One of the great traditions in Islamic education institutions in Indonesia is teaching by transmitting Islamic values as found in classical books written centuries ago. The majority in Indonesia, the classic book is better known as the Kitab Kuning. Teaching with the Kitab Kuning is usually done in Islamic Boarding Schools. Examining Kitab Kuning requires qualified Arabic language skills at least passively. Unfortunately, not all Islamic boarding schools that have a variety of superior programs in certain fields, are weak in the field of studying Kitab Kuning. One of them is the Islamic Boarding School Mu'allimin Muhammadiyyah Sawah Dangka which has the flagship Tahfizh Alquran program but is weak in the study of Kitab Kuning. One of the main factors is the lack of adequate quality of human resources. For this reason, this community service activity aims to provide training while introducing new, lightweight methods in learning Arabic, namely the Bihaqatil Jumal method. This method emphasizes learning Arabic using the right brain. After a series of community service activities, teachers and Islamic boarding schools felt helped and gained new experiences in learning Arabic methods to study Kitab Kuning. In addition, both the assisted object and the resource person requested that this kind of community service be continued.

Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that focus on moral education. Islamic boarding schools at this time were divided into ancestor and modern boarding schools. There are differences in the curriculum and learning models of Arabic in the two pesantren. Salaf Islamic boarding schools have a special curriculum in understanding the understanding of Islam. Learning Arabic in the Salaf Islamic boarding school is oriented towards grammatical learning by memorizing the terms nahwu and shorof and memorizing nadhom. While the Arabic language learning curriculum in modern pesantren aims not only for religious scholarship, but aims to use all language skills in communication. This Islamic boarding schools believes that language learning activities must provide students the ability to communicate correctly, both in oral and written form.

The importance of learning objectives requires the use of appropriate media so that learning runs effectively and efficiently. The learning media is very important in supporting the learning process and is often overlooked by teachers for various reasons, including limited time, difficulty finding the right media, and also limited funds. With a variety of IT-based and service devices, lecturers and students can access them online and there are applications that make it free for users. Among them are blog users as learning media. This community service activity aims to introduce information and communication technology in the form of Web-Blogs that will later help students who will be prepared to become teacher candidates to modify learning media. The implementation of community service in general can be categorized as successful in terms of participant participation. Participants felt that this dedication activity was very useful for developing web-blog-based learning media that they would use in later learning. The participants' responses to the service activities carried out stated that from the quality of the speakers, the quality of the modules was very good.

ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendalaman konsep dasar fisika melalui metode praktikum atau eksperimen menggunakan alat peraga serta pengenalan mikrokontroler untuk pembuatan alat peraga sederhana. Tempat pelaksanaan pengabdian di Ponpes Darul Aminin NW Aikmual Lombok Tengah. Kegiatan ini dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan yang pertama pemberian materi mengenai pendalaman konsep-konsep dasar fisika dan materi pengenalan mikrokonroler sebagai komponen alat peraga, tahapan kedua Tim PKM mendemonstrasikan penggunaan alat peraga pada materi gerak Jatuh (GJB), bandul matematis, kinematika, dan konsep konversi energi, tahapan terakhir yaitu tim PKM memberikan kesempatan peserta untuk mencoba langsung menggunakan alat peraga yang disediakan. Kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep fisika pada siswa melalui metode eksperimen. Dengan metode ini siswa juga lebih aktif dan dapat melihat langsung fenomena fisika yang terjadi melalui pengamatan. Keterbatasan alat peraga di sekolah dapat disiasati dengan pembuatan set eksperimen berbasis mikrokontroler yang penggunaanya sangat mudah dan luas. Pembelajaran menggunakan metode eksperimen ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Kata kunci: alat peraga; metode eksperimen; mikrokontroler. ABSTRACTThis service activity aims to understand the basic concepts of physics through practicum or experimental methods using props and microcontroller introduction training for making simple props. Implementation of community service at Darul Aminin Islamic Boarding School, NW Aikmual, Central Lombok. This activity is divided into several stages. The first is providing material regarding the deepening of  physics concepts and material for the introduction of microcontrollers as props components, the second stage of the PKM Team which uses props on Fall motion material (GJB), mathematical pendulum, kinematics, and concepts conversion of energy inthe last stage, the PKM team, allowed participants to try directly using the tools provided. This activity provides benefits in improving students' understanding of physics concepts through the experimental method. With this method, students are also more active and can see first hand the physical phenomena that occur through observation. The limitations of teaching aids in schools can be overcome by making microcontroller-based experimental sets that are very easy and widely used. Learning using the experimental method is expected to improve the quality of learning in schools. Keywords: props; experimental method; mikrokontroler.

