Modern digital technologies that are used by domestic and foreign companies in personnel management and business processes are considered. Economic and psychological trends related to HR automation, HR Analytics, HR marketing, Smart recruitment and e-learning are highlighted. The results of digitalization of HR processes in leading domestic and foreign companies are presented, and the possibility of diagnosing changes in business processes under the influence of external and internal factors is justified.

The high rate of technological progress, the active use of information technologies in all spheres of human life, the changing nature and content of the work led to changes in the personnel management of modern organizations. In the context of increasingly complex technological and business processes significantly increases the risk of making a mistake in the selection, adaptation, evaluation and motivation of workers in the Russian and foreign companies. In this regard, the modern theory and practice of management suggested using the competence approach in personnel management. The article emphasizes the importance and significance of the development of competency model workers in modern organizations. It describes the process of creating a competency model HR manager of Price Water House Coopers. The author pays attention to the study of basic functions of labor hiring manager selected company, identify the required competencies for successful work. The study, taking into account the opinions of experts developed a competency model was the HR manager of Price Water House Coopers with indicators of behavior. This model has been tested for validity and recommended service personnel of the company.

Aim. The presented study aims to examine the specific features as well as organizational and technical aspects of production logistics, taking into account its potential for using digital technologies.Tasks. The authors consider the essence, purpose, and goals of production logistics; analyze major logistics systems used in production logistics; assess the prospects for using digital technologies in this sphere.Methods. This study uses the methodology of strategic and logistics management, the systems approach, life cycle theory, general scientific methods of generalization, comparative, retrospective, and structural-functional analysis.Results. The production and logistics systems of a company are considered as equivalent elements in the context of managing material flows in internal and external supply chains and achieving the company’s operational and development goals. In this regard, production logistics is shown as part of both logistics and production, which affects its organization and architecture. Under modern conditions, an approach based on certain data is widely used in production logistics. It requires active introduction of digital technologies in production logistics, the purpose of which is not to achieve technical or organizational perfection of business processes, but to select technologies from the perspective of creating additional value.Conclusions. In the course of the study, three categories of activities associated with production logistics are identified. For each of these categories, the prospects and recommended classification of digital technologies are defined. Particular emphasis is placed on improving the quality and efficiency of data use. According to the authors, all information systems and digital technologies used in production logistics should be highly reliable. Thus, introduction of any new technologies in production logistics requires careful consideration. Regardless of the type of technology, a systems approach to the organization and development of production logistics is a prerequisite for the efficient operation of the company as a whole.

Цифровые технологии существенно влияют на мировой рынок, внося коррективы в расстановку сил на нем. Используемые ранее подходы к управлению бизнес-процессами становятся не актуальными в современных условиях. Без цифровизации наукоемкие производства будут не способны выдержать конкурентную борьбу, и вынуждены будут уйти с рынка. В то же время современные условия хозяйствования диктуют необходимость постоянного совершенствования бизнес-процессов наукоемких предприятий, их оптимизации. Данные принципы являются основой концепции бережливое производство, реализация которых становится более эффективной при условии использования цифровых технологий. В статье рассмотрены вопросы интеграции концепции бережливое производство и цифровых технологий на наукоемких предприятиях. Показан пример успешной реализации принципов данной концепции с использованием цифровых подходов к оптимизации бизнес-процессов наукоемкого производства. В современных условиях важнейшим активом любого предприятия, в том числе и наукоемкого производства, являются данные. Реализация принципов бережливого производства требует обработки значительного объема информации. Цифровые технологии позволяют анализировать информационные потоки в режиме реального времени, моделировать бизнес-процессы и тем самым, способствуют более качественному и оперативному принятию решений по оптимизации бизнес-процессов наукоемких производств. Только объединив принципы концепции бережливое производство и возможности, которые дает цифровизация, наукоемкие предприятия смогут не просто удержать свои конкурентные позиции на рынке, но и перейти на более качественный уровень своего развития. At the same time, modern business conditions dictate the need to constantly improve the business processes of high-tech enterprises and optimize them. These principles are the basis of the concept of lean manufacturing, the implementation of which becomes more effective when using digital technologies. The article deals with the integration of the concept of lean manufacturing and digital technologies in high-tech enterprises. This paper discusses the implementation of digital technologies in the production sector and business processes of agricultural enterprises in Russia. Implementation of digitalization into the economic entities’ business activity is necessary in order not only to increase the speed of their functioning several times, but also to open up new, broader opportunities for their development in the future. Currently, in the Russian Federation, the main leaders in the development of digital technologies are, first of all, IT companies, as well as organizations operating in the field of media, finance and insurance. The level of digitalization in the real sector of the economy is significantly lower, while the agricultural sector is in last place for this indicator. This article reflects the prerequisites for the development of the digital economy in the world, which include the automation of production technologies and business processes, as well as penetration into the social sphere of the countries of the global Internet and mobile communications. The author considered a number of interpretations of the concept of “digital economy”, of which, in her opinion, the most rational version of the definition of the term under consideration was selected. Within the framework of the study, the prerequisites for the effective implementation of innovative technologies in the economic and social spheres of enterprises’ activities were determined, and the main factors and conditions for the developing digital system of a particular country were established. In the presented work, the author identified a number of modern key problems that significantly impede the introduction of digital technologies in the production and economic activities of economic entities of Russia, especially in the field of agriculture. At the same time, quite popular and widespread advanced technologies are indicated, which are currently being successfully implemented in promising agricultural organizations of the country. With regard to the branches of agriculture in Russia, namely crop and livestock breeding, the most expedient areas for the introduction of advanced digital technologies into the business processes of agricultural enterprises are presented.

