Generally, there are four management functions that are familiarized by community namely planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. In organizing function, there is staffing function. Leaders of organization are expected to be able to hold all management functions to get maximum management result. This article discusses evaluation and education management based on Al-Qur’an and hadith. Islamic education management is managing education based on the values of Islam as stated in al-Qur’an and hadith, and scholars’ thought. Besides, evaluation is one of Islamic education system components that must be conducted systematically and planned As a tool to measure the success or target that will be achieved in the process of Islamic education management.   Key words: education management, Evaluation, Qur’an and Hadith

          This study aims to determine the holistic education at Al Hamidiyah Islamic boarding school in Depok, the existence of Holistic education management at the Al Hamidiyah Islamic boarding school in Depok, which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring aspects, and to determine the efforts to improve Holistic management in Islamic Education in Islamic Boarding Schools Al Hamidiyah. Ideally Al Hamidiyah Islamic Boarding School has set the foundation for the implementation of Holistic education. From the management aspect, Holistic education management functions have also been established and implemented. Therefore a research with a qualitative approach was conducted. The research technique was carried out by interview, observation and document review techniques. The results showed that the Al Hamidiyah Sawangan Islamic Boarding School in Depok had organized a Holistic education as seen in its vision, mission, and special objectives and various activities. Such education is inseparable from the history of its founder and the environmental conditions that surround it, both at its inception, the history of its development, to the present condition. Holistic education management implemented or organized by the Al Hamidiyah Islamic Boarding School in Depok has used the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising in the education process in general and learning in particular at various types and levels of education at the Al Hamidiyah Islamic Boarding School. There are still a number of deficiencies in the implementation of Holistic education in Al Hamidiyah Islamic Boarding School, in addition to a number of advantages possessed. Among the shortcomings are superior human resources, incomplete facilities and infrastructure, and the use of information technology that has not been maximized. Prolematics of Non-Formal Islamic Education Management in Muslim Communities. This article aims to describe the prolematics of managing non-formal Islamic education in the Muslim community, specifically TPQ Nurul Taqwa Sea in Sea Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency. Management problems in non-formal education, specifically TPQ Nurul Taqwa Sea are related to the non-optimally implementation of institutional management based on management functions (planning, organizing, monitoring and evaluating). In addition, it also illustrates the driving and inhibiting factors in the management of TPQ Nurul Taqwa Sea relating to (1) curriculum and teaching, (2) teaching staff, (3) students, (4) facilities and infrastructure, (5) finance and financing, (6) TPQ's relationship with the community

Pesantren as Islamic education institution have two main focuses in organizing their activities programs; first is the aspect of learning, and second is the aspect of Education. In the Learning aspect, the Santri gained cognitive knowledge from Kitab Kuning book, whereas the Santri obtained the affective and psychomotor aspects through the boarding education system. Where the Santri lives with his friends, teachers, and Kyai together in the scope of Pondok or dormitory. The purpose of writing this paper is to describe dormitory management with a managerial perspective. The conclusion is that the dormitory management concept, which includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, has been carried out by boarding schools. Optimizing the management functions of the management of the dormitory will assist the board in achieving the main objectives of boarding school.

The great number of kindergartens in Indonesia shows great participation of public, foundations, and social charities. Such participation should always be enhanced by progressively increasing expectations. The essence of management is how to manage and take advantage of all available resources effectively and efficiently to achieve success as expected. Management of Islamic education meant here is an educational organization that is divided into different types of education with their own characteristics and purposes. All are trying to embody the values of Islam in the education system. In addition, Management of public relations is the management which governs the relationship between institutions and the public. Public relation has a considerable role for the development of an institution. That is to say, an institution may not develop properly without good relations with the surrounding community, especially educational institutions (pre-school or school). The government implements private madrasa in order to improve Islamic education services. The strengthening of the existence of madrasa is inseparable from the participation of stakeholders. Especially in the fields of managerial, human resources, and infrastructure. The combination of a traditional Islamic education system with a modern Islamic education system is an appropriate alternative policy. This study aims to describe the concept of education management in the madrasa, the role of stakeholders, and the influence of madrasa enforcement on the implementation of education quality improvement in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. This research is a case study with an interpretive or post positivistic approach. The findings of this study are the establishment of madrasa has a positive effect on the madrasah management which is more transparent, accountable, collaborative, coordinative, and while maintaining the characteristics of madrasas. Cooperative Participation Management based on religiosity become model of education quality improvement in MAN 2 Manggarai.

