This research aims to describe moral value in One Piece Anime Movie of Chopper Plus Bloom in The Winter created by Eiichiro Oda. The researchers obtained the data from the movie Video  through watching, screenshot the video and copied the every single of scene in the movie video. Researchers took data only the appropriate the data which contained the moral value. The method used of this research was descriptive analysis method. The result of the research found that moral value was intrinsic moral value and three types of moral values that were the issue of human relationship with themselves, the human relationship with others, and relationship with God. Three types of those moral values shown (1) Chopper couldn’t accepted by others and It was shot by inhabitants (2) Luffy as a captain of the straw hat Pirate crew took responsibility to his crew by taking care of his crew (3) Chopper was considered as disgrace of his family because chopper has got blue nose and he was isolated by others and he found his the first friend dr Hiluluk as a form gratitude.   Keywords: Anime, moral values, one piece

This study aims to describe (1) the form of the moral value of human relations with God (2) the form of the moral value of human relations with oneself (3) the form of the moral value of human relations with other humans in the Sukreni Gadis Bali Novel by A.A. Banner of Tisna. This study uses qualitative methods and types of library research. Based on the results of data analysis of moral values ​​in the novel Sukreni Gadis Bali by A.A. Pandji Tisna analyzed 3 relationships, namely: (1) Human relationship with God (its form: Karma), (2) Human relationship with oneself (its form: dishonest, not opinionated, pessimistic, careless and hasty nature, and sincere), (3) Human relations with other humans (its forms: disloyalty, uncaring attitude, evil plans, kind and forgiving attitude, disrespectful or rude attitude, insulting, helping, favoritism, trust, taking advantage of people, and respecting) .

This research is motivated by aspects of Islamic religious values with the personality contained in the novel by Haidar Musyafa, namely God I Return. The value aspects reviewed include the values of aqidah, sharia values and moral and personality values. This research aims to describe the values of aqidah, sharia and morals as well as the personalities of the characters in the Haidar Musyafa novel. This study uses a qualitative type with descriptive analysis method. Analysis of the data taken is based on religious and psychological data so that it can be concluded that the value of aqidah in the Haidar Musyafa novel includes (a) having faith in Allah SWT which is seen in Umi's character who is flat in his statement that Allah's pleasure depends on the pleasure of parents. (b) having faith in the book of Allah SWT which can be seen in the character of Jefrrey who always reads the Koran in every step. (c) have faith on the Day of Judgment which is seen when Uje dreams of death and repents. The value of sharia is reflected in the character of Apih who always reminds her children to always pray in congregation and not to leave prayers. The moral values contained in the novel include (a) morals towards the creator, namely Allah SWT, which is reflected in the character of Jefrrey who initially behaved badly then repented to become a good person. (b) morals towards fellow human beings which is reflected in the character of Jefrrey who likes to do bad things, behaves rudely and is disobedient to his parents. Who finally got the guidance to be a good person. (c) Moral towards oneself is reflected in the character of Uje who realizes his mistakes and does not torture himself any longer from disobedience. The personality aspect is reflected in the behavior of Uje who really does Allah's orders after receiving guidance, And habits that often give charity.

This research analyzed Shawshank Redemption movie, a movie by Frank Darabont. This movie told about the struggling of Andy Dufresne who was accused of the murder of his wife and her affair. This research focused on moral value of the movie. The methodology of this research is descriptive qualitative method. This study aims to found the moral values of Shawshank Redemption movie. Documentation method was used to collect the data and descriptive analysis technique to analyze the data. The results of this study are the moral values found in the Shawshank Redemption movie; honestly, hard work, unconditional love and kindness, compassion, and co-operation. Then hard work as the most dominant moral value appears in the Shawshank Redemption movie, because this moral value often occurs in this movie.