Writing scientific papers is a very important activity for a professional teacher. This activity not only needs to be done in order to obtain credit figures for promotion or for the purposes of certification through portfolios, but moreover, it needs to be done in order to improve the quality of classroom management, quality of service to students, and also increase the professionalism of the teacher himself. The results of the overall community service activity can be seen based on the following components. First, the target of the training participants or target audience is 36 Muhammadiyah Boarding Schools (MBS) Ki Bagus Hadikusumo. In the implementation of this activity, it was attended by 22 teachers because there were several teachers who had activities outside of school. Thus the target number of training participants is 61.1% or can be considered quite good. Secondly, the achievement of training objectives can be judged to be poor. Within a period of two weeks as many as 9 teachers (40.9%) had tried to prepare a proposal

ABSTRAKPersonal hygiene saat menstruasi menentukan kualitas hidup remaja puteri dimasa depan. Remaja puteri sangat rentan terkena infeksi pada organ reproduksi terutama saat menstruasi. Kondisi ini menuntut remaja puteri mendapatkan informasi yang tepat dan benar tentang personal hygiene saat menstruasi. Personal Hygiene Education saat menstruasi merupakan suatu kegiatan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang upaya memelihara kesehatan diri terutama saat menstruasi. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang cara membersihkan organ reproduksi ketika menstruasi pada orang tua siswa SDN 05 Marunda Kelas 6, Cilincing, Jakarta Utara. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebelum (pre test), pelaksanaan personal hygiene education saat menstruasi dan sesudah kegiatan (post test) sebagai bentuk evaluasi. Hasil pre test menunjukkan 6,7% orang tua kurang memahami cara melakukan personal hygiene saat menstruasi dan hasil post test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua menjadi 86,7% tentang personal hygiene saat menstruasi. Kegiatan ini sangat didukung untuk dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: personal hygiene education saat menstruasi; sumber informasi; pengetahuan ABSTRACTPersonal hygiene during menstruation determines the quality of life of young women in the future. Teenage girls are very susceptible to infection in the reproductive organs, especially during menstruation. This condition requires young women to get the right and correct information about personal hygiene during menstruation. Personal Hygiene Education during menstruation is an activity to provide health education on maintaining personal health, especially during menstruation. The purpose of this community service is to raise knowledge about how to clean the reproductive organs during menstruation for parents of grade 6 students at SDN 05 Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta. The method used in this community service activity is by distributing questionnaires before (pre-test), implementing personal hygiene education during menstruation, and after activities (post-test) as a form of evaluation. The results of the pre-test showed that 6,7% of parents did not understand how to do personal hygiene during menstruation. Meanwhile, the results of the post-test showed an increase in the knowledge of parents to 86,7% about personal hygiene during menstruation. Community service is one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Indonesian Higher Education. Through community service, educators and students can practice science and technology in society. Maranatha Christian University is one of the universities that strives to have an impact on improving the quality of society through community service. Educators specializing in Entrepreneurship and Marketing Management as a part of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Business, Maranatha Christian University, do community service at the Pasundan Rehoboth Temiyang Indramayu Christian Church. This community service activity discussed online marketing strategies for Temiyang's typical products, namely Manisan Si Mayang (candied mangoes by Temiyang) and Temiyang’s sandals. In order to get the right target market and products that are widely known, it requires online promotion and marketing. Through online marketing strategy, it is expected to be able to find the right type of online promotion and increase knowledge of online marketing for Temiyang products, so that it can become a strategy in optimizing the marketing of Temiyang's superior products and product that can be reached by the wider costomer because the are available online in market place. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu pilar dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi Indonesia. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat tenaga pendidik dan mahasiswa dapat mengamalkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi pada masyarakat. Universitas Kristen Maranatha adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi yang berupaya untuk dapat memberikan dampak bagi peningkatan kualitas masyarakat melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Para tenaga pendidik peminatan Kewirausahaan dan Peminatan Manajemen Pemasaran sebagai salah bagian dari Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Kristen Maranatha melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Gereja Kristen Pasundan Rehoboth Temiyang Indramayu. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini membahas tentang strategi pemasaran online produk khas Temiyang yaitu Manisan Si Mayang (Manisan Mangga Khas Temiyang) dan sendal Temiyang. Dalam rangka mendapatkan pasar sasaran yang tepat dan produk yang dikenal secara luas maka membutuhkan promosi dan pemasaran online.  Dengan metode pelatihan strategi pemasaran online ini diharapkan dapat menemukan jenis promosi online yang tepat dan meningkatkan pengetahuan pemasaran online produk khas Temiyang, sehingga dapat menjadi suatu strategi dalam optimalisasi pemasaran produk unggulan khas Temiyang dan produk khas Temiyang bisa dijangkau oleh masyarakat luas karena tersedia secara online di market place.

