The slum area of Meranti Pandak is one of seven slum areas in Pekanbaru City according to Mayor's Decree No. 151/2016, is on the edge of the vulnerable Siak River with overflow due to ups and downs . This study aims to produce a draft slum area design direction as one of the references for related parties to create Pekanbaru free from slum. The research method used is quantitative research method using secondary data as well as primary data with data collection techniques through observation and filling questionnaire . Result of requirement analysis of structuring slums are the three aspects structuring approach settlement infrastructure; improvements to environmental road accessibility, drinking water services , sanitation access fulfillment,wastewater management and waste management and fire hazard security, enhanced oversight of the development of settlement development from internal parties; LKM, TIPP, POKJA and internal resource team as well as from external parties; college, consult's, government and private sectors as well as community empowerment methods; counseling, mentoring and technical assistance.

Muara Fajar Urban Village is the location of Final Disposal (TPA) for garbage in Pekanbaru City, which if not get special attention can be turned into a very dangerous slum area. This research aims to produce a direction of arrangement of settlement infrastructure of Muara Fajar Urban Village as one of reference for related parties either Local Government or another private party in trying Pekanbaru free of the slum. The method used in determining the potential of utility development in Muara Fajar Village is by analyzing secondary data and primary data through the use of questionnaires and interviews and field observation. The result of requirement analysis of public service means that the potential of settlement utility development which becomes a priority in Muara Fajar Urban Village is drinking water service, wastewater management, environmental drainage and waste management.

Pandawa Beach is one of beaches thatlocatedon the south coast of Bali Island, exactly in Kutuh Village, Kuta Selatan Subdistrict, Badung-Regency. This beach is visited by hundreds of domestic tourists everyday. White sand, shallow beach, limestone hill, and also the clean torquoise water being photography or selfie objects in every single day by domestic tourists. The photos-averagely uploaded to social medias everyday. This activity surely will affect many people to come and visit to Pandawa Beach. Thus, this case made the background of choosing the topic “Facebook’sEffecttoward Visiting-Decision of Domestic Tourists toPandawa Beach” to be researched. The goal of this research is to determine the significance of Facebook’s effect toward-visiting decision of domestic-tourists to Pandawa Beach. The research method that used-in this research are quantitative research method with validity test analysis, reliability test, frequency test, t-test, and correlation analysis to analyze the-Facebook’s effecttoward visiting decision toPandawa Beach. Data sources are gained from primary data and secondary data. Data collecting technique used observation method, documentation, and using-questionnaires. Sample of tourists determination technique used in this research is incidental sampling technique. This research is also limited with theory of planned behavior, concept of social media, concept of visiting decision, and concept of tourists. The results of this research isthat-Facebook haseffecttoward the visiting decision of domestic tourists in Pandawa Beach but the effectis weak. This is caused that the tourist who visits-Pandawa Beach also have references of another good beaches in online social media so the Pandawa Beach is not the location that prioritized or the only one tourist attraction that chosen-to be visited by domestic tourists.   Keywords: Facebook’s Effect, Visiting Decision, Domestic Tourists, Pandawa Beach

Identity politics is a concept and a political movement which the attention focus is difference as a major political category. In Indonesia the identity politics is more related to ethnicity, religion, ideology, and local interests that are generally represented by elites with their respective articulations, respectively. The direct local elections since 2005 have created an interesting phenomenon, when religious and ethnic-based politics are considered the strategic in attracting sympathy and support from the community. This research is aimed to find out the religion influence and ethnic on the voting behavior by Kupang society in the East Nusa Tenggara Governor and Vice Governor Election 2013. In this research is used Ethnic especially primordial theory by the instrumentalist approach, and religion especially religious and voting behavior approach in psychological and rational. The research method used is quantitative research method with multistage random sampling technique, with the primary data collection method using survey and document analyses as well as literature for secondary data. The results showed that religion and ethnic influence on the Kupang people voting behavior in the East Nusa Tenggara Governor and Vice Governor election 2013.

This study aims to determine whether the financial performance measured by using CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR can affect the value of banking companies as measured by using PBV. This study uses secondary data taken from the annual report of banking companies during the year 2012-2016 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples of this study as many as 25 banking companies with a total of 125 data. This research method is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate the effect of CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR variables on firm value measured by using PBV in a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In banking industries, employees are entrusted with different roles and responsibilities, and training enables them to carry out these roles and responsibilities efficiently by let them to learn new things. Moreover, it will prepare them to take up higher responsibilities in the future. Therefore, this study focuses to analyze the employee perceptions on effectiveness of Training Programs in Myanmar Citizens Bank (MCB).  By using the descriptive research method, primary data are collected from the responsible persons and employees of MCB in head office, branches. Secondary data are gathered and scrutinized from relevant text books, records and annual reports from MCB. The research revealed that there are four kinds of training programs in MCB. Moreover, this paper revealed that MCB successfully delivered its training programs in year 2015 to 2018 and the trainees have positive perceptions on effectiveness of training programs in MCB. Based on these results, this paper pointed out the important facts that can give improvement actions for effective and efficient training programs in Myanmar Citizen Banks.

