This study aims to measure the level of student satisfaction on dimensions of quality education services either partially or partial. Dimensions of the quality of education services consist of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Respondents were 60 students STIE Widya Gama Lumajang. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, by first testing the research instrument, namely the validity and reliability. The results showed that partially there are two variables that affect student satisfaction is assurance and empathy, while simultaneously dimensions of service quality education consisted of five variables affect the student satisfaction. 52.9% student satisfaction can be explained by the independent variables are physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, while the remaining 47.1% of student satisfaction is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

This study aims to assess whether the service quality of academic and educational facilities affects either jointly or partially on student satisfaction. The population in this study were students numbered 130, the number of samples taken as many as 88 students. Data collection instrument used was a questionnaire using Likert scale which is based on the construction summarized from various theories that translate them into operational variable, while the testing of research instruments is done through validity and reliability test. Hypothesis testing is done using a multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of work discipline and work environment on the performance of Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karo. This research is a quantitative research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karo as many as 42 people. Instrument testing in this study was conducted using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t value (2.452) is greater than the t table value (2.015), and the significance value is 0.019 less than 0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t value (6.670) is greater than the t table value (2.015), and the significance value is 0.000 less than 0.05. Work environment and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the calculated F value (33.789) is greater than the F table value (2.83), and the significance value is 0.000 less than 0.05. The amount of influence of the independent variables (work environment and work discipline) on the dependent variable (employee performance) is 63.4%, while the remaining 36.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Purpose of this study for examine and analyze the influence of the quality of service that consists of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for customers satisfaction Orenztaxi. This study used a quantitative research using surveys and questionnaires to 100 Orenztaxi customers in Surabaya. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. It was found that the variable quality of services consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously have an influence on customers satisfaction at Orenztaxi Surabaya and the variable quality of services consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy partially positive and significant effect on customers satisfaction at Orienztaxi Surabaya.

This study aims to determine the influence of library facilities, librarian performance, and quality of information on user satisfaction (students). The respondents of this research are Batam State Polytechnic students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Test the research instrument by using the validity and reliability analysis. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis tool is used to know how far library facilities (X1), librarian performance (X2), information quality (X3), to student satisfaction (Y). Partial research results indicate that library facility variables, librarian performance and information quality have positive and significant influence

<p><em>This study aims to determine the quality of academic service on student satisfaction. The object of this research at the Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University. The independent variables in this study are tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, empathy and assurance. The dependent variable in this study is student satisfaction at the Faculty of Medicine at Diponegoro University.</em></p><p><em>The population in this research is 4522 active students with a sample of 97 students. The method used in this research is a probability sampling method with proportional stratified random sampling technique. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis tool.</em></p><p><em>The results showed that the tangibles, responsiveness, reliability and empathy partially has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. Assurance variable doesn’t have effect on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Medicine, University Diponegoro.</em></p>

<em>This study aims to see "The influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of employees in the Department of road infrastructure and bridge area Bukittinggi". The number of population and samples in this study all employees of the Office of Road and Bridge Infrastructure Bukittinggi region as many as 32 people are all entered using the census method. Data were collected through questionnaires distribution with </em><em>l</em><em>ikert scale model then tested to validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method, after passing the classical assumption test using SPSS program. In this study leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study are a). Leadership has positive and significant effect there is employee performance that is equal to 0,222 with level signifikanness 0,026 &lt;0,05. b). Motivation have positive and significant effect there is employee performance that is equal to 0,782 with significance level 0,000 &lt;0,05, leadership and motivation together have positive significant effect to employee performance equal to 51,623 with significance level 0,000 &lt;0,05. Based on the conclusions obtained then it is suggested to the next researcher, if you want to do a similar research is expected to add other factors that can affect the performance of employees such as incentives, work environment, and others.</em><br /><p> </p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas prasarana jalan dan jembatan wilayah Bukittinggi baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitan ini seluruh pegawai Kantor Dinas Prasarana Jalan dan Jembatan wilayah Bukittinggi  sebanyak 32 orang dan semuanya digunakan sebagai responden  dengan  menggunakan metode sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan skala Likert kemudian diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dari kuisioner tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, setelah melewati uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Dalam penelitian ini kepemimpinan dan motivasi sebagai variabel independen, kinerja sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan Kepemimpinan dan motivasi baik secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terdapat kinerja pegawai di Dinas prasarana jalan dan jembatan wilayah Bukittinggi.</p>

Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.

Objective - The number of hotels in both urban or in tourism areas has increased quite rapidly. The success and sustainability of hotel businesses is largely determined by their marketing strategy and the quality of services they provide to their customers. In choosing a hotel, customers consider both the physical appearance of the hotel as well as the quality of service provided. The rapid increase in hotels in Indonesia necessarily increases competition in the hotel industry and the rules surrounding market competition become quite strict. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the dimensions of service quality (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on customer satisfaction and to identify the most dominant dimension in terms of customer satisfaction. Methodology/Technique - The research studied 110 respondents who have stayed in several hotels located in Batu, Indonesia. The data was collected using purposive sampling techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. Findings – Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that the dimensions of service quality (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. In addition, the service quality dimension that has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is assurance. Novelty - The research supported by original data and contribute to the literature in the context of Indonesia. This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) &lt;(1,984) and not significant (0,348)&gt; (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,017) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120&gt; 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)&gt; t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees.