The success of Islamic boarding schools in producing quality graduates, one of which is related to the quality standards set. One of the quality indicators is the ownership of the Islamic Boarding School's Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) document. The purpose of this community service is to socialize the importance of SPMI for the An-nur Muhammadiyah Islamic boarding school, Sidoarjo. This school is relatively new, but has a vision of becoming a quality Islamic boarding school. Meanwhile, the stakeholders, both mudir, asatidz-asatidzah council, and their education staff do not yet have an understanding of the importance of SPMI for institutions, and do not yet have an SPMI. The service method used is to provide assistance and training in the preparation of the SPMI instrument which consists of 8 criteria. As a result, all stakeholders of An-Nur Islamic boarding school understand the importance of SPMI and the formation of the SPMI organization. In addition, partners are able to develop SPMI instruments independently and can implement them in order to achieve the expected quality of Islamic boarding schools

Islamic boarding schools are a source of plastic waste in Jombang Regency. Efforts to reduce waste generation through reusing plastic waste must be supported by adequate skills from the Islamic boarding school community. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of students in managing plastic waste into pots as a medium for cultivating vegetables in narrow land. This activity was carried out in October 2020 at ma'had al Muhajirin 1 Pondok Pesantren Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang, the partiparticipant was about 15 students. The method used socialization and practiced activities. The evaluation of the results of the training showed that 70% of the training participants had good skills when making plastic waste pots, while 30% of the training participants were in the category with fairly good skills. These results indicated that this community service activity could improve the skills of students in processing plastic waste onto pots that were useful for planting vegetables.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. This study aims to provide an overview of the process of cultural change through total quality management in Islamic perspective carried out at Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School. The method of the study is qualitative method by using in-depth interview techniques with informants. This research was conducted at the Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School, Depok City, West Java. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis with the stages of reducing data, triangulating data, presenting data descriptively, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results showed that cultural change through total quality management at Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School was seen from 7 focuses. The focus of planning for Islamic boarding schools is still focused on current conditions. The focus of the organization is participatory by involving all individuals to improve the quality of education and to develop Islamic boarding schools. The focus of control is still in the form of monitoring and supervising each section based on the existing SOP. The focus of communication has been two-way communication. The focus of the decision is still reactive and not based on well planning even though decisions are made based on deliberation and consensus. The focus of functional management has not been fully integrated. The focus of quality management is still reactive because it is still in the stage of finding the best and most suitable method to be applied in Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, the process of cultural change at Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School has begun to occur.