When God sent disaster in the form of the disease in humans in the world, God also gave instructions on how to deal with and treat it in His book. This paper explains the spiritual values and religiosity through Islamic psychotherapy whose aim is to provide a religious / Islamic nuanced solution to the problem of anxiety disorders and contracting Covid-19 that engulfs the world. The method that I use in this paper is a descriptive analysis method, in which the author presents data from several relevant opinions and tested through various sources then analyzes it, to produce a more effective alternative that is packaged in an appropriate, actual, factual, and contextual method. One approach to dealing with the problem of anxiety disorders and exposure to Covid-19 during a pandemic is through therapy. Sufism patience therapy seeks to optimize and unleash human spiritual energy through three phases. The takhalli phase is the phase in which humans cleanse impurities both physically and the heart, the tahalli phase is where humans learn to decorate themselves or behave with commendable qualities and the tajalli phase is how humans feel a good relationship with God is established. Patience therapy with verses of the Koran specifically to cure all diseases, namely: Quran in Surah Al-Isra 'verses 82, Surah Al-Anbiya verses 83-84, and Surah Al-Fatihah verses 1-7.

ABSTRACT The value of moral affects the horizontal relationship that exists between humans. This is recorded in the ancient texts of the Islamic period as evidence of the influence of Islamic teachings that entered the archipelago. The disclosure of this moral value is an effort to "share" the heritage of the ancestors, as well as a reflection on the current conditions that are quite relevant. The Babad Awak Salira (BAS) manuscript, one of the written heritages in Tatar Sunda, contains very strong moral values. The problems revealed in this paper, namely; (1) the values ​​of moral contained in the text of the BAS manuscript; and (2) the effect of moral reflection in the horizontal relationship. This paper aims to reveal the values ​​of moral and their influence on horizontal relationships. This research is a literature research, descriptive analysis. Due to the fact that the object is an ancient text, a philological approach is used to study the BAS text. Seeing this, the relevance of the existence of values ​​in the ancient texts (which are time apart) is so eternal in didactic wraps. The existence of content values ​​can also be seen as a piece of advice and a "treasure" of inheritance in a written tradition in Tatar Sunda, in general in the archipelago. Disclosure of the value of the content of ancient manuscripts, can be seen as an effort to understand and "bridge" the times, considering that the medium of script is no longer conventional at this time. Keywords: Manuscript, Text BAS, Moral values, Moral reflection.   Nilai adab berpengaruh terhadap hubungan horizontal yang terjalin antarmanusia. Hal ini tercatat dalam naskah kuna periode Islam sebagai bukti pengaruh ajaran Islam yang masuk ke Nusantara. Pengungkapan nilai adab ini sebagai upaya “membagikan” warisan nenek moyang, juga sebagai refleksi atas kondisi zaman saat ini yang cukup relevan. Naskah Babad Awak Salira (BAS), salah satu warisan tulis yang ada di Tatar Sunda, mengandung nilai-nilai adab yang kuat. Masalah yang diungkap dalam tulisan ini, yaitu; (1) nilai adab yang ada di dalam teks naskah BAS; dan (2) pengaruh refleksi adab dalam hubungan horizontal. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai adab dan pengaruhnya terhadap hubungan horizontal. Kajian berjenis studi pustaka, bersifat deskriptif analisis. Sehubungan bahwa objek adalah naskah kuna, digunakan pendekatan filologis untuk mengkaji naskah BAS. Melihat hal itu, relevansi keberadaan nilai dalam naskah kuna (yang berjarak zaman) begitu kekal dalam balutan didaktis. Keberadaan nilai kandungan juga dapat dipandang sebagai sebuah petuah dan “harta” warisan dalam sebuah tradisi tulis di Tatar Sunda, secara umum di Nusantara. Pengungkapan nilai kandungan naskah kuna dapat dilihat sebagai upaya memahamkan dan “menjembatani” zaman, mengingat medium aksara sudah tidak konven­sional lagi saat ini. Leadership Dynamics of CV. Dwi Jaya’s Director in Sanggalangit Village, Sub- District of Gerokgak, Buleleng Regency The success of a company is influenced by the success of its employees. Employee success is influenced by the leadership dynamics of the director. CV Dwi Jayaagribusiness company is one of the companies engaged in the sale of fish seeds in the Sanggalangit Village of Gerokgak Sub-District, Buleleng Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of leadership dynamics of the director and to investigate the levels of the three elements of leadership dynamics of directors in the company of cultivation and sale of fish seeds in CV Dwi Jaya. Descriptive analysis method was used to answer the purpose of the research. Effective human relations, decision-making process and control in leadership are the three variables in leadership dynamics that become the reference in this research.The result of descriptive analysis of leadership dynamics of director of CV Dwi Jaya is classified into a very good category with achievement score of 4.41. This can be seen from the three variables of leadership dynamics. Effective human relationship is categorized as very good with 4.45 achievement score, decision making process is very good with the score of 4.34 and leadership control is quite good with 4.41 score.

