This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the intensity of using gadget  on the ability recite  Qur’an, (2) the effect of TPA participation on the ability recite  Qur’an, (3 ) the effect of the intensity of using gadget  and TPA participation on the ability recite  Qur’an. The study was conducted in 2020. The population is fifth grade students of SD Negeri Cluster II Ahmad Yani Laweyan Surakarta on academic years of 2020/2021. The samples were drawn randomly from the population using a stratified random sampling technique. The study used experimental methods. The data were analyzed using two - way analysis of variance and further test of data processing with software SPSS 22 For Windows. The results showed that the highest average score was students who had low intensity of using gadget  and participated in TPA (89.467) and the lowest score was students who had low intensity of using gadget  and did not attend TPA (58.5). This proves that the higher the use of gadget s and the more active students are in participating in the TPA, the higher the ability recite  Qur’an. So, it can be concluded (1) The intensity of using gadget  did not affect the students' ability to read Al-Quran, (2) TPA participation affected the ability recite  Qur’an, (3) The intensity of using gadget  and TPA participation affected the ability recite Al-Quran.Keywords: gadget, participation, ability

The problems raised in this study are related to the students' ability to compose a reading text summary. This study aims to determine and describe the level of the students' ability to compose a reading text summary in grade V SD Negeri 2 Talang Bandar Lampung. To achieve the research objectives mentioned above, the author uses descriptive quantitative methods, while the data collection technique uses test techniques. The population in this study amounted to 70 students and the number of samples in this study was determined as many as 25 people. The sampling technique used is the Stratiffied Proposional Random Sampling technique. Analyzing the data in this study is to use a percentage. The results showed that the ability to compile a reading text summary in the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Talang Bandar Lampung was in the Enough category. This is known from the average score obtained by students, namely 72.4. The average score obtained by students based on the aspects of their assessment is as follows: (1) the summary aspect contains the main thoughts of each paragraph is Sufficient; (2) the conciseness of the sentences is Sufficient, (3) language that is easy to understand gets very good scores, (4) the contents of the summary using the language of the summary writers themselves get Sufficient values, (5) the choice of words (diction) gets the value of Enough, and (6) the use of punctuation marks / punctuation obtains Sufficient value.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sistem remunerasi yang telah diimplementasikan di UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen dan pegawai di lingkungan UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 57 orang yang merepresentasikan setiap jabatan. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem remunerasi BLU UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta cukup baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan skor rata-rata persepsi responden atas instrumen yang ditanyakan sebesar 3,30. Variabel yang dominan disetujui oleh responden adalah tentang sistem penilaian kinerja dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,63. Variabel lainnya adalah Sistem Penetapan Grading (3,07), Penetapan Tarif (3,05), Pelaporan Kinerja (3,45), dan Penghargaan (3,29).  AbstractThe purposes of this research is to investigate and analyze remuneration system which have been implemented in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The population taken in this study are lecturers and employees of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The sample of study are 57 people who representated each position. The sampling technique used in the study is stratified random sampling. Analytical Metode used is descriptif analyze. The result is remuneration system in BLU UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta is good enough. This is demonstrated by the average score of respondents' perception on the instrument in question amounted to 3.30. The dominant variable is approved by the respondents is about the performance appraisal system with an average score of 3.63. : This research to find out whether there is the influence of the cooperative to time token type learning model on the learning outcomes of Indonesian language speaking skills in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Massepe. This research uses a quantitative approach to the type of experimental research and uses a Pre-Experimental design in the form of One Group Pre-test - Post-test Design. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique with a sample of 15 students. The results of hypothesis testing using the One Sample T-Test test obtained a significance of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05) the average score of the pretest was smaller than the average score of the posttest or µ1 ˂ µ2 indicating that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted which means there are differences in the average results of speaking skills of fifth-grade students of  SDN  1  Massepe on  Indonesian language subjects between before and after the use of cooperative learning models of time token types. Based on these results it can be concluded that there is the influence of the cooperative to time token type learning model on the learning outcomes of Indonesian speaking skills in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Massepe.

<p><em>The study aimed to determine the positive effect of vocabulary mastery on understanding the discourse to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Banyumas Sub-district in academic year of 2020/2021 and to measure the contribution of vocabulary mastery on understanding the discourse to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Banyumas Sub-district in academic year of 2020/2021. The research was correlational quantitative approach. Sampling technique was probability sampling cluster random sampling. Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis with results obtained correlation coefficient value of 0.579 and Sig value. 0,000&lt;0.05. It meant that vocabulary mastery gave positive and significant effect on understanding the discourse to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Banyumas Sub-district in academic year of 2020/2021 and the correlation was moderate. Vocabulary mastery contributed 33.5% on understanding the discourse and the remaining 66.5% by other factors. It concludes that there is positive and significant effect of vocabulary mastery on understanding the discourse to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Banyumas Sub-district in academic year of 2020/2021. The richer the mastery of student vocabulary, better the understanding of the content of discourse in students, and vice versa.</em></p>

This study discusses the problem of reading comprehension of students of SD Negeri 1 Teluk Betung Galik North Bandar Lampung 2018/2019 academic year. The ability to read comprehension in this study includes: (a) disclosure of the contents of the reading, themes, and facts; (b) the ability to retell; and (c) the ability to draw reading conclusions. This study aims to find out and describe how the level of reading comprehension of students. To achieve the objectives of the study, the authors used a descriptive qualitative method, while the data collection techniques were essay test techniques. The population in this study amounted to 30 students and the study sample was set at 30 people. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. Analyzing the data in this study is to use a percentage. Reading comprehension ability in fifth grade students in even semester SD Negeri 1 Teluk Betung Galik North Bandar Lampung 2018/2019 academic year obtained an average score of 69.99 this value is included in the criteria enough. Based on the aspects of the assessment, the value of reading comprehension in the aspects of the disclosure of reading content, themes, and facts is in the sufficient category with an average score of 61.66. The ability to read comprehension in the aspect of retelling ability is in a sufficient category with an average score of 66.66. The ability to read comprehension in the aspect of the ability to draw reading conclusions is in a good category with an average score of 83.33.

