This research is a quantitative research. Primary data is the result of filling out questionnaires by all respondents, namely all mushroom farmers in Probolinggo. And secondary data in the form of all mushroom farmer data in Probolinggo with a total population of 60 mushroom farmers in Probolinggo. The selection of oyster mushroom farmer respondents was carried out using the census method. The samples in this study were all farmers who cultivated oyster mushrooms in Probolinggo Regency. The results of this study indicate that oyster mushroom farmers in Probolinggo use logs. By using this tool, it can increase the income of mushroom farmers. So that the oyster mushroom in Probolinggo is suitable to be used as a business / developed field. The marketing channel pattern of oyster mushrooms in Probolinggo uses two patterns. Namely the first pattern, mushroom farmers sell mushrooms to resellers, resellers will resell to retailers and retailers will sell again to end consumers. For the second pattern, mushroom farmers sell resellers, and resellers will sell directly to the final consumer. From the above analysis it can be concluded that the second channel is more profitable for farmers in terms of income.

This research aimed to compare the marketing margin on farmers, traders, and retailers in the harvest of last season and the season now and see rice marketing distribution channels. As a very important sector, rice is still facing many problems, especially with regard to the welfare of peasant producers. Rice marketing issues, including low selling price at the level of farmers marketing channel pattern, margin and marketing efficiency. This research was conducted in the district of West Kakas in four villages namely Tountimomor, Passo, Panasen, Kalawiran, as the biggest producer in West Kakas and this research during the month of July until completed. The data obtained are primary and secondary data. Primary data sourced from the opinions and interviews with related parties are the subject of research. Secondary data is data obtained by researchers who comes from a document from the relevant authorities, such as: internet, literature sources or literature books and the Central Bureau of Statistics. This study uses a snowball to the rice marketing channel. Based on research conducted showed that the cost and the marketing margin level channel 1 at harvest 1 lower than the cost and the marketing margin level channel 1 for the season 2, also the cost and marketing margin on channel 2 at harvest level 1 is still lower than the cost and the marketing margin at the channel level 2 for the season 2. The greater the marketing margin, the more inefficient the marketing system.

Effective training through selection of suitable methods is imperative for students to acquire necessary skills and competences required for employment. Suitability of the methods adopted for training the students the use of dedicated quantity surveying software packages is in doubt due to the increasing rate of unemployment among the graduates. Hence, this paper examined the methods adopted for training the students with a view to determining their suitability. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires administered virtually through email and WhatsApp social medium due to COVID-19 pandemic on the total population of 21 lecturers responsible for training the students in the 20 fully accredited tertiary institutions in the country. In addition, secondary data were obtained from the end of the semester students’ raw score sheets of the ICT courses from the lecturers’ records. A total of 18 properly completed questionnaires representing 85.7% return rate, were received via email and WhatsApp social medium. The data obtained were analysed with descriptive and inferential statistics such as means, percentages, and Cramer’s V test using IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The results obtained revealed that the lecturers were not academically qualified in both ICT and pedagogy thus playing roles they were not trained for. It further revealed that the lecturers were adopting only two forms of traditional training method (Lecture and Discussion) which could not produce the required learning outcome. Thus, the study concluded that the adopted methods of training were unsuitable and recommended capacity building in both ICT and Teaching for the lecturers.

The cultivation of oyster mushrooms belongs to Mr. Kantak is located on Jalan Sulawesi, Klampok Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City. This business produces baglogs of white oyster mushroom growing media and sells its own mushrooms. The researcher focused on the cost of making baglog only. The purpose of the study was to find out (1) How big is the Break Even Point (BEP) as a Profit Planning Tool in the Making of Mr. Oyster Mushroom Planting Media Kantak (2) How much is the amount of margin of safety in business Making Oyster Mushroom growing media owned by Mr. Kantak (3) How big is the planning of profits obtained in the business of making an oyster mushroom growing media mr. Kantak. Through the calculation of the break-even point in the cultivation of oyster mushrooms can be easily used to calculate the sales volume, where the calculation can be used as a calculation tool to determine the desired profit. In this study using quantitative methods. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. From the results of interviews and observations made, researchers obtained the data needed to complete the data needed. Secondary data obtained in the form of organizational structure, history and business profile. The results of this study indicate that the sale of baglog sales is a minimum of 1,564 units with a break-even price for making baglog 4000 of Rp. 2,268 and in the making of baglogs which suffered 12% damage received a price of Rp. 2,200. In calculating the break-even point of making 4000 planting media obtained a safety point of 61%. So that the profit planning obtained in making 4000 planting media is Rp. 4,304,062 and in the case of the deduction of 12% damage received a profit plan of Rp. 4,488,566