The aim of this research is to explain the intrinsic elements and the moral form of the story contained in Tarian Bumi novel by Oka Rusmini (2007). The data of this research were obtained from a novel entitled “Tarian Bumi” by Oka Rusmini (2007). Data were collected by observation method and note-taking technique. The collected data were analyzed using the theory of the Intrinsic Fiction Element (Nurgiyantoro, 2015) and the Moral Value theory in Fiction (Nurgiyantoro, 2009). The results of the analysis are presented using informal methods. Based on the analysis that were conducted the intrinsic elements contained in the novel Tarian Bumi are divided into themes, plots, characters, background, point of view, and language. The form of moral values contained in the novel Tarian Bumi is distinguished into a human relationship with itself, human relationship with God, human relationships with other human beings, and human relations with the environment is manifested with social life. The moral value contained in the novel is a reflection of Balinese people’s life that clings to the concept of Tri Hita Karana.

The Madurese ethnic is known as one of the diverse ethnic groups in Indonesia for having a high business ethic. The only question is whether their business ethic due to religious factors, environmental values which forced them to work hard or because of both factors as a result of the dialectical process that eventually forms the Madurese ethnic. Therefore, this true of academic question is to be understood in this study. The object of this study is Madurese ethnic who live in Malang, both from santri and non-santri. The research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological and descriptive analysis method. Data mining techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the dialect that has occurred gradually in a relatively long time formed the Madurese ethnic in the city of Malang as a hard worker. It indicates that both santri and non-santri are not separated because motivated by religious teachings and moral values that exist locally. However, the santri groups seem more motivated by religious teachings compare with non-santri groups which more motivated by local wisdom value.

The art paradigm that uses the Kancil story as a method of introducing moral values certainly has its own uniqueness and purpose. These two different views of the KPK and Tamansiswa are very contradictive, the same source gets the opposite interpretation. Therefore, the story of Kancil is interesting to study regarding its feasibility as one of the teaching materials in school. This paper will reveal the view of education in Taman Siswa about the Kancil story, specifically about Sendratari composed by Ki Hadi Sukatno which was studied through qualitative research with a discussion of descriptive analysis approach. The results of the study revealed the art transformation in Taman Siswa by explaining how educational facilities must be dynamic along with the development of the child's nature. Through dance, music, and drama movements collected in Sendratari “Mouse deer stealing Cucumbers", Ki Hadi Sukatno was able to implement the concept of the Among System created by Ki Hadjar Dewantara. The use of Kancil stories as a means of education must be sorted out which matches the basic or secondary level.Therefore, it is necessary to have a method that matches the character so that it finds the moral value implied through the fabric of the story.

The Tax Payer obidience in fulfiling their taxation obligation will be influenced a lot by the satisfaction level toward the service fiscus. The aim of this observation is to know the response of Tax Payer toward service quality through importance and performance. The population which become the object of this observation is the personal Tax Payer registered in Bogor Tax Service Office and the number of respondents taken as the sample are 100 respondents with Slovin formula. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and importance-performance analysis.   The result of this observation will be able to be used as one of the input to Bogor Tax Service Office in improving the quality service and for the following observation, especially those who take the same object as the observation in order to improve the quality service to the Tax Payer based on the service of its working way which is felt less. Otherwise it is important for The Tax Payer, maintaining the good work or balancing the service quality based on the working way which is evaluated less important by The Taxe Payer, but has been done reasonably well or very well by The Service Office