The Principles of Islam requirehuman to maintain  and improve their moral values BuT in fact, many  Moslems  face problems of moral deteriora tion, crisis of beliefs, and moral decadence that happenin all aspects of life. This moral deterioration is often associated by  the  experts  of  education  with the failure of educat ion. The failure of education relates to the education system that has various components that affect each other. The elements needed in the education system are the goal of education , educators, students, tool s,  and  natural  surroundings. The results of this study indicate that the essence of  spiritual  learning obligations according to Syaikh 'Abd al-Qadir al-Jilaniy is araising the total of  truth towards  Allah SWT's path.  The aims of the learning areto implement knowledge and clean  the heart (tazkiyyah al-nafs) from worldly characters and the lust of dirtiness to ma'rifatullah. Spiritual educators are  those who  practice  the law of Allah, clean the heart and  guide  students to the  safety of life  in the Hereafter . Learners constantly face Allah and obey Him, do not meet the call besides Allah, listen  to  the  call  of  Allah  and implement everything stated in the Qur ·an  and  the  Prophet tradition. Teaching method used is the method of mau'izhah, sima',  ahwal ,   and   muhasabah  fial-nafs (introspection). Educational materials are  based  on  the  basics  of  spiritual education in the Qur'an, the Prothet tradition. and the opinion of Muslim religious leaders who have noble characters and integrate science.  Moral education  is  the core of Islamic education. The implications of the spiritual educational thought of Syaikh 'Abd al-Qadir al-Jilaniy toward the reality of Islamic education in Indonesia is the emphasis of moral education that leads to a balance relationship  between  the  exoteric  and esoteric aspects of the learning process.

Islamic education is not only focussed on physical problems such as cognitive but also on spiritualilty which the mind’s ability that is build in tasawuf by tarekat way. Qadiriyah is a taken from the name of its founder Abd. Al-Qadir Jilani who is popular with Syekh Abd. Al-Qadir Jilani Al-Ghawsts atau Quthb Auliya. Syeikh Abd. Al-Qadir is athe founder of spiritual which is masive and organized well. Before Syeikh Abd. Al-Qadir Jilani, Islamic spiritual is individual and not well-organized. According to Al Sya’rani, the form and characteristic of Tarekat Syaikh Abd. Al-Qadir is tauhid . The way to achieve the syariat is by spritual and mental activities. The Syaikh Abd. Al-Qadir Al-Jilani always emphasizes on purificstion from the men’s desire. Some of the lessons are taubat, zuhud, tawakal, syukur, ridha and honest.  Key Words : Islamic Education, Tarekat, Qadiriyah

However, education system implemented today, in school or ex-scroll, remain contain weakness and deterioration. This paradigm triggers the rise of Islam education reforms spirit. This article show how Indonesian education figure see Islamic education condition in Indonesia. Meanwhile, by and large we would about reforms Islamic education effort that more constructive ad relevant with change and development on this globalisation and industrialisation era.

This qualitative descriptive work briefly examines what it has been and continues to be like for islamic education institutions to be alternative institutions in the Singapore’s education system that has the highest performance in international education and tops in global rankings. In Singapore’s education system, islamic education institutions represented by madrasah that are full-time and offer a pedagogical mix of Islamic religious education and secular education in their curricula. There are currently six madrasahs in Singapore offering primary to tertiary education, namely, Aljunied Al-Islamiah, Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiah, Al-Maarif Al-Islamiah, Alsagoff Al-Arabiah, Al-Arabiah Al-Islamiah, and Wak Tanjong Al-Islamiah. Four of them are co-educational, while the other two offer madrasah education exclusively to girls. It explores the powerful and positive potential of islamic education institutions in developing a truly humane science of the the future.

The priorities and problems of the implementation of the national project “Education” at the level of a comprehensive school in the region are investigated. The factors of the origin of conflict zones and types of conflicts based on the analysis of contradictions of the opinions of scientists are revealed. The role of unity and struggle of opposites as a phenomenon of overcoming conflicts is determined. Based on the author’s monitoring of the education management system in the Mari El Republic, the positive and negative dynamics of the number of educational organizations studying in them and in the system of additional education over the past five years, the enrollment of students in specialized education, as well as the dynamics of participants in the regional and final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad of schoolchildren were revealed. Particular attention is paid to the study of the state of modernization of the regional system of general education in the framework of the national project, highlighting such priorities as computerization, replenishment of the school library stock, improving the quality of education and developing the personnel potential of the industry. According to the authors, the resolution of such problems as the creation of effective mechanisms for financing educational services in organizations with a weak social infrastructure, the availability of high-quality education, the low attractiveness of working conditions and the level of salaries of teachers, and others remain incomplete. To eliminate them, it is necessary to apply such measures as the further development of innovative forms of the education system, the strengthening of interdepartmental bodies and organizations to increase the educational needs of the population, the creation of a specialized financing system for the modernization of educational institutions, as well as the increase in the level of professionalism of teachers. Their actualization at the present stage contributes to the reduction of conflict zones in the education system.