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: finansial usaha pengolahan susu kerbau menjadi Dali ni horbo, saluran pemasaran Dali ni horbo dan efisiensi pemasaran Dali ni horbo.  Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Sabungan Ni Huta, Kecamatan Ronggur Ni Huta,  Kabupaten Samosir, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa lokasi tersebut merupakan salah satu penghasil susu kerbau dan Dali ni horbo di Kabupaten Samosir. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 46 orang Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis nilai R/C ratio, Return On Inestment (ROI), deskriptif kuantitatif serta analisis marketing margin, price spread dan share margin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan susu kerbau menjadi Dali ni horbomenghasilkannilai R/C sebesar 1.76 dan ROI sebesar 76.21 % dengan arti bahwa usaha Dali ni horbo menguntungkan sekaligus layak untuk diusahakan. Saluran pemasaran Dali ni horbo diDesa Sabungan Ni Huta, Kecamatan Ronggur Ni Huta, Kabupaten Samosir terdiri dari 2 saluran. Saluran I yaitu : Pengolah Dali ni horbo(Produsen) ® Rumah Makan ® Konsumen, sedangkan saluran II yaitu : pengolah Dali ni horbo(Produsen) ® Pedagang Pengecer ® Rumah Makan ® Konsumen. Efisiensi pemasaran pada saluran I sebesar 15,00 %, sedangkan saluran pemasaran II sebesar 20,00 %.  Kedua efisiensi pemasaran tersebut lebih kecil dari 50 %, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pemasaran Dali ni horbo untuk saluran I dan II tergolong efisien.  Saluran pemasaran I lebih efisien dibandingkan saluran pemasaran II. ABSTRACT  The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) financial of buffalo milk processing business into Dali ni horbo, (2) Dali ni horbo marketing channel and (3) marketing efficiency of Dali ni horbo. The study was conducted in the Sabungan Ni Huta Village, Ronggur Ni Huta District, Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. The location selection was carried out deliberately (purposive) with the consideration that the location was one of buffalo milk producers and Dali ni horbo in Samosir Regency. The type of data used are primary data and secondary data with a total sample of 46 people. The data analysis method used is the analysis of R / C ratio, Return On Investment (ROI), quantitative descriptive analysis and marketing margin analysis, price spread and share margin.The results showed that the processing of buffalo milk into Dali ni horbo produced an R / C value of 1.76 and an ROI of 76.21% with the meaning that the business of Dali ni horbo was profitable as well as worth the effort. The Dali ni horbo marketing channel in Sabungan Ni Huta Village, Ronggur Ni Huta District, Samosir Regency consists of 2 channels. Channel I, namely: Processors Dali ni horbo (Producers) ® Restaurants ® Consumers, while channel II namely: processors Dali ni horbo (Producers) ® Retailers ® Restaurants ® Consumers. Marketing efficiency in channel I was 15.00%, while marketing channel II was 20.00%. Both marketing efficiencies are smaller than 50%, so it can be said that Dali ni horbo marketing for channels I and II is classified as efficient. Marketing channel I is more efficient than marketing channel II.

This study aims to determine the characteristics of smallholder farmers in Tolok Village, Tompaso District. The study was conducted in August to September 2019. The selection of samples in this study was carried out purposevley with 33 respondent farmers, namely those who have small size of land of less than 0.5 hectares. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collected through interviews and observations. Secondary data were obtained from the Tolok Village office, library and the Internet. Data analysis uses description analysis, which describes the characteristics of smallholder farmers and is presented in tabular form. The results showed that farmers who have small size of land with low income and are unable to rely solely on the agricultural sector as a source of income. The non-agricultural sector is also used as a source of additional income to meet their needs.*eprm*

Ethereal is a brand that sells handmade soap with an environmentally friendly concept, which puts forward natural ingredients that are safe for the skin and the environment. The design of the brand campaign and its promotional media is made as a means to communicate the value and products offered and to increase Ethereal brand awareness to potential consumers. The method used is primary data collection through interviews with three experts and three extreme users and distribution of questionnaires to 100 people who are using handmade soap. Research is also supported by literature studies, books, journals and previous research as secondary data. The slum area of Meranti Pandak is one of seven slum areas in Pekanbaru City according to Mayor's Decree No. 151/2016, is on the edge of the vulnerable Siak River with overflow due to ups and downs . This study aims to produce a draft slum area design direction as one of the references for related parties to create Pekanbaru free from slum. The research method used is quantitative research method using secondary data as well as primary data with data collection techniques through observation and filling questionnaire . Result of requirement analysis of structuring slums are the three aspects structuring approach settlement infrastructure; improvements to environmental road accessibility, drinking water services , sanitation access fulfillment,wastewater management and waste management and fire hazard security, enhanced oversight of the development of settlement development from internal parties; LKM, TIPP, POKJA and internal resource team as well as from external parties; college, consult's, government and private sectors as well as community empowerment methods; counseling, mentoring and technical assistance.

This study aims to determine whether there is influence over land tenure status to the income of rice farmers. Data retrieval is done with primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the farmers through a list of questions that had been prepared, while secondary data obtained from the office of the village or the head of the village. The way of taking samples, to look at the total population of each of the existing land tenure status, then divided by the population over land ownership and divided by 60 as a sample to be taken. The data collection method used is descriptive analysis and ANOVA (analysis of variance) in one direction. The concepts of measuring variables used are over land ownership, production, farming costs, revenue and income. The results of this study indicate that there are significant land ownership to farmers' income, the highest income is income tenants. Different income is the income of farmers own property with tenant farmers' income.

This study aims to determine how the effect of perceived organisational support and employee engagement on the performance of employees. This study uses quantitative research with a population of employees at UD. Zacyndo safety shoe factory in Tuban and Mojokerto regency. This study using a sample of 45 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting primary data through the distribution of online questionnaires and using secondary data collection through documentation of organisational activities/events and other written sources of information as writing reference materials. Data were analysed using multiple regression through SPSS version 24. The result showed that perceived organisational support had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, employee engagement had a significant and positive effect on employee performance, and perceived organisational support and employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. UD. Zacyndo may improve POS better by paying attention to employee welfare to produce maximum performance. In addition, improve strong relationships with each employee may help the organisation to achieve the intended goals.

This research was prepared aiming to determine the amount of cost, income, and efficiency of vegetable farming in the Buluballea Environment, Pattappang Village, Tinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency. Besides this research is also to determine the effect of factors such as land area, labor, manure, urea fertilizer, KCl fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, and cropping patterns on costs and income. Tumpangsari Farming is planting in almost the same time for the same two types of crops. The basic method used in this research is descriptive study and is done by interview technique. The selection of sample farmers uses a stratified random sampling method with a total of 5 (five) people. The type of data used in the study is primary data and secondary data collected by interview, note-taking, and observation techniques
