Purpose of the study: This study aims to investigate the relationship of sports participation with achievement, motivation, and innovation traits among university students. Methodology. A sample of 325 students was approached at the University of Lahore and the University of Punjab, through a convenience sampling technique. Descriptive statistics, Chi-square, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis were applied for data analysis.  The reliability of the instrument was α = 0.93. Main Findings: It was found that only14.2% of the students were active in regular sports participation and 45% had shown their interest in sports while 10.8% were undecided. The student's level of interest was above moderate. Sports Participation had no significant (p>0.05) association with age, gender, institute, locality, and family income. Sports Participation, innovation, achievement, and motivation had a significant and positive association. Innovation, achievement, and motivation were significant and positive predictors of sports participation. It is concluded that these factors were not inhibitors. Applications of this study: The university authorities should make serious efforts to develop modalities for sports participation of the students. Most of the available studies show the relationship of sports participation with demographical, social, and structural factors among the athletes or students while the current study describes the association of sports participation not only with biographical factors of the university students but also with their traits like achievement, motivation, and innovation.

The present empirical study was designed to study the correlation between the academic achievement and consciousness at two different educational levels of the university. The study was a non-experimental correlation study which was conducted on 150 students (75 graduates, 75 post graduates) of Faculty of Education, Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. The number of male and female students was in the ratio of 65:35. A willing participation of the students in the study was sought. Consciousness Quotient Inventory by Brazdau (2008) was used to assess consciousness quotient of the university students at two different educational levels (i.e. graduation and post-graduation). To measure the academic achievement of the students, students' scores of internal and external assessment at the university were considered. Pearson's Product Moment Correlation was used to find out correlation between the scores of Academic achievement and consciousness quotient. Results indicated a significant positive correlation between academic achievement and Consciousness of the students at the two educational levels at the university. Moreover, results indicated the rise in consciousness level with the rise in the educational level at the University. At the end of the paper, educational implications of the study are provided for the teachers, educators, administrators and other people associated with the field of education.

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there was an effect of the use of electronic money on the consumptive behavior of students at the University of Indraprasta PGRI. The research method in this research is a survey method with a questionnaire. The population studied was 430 people with a sample of 81 people. Based on the research results, the sensitivity level of consumptive behavior towards the use of electronic money itself is 32% which is indicated by the regression coefficient Y = 42.26 + 0.32X. While the correlation coefficient shows r = 0.325 and the coefficient of determination (KD) of 10.56%. In the hypothesis test, the value of tcount> ttable is 3.085> 1.664. Then the hypothesis is that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant influence between the use of electronic money on the consumptive behavior of students of economic education at Indraprasta PGRI University. From the results above, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence but has a low correlation with the contribution of using electronic money to student consumptive behavior by 10.56% and the remaining 89.44% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: non-cash payments, electronic money, consumptive behavior

Although some attention has been given to student issues at university, the literature on the relationship between social connectedness, achievement motivation and emotional-social learning with student adjustment is relatively limited. Therefore, this study investigates the impact of social connectedness, achievement motivation and emotional-social learning upon the adjustment of students in a university context. In addition, this study looks into the differences in achievement motivation and emotional-social learning levels between the genders. The sample comprised 240 university students, both male and female. According to the findings, the relationship between the study variables does not significantly differ between genders. Emotional-social learning is significant in terms of predicting the adjustment. Furthermore, gender differences were noted in terms of emotional-social learning levels, but not in terms of achievement motivation and social connectedness. The study explores implications of the significance of emotional-social learning in the university environment and makes recommendations in light of these implications.
