<p><em>Employee performance is an interesting topic researched, because employee performance determines organizational sustainability. This study analyzes the effect of: Change Management on employee performance, Transformational Leadership on employee performance, Organizational Structure on employee performance, Organizational Culture on employee performance, Work Discipline on Employee Performance, and analyzing the effects of change management, transformational leadership, organizational structure, and discipline work performance of employees. The study population was 97 employees of PKM Group. The research sample is the same as the population of 97 employees. The sampling technique used is the saturation or census sampling technique. This research is a quantitative study, with statistical analysis using the method of Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS software. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that Management Change has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Structure has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and Change Management, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Structure, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Kinerja karyawan merupakan topik yang menarik diteliti, karena kinerja karyawan menentukan keberlanjutan organisasi. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh: Manajemen Perubahan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, Struktur Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen perubahan, kepemimpinan transformasional, struktur organisasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PKM <em>Group</em> sebanyak 97 karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini sama dengan populasi yakni 97 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan analisis statistik menggunakan metode Regresi <em>Linear</em> Berganda dengan <em>software</em> SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat ditarik kesimpulan Manajemen Perubahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Struktur Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan,  Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Manajemen Perubahan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Struktur Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.</em></p>

PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard is a company engaged in manufacturing and the company is working to improve the quality and quantity of production in the ship building and ship repair. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture variables and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bandar Abadi Shipyard. The study population was 50 people and the samples used are saturated sampling technique. This study using multiple linear regression data analysis with the help of computer software SPSS version 20.00. Analysis of the data used to test the validity and reliability levels, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. Results from this study indicate that the organizational culture (X1), and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y) and simultaneously the organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y)

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable on employees of BSI KC Semarang. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents with the sampling technique saturated sampling technique. The method of collecting data is by giving a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research includes regretion analysis, statistical test, classical assumption test and path analysis. Furthermore, processing the data that has been obtained is processed with SPSS tools. Based on the results explains that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance, 3) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, 4) OCB has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, 5) organizational culture has no effect on ocb, 6) transformational leadership style has no effect on OCB, 7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 8) ocb does not mediate the effect organizational culture on employee performance, 9) OCB does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, 10) OCB is able to mediate the influence of commitment or ganization of employee performance.

<p>This paper aimed to examine and analyze the consequence of transformational leadership and motivation on work performance at PT PLN UWP IV Electric Maintenance Center Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The novelty of this research is by testing the theoretical framework for the consequence of transformational leadership and motivation (need for achievement) on work performance in a different context, scope, and population than existing research. This research uses quantitative research methods with detailed causality research. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling, which was 40 employees at PT PLN UWP IV Electric Maintenance Center. The data investigation approach used is multiple linear regression. The consequence of this study confirm the influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on performance, both partially and simultaneously. The results of this paper are persistent with the theory of transformational leadership and the theory of motivation for achievement. This research contributes scientifically to the consequence of transformational leadership and work motivation on work performance. <br></p>

Main purpose of this research was to explored An organizational citizenship behaviour's influenced that mediate the impact from transformational leadership and organizational culture towards employee performance at XYZ organizational. Research population was all employees from XYZ Organization, amounting to 113 employees. Sample method by non-probability sampling with saturated sampling as sampling technique so respondents chosen was 113 respondents. Data analysis method in this research used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with assist of Smart PLS version 3.2.9 program. These result indicated that transformational leadership and organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance Likewise to organizational citizenship behaviour.

The purpose of this study is to determine employee performance through the concept of work management and digitalization as the main keys to improving the performance of BUMDES employees in Buleleng Regency. The concept of performance management is the employee’s activities and work results in line with organizational goals. So that it contributes to improving the performance of BumDes employees. The study population was all active BumDes in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Component based SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results showed that the concept of work management has an effect on digitization and employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture on work commitments in junior high schools throughout South Jakarta. The study was conducted on work commitments to the study population 84 and sample selection 69 employees of the Education Office of North Bengkulu. This research uses a quantitative approach with a path analysis method. The results showed that: (1) transformational leadership had a direct positive effect on work commitment, (2) organizational culture had a direct positive effect on work commitment, (3) transformational leadership had a direct positive effect on organizational culture. Based on the results of research to improve teacher work commitments that need to be improved is Transformational leadership, organizational culture.

This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the quality of the Principal's leadership and organizational culture with the performance of SMAN 28 Tangerang District employees. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational survey method, using correlation theory which is about product moment. Research data collection techniques from respondents carried out through questionnaires or questionnaires. The sample population was 103 employees in each section of SMAN 28 Tangerang, with simple random sampling technique. The magnitude of the effect of leadership quality and organizational culture together on employee performance by 87.2% This shows the higher the quality of leadership and organizational culture, the better the performance of employees, and vice versa the lower the quality of leadership and organizational culture will have an impact for employee performance.

This study examines transformative leadership and organizational culture implemented in tertiary institutions. Transformational leaders have an impact on the effectiveness of organizational culture. This paper is based on the study of leadership theory, references about the culture of knowledge organizations, which integrate concepts and facts in the field. Of course the transformation process has an impact on organizational culture including students. Not only does it change the work rhythm that is demanded to be bigger, but more students being taken care of are also more complicated. This reality ultimately also has an impact on habits including good employee performance due to the reduced number of present workforce recruited. The purpose of this study is to examine and discuss the characteristics of transformational leadership and organizational culture at Islamic Institute of Religion Jember. This type of research is field research. The research method used is a qualitative research method. While the data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The validity test of the data used is triangulation, confirmation of reliability, transferability and dependability. While the analysis of the data used is an interactive analysis of Miles Huberman. The results of the conclusions in this study indicate that Transformational Leadership is built by three factors, namely Inspirational in shaping vision and ideas, visionary in articulating vision & mission and intellectual support to achieve targets and goals. Transformational leadership provides a change in work support and team performance. Strong leadership in providing work motivation, stimulating concepts or ideas to group or individual employees can produce harmony in achieving a shared vision, team commitment, work culture and minimal conflict. Transformative leadership needs to improve communication in building a positive organizational culture because communication of leadership and work increases the culture of teamwork, cohesion and conflict. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.
