Pendopo on the object of community service serves as a multipurpose room. The multipurpose room as a facility that can be used by the residents of Rancamanyar as a place to gather, relax, consult, socialize and interact. Pendopo in a settlement is a form of service to the local community to support activities related to daily life, especially for social activities, communication, interaction, recreation, and education. Improving the quality of community services must be supported by appropriate facilities (well-organized) which are expected to provide a positive element in the whole community for local residents, especially in the Rancamanyar neighborhood. Social facilities, especially the Pendopo / multipurpose room, are facilities that require good handling. Handling multipurpose room facilities can be through careful planning and design so that facilities function optimally. Rancamanyar Housing really needs multipurpose room facilities so that citizens can socialize, interact and consult comfortably. Pendopo is expected to be realized according to the needs of the residents so that the pavilion is able to increase solidarity, togetherness, family and community security and the environment. These conditions greatly affect the balance and level of service of citizens socially and individually. This community service activity aims to provide solutions to related communities regarding improving social facilities services, especially the multipurpose interior. The planned solution is in the form of problem analysis on site, interior design/structuring of the multipurpose room.

District Offices as community service facilities to support all activities related to public services in their respective regions. Improved service quality and supported by decent facilities (well organized) are expected to provide a positive element in the overall development in the District, specifically in the Sub-District of Dayeuhkolot, Bandung District. The layout of services in sub-districts that are less well-organized and not based on standards of anthropometry and ergonomics of furniture in terms of interior, it greatly affects the performance and level of quality of services for both employees and visitors or residents who are interested. This community service activity aims to provide solutions to relevant agencies regarding the influence of furniture comfort and spatial planning on optimal performance and quality of service in the District District of Dayeuhkolot, Bandung Regency, West Java, especially in the community service space through a series of activities beginning with problem analysis in location, interior redesign, and ended with a workshop program in the form of delivering solutions in the form of an application of anthropometry and ergonomics through interior arrangement which is ideal as a problem solving that has been found in this case.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to carry out tridharma of higher education. For that reason, it has become an obligation for lecturers to share their knowledge and insights through counseling the development of human resource management so that they will always strive to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. And also aims at Cidokom Youth Organization can perform its functions and roles optimally so that it brings benefits to Cidokom Village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor. The development is also intended to improve the quality of human resources in carrying out their duties so that it is more positive in contributing energy and thoughts to advance Cidokom Village, Gunung Sindur Sub-District, Bogor Regency, West Java. Dedication method with counseling, discussion and question and answer as well as personal evaluation.After the counseling activities on human resource management are carried out, youth or youth can implement the Karang Taruna activities so that the purpose of the Karang Taruna Youth Organization to help and advance the local community can be realized. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Desa Cidokom Kecamat Gunung Sindur Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat. Metode pengabdian dengan penyuluhan, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta evaluasi secara personal. Setelah kegiatan penyuluhan mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia dilaksanakan, para remaja atau pemuda dapat mengimplementasikan pada kegiatan Karang Taruna sehingga tujuan dari Karang Taruna Cidokom untuk membantu dan memajukan masyarakat setempat dapat diwujudkan.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia

The Village

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. One of the great traditions in Islamic education institutions in Indonesia is teaching by transmitting Islamic values as found in classical books written centuries ago. The majority in Indonesia, the classic book is better known as the Kitab Kuning. Teaching with the Kitab Kuning is usually done in Islamic Boarding Schools. Examining Kitab Kuning requires qualified Arabic language skills at least passively. Unfortunately, not all Islamic boarding schools that have a variety of superior programs in certain fields, are weak in the field of studying Kitab Kuning. One of them is the Islamic Boarding School Mu'allimin Muhammadiyyah Sawah Dangka which has the flagship Tahfizh Alquran program but is weak in the study of Kitab Kuning. One of the main factors is the lack of adequate quality of human resources. For this reason, this community service activity aims to provide training while introducing new, lightweight methods in learning Arabic, namely the Bihaqatil Jumal method. This method emphasizes learning Arabic using the right brain. After a series of community service activities, teachers and Islamic boarding schools felt helped and gained new experiences in learning Arabic methods to study Kitab Kuning. In addition, both the assisted object and the resource person requested that this kind of community service be continued.

Community service activities with IbM scheme have been done in home industry of soybean milk processing in Sraten and Kartasura Village, Sukoharjo District. The aim of activities are all partners able process soybean juice into health drink product in ready to drink packaging, adn next can be as new economic commodity to the community. In addition, partners are expected to have a clear administrative and governance system in finance, production and, marketing as an effort to empower communities in Sukoharjo District. Considering the benefits of this soy essence is so great then product diversification is needed so that the product is more acceptable to the market. This program is done through several stages namely 1) Making soybeans into ready-to-drink; 2) Transfer of packing technology; 3) Product marketing and management aspects of soybean processing into beverages in ready-to-drink packaging as well as; and 4) Feasibility analysis of beverage production business made from soybean. Through IbM, training and development of soya bean processing technology is made into an economic commodity product in the form of beverages in ready-to-drink packaging, which can provide new economic alternatives in the community. After this program, the community service activity was conducted with the training and mentoring approach to the two partners, it was able to increase the quantity and quality of soybean beverage production where the yield of production increased almost twice from the original.