The purpose of this researchment is to ascertain how wide the farming of species Saccharun Edule Hasskarl (terubuk) in sub district Tosa, district of East Tidore of Tidore Island through the indicator of the value revenue, production and selling prices so that the farmers will achieve The Break Event Point (BEP). The research method was used a quantitative method with the number of samples of 30 people. The determination of the sample method is using the census method or involving all members of the population into a sample of researchment. The secondary data collection was done by using library literature in the form of document review and relevant references to research object while primary data collection was done by using questionnaire. The data is using equation R /C Ratio, BEP Revenue, BEP Price, and BEP Production. Therefore from the results of the researchment it can be explained that the two of the thirty farmers come through the break event point, while the other twenty-eight farmers declared having a business that worth to be develop or experiencing profit, because the R/C ratio is above 1.0 with average profit reach Rp. 989.000, - per production / farmer.

The buy back guarantee agreement in the cooperation agreement aims to protect the bank frombusiness risks in the distribution of machine ownership financing. Buy back guarantee is defined asthe ability of the supplier as a guarantor against the bank, to "buy back" the machine object afterthe debtor is declared in default to the bank. Based on the description, the writer tries to examine theimplementation of the buy back guarantee agreement related to the distribution of machine financing,and legal remedies for the bank applying the contents of the buy back guarantee if there is default onthe debtor. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with analytical descriptivespecifications.The research was carried out through literature study, then looked at the relationshipbetween one law and another and carried out an analysis related to the application of its practice.After getting a description of the research results, the writer analyzes and draws conclusions fromthe research results obtained. Primary data collection is also carried out to support secondary data,which is obtained by documentation and bank interviews related to the machine ownership agreement.The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the buy back guarantee was carriedout in several stages, namely the stage of the debtor's statement of default, the negotiation stage,and the stage of the agreement, the application of the buy back guarantee. Apart from that, the buyback guarantee that applies to PT. BPRS XXX Bekasi, there are two types of definitions: "buy backguarantee" and "help resell" by the supplier. Legal action has never been taken by the bank whenthere is default from the debtor. The bank is more concerned about the good ethics of the supplier tobuy / help sell the machine goods. The suggestions that the writer can give include, banks must applyprudential banking principles more selectively, suppliers do not only pursue sales targets but payattention to the side of the bank so that cooperation remains well established. n addition, research isneeded regarding the perspectives of the bank, supplier and debtor in addressing the problems thatexist in buy back guarantee in more depth and breadth.

Purpose: This study sought to assess the determinants of sustainability of donor funded community projects in Garissa County. The study specifically focused on community participation, financial administration, training and leadership and management on sustainability of donor funded community projects in Garissa County. The variables were anchored by the freirean theory, results theory, competency theory and the systems theory.Methodology: The study adopted a descriptive research design and the population included donor funded project managers, donor agencies and project beneficiaries. Mugenda and Mugenda’s sample determination formula to acquire a sample size of 246 respondents. Further, the study employed stratified sampling so as to determine the exact number of respondents from the different categories. Primary data was collected through semi structured questionnaire while secondary data was collected through  desk search techniques from the internet from past scholarly articles. Quantitative data was analysed using a multivariate regression model while qualitative data was analysed using content analysis method.Results: Inferential results revealed a positive and significant relationship between community participation and sustainability of donor funded community projects and also positive and significant association between financial management and sustainability of donor funded community projects in Garissa County.Contribution: The study concluded that an improvement in various indicators of community participation such as donor funded community projects leaders’ vision, community empowerment and community decision-making, programme planning, monitoring and evaluation, leadership and management skills, establishment of linkages between project components, supervision and mobilization of local resources will result to positive and significant effect on sustainability of donor funded community projects in Garissa County. The study also concluded that improvement in some of the indicators that define financial management results to positive and significant effect on sustainability of donor funded community projects in Garissa County.

This study aims to determine how the influence of a sukuk instrument issuance on market reactions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2015. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. Quantitative research contains a relationship between cause and effect. The type of data used is secondary data, data collection used by the author is to know the relationship between two or more variables. The object to be examined in this study is the total value and rating of the issuance of Islamic bonds (sukuk) companies as independent variables and cumulative abnormal return shares of companies that issue Islamic bonds (sukuk) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015. The results of this study indicate the value of sukuk bond issuance and sukuk bond issuance ratings jointly affect stock returns. The value of issuing sukuk bonds partially affects stock returns and the rating of bond issuance has an effect on return.