Self-Efficacy is a person's belief on his ability to complete certain tasks. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence differences between two learning models, namely TPSR and Cooperative Learning on students who have high and low motivation levels to increase self-efficacy of the fifth grade students. Experimental methods with 2x2 factorial design was used. The sample of this research were105 fifth grade students at SDN 208 Luginasari, Bandung, chosen by using total sampling technique. Data analysis used SPSS version 21 with hypothesis testing through Two Way Anova. The results of the analysis and calculation of the data revealed that; there was no significant difference in the effect between the two learning models on increasing students’ self-efficacy; there was an interaction between learning models with motivation towards increasing self-efficacy; there was no significant difference in the effect between the two learning models with high levels of motivation towards the increase of self-efficacy; and there was no significant difference in the effect between the two learning models with low motivation levels on increasing self-efficacy. The conclusion of this study is that both of the learning models have the same effect on both high and low motivation levels on the student self-efficacy and there is an interaction between learning models and motivation on increasing the student self-efficacy.

Lesson study is an activity carried out collaboratively by teachers in planning a creative, effective and communicative learning process so that the desired learning objectives can be achieved. Student learning activities in learning science are observed using a scientific approach that is the ability of students to observe objects, submit questions, gather information, associate and communicate learning materials. The purpose of this study is to determined the increase in student learning activities in science learning through lesson study in MIN 3 Langsa and MIN 2 Aceh Tamiang. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive. The sample of this study consisted of 60 fifth grade students from 30 MIN 3 Langsa students and 30 MIN 2 Aceh Tamiang students. The sampling technique used by purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through observation sheets totaling 15 items consisting of 5 indicators of learning activities. Data were analyzed by comparing the average score of each item with the maximum score using the percentage formula. The results showed an increase in student learning activities in science learning in both Madrasah Ibtidaiyah namely 32.98% MIN 2 Aceh Tamiang and 42.16% MIN 3 Langsa. Thus it can be concluded that student learning activities in science learning can be improved through lesson study

The specific objective of this research is to know which are on mathematics learning achievement better, between students who have high intrapersonal intelligence, medium, and low. This study is a quasi-experimental research. The study population was fifth grade students of SD Negeri Kudus District. The sampling technique was conducted stratified cluster random sampling. The sample in this study were students of class V SD 1 Muhammadiyah Kudus and fifth grade students of SD 1 Gondangmanis Kudus. The instrument used to collect data is intrapersonal intelligence student questionnaires. Questionnaires tested before it is used for data retrieval. The validity of questionnaires carried out by the validator, the reliability of the test is tested with the formula KR-20 and reliability of the questionnaire was tested with Alpha formula. Test instruments carried at SD 2 Holy Honggosoco. Analysis of the data used is two-way analysis of variance. Factors used to test the significance of differences in students' intrapersonal intelligence level of learning achievement. Test prerequisite Lillifors Variance Analysis method to test for normality and homogeneity test methods to Barlett. With α = 0.05. Scheffe method 'used for further analysis of variance test if the hypothesis is rejected.

Among language skills, writing is considered the most challenging and complicated skill compared to other skills. The main objective of this research is to analyze the improvement of students' writing skills in writing paragraphs through the outline strategy. The participants in this study were 15 fifth grade students. The participants were selected through random sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed in percentage. Pre-Test and Post-Test were used as instruments in this study. In the Pre-Test and Post-Test the required items such as writing paragraph titles, grammar, spelling and total sentences (length) of paragraphs are the same. According to the findings, in the Pre-Test the students writing paragraphs were 20.00%, 26.66%, 20.00%, 26.66% (Good), 46.66%, 20.00%, 33.33%, 33 ,33% (Average), 33.33%, 53.33%, 46.66% , 40.00% (Weak) in paragraph headings, use of proper grammar, correct spelling and number of sentences (length ) paragraphs, respectively. After the Pre-Test, the instructor taught the participants about writing paragraphs through an outline strategy for 4 weeks and then conducted a Post-Test. In this test, participants in writing paragraphs through the outline strategy were 46.66%, 53.33%, 60.00%, 53.33% (Good), 40.00%, 26.66%, 33.33%, 40 0.00% (Average), 13.33%, 20.00%, 6.66% , 6.66% (Weak) in paragraph headings, use of proper grammar, correct spelling and number of sentences (length ) paragraphs, respectively. This action-based research shows that the outline strategy can improve students' writing skills.

This journal entitled Implementation of Electronic Absence Policy (BNI E-Attendance Innovation) Affects Employee Performance in the Jakarta Division of Collection Management at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia 1946 (Persero) Tbk, West Jakarta ”. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia 1946 (persero) Tbk, West Jakarta, which measured 222 people, from which the researcher used 69 people as samples to be tested. The research method used in this research is the associative method, the data technique used is literature study and field study through observation and questionnaires.