The community service activity was conducted in Candi Rejo Village, Biru-biru District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. This activity aimed to ensure the availability of seeds at the farm level by providing assistance to community nurseries. The types of plants that were seeded such as: coconut, durian, avocado, mindi  and cocoa. The five types of plants were needed by the local community. Agroforestry (combining cocoa and wood species such as mindi, coconut, avocado, durian and others) was a system used by the Candi Rejo Village community.

Profesional dan kualitas guru PAUD berpengaruh pada kualitas siswa, termasuk didalamnya adalah motorik siswa. Dengan demikian, diperlukan peningkatan profesionalisme dan kualitas guru PAUD dalam mengajar dan dalam hal ini adalah metode pembelajaran. Berkenaan dengan peningkatan motorik siswa, maka guru PAUD perlu dibekali dan ditingkatkan metode pembelajaran yang tepat dan kreatif. Beberapa metode pembelajaran yang berkaitan dalam peningkatan motorik siswa adalah menggambar, mewarnai, dan mengecat. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya motorik siswa di PAUD Kemah Kasih. Peningkatan motorik siswa berdampak pada meningkatknya fokus atau konsentrasi, kesabaran, keterampilan, emosi, ketaatan, ketepatan dalam mengisi obyek, disiplin, kreatifitas, pantang menyerah (menyelesaikan tugas sampai selesai) pada siswa PAUD Kemah Kasih. Professional and quality of early childhood teachers have an effect on the quality of students, including students' motor skills. Thus, it is necessary to increase the professionalism and quality of PAUD teachers in teaching and in this case is the learning method. With regard to improving student motor skills, PAUD teachers need to be equipped and enhanced with appropriate and creative learning methods. Several learning methods related to improving students' motor skills are drawing, coloring, and painting. The method used in this community service activity is assistance. The result of this activity was the improvement of the students' motor skills at the Kemah Kasih PAUD. The increase in student motoric has an impact on increasing focus or concentration, patience, skill, emotion, obedience, accuracy in filling objects, discipline, creativity, never giving up (completing assignments to completion) in Kemah Kasih PAUD students.

Diabetes Mellitus is a silent killer disease that can cause both macro and microvascular complications. The prevalence of DM in Indonesia is 1.5% of interviews diagnosed with doctors, and in DIY 12.2% of DM patients are not treated and show taking medication or using insulin from all ages in the Yogyakarta area 89.94%. Prolanis is a health service system and a proactive approach that is implemented in an integrated manner that involves participants, health facilities, and BPJS Kesehatan in the framework of health care for BPJS Kesehatan participants who suffer from chronic diseases to achieve optimal quality of life with cost-effective and efficient health services. Community service is carried out at the Kartika Husada Clinic in DM prolanic patients with counseling methods about DM disease and its prognosis and appropriate pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies. Followed by supporting health tests as a basis for drug administration. The administration of drugs to prolanis patients is carried out by the interactive Information and Education Communication (IEC) method for both the patient and accompanying family. A series of community services carried out to support the BPJS prolanis program which aims to improve the quality of life of patients by controlling blood sugar and regulating lifestyle.

The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the quality of jamu gendong products at the home industry of jamu gendong in Karangrejo village, Magetan Regency. The method of service is carried out by training, including procedures for pre-survey activities, surveys, socialization, training, and evaluation. The target of the service activity is the women of the jamu gendong group. The evaluation results showed an increase in participant understanding of 56% about the technique of selecting rhizomes for herbal medicine, an increase in participant understanding of 44% about equipment selection techniques for herbal medicine, an increase in participant understanding of 72% about the hygienic process of making herbal medicine, an increase in participant understanding of 66% about the hygienic packaging process of herbal medicine. The results of monitoring and evaluation showed that 100% of participants were satisfied in participating in the activities, 100% of participants took an active role in participating in the training, 100% of participants were enthusiastic in participating in the activities.

Training in making woven models as a medium for learning art and culture and this workshop aims to train skills: making woven models from asturo paper to improve the quality of visual art learning in elementary schools. Training methods by providing individual practice guidance to weaving skills directly to 20 elementary school teachers. The results of this community service activity are (1) non-physical for elementary school teachers in cluster 3 Donowarih Karangploso are very interested in getting art training and are willing to disseminate knowledge and skills to other teachers in their assignments. (2) individual trainees are skilled in making woven shapes of fish, flying birds, stars, baskets, and ribbon-shaped woven frames. Pelatihan pembuatan model karya anyaman sebagai media pembelajaran seni budaya dan prakarya ini bertujuan melatih keterampilan: membuat model-model anyaman dari kertas asturo untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran senirupa di SD. Metode pelatihan dengan memberikan bimbingan praktek individu keterampilan menganyam secara langsung kepada 20 guru SD. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah (1) non-fisik bagi guru-guru SD di gugus 3 Donowarih Karangploso sangat berminat mendapat pelatihan senirupa-prakarya, dan bersedia untuk menyebarluaskan  pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada guru lain di tempat tugasnya. (2) peserta pelatihan secara individu terampil membuat anyaman bentuk ikan, burung terbang, bintang, keranjang (besek), dan anyaman pita bentuk pigura.
