical intelligence and linguistic contribute as a predictor of student mathematics learning outcomes.

This study aims to research determine the effect of job stress against job satisfaction employees in the branch offices of PT. Pegadaian (Persero). Variabel studied were job stress as the independent variable (X) and variable job satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The method used in this study is quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 31 respondents. Techniques used in the purposive sampling and quota sampling. The data analysis technique are used to test the hypothesis is a simple regression analysis using SPSS version 17.00. Based on the calculations, the p value for the correlation of job stress and job satisfaction of 0.001 (p < 0,05). Regression equation, Y = 116,144 – 0,656X and the level of influence (R Square) of job stress on job satisfaction is 0.284, which means that job stress affects job satisfaction by 28,4% and the remaining 71,6% is influenced by factors other than job stress. Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha accepted so it can be concluded that there was a significant influence between job stress on job satisfaction of employees in branch offices PT. Pegadaian (Persero).

This study aims to determine the extent of student participation in student organizations and learning behavior on mathematics learning achievement. The research method used in this study is a survey method. Data analysis technique using multiple regression. The sample size is 95 students taken by simple random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire/questionnaire to measure student participation in student organizations and learning behavior, as well as documentation of report cards to see mathematics learning achievement. The results of the hypothesis test are: (1) There is a significant effect of student participation in student organizations and learning behavior together on mathematics learning achievement (2) There is a significant effect of student participation in student organizations on mathematics learning achievement (3) There is a significant effect significant learning behavior on learning achievement in mathematics. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana partisipasi siswa dalam organisasi kesiswaan dan perilaku belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi ganda. Besar sampel sebanyak 95 siswa yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket/kuesioner untuk mengukur partisipasi siswa dalam organisasi kesiswaan dan perilaku belajar, serta dokumentasi nilai raport untuk melihat prestasi belajar matematika. Hasil uji hipotesisnya yaitu : (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan partisipasi siswa dalam organisasi kesiswaan dan perilaku belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar matematika (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan partisipasi siswa dalam organisasi kesiswaan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan perilaku belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika.