To date, digital technologies and their widespread practice have formed the potential for completely new business models. However, most organizations are either in the early stages of the digital transformation process, or do not yet dare to form a digital business model that will provide real benefits from digital technologies. In any case, taking into account the enormous pace of global digitalization, it is extremely important to adapt the best practices of digital transformation to the improvement of the Ukrainian economy as soon as possible. Based on this, consider the process of researching new and adapting existing management models. Digital transformation – the introduction of modern technologies to radically change the business models of enterprise management today is considered the most important topic for organizations around the world. The requirements of the new digital economy represent the digital transformation as a conscious strategic process of business modification through adaptive management and implementation of digital technologies, ie the restructuring of existing business models. The same happens at industrial and agro-industrial enterprises, the analog period of which is coming to an end. Industries are entering the digital age, thanks to which enterprises are developing in accordance with the new focus. For this reason, it is very important for the formation of digital models of enterprise management to strategically understand the possibilities of digital technology development in their connection with business processes and business models. The analysis of the main traditional models of effective management of enterprises was carried out and their fundamental differences from the Ukrainian approach to management were revealed, the possibilities of implementation of the principles of existing business models by Ukrainian enterprises were considered. In addition, a roadmap for the transition from a traditional to a digital enterprise was proposed for consideration. The process of modeling the digital management system of the enterprise is revealed. Currently, a prerequisite for the prosperity of the economy of industry and agriculture and, consequently, the economy of Ukraine, is adaptive digital management as a basis for economic security of the enterprise. It was found that the relentless introduction of digital technologies, «copying best practices» can later be in reality as dangerous as the refusal to master new technologies. Therefore, choosing the direction of your own digitization, you must first study everything thoroughly, so as not to miss the moment and not to remain in the ranks of the latter or in the past.

The subject of this research is the institutional transformations of educational space associated with the global processes of digitalization of social relations, as well as internal factors in cooperation between society and the state with regards to determination of the criteria of security for their development. Using the general methodology of institutional analysis, methods of analogy and summary, as well as interdisciplinary approach towards studying the educational space, the author considers the questions of implementation of digital education technologies under the conditions of current sociocultural transformations. Special attention is turned to the balance between rational and immaterial factors that affect the formation of modern educational space, and thereby, specification of the new institutional challenges to the security of social development. The conducted analysis of the problems of implementation of such technologies in the system of higher education leads to the conclusion on the need for assessing the effectiveness of implementation of digital technologies in accordance with the institutional criteria that imply not only the impact of both, rational and immaterial factors of social development. The institutional nature of these factors is insufficiently studied, however determines the possibility of application of cognitive models in solution of the tasks aimed at ensuring national security in the conditions of digitalization of sociocultural processes. Therefore, the crucial institutional criterion that defines the effectiveness of implementation of digital technologies in the educational space consists in its security in all regards. The proposed institutional-criteria approach allows the state and society to focus on ensuring security of the educational space in the context of solution of relevant tasks of ensuring national security of the Russian Federation.
