The relevance of the interpretation of constitutional and legal guarantees of the right to vote is mediated by isolated scientific research in this area, as well as the lack of a universal approach to legal guarantees. In this regard, the purpose of the article is to argue and disclose the author’s definitive aspect of the claimed guarantees. In the work, the author named and characterized the normative (based exclusively on legal means) with the perspective of a branch of legal and technical; regulatory and institutional (combines the formal aspect with the activities of authorized entities) and associated legal (including a set of legal and other aspects) approaches to the definition of legal guarantees. Based on the second approach, as well as combining the guarantees of the right to vote directly guarantees of the subjective right itself and guarantees of its implementation, the author offers a definition of constitutional and legal guarantees of the right to vote.

AbstractAchievement motivation is a distinguishing disposition in elite and non-elite athletes. Implicit theories and competence perception influence the types of achievement goals and constitute separate achievement motivation dispositions. The context of sport promotes various achievement goals and implicit theories about athletic competence. For this reason, scientific research should focus on the intrapersonal profiles of achievement motivation dispositions (achievement goals, implicit theories, and competence perception) instead of specifying only one of them. This study explores differences between elite and non-elite athletes in terms of intrapersonal profiles of achievement motivation dispositions. 54 elite and 50 non-elite track and field athletes took part in the study. The results suggest that athletes tend to perceive their competence accurately. Cluster analysis of the studied dispositions was conducted. The clusters present sets of achievement dispositions that vary in intensity. Moreover, the results present trends of the differences between elite and non-elite athletes in two of the three clusters obtained in the study.

Three unknown letters of Filaret Kolessa are the object of research in this sci- entific investigation: the first letter addressed to the “Reverend Father Dean” dated December 30, 1944, the second one to “Dear Friend Mykhailo Bardak, Master in Rudnyky” – January 14, 1945, and the third to “Her Excellency Mrs. Benefactress”, without a date. A letter from his wife Maria is also considered. Seemingly, it would be enough just to publish them. But these letters are being a good material for systematic scientific research and comprehensive investigation of traditional spiritual culture, its carriers, connoisseurs and researchers, etc. Therefore, these messages deserve de- tailed textual analysis. Summarizing the results, it should be noted that even a superficial systematic scientific research opens wide opportunities for further more detailed (in-depth) study 166 of the invisible at first sight conclusions laid down in the object of study. This means, that a multidisciplinary approach should also be applied to the obtained scientific conclusions, which could be joined by interested specialists from different areas: in this case not only ethnomusicologists, but also folklorists, historians, biographers, theologians, and finally, Kolessa-scholars.

Drawing on Edward W. Soja’s radical critique to the prevailing narrative of history in social theory, this paper investigates how two novels on Italian/American ethnic identity are distinctively spatialized. The analysis focuses on the characters’ different experiences and perceptions of space, which attest to the interplay of identity and spatial production, paying attention to agency and spatial stories that are specifically localized. By using theory on the (re)production of space, this paper analyzes how urban representational and material patterns relate to social division, in terms of ethnicity and gender, and how the perpetuation of inequality is spatially enacted. Particularly, it examines the key gendered urban layout that is revealed in how women are often “in transit” (Gómez-Reus and Glifford 2013), “out of place” (McDowell 1997) or in fear (Valentine 1989; Pain 2001) in the “embodied spaces” of the streets (Tonkiss 2005). Through two texts of early Italian/American fiction, this paper addresses the spatial practices, as well as restrictions, of the embodied racialized and gendered subject. To this end, the figure of the ethnic flâneuse (Carrera-Suárez 2015) represents a suitable object of study on embodied spatiality which serves to subvert traditional intersectional constraints of spatial design and discourse.

The study of living Qur'an is one of the studies in the form of scientific research on social events in the Muslim community by positioning the Qur'an as the main behavior and actions in daily life. From there, it will be seen how they react continuously and live up to the values of the al-Qur'an in their community. The study of the Living Qur'an appears as a phenomenon of the Qur'an in everyday life, namely the function and meaning of the Qur'an is understood and practiced by the Muslim community in real terms in everyday life. Unlike the study of the Koran which only focuses on the al-Qur'an as an object of study that focuses on the textuality of the Qur'an it self, while the living Al-Qur'an is more focused on the way people position the Qur'an. In his daily life. One example of this living Qur'an practice is the tradition of Free Lunch after Friday prayers at the Jogokariyan Mosque. In this tradition, the Muslim community tries to live up to the value of sodaqoh contained in the Al-Qur'an surah al-Baqarah verse 261. This tradition emerged in the community as a form of social tradition with the aim of providing assistance in the form of free lunch (free lunch) to Friday congregation.
